现有的食疗产品主要采用药食兼备的原材料,针对某些疾病参与治疗,该食疗产品针对的是疾病本身,所以配方庞杂,加工工艺繁琐。其食疗产品的有效性有待进一步论证。对于维生素及微量元素营养组分,选取食品级别优质原料。对于发挥核心调节功能的中药组分,采用多种工艺,旨在最大程度保证药物疗效。在中药组分提取过程中,根据每种药味的不同性质,采用不同的提取方法。对于质地坚硬,有效成分稳定、难以提取的中药材,采用高温煎煮方法进行提取;对于质地轻、受热成分易变化的中药材,采用低温萃取渗漉方法,最大程度的保留了中药的活性药效组分。发挥疗效,该技术的复合应用,根据原物料之特性与产品需求进行组合调整,具有高效率、环保、安全与确保有效成分活性等优点,适用范围广泛。在低温萃取中,操作温度低于60℃,可确保天然物中有效成分的活性,并快速高效去除溶剂,以经济、高效的方式进行萃取分离,可充分保留其热不稳定有效成分与药材固有的芳香气味。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题,进而提供一种用于肾病的食疗营养素固体饮料及其制备方法。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种用于肾病的食疗营养素固体饮料,其有效成分为山药1.5~2.0重量份、黄精0.9~1.4重量份、覆盆子0.9~1.4重量份、芡实0.9~1.4重量份和鲜白茅根1.5~2.0重量份。
用于肾病的食疗营养素固体饮料的制作方法为:取山药、黄精、覆盆子和芡实四味中药,按处方比例混合,打成粗粉,过10目筛,加入山药、黄精、覆盆子和芡实总重量10倍的水,煎煮,提取两次,每次提取待沸腾后保持45分钟,合并滤液,低温浓缩至稠膏,减压干燥,得干膏,打粉,得提取物粉末1;取鲜白茅根,切段,加70%乙醇,低温萃取4小时,50倍量乙醇渗漉,以保证白茅根中有效成分完全提取,渗漉液减压回收乙醇至无醇味,持续减压干燥,得干膏,打粉,得提取物粉末2。将上述提取物粉末1及提取物粉末2按照1:1重量比,混匀,过筛,装袋(每袋5g)即得成品。
慢性肾病反复发作,或长期缠绵不愈,导致蛋白尿、潜血阳性,中医认为,此类人群多为脾肾两虚,不能固摄,精微物质统摄无权,需补肾固精,益气健脾,兼以化瘀止血。山药,味甘,性平,归肺脾肾三经,能益气健脾,补肾涩精;黄精,健脾补肾;覆盆子,补肾固精,三药共助君药补肾固精之功;芡实,益气健脾,收敛固涩;鲜白茅根,清热凉血止血,防止余热伤及血络。全方脾肾同治,重在补肾,固涩清化同用,重在固肾涩精,全方补而不滞,涩中有清,适用于慢性肾病长期蛋白尿、血尿的人群。
山药:习称怀山药,具有补脾养胃、生津益肺、补肾涩精之功效。其临床用于脾虚食少、久泻不止、肺虚喘咳、肾虚遗精、带下、尿频、虚热消渴。山药也是治疗肾小球肾炎的常用中药。
黄精:又名黄鸡莱、鸡头黄精等,为百合科植物黄精和多花黄精的根茎。性甘、味平,入肺、脾、肾经。有润肺滋肾,补益脾气之功。制黄精能够改善肾脏的血液动力学变化,从而起到延缓慢性肾衰竭的进展,改善肾纤维化的作用,黄精多糖是黄精的主要有效成分,研究表明其能改善顺铂(DDP)所致大鼠肾功能损害,考虑机制可能与其抗氧化作用有关,通过降低DDP所致的细胞脂质过氧化增强能力,减轻了其对肾小球及肾小管细胞的毒性作用,此外,黄精多糖还能抑制糖尿病鼠心、肾组织RAGE,mRNA表达,对高血糖及糖基化终产物(AGE)造成的组织损伤具有保护作用。
覆盆子:性甘、酸,味温。归肝、肾经。具固精缩尿,益肾养肝之功,可抗炎消毒,用于治疗肾虚腰痛、阳痿早泄、尿频等。覆盆子来由的最早记载在《本草衍义》,云:“益肾脏,缩小便,服之当覆其溺器,如此取名也。”《本草备要》云:“益肾脏而固精,补肝虚而明目,起阳痿,缩小便。”《本草纲目》云:“益肾固精,补肝明目,缩尿。”
芡实:始载于《神农本草经》,甘、涩,平。归脾、肾经。功能补脾祛湿,益肾固精。芡实作为一种药食同源的中药,自古被用于治疗慢性腹泻,白带过量各类肾病和脾功能减退。常食芡实,补虚损、益脾肾、壮骨肉、驻颜容。《本草求真》中说:“芡实如何补脾,以其味甘之故;芡实如何固肾,以其味涩之故。惟其味甘补脾,故能利湿,而泄泻脾痛可治;惟其味涩固肾,故能闭气,而使遗带小便不禁皆愈。”这是芡实补脾肾之缘由。
白茅根:性甘,味寒。归肺、胃、膀胱经。功能凉血止血,清热利尿。早期就有研究报道白茅根煎剂洽疗肾小球肾炎有很好效果,白茅根多糖可能通过降低血清IL~2和IL~6水平,减少肾脏IgA沉积及足突融合情况从而改善IgA肾病大鼠的肾功能及肾脏病理改变。其所含有的萜类内脂类甾醇类及有机酸,能够起到缓解肾小球血管痉挛的作用,因此可以有效提高治疗效果,治疗肾综合征出血热急性肾功能衰竭效果显著。
