用于车辆的显示装置向用户提供视觉信息,诸如图像,并且其厚度变薄,使得其应用范围可扩大。近年来,已经开发出曲面显示器,其不仅用作仅提供信息的输出装置,而且具有向前突出的左端和右端以及向后突出的中心。提高了屏幕沉浸感和可视性的曲面显示器已作为高档产品引入市场。
显示装置可以包括:面板,其通过电信号显示图像信息;边框,其包围面板;以及背光,其将光照射到面板以使得能够从面板显示图像信息。在该显示装置中,在面板上形成透明覆盖构件,以便保护面板。就此而言,可以将粘合剂施加到上表面以将覆盖构件附接到面板。此外,当在面板与覆盖构件之间施加粘合剂时,为了防止粘合剂流出面板,进行沿着覆盖构件的边缘单独形成堤部结构的工艺。
为了去除面板与粘合剂之间产生的气泡,另外进行高压釜工艺以去除气泡。高压釜工艺在高温高压条件下进行,并因此具有工艺时间和成本增加的缺点。此外,存在的问题是,即使在高压釜工艺之后也不能完全去除气泡,并由此增加了产品的次品率。
与本发明相关的现有技术文献包括韩国专利第10-1748234号(2017年6月16日公布;标题为“用于蚀刻曲面液晶显示面板而不具有连接失效的方法以及由此制造的曲面液晶显示面板(Method for etching curved liquid crystal display panel withoutjunction failure and curved liquid crystal display panel manufacturedthereby)”)。
发明内容
本发明的一个方面涉及一种用于车辆的曲面显示装置。用于车辆的曲面显示装置包括:覆盖构件,该覆盖构件包括具有弯曲形状的透明窗口和形成在窗口下侧的支撑盖,并且该覆盖构件包括由形成在支撑盖中的开口限定的显示区域和除显示区域之外的非显示区域;以及面板组件,该面板组件结合在支撑盖的下方,其中,支撑盖包括沿着开口的周边形成的第一区域和形成在第一区域的周边且成阶梯式高于第一区域的第二区域;在面板组件和与显示区域对应的窗口区域之间形成有粘合层;面板组件沿着第一区域与第二区域之间的接合部结合,使得面板组件的显示面板与粘合层接触;并且在第一区域与第二区域之间的接合部处形成有用于排出在粘合层与面板组件之间产生的气泡的至少一个通孔。
在一个实施例中,面板组件可以包括:显示面板,该显示面板布置在粘合层下方并被配置成在显示区域上显示图像;固定支架,该固定支架布置在显示面板下方并被配置成固定显示面板;印刷电路板(PCB),该PCB布置在固定支架下方;以及后盖,该后盖接收显示面板、固定支架和PCB并耦接到支撑盖。
在一个实施例中,显示面板可以是LCD面板。
在一个实施例中,窗口和支撑盖可以通过不同热塑性树脂的双注射成型来制造。
在一个实施例中,粘合层通过在第一区域和与显示区域对应的窗口区域之间施加并固化光学粘合剂组合物而形成。光学粘合剂组合物可以包括光学透明粘合剂(OCA)组合物和光学透明树脂(OCR)组合物中的一种或多种。
在一个实施例中,曲面显示装置还可以包括形成在窗口上表面上的辅助涂层。辅助涂层可以是抗指纹涂层、防眩光涂层或防反射涂层。
在一个实施例中,支撑盖可以具有遮光性能。
本发明的另一方面涉及一种用于制造用于车辆的曲面显示装置的方法。在一个实施例中,用于制造用于车辆的曲面显示装置的方法包括:制备覆盖构件,该覆盖构件包括具有弯曲形状的透明窗口和形成在窗口下侧的遮光支撑盖,并且该覆盖构件包括由形成在支撑盖中的开口限定的显示区域和除显示区域之外的非显示区域;将光学粘合剂组合物施加到窗口的与显示区域对应的下侧;以及使光学粘合剂组合物与面板组件的一个表面接触,其中,支撑盖包括沿着开口的周边形成的第一区域和形成在第一区域的周边且成阶梯式高于第一区域的第二区域;面板组件沿着第一区域与第二区域之间的接合部粘合,使得面板组件的显示面板与粘合层接触;并且在第一区域与第二区域之间的接合部处形成有用于排出在粘合层与面板组件之间产生的气泡的至少一个通孔。
根据本发明的用于车辆的曲面显示装置使得能够简化工艺,并且可以表现出出色的生产率和经济效率,并且次品率低且设计自由度高。

这里使用的术语“透明”是指可见光透光率至少为80%的透明度。
用于车辆的曲面显示装置
