技术领域
本发明涉及功能性食品领域,具体涉及一种辅助降血糖的功能食品组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
糖尿病是由多基因遗传和环境因素共同作用,导致胰岛素分泌和胰岛素作用缺陷,可以引起机体碳水化合物、蛋白质、脂肪、水和电解质等的代谢紊乱。因此,糖尿病的治疗原则是以长期稳定控制血糖在正常或接近正常水平,防止和延缓各种并发症的发生或发展为目标。
据统计,2015年全球20-79岁的人中约4.15亿人患糖尿病(患病率8.8%),另外有3.18亿人糖耐量受损(前期患病率6.7%)。中国是全球糖尿病患者第一大国,2015年患病人数高达1.096亿人,130万人死于糖尿病及其并发症。同时据IDF预测,如果不加干预,2040年全球糖尿病患者将达6.42亿,糖尿病前期人群4.81亿,我国患者数量将上升至1.54亿。
我国糖尿病患知晓率仅为30.1%,其中仅有25.8%的患者得到治疗,而在进行治疗的患者中,血糖得到良好控制的仅有39.7%,据此测算,糖尿病患者中,血糖得到控制的患者比例仅为3.08%。在城市和乡村,上述数据存在显著差异,且不同性别之间差异也较大,经济不发达地区的女性糖尿病的控制情况非常低。在美国,统计显示患者糖尿病患知晓率约为75%,约85.3%的患者采用胰岛素或者口服降糖药治疗。
2015年美国在糖尿病领域的医疗花销高达3200亿美元(包括保险、治疗、护理费用等),位居全球糖尿病花销第一,占比超过全球10%。中国位居第二,为510亿美元。如果我们按照两国糖尿病患者数量进行估算,美国与中国单一糖尿病患者的年花销分别为1092与465美元。2015年在全球糖尿病花销前十的国家中,我国位列第二。2015年国内糖尿病用药市场规模高达413亿元,同比增长6.7%。由于糖尿病存在发病率高、诊断率及治疗率低,我国糖尿病市场潜在空间巨大。在我国糖尿病用药市场中,胰岛素及其类似物的市场规模高达176亿元,占比42.6%。口服降糖药占据了糖尿病用药市场份额的56.6%,市场规模达到233.6亿元,同比增长8.8%。
目前尚未有完全根治糖尿病的办法,控制血糖是糖尿病治疗的核心。对于糖尿病患者而言,疾病的治疗是一个综合管理的过程,需要饮食、运动、药物、血糖监测和健康教育“五架马车”并驾齐驱。目前,糖尿病治疗方案基本按照“生活方式干预→口服降糖药治疗→胰岛素治疗”的路径开展。饮食控制和运动等生活方式干预贯穿于治疗始终,当单纯生活方式干预不能使血糖控制达标时,即开始药物治疗。随着患者胰岛β细胞功能的减退,血糖控制会越来越难,在治疗不达标的情况下就要进入下一步治疗。
目前糖尿病药品市场中欧美企业占据主导地位,诺和诺德、赛诺菲、礼来、默沙东、阿斯利康、强生、诺华、拜耳等巨头占据80%以上市场份额。美国糖尿病医疗花销占美国医疗总花销的10%左右,除了相应药物与治疗费用外,患者每个月都有一定的血糖试纸费用可以经过医保报销。同时,医保允许支付新诊断糖尿病患者10小时的教育费用;对于启用胰岛素治疗的患者,医保允许支付他们2小时如何用胰岛素、如何测血糖的教育费用;根据患者糖尿病类型(1型或2型)及病情程度的不同,患者通过网络视频连线向糖尿病中心咨询或视频会诊的费用,医保也予以支付。
目前糖尿病是一种严重较难完全治愈的慢性病,对患者和社会造成了较大的经济压力和负担,大大影响了人民的身心健康和生活质量。目前临床上主要用磺脲类、双胍类如二甲双胍、格列吡嗪、罗格列酮等或阿卡波糖及注射外源性胰岛素达到单独降糖的对症治疗,而对最关键的因糖尿病而带来的并发症却无理想药物。所以西医降糖药物治疗糖尿病虽然降糖效果良好,但长期使用需要逐渐加量,大多数具有不良反应,且不能有效控制并发症,通过食品预防治疗糖尿病,不良反应少,能有效防止并发症,且疗效稳定。