食用方法:将一袋本发明的固体饮料投入到200~350ml温水中溶解饮用。也可放入粥、汤等食物中食用。每天两次,每次一袋。
食疗观察:选有肾病者30人(尿蛋白>3.5g/d),其中男21人,女9人,平均年龄56.2岁。食用1个月后,有24人尿蛋白<3.5g/d,其余6人尿蛋白≥3.5g/d。说明本发明的用于肾病的食疗营养素固体饮料,对大部分肾病人群有一定的效果。
由于肾病患者对蛋白吸收障碍及长期透析,会导致严重营养,通过服用本产品可显著改善患者营养不良指标,增加血血浆白蛋白及血清转铁蛋白水平,促进低分子蛋白,如前白蛋白、视网膜结合蛋白合成,增加血浆总蛋白水平,减轻水肿。在人体测量参数上,本产品对体质量指数、三头肌皮褶厚度、上臂肌围、握力、人体成分分析等有明显改善。连续服用16周后,对于24小时尿蛋白定量及尿微量白蛋白、尿β-2微球蛋白、尿N-乙酰-β-D-葡萄糖苷酶、尿视黄醇结合蛋白量等也有不同程度的改善。同时,本产品可改善肾炎患者的食欲不佳、面色苍白、倦怠乏力等症状,对于患者肢体困重、夜尿清长、腰部钝痛等情况也有不同程度的改善。
本发明的固体饮料不同于保健食品及同类食疗产品,本发明的固体饮料食用后不是直接针对疾病,而主要是对由疾病引起的相关症状群体起到补充缺失营养成分的作用。方法中采用水提结合低温萃取醇提工艺,保证有效成分溶出,且活性不被破坏。采用粉末形式,体积小、易服用,便于携带。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明做进一步的详细说明:本实施例在以本发明技术方案为前提下进行实施,给出了详细的实施方式,但本发明的保护范围不限于下述实施例。
实施例1
本实施例所涉及的一种用于肾病的食疗营养素固体饮料,其有效成分为山药1.5~2.0重量份、黄精0.9~1.4重量份、覆盆子0.9~1.4重量份、芡实0.9~1.4重量份和鲜白茅根1.5~2.0重量份。
制作方法为:取山药、黄精、覆盆子和芡实四味中药,按处方比例混合,打成粗粉,过10目筛,加入山药、黄精、覆盆子和芡实总重量10倍的水,煎煮,提取两次,每次提取待沸腾后保持45分钟,合并滤液,低温浓缩至稠膏,减压干燥,得干膏,打粉,得提取物粉末1;取鲜白茅根,切段,加70%乙醇,低温萃取4小时,50倍量乙醇渗漉,以保证白茅根中有效成分完全提取,渗漉液减压回收乙醇至无醇味,持续减压干燥,得干膏,打粉,得提取物粉末2。将上述提取物粉末1及提取物粉末2按照1:1重量比,混匀,过筛,装袋(每袋5g)即得成品。
实施例2
本实施例所涉及的一种用于肾病的食疗营养素固体饮料,其有效成分为山药1.7重量份、黄精1.2重量份、覆盆子1.1重量份、芡实1.25重量份和鲜白茅根1.8重量份。其它与实施例1相同。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,这些具体实施方式都是基于本发明整体构思下的不同实现方式,而且本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书的保护范围为准。
Claims (3)
1.一种用于肾病的食疗营养素固体饮料,其特征在于,其有效成分为山药1.5~2.0重量份、黄精0.9~1.4重量份、覆盆子0.9~1.4重量份、芡实0.9~1.4重量份和鲜白茅根1.5~2.0重量份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于肾病的食疗营养素固体饮料,其特征在于,其有效成分为山药1.7重量份、黄精1.2重量份、覆盆子1.1重量份、芡实1.25重量份和鲜白茅根1.8重量份。
3.一种权利要求1所述的用于肾病的食疗营养素固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,取山药、黄精、覆盆子和芡实四味中药,按比例混合,打成粗粉,过10目筛,加入山药、黄精、覆盆子和芡实总重量10倍的水,煎煮,提取两次,每次提取待沸腾后保持45分钟,合并滤液,低温浓缩至稠膏,减压干燥,得干膏,打粉,得提取物粉末1;取鲜白茅根,切段,加70%乙醇,低温萃取4小时,50倍量乙醇渗漉,以保证白茅根中有效成分完全提取,渗漉液减压回收乙醇至无醇味,持续减压干燥,得干膏,打粉,得提取物粉末2,将上述提取物粉末1及提取物粉末2按照1:1重量比,混匀,过筛,装袋即得成品。