本发明的一个方面涉及一种用于车辆的曲面显示装置。图1示出了根据本发明的一个实施例的用于车辆的曲面显示装置。图2a示出了根据本发明的一个实施例的用于车辆的曲面显示装置中的覆盖构件100的前视图,并且图2b示出了覆盖构件100的后视图。另外,图3示出了根据本发明的一个实施例的用于车辆的曲面显示装置的剖视图,而图4示出了根据本发明的一个实施例的用于车辆的曲面显示装置的放大剖视图。
参照图1至4,用于车辆的曲面显示装置1000包括:覆盖构件100,该覆盖构件包括具有弯曲形状的透明窗口10和形成于窗口10的下侧的支撑盖20,并且该覆盖构件包括由形成在支撑盖20中的开口21限定的显示区域VA和除显示区域之外的非显示区域IVA;以及面板组件200,该面板组件结合在支撑盖20下方。
支撑盖20包括沿着开口的周边形成的第一区域A1和形成在第一区域A1的周边且成阶梯式高于第一区域A1的第二区域A2。在与显示区域VA对应的窗口区域与面板组件200之间形成有粘合层110。面板组件200沿着第一区域A1与第二区域A2之间的接合部结合,使得面板组件200的显示面板与粘合层110接触。
在一个实施例中,通过注射成型,第一区域A1可以沿着支撑盖20的开口的周边形成,并且第二区域A2可以在第一区域A1的周边形成为成阶梯式高于第一区域A1。参照图4,支撑盖20的第二区域的高度H2大于第一区域的高度H1。当形成这种阶梯式结构时,能够在施加光学粘合剂组合物(将在下面描述)时防止该组合物流到除显示区域之外的区域,并且能够省略通过将高粘性热塑性树脂组合物施加到支撑盖而形成堤部结构以防止粘合剂组合物泄漏的常规工艺。因此,阶梯式结构具有简化工艺的效果,并且可以提高工艺效率和生产率。
在一个实施例中,在窗口10的与显示区域VA对应的底表面上形成粘合层110。在一个实施例中,所形成的粘合层110的厚度可以等于或大于第一区域的高度H1。例如,所形成的粘合层的厚度可以等于第一区域的高度H1。
图5示出了根据本发明的一个实施例的曲面显示装置中的覆盖构件的后视图。参照图5,在支撑盖20的第一区域A1与第二区域A2之间的接合部处形成有用于排出在粘合层与面板组件之间产生的气泡的至少一个通孔22。例如,如图5所示,通孔22可以形成在第一区域A1与第二区域A2之间的接合部的每个角部处以及接合部的左部分和右部分的中心处。
参照图1,面板组件200可以包括:显示面板210,该显示面板与粘合层的底表面接触并被配置成在显示区域上显示图像;固定支架220,该固定支架布置在显示面板210下方并被配置成固定显示面板210;印刷电路板(PCB)230,该印刷电路板布置在固定支架220下方;以及后盖240,该后盖耦接到覆盖构件100的支撑盖20并被配置成接收显示面板210、固定支架220和PCB 230。
在一个实施例中,显示面板210可以是LCD面板。
在一个实施例中,覆盖构件100的窗口10和支撑盖20可以由不同的热塑性树脂通过双注射成型而形成。例如,覆盖构件100可以使用用于形成窗口10和支撑盖20的第一热塑性树脂和第二热塑性树脂通过双注射成型来制造。
在一个实施例中,窗口10可以使用透明的第一热塑性树脂组合物形成。例如,第一热塑性树脂组合物可以包括烯烃树脂、环氧树脂、丙烯酸树脂、聚氨酯树脂、硅树脂、聚酯树脂等,但不限于此。
在一个实施例中,支撑盖20可以具有遮光性能。在一个实施例中,支撑盖20可以使用遮光的第二热塑性组合物形成。支撑盖20可以使用包括黑色颜料的第二热塑性树脂组合物形成。在这种情况下,可以通过对除显示区域VA之外的区域进行遮光来形成非显示区域IVA,并且可以省略用于对非显示区域进行遮光的传统印刷工艺。因此,可以获得简化工艺的效果,并且可以提高工艺效率和生产率。
参照图4,可以通过在与显示区域对应的窗口区域与第一区域A1之间施加并固化光学粘合剂组合物来形成粘合层110。光学粘合剂组合物可以包括光学透明粘合剂(OCA)组合物和光学透明树脂(OCR)组合物中的一种或多种。当通过上述方法形成粘合层110时,面板组件200可以容易地结合,并且显示面板210可以与粘合层110接触,使得其可以具有出色的显示可视性。
在一个实施例中,用于车辆的曲面显示装置还可以包括形成在窗口的上表面上的辅助涂层。辅助涂层可以是防指纹涂层、防眩光涂层或防反射涂层。