目前针对糖尿病人开发的药食兼用产品非常有限,如何开发一种适用于糖尿病人的既能有效辅助调节血糖,又能提供人体所必需营养的口感良好的药食兼用的功能食品组合物是目前亟需解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述问题提供了一种辅助降血糖的功能食品组合物及其制备方法。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种辅助降血糖的功能食品组合物,包括以下重量份的组分:降血糖食物混合物40~60份,富含微量元素的食物混合物10~20份,能够提高人体免疫力的食物混合物20~30份;
所述降血糖食物混合物包括山药、苦瓜、南瓜、魔芋、紫菜和洋葱;
所述富含微量元素的食物混合物包括青豆、糙米和豌豆幼苗;
所述能够提高人体免疫力的食物混合物包括山楂、螺旋藻和香菇。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本发明还可以做如下改进。
进一步,所述山药、苦瓜、南瓜、魔芋、紫菜和洋葱的重量比为(2~3):(2~3):(1~2):(1~2):(1~2):(1~2)。

山药中含有黏蛋白,黏蛋白能够包裹肠内的其他食物,使糖分被缓慢吸收,这一作用能抑制饭后血糖急剧上升,同时可以避免胰岛素分泌过剩,使血糖得到较好调控。山药中还含有胰岛素分泌必不可少的镁和锌等有效成分,以及维生素B1、维生素B2,这些成分促进了血液中葡萄糖的代谢,此外,山药中还含有淀粉酶,这是消化类的酶,可使血液中不再积存糖分。
魔芋是一种低热能、高纤维的食物,因其分子量大,粘性高,在肠道内排泄缓慢,能延缓葡萄糖的吸收,有效降低餐后血糖升高,魔芋中所含的葡萄甘露聚糖对降低糖尿病患者的血糖有较好的效果,又因为他吸水性强,含热能低,既能增加饱腹感,减轻饥饿感,又能减轻体重,是糖尿病患者的理想食品。
紫菜含有丰富的紫菜多糖、蛋白质、脂肪、胡萝卜素、维生素等,其中的紫菜多糖能显著降低血糖。
洋葱味甘、辛,性微温,与葱、蒜性味相近,具有健胃、增进食欲、行气宽中的功效,与大蒜一起使用有降糖效果,经常使用洋葱,既可充饥,又能降血糖,其最突出的功效是抑制血糖的上升,另外,洋葱特有的黄色色素成分(槲皮酮)具有很强的抗氧化能力,能有效地抑制因血液粘稠造成的氧化,防止高血压和动脉硬化的发展,洋葱中还含有环蒜氨酸的物质,可溶解血栓。
南瓜味甘,性温,有补中益气、消炎止痛的功能,研究发现,南瓜能促进胰岛素的分泌,从而降低血糖。南瓜中含有丰富的营养元素,如氨基酸、活性蛋白、类胡萝卜素及多种微量元素,多吃南瓜可增强人体免疫力,改善秋燥症状,化燥为平和,从药用价值来看,南瓜能温中平喘,消肿。连续适量吃些南瓜,可有效预防哮喘、支气管炎等秋冬季多发病。
苦瓜味极苦,性寒,有清热解暑、清肝明目、解毒的功能。现代医学研究发现,苦瓜含苦瓜甙、5—羟色胺、谷氨酸、丙氨酸及维生素B1等成分。苦瓜能降糖是因为含有一种类似胰岛素的物质,能使血液中的葡萄糖转换为热量,降低血糖,被称为“植物胰岛素”。糖尿病患者长期食用苦瓜可起到缓解病情的作用。而且苦瓜中含有蛋白质、钙、磷及多种维生素等,具有清热解暑、解毒、降脂、降血糖的功效;其维生素C的含量很高,可预防坏血病,保护心脏等。
青豆富含蛋白质、纤维素、不饱和脂肪酸、大豆磷脂、维生素A、维生素C、维生素B、铜、锌、镁、钾、纤维、维生素K等多种营养元素,具有维持血管的弹性、防止脂肪肝形成、预防心血管病、延缓机体衰老、降低体内的胆固醇含量、消炎抗菌等功效。
糙米能够提供高蛋白、杂多醣类、纤维、各种矿物质,尤其是锌。
豌豆幼苗含铜、铬等微量元素较多,铜有里有利造血、骨骼和脑的发育;铬有利糖和脂肪的代谢,维持胰岛素的正常功能,缺铬易招致疾病,使人生长不良。豌豆还含有胆碱、蛋氨酸等,有助于防止动脉粥样硬化,所以食用豌豆苗,对糖尿病、心脏病、高血压患者都有好处。
山楂深受人们的喜爱,它的功能主要是助消化、保护心血管、降低血脂血压、抗菌、减肥、抗肿瘤、清除自由基、增强免疫力。
