金刚石碾米砂辊及其制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种金刚石碾米砂辊及其制作方法,属于碾米砂辊技术领域。
背景技术
现有砂轮和砂辊通常都由外围的磨削部和内部的支撑部组成,磨削部通常都由粘接剂和 棕刚玉、碳化硅、煅烧棕刚玉、金刚石或陶瓷等坚硬颗粒物,经均匀混合后,加热,压制而成。采用这种技术制造出来的磨削部厚度大,耗材多,而实际使用过程中磨削部会不断损耗,这就导致了大部分磨削部无法继续使用的问题,造成浪费。另一方面,现有制造方法还存在坚硬物质分布不均,造成磨削性能不够好的缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有金刚石碾米砂轮和砂辊的上述缺陷,提供一种磨削部厚度设置合理、浪费少,金刚石分布均匀、磨削效果好,原料环保、无毒副作用的碾米砂辊及其制作方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术解决方案是:
金刚石碾米砂辊,包括胎体以及涂附在胎体碾削面的磨料层,所述的磨料层由树脂粘胶和金刚石磨料间隔布置而成。
上述金刚石碾米砂辊的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
1)对胎体的表面进行处理;
2)对金刚石磨料进行镀衣;
3)调制树脂粘胶;
4)将树脂粘胶跟渡衣金刚石磨料分层间隔布置在胎体的碾削面上,直至磨料层层厚度达到要求为止;
5)对涂附好磨料的砂辊进行硬化处理,硬化温度为175~200℃,硬化时间为8~12小时,冷却后得到成品砂辊。
优选的,步骤1)中所采用的胎体为铝合金或铸件,表面处理时,先用碳酸钠、氢氧化钠、硅酸钠和十二烷基硫酸钠的混合溶液在40℃-50℃的情况下清洗10-30分钟,再用40℃-50℃的清水冲洗,然后风干,最后对胎体进行抛丸处理。
优选的,步骤2)中,金刚石磨料的粒径为20μm-100μm,金刚石磨料的表面镀的是镍或钴。
优选的,步骤3)中的树脂粘胶由羧甲基纤维素钠和脲醛改性淀粉树脂和水混合而成,其中,羧甲基纤维素钠的重量份为3~25,脲醛改性淀粉树脂的重量份为4~20,水的重量份为4~20。
与现有技术相比较,本发明的有益效果是:
1.本发明砂辊通过在胎体的磨削面涂附磨料的形式,提供了一种磨料浪费少、磨料利用率高的砂辊;
2.本发明砂辊通过分层布置树脂粘胶和金刚石颗粒的形式,有效保证了金刚石颗粒的均匀布置,有效保证了砂辊的磨削性能;
3.本发明砂辊中的树脂粘胶由含羧甲基纤维素钠和脲醛改性淀粉树脂和水组成,具有粘接效果好、无毒副作用的优点。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施方式对本发明做进一步的详细描述。
1)选用铝合金或铸件的胎体,表面处理时,先用碳酸钠、氢氧化钠、硅酸钠和十二烷基硫酸钠的混合溶液在40℃-50℃的情况下清洗10-30分钟,再用40℃-50℃的清水冲洗,然后风干,最后对胎体进行抛丸处理;
2)选取粒径为20μm-100μm的金刚石磨料,在金刚石磨料的表面镀的是一层镍或钴;
3)调制树脂粘胶,将羧甲基纤维素钠和脲醛改性淀粉树脂和水按质量份比为10:8:2的比例混合成制成树脂粘胶;
4)先在胎体的磨削面涂一层步骤3)的树脂粘胶,然后在树脂粘胶上均匀的喷撒一层步骤2)的金刚石磨料,然后顺次重复涂胶和植砂的动作,直至磨料层厚度达到要求为止;
5)对涂附好磨料的砂辊进行硬化处理,硬化温度为175~180℃,硬化时间为8~10小时,冷却后得到成品砂辊。

Claims (5)

1.金刚石碾米砂辊,包括胎体以及涂附在胎体碾削面的磨料层,其特征在于,所述的磨料层由树脂粘胶和金刚石磨料间隔布置而成。
2.权利要求1所述的金刚石碾米砂辊的制作方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)对胎体的表面进行处理;
2)对金刚石磨料进行镀衣;
3)调制树脂粘胶;
4)将树脂粘胶跟渡衣金刚石磨料分层间隔布置在胎体的碾削面上,直至磨料层层厚度达到要求为止;
5)对涂附好磨料的砂辊进行硬化处理,硬化温度为175~200℃,硬化时间为8~12小时,冷却后得到成品砂辊。