用于制造用于车辆的曲面显示装置的覆盖构件的方法
本发明的另一方面涉及一种用于制造用于车辆的曲面显示装置的覆盖构件的方法。图6示出了根据本发明的一个实施例的用于制造用于车辆的曲面显示装置的覆盖构件的方法。参照图6,用于制造用于车辆的曲面显示装置的覆盖构件的方法包括:(步骤a)制备覆盖构件,该覆盖构件包括具有弯曲形状的透明窗口和形成于窗口的下侧的遮光支撑盖,并且该覆盖构件包括由形成在支撑盖中的开口限定的显示区域和除显示区域之外的非显示区域;(步骤b)将光学粘合剂组合物施加到窗口的与显示区域对应的下表面;以及(步骤c)使光学粘合剂组合物与面板组件的一个表面接触。
支撑盖包括沿着开口的周边形成的第一区域和形成在周边并成阶梯式高于第一区域的第二区域。面板组件沿着第一区域与第二区域之间的接合部结合,使得面板组件的显示面板与粘合层接触。在第一区域与第二区域之间的接合部处形成有用于排出在粘合层与面板组件之间产生的气泡的至少一个通孔。
图7a示出了将面板组件结合到覆盖构件的过程,并且图7b示出了当面板组件结合到覆盖构件时在粘合剂110与面板组件200之间产生的气泡A被排出到外部。
参照图7a和图7b,可以通过使所施加的光学粘合剂组合物与面板组件接触并固化光学粘合剂组合物来形成粘合层110。此时,如图7b所示,在粘合层110与面板组件200之间产生的气泡可以通过形成在支撑盖20的第一区域与第二区域之间的接合部处的通孔22排出到外部。
光学粘合剂组合物可以包括光学透明粘合剂(OCA)组合物和光学透明树脂(OCR)组合物中的一种或多种。例如,粘合层110可以使用光学透明树脂组合物形成。
在一个实施例中,辅助涂层还可以形成在用于车辆的曲面显示装置的窗口10的上表面上。辅助涂层可以是防指纹涂层、防眩光涂层或防反射涂层。
根据本发明的用于车辆的曲面显示装置使得能够简化工艺,并且表现出出色的生产率和经济效率。此外,即使当应用具有弯曲形状的窗口时,也可以防止在粘合层与显示面板之间产生气泡,并由此可以降低产品的次品率。此外,其可以具有出色的可视性和高设计自由度。
在下文中将进一步详细描述本发明的优选实例。然而,应该理解,这些实例仅是为了说明的目的,并不旨在以任何方式限制本发明的范围。
实例和比较例
实例
由透明第一热塑性树脂和遮光第二热塑性树脂进行双注射成型,从而制备覆盖构件100,该覆盖构件包括具有弯曲形状的透明窗口10和形成于窗口的下侧的遮光支撑盖20,并且该覆盖构件包括由形成在支撑盖20中的开口21限定的显示区域VA以及除显示区域之外的非显示区域IVA。
此时,如图4所示,所形成的支撑盖20包括沿着支撑盖的开口的周边形成的第一区域A1和形成在第一区域的周边且成阶梯式高于第一区域的第二区域A2。另外,如图5所示,在第一区域与第二区域之间的接合部的四个角部中的每个处以及在接合部的左部分和右部分的中心处形成有通孔22。
另外,制备了面板组件200,该面板组件包括:显示面板210,该显示面板配置成在显示区域上显示图像;固定支架220,该固定支架布置在显示面板210下方并被配置成固定显示面板210;印刷电路板(PCB)230,该印刷电路板布置在固定支架220下方;以及后盖240,该后盖接收显示面板210、固定支架220和PCB 230,并耦接到支撑盖20。
接下来,如图6中的(b)所示,将光学粘合树脂(OCR)组合物施加到窗口10的与显示区域VA对应的下侧使得其厚度等于第一区域的高度H1。另外,如图6中的(c)所示,沿着第一区域与第二区域之间的接合部结合面板组件200,使得光学粘合树脂组合物与面板组件的一侧接触,从而制造用于车辆的曲面显示装置100。此时,在粘合层110与面板组件200之间产生的气泡A通过形成在第一区域与第二区域之间的接合部处的通孔22排出。
比较例1
除了未形成用于排出气泡的通孔22之外,用于车辆的曲面显示面板以与该实例中描述的方式相同的方式制造。
在实例和比较例1中,制造了1000个用于车辆的曲面显示装置。在该制造过程中,观察在显示区域中是否产生气泡。当在曲面显示装置中产生气泡时,曲面显示装置被判定为次品。测量次品率,并且结果如下表1所示。

从上述表1的结果可以看出,在形成有配置成排出气泡的通孔的实例中的次品率显著低于未形成通孔的比较例1中的次品率。