螺旋藻的蛋白质含量高达50%一70%,生物价值为68%。螺旋藻含有丰富的胡萝卜、素、维生素E和其他维生素,可提高体液的PH值,纠正酸性体质,使人体处于略碱性,从而提高人体免疫力,并具有抗肿瘤、抗艾滋病的作用。
香菇一直被称为“长生不老药”。它对病毒体有极好的过滤作用,云南的“香菇火锅宴”是强身壮体的药膳。
本发明的有益效果是:1、本发明的辅助降血糖的功能食品组合物具有疗效明显、成本低、无副作用、无耐药性、能有效控制血糖的优点;2、本发明同时通过调节免疫系统,改善机体的免疫潜能,从而发挥降血糖功效;3、本发明的各个组分是从众多药食同源原料中精选,并经大量临床试验严格配伍而成,作用平和,口感良好,既能调节血糖,又能防控并发症,可以作为糖尿病人的代餐食品,长期食用,而无毒副作用。
本发明还提供了上述辅助降血糖的功能食品组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.以重量份计,称取各原料并将原料分别进行预处理;
S2.将经过预处理的原料分别研磨成粉面;
S3.将各种所述粉面混匀并过筛,得到所述辅助降血糖的功能食品组合物。
进一步,所述步骤S1的预处理的具体步骤如下:
将所述青豆、山楂和糙米分别洗净后炒至微黄;
将所述紫菜、豌豆幼苗、螺旋藻和香菇分别洗净后煮熟,100℃气蒸10~30h,然后60~70℃烘干;
将所述山药、苦瓜、南瓜、魔芋和洋葱分别洗净后烘干,并粉碎成细粉,加入水搅拌至糊状,在60~100℃下烘烤3~6h。
进一步,在加水搅拌至糊状之前先加入10~20重量份的面粉混匀,所述步骤S3中在各种所述粉面混匀后加入2~10重量份精盐。
进一步,所述过筛为过80~100目筛。
上述制备方法工艺简单,易操作,适宜工厂规模化生产。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
实施例1
取山药8份、苦瓜12份、南瓜4份、魔芋4份、紫菜8份、洋葱4份、青豆5份、糙米6.25份、豌豆苗3.75份、山楂15份、螺旋藻7.5份、香菇7.5份,面粉10份、精盐5份。
将青豆、山楂和糙米分别洗净后炒至微黄磨成粉面,将豌豆幼苗、螺旋藻和香菇分别洗净后煮熟,100℃气蒸10~30h,然后60~70℃烘干研磨成粉面,将山药、苦瓜、南瓜、魔芋和洋葱分别洗净烘干后粉碎成细粉,然后加入面粉和水搅拌至浆糊状,在60~100℃下烘烤3~6h,然后磨制成粉面,将上述各种粉面和精盐在混匀机中充分混合,过80-100目筛,得到辅助降血糖的功能食品组合物。
实施例2
取山药15份、苦瓜10份、南瓜10份、魔芋10份、紫菜5份、洋葱10份、青豆5份、糙米3份、豌豆苗2份、山楂8份、螺旋藻4份、香菇8份,面粉20份、精盐10份。
将青豆、山楂和糙米分别洗净后炒至微黄磨成粉面,将豌豆幼苗、螺旋藻和香菇分别洗净后煮熟,100℃气蒸10~30h,然后60~70℃烘干研磨成粉面,将山药、苦瓜、南瓜、魔芋和洋葱分别洗净烘干后粉碎成细粉,然后加入面粉和水搅拌至浆糊状,在60~100℃下烘烤3~6h,然后磨制成粉面,将上述各种粉面和精盐在混匀机中充分混合,过80-100目筛,得到辅助降血糖的功能食品组合物。
实施例3
取山药12.5份、苦瓜12.5份、南瓜7.5份、魔芋6份、紫菜6份、洋葱5.5份、青豆9.6份、糙米6.4份、豌豆苗4份、山楂10份、螺旋藻5份、香菇10份,面粉15份、精盐2份。
将青豆、山楂和糙米分别洗净后炒至微黄磨成粉面,将豌豆幼苗、螺旋藻和香菇分别洗净后煮熟,然后100℃气蒸10~30h,然后60~70℃烘干研磨成粉面,将山药、苦瓜、南瓜、魔芋和洋葱分别洗净烘干后粉碎成细粉,然后加入面粉和水搅拌至浆糊状,在60~100℃下烘烤3~6h,然后磨制成粉面,将上述各种粉面和精盐在混匀机中充分混合,过80-100目筛,得到辅助降血糖的功能食品组合物。
试验例
1、潮解试验:
把恒温恒湿箱温度设置为25℃,相对湿度设置为20%,称取25g本发明的辅助降血糖的功能食品组合物,经过48h,增重率如下表1所示:

2、冲食试验
将实施例1-3中的辅助降血糖的功能食品组合物分别取15g倒入杯中,加入10-15倍的温水搅拌至糊状,实施例1-3中的辅助降血糖的功能食品组合物均在12s内即糊化,且糊状均匀,无结团结块。
3、效果试验
选择服药期糖尿病患者,三个月为一个疗程,一共两个疗程,一日三次服用本发明的辅助降血糖的功能食品组合物,每次15g,结果如下表2所示:
由表2可知,本发明的辅助降血糖的功能食品组合物能够调节糖尿病人血糖,且作用平和,防控糖尿病并发症,无副作用,并且可以调节机体免疫系统,改善机体免疫潜能,减轻糖尿病患者的倦怠疲劳感,改善身体和精神状态。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种辅助降血糖的功能食品组合物,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的组分:降血糖食物混合物40~60份,富含微量元素的食物混合物10~20份,能够提高人体免疫力的食物混合物20~30份;
所述降血糖食物混合物包括山药、苦瓜、南瓜、魔芋、紫菜和洋葱;
所述富含微量元素的食物混合物包括青豆、糙米和豌豆幼苗;
所述能够提高人体免疫力的食物混合物包括山楂、螺旋藻和香菇。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种辅助降血糖的功能食品组合物,其特征在于,所述山药、苦瓜、南瓜、魔芋、紫菜和洋葱的重量比为(2~3):(2~3):(1~2):(1~2):(1~2):(1~2)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种辅助降血糖的功能食品组合物,其特征在于,所述青豆、糙米和豌豆幼苗的重量比为(4~6):(3~5):(2~3)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种辅助降血糖的功能食品组合物,其特征在于,所述山楂、螺旋藻和香菇的重量比为(4~6):(2~3):(3~5)。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的一种辅助降血糖的功能食品组合物,其特征在于,所述功能食品组合物还包括面粉和精盐。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种辅助降血糖的功能食品组合物,其特征在于,所述面粉和精盐以重量份计分别为10~20份、2~10份。
7.一种如权利要求1-6任一项所述的辅助降血糖的功能食品组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1.以重量份计,称取各原料并将原料分别进行预处理;
S2.将经过预处理的原料分别研磨成粉面;
S3.将各种所述粉面混匀并过筛,得到所述辅助降血糖的功能食品组合物。
8.根据权利要求7所述的辅助降血糖的功能食品组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1的预处理的具体步骤如下:
将所述青豆、山楂和糙米分别洗净后炒至微黄;
将所述紫菜、豌豆幼苗、螺旋藻和香菇分别洗净后煮熟,100℃气蒸10~30h,然后60~70℃烘干;
将所述山药、苦瓜、南瓜、魔芋和洋葱分别洗净后烘干,并粉碎成细粉,加入水搅拌至糊状,在60~100℃下烘烤3~6h。
9.根据权利要求8所述的辅助降血糖的功能食品组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,在加入水搅拌至糊状之前先加入10~20重量份的面粉混匀,所述步骤S3中在各种所述粉面混匀后加入2~10重量份精盐。
10.根据权利要求7所述的辅助降血糖的功能食品组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述过筛为过80~100目筛。