比较例2
除了未形成粘合层110并且显示区域VA的窗口10与显示面板200间隔开之外,用于车辆的曲面显示装置以与该实例中描述的方式相同的方式制造。
根据常规方法测量在该实例和比较例2中制造的曲面显示装置的透光率,并且测量结果如表2所示。

从上述表2的结果可以看出,与未形成粘合层并且窗口和显示面板形成为彼此间隔开的比较例2相比,粘合层形成为与显示面板接触的本发明的实例的曲面显示装置具有出色的可视性。
尽管为了说明的目的描述了本发明的优选实施例,但是本领域技术人员将理解,在不脱离所附权利要求中公开的本发明的范围和精神的情况下,可以进行各种修改、添加和替换。
Claims (8)
1.一种用于车辆的曲面显示装置,包括:
覆盖构件,包括具有弯曲形状的透明的窗口和形成在所述窗口下侧的支撑盖,并且所述覆盖构件包括由形成在所述支撑盖中的开口限定的显示区域和除所述显示区域之外的非显示区域;以及
面板组件,结合到所述支撑盖的下侧,
其中,所述支撑盖包括沿着所述开口的周边形成的第一区域和形成在所述第一区域的周边且成阶梯式高于所述第一区域的第二区域;
在所述面板组件和与所述显示区域对应的窗口区域之间形成有粘合层;
所述面板组件沿着所述第一区域与所述第二区域之间的接合部结合,使得所述面板组件的显示面板与所述粘合层接触;并且
其中,所述支撑盖包括面对所述透明的窗口的前表面、背向所述前表面的后表面以及连接所述前表面和所述后表面的外围表面,
其中,所述第一区域从所述后表面凹进以用于接收所述面板组件,其中所述第一区域包括位于所述开口周围并背向所述前表面的底表面,其中,所述第一区域还包括连接所述底表面和所述后表面的侧表面,
其中,所述支撑盖包括多个通孔,每个通孔形成在所述侧表面和所述后表面之间,以用于排出在所述粘合层和所述面板组件之间的气泡。
2.根据权利要求1所述的曲面显示装置,其中,所述面板组件包括:
所述显示面板,布置在所述粘合层下方并被配置成在所述显示区域上显示图像;
固定支架,布置在所述显示面板下方并被配置成固定所述显示面板;
印刷电路板,布置在所述固定支架下方;以及
后盖,接收所述显示面板、所述固定支架和所述印刷电路板,并且所述后盖耦接到所述支撑盖。
3.根据权利要求1所述的曲面显示装置,其中,所述显示面板是LCD面板。
4.根据权利要求1所述的曲面显示装置,其中,所述窗口和所述支撑盖通过不同的热塑性树脂的双注射成型来制造。
5.根据权利要求1所述的曲面显示装置,其中,所述粘合层通过在所述第一区域和与所述显示区域对应的所述窗口区域之间施加并固化光学粘合剂组合物而形成,
其中,所述光学粘合剂组合物包括光学透明粘合剂组合物和光学透明树脂组合物中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的曲面显示装置,还包括形成在所述窗口的上表面上的辅助涂层,
其中,所述辅助涂层为防指纹涂层、防眩光涂层或防反射涂层。
7.根据权利要求1所述的曲面显示装置,其中,所述支撑盖具有遮光性能。
8.一种用于制造用于车辆的曲面显示装置的方法,所述方法包括:
制备覆盖构件,所述覆盖构件包括具有弯曲形状的透明的窗口和形成在所述窗口的下表面上的遮光的支撑盖,并且所述覆盖构件包括由形成在所述支撑盖中的开口限定的显示区域和除所述显示区域之外的非显示区域;
将光学粘合剂组合物施加到所述窗口的与所述显示区域对应的下表面;以及
使所述光学粘合剂组合物与面板组件的一个表面接触,
其中,所述支撑盖包括沿着所述开口的周边形成的第一区域和形成在所述第一区域的周边且成阶梯式高于所述第一区域的第二区域;
所述面板组件沿着所述第一区域与所述第二区域之间的接合部结合,使得所述面板组件的显示面板与粘合层接触;并且
其中,所述支撑盖包括面对所述透明的窗口的前表面、背向所述前表面的后表面以及连接所述前表面和所述后表面的外围表面,
其中,所述第一区域从所述后表面凹进以用于接收所述面板组件,其中所述第一区域包括位于所述开口周围并背向所述前表面的底表面,其中,所述第一区域还包括连接所述底表面和所述后表面的侧表面,
其中,所述支撑盖包括多个通孔,每个通孔形成在所述侧表面和所述后表面之间,以用于排出在所述粘合层和所述面板组件之间的气泡。
