Abstract

本发明属于汽车内饰件技术领域,涉及一种汽车发动机底部隔音垫的生产方法。其主要采用下层PET无纺布、玻璃棉、轻质PU和上层PET无纺布,通过原材料的铺放、热模保压成型带冲切、后处理和装箱制备得到产品汽车发动机底部隔音垫。本发明工艺流程简单,减少了生产环节和工装的投入,降低了人工成本,而且冲切产品尺寸稳定,有效的提高了生产效率、保证了产品质量,此外,生产过程无任何有害物质的产生,属于环保产品。本发明实现了发动机底部隔音垫轻量化、良好的吸音要求的指标,有效的降低了发动机的噪音,满足了整车声学设计的要求,达到了国际前沿水平。

技术领域
本发明属于汽车内饰件技术领域,涉及一种汽车发动机底部隔音垫的生产方法,具体地说是用于安装在汽车发动机油底壳下侧,起到降低发动机发出噪音的作用的汽车发动机底部隔音垫的生产方法。
背景技术
汽车内饰件一般安装于汽车车身内部,起到美化、防护以及隔音吸音等作用。在越来越追求高性能、环保型、节能型、轻量化、个性化的时代,汽车的内饰与汽车的性能一样,越来越得到人们的关注。因此对汽车内饰件的要求也越来越高。
在现有技术中,发动机底部隔音垫的轻量化、吸音性等性能指标成为瓶颈,制约着发动机舱声学的发展。现有发动机舱各类隔音垫的缺点是:重量大、不能满足某些汽车对发动机舱隔音垫的声学性能要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足之处,提供一种发动机舱隔音垫的生产方法。
按照本发明提供的技术方案,所述汽车发动机底部隔音垫的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)原材料的铺放:在工作台上依次铺放下层PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)无纺布、玻璃棉、轻质PU(聚氨酯)和上层PET无纺布,所述下层PET无纺布的上表面和上层PET无纺布的下表面复合PE(聚乙烯)胶粉;
(2)热模保压成型带冲切:将步骤(1)所得原材料通过传输机构输送至模具指定位置,通过成型机将原材料压制成型;其中,模具的上模温度180-200℃,下模温度180-200℃,保压时间120-140s,保压压力18-20MPa,冲切时模具下降速度10-15mm/s;
(3)后处理:将步骤(2)所得成型带冲切后的半成品从成型模具内取出,去除孔位及周边余料,同时进行外观、尺寸和性能检验,得到产品发动机底部隔音垫;
(4)装箱:将步骤(3)经检具检测合格后所得产品在指定位置贴上合格标签,装箱入库。
进一步的,步骤(1)所述下层PET无纺布和上层PET无纺布均为单体针刺无纺布,所述玻璃棉为单层结构与下层PET无纺布的PE胶粉一面接触,所述轻质PU为单层结构与上层PET无纺布的PE胶粉一面接触。
进一步的,所述下层PET无纺布和上层PET无纺布复合PE胶粉后的厚度为0.8-1.2mm,玻璃棉的厚度15-20mm,轻质PU的厚度7-9mm。
进一步的,所述下层PET无纺布和上层PET无纺布的密度为135-165 g/m2,PE胶粉的克重18-22g/m2,玻璃棉层的密度为540-660 g/m2,轻质PU层的密度为12-18k g/m3。
进一步的,步骤(4)所述外观、尺寸和性能检验包括检验汽车发动机底部隔音垫无折痕、皱褶、断裂和材料分层,无表面凹凸不平、边沿漏黄的缺陷。
本发明的有益效果在于:采用玻璃棉与轻质PU制备,此产品相对于其他发动机舱类隔音垫产品,其重量轻,满足客户对于声学性能方面的要求,在整个生产过程中没有有害物质产生,属于环保产品;使用热模成型带冲切,工艺流程简单,减少了生产环节和工装的投入,降低了人工成本,冲切产品尺寸稳定,有效的提高了生产效率、保证了产品质量;采用玻璃棉+轻质PU的材料组合,使得产品的声学性能有了大幅度的提升,自身重量轻满足整车轻量化要求。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施一 广汽菲克K8发动机底部隔音垫的生产方法
(1)原材料的铺放:在工作台上依次铺放下层PET无纺布、玻璃棉、轻质PU和上层PET无纺布,所述下层PET无纺布的上表面和上层PET无纺布的下表面复合PE胶粉;
其中,下层PET无纺布和上层PET无纺布均为单体针刺无纺布,玻璃棉为单层结构与下层PET无纺布的PE胶粉一面接触,轻质PU为单层结构与上层PET无纺布的PE胶粉一面接触;
下层PET无纺布和上层PET无纺布的密度为150 g/m2,复合PE胶粉后的厚度为1.0mm,PE胶粉克重20g/m2;玻璃棉的密度为600g/m2,厚度为17mm;轻质PU的密度为15k g/m3,厚度8mm;
(2)热模保压成型带冲切:将步骤(1)所得原材料通过传输机构输送至模具指定位置,通过成型机将原材料压制成型;工艺参数设定为参数为上模温度190℃,下模温度200℃,保压时间120s,保压压力20MPa,冲切时模具下降速度10mm/s;
(3)后处理:将步骤(2)所得成型带冲切后的半成品从成型模具内取出,去除孔位及周边余料,同时进行外观、尺寸和性能检验,包括无折痕、皱褶、断裂和材料分层,无表面凹凸不平、边沿漏黄的缺陷,得到产品发动机底部隔音垫;
(4)装箱:将步骤(3)经检具检测合格后所得产品在指定位置贴上合格标签,装箱入库。
实施二
(1)原材料的铺放:在工作台上依次铺放下层PET无纺布、玻璃棉、轻质PU和上层PET无纺布,所述下层PET无纺布的上表面和上层PET无纺布的下表面复合PE胶粉;

(2)热模保压成型带冲切:将步骤(1)所得原材料通过传输机构输送至模具指定位置,通过成型机将原材料压制成型;工艺参数设定为参数为上模温度200℃,下模温度190℃,保压时间140s,保压压力20MPa,冲切时模具下降速度15mm/s;
(3)后处理:将步骤(2)所得成型带冲切后的半成品从成型模具内取出,去除孔位及周边余料,同时进行外观、尺寸和性能检验,包括无折痕、皱褶、断裂和材料分层,无表面凹凸不平、边沿漏黄的缺陷,得到产品发动机底部隔音垫;
(4)装箱:将步骤(3)经检具检测合格后所得产品在指定位置贴上合格标签,装箱入库。

Claims (5)

1.汽车发动机底部隔音垫的生产方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)原材料的铺放:在工作台上依次铺放下层PET无纺布、玻璃棉、轻质PU和上层PET无纺布,所述下层PET无纺布的上表面和上层PET无纺布的下表面复合PE胶粉;
(2)热模保压成型带冲切:将步骤(1)所得原材料通过传输机构输送至模具指定位置,通过成型机将原材料压制成型;其中,模具的上模温度180-200℃,下模温度180-200℃,保压时间120-140s,保压压力18-20MPa,冲切时模具下降速度10-15mm/s;
(3)后处理:将步骤(2)所得成型带冲切后的半成品从成型模具内取出,去除孔位及周边余料,同时进行外观、尺寸和性能检验,得到产品发动机底部隔音垫;
(4)装箱:将步骤(3)经检具检测合格后所得产品在指定位置贴上合格标签,装箱入库。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车发动机底部隔音垫的生产方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)所述下层PET无纺布和上层PET无纺布均为单体针刺无纺布,所述玻璃棉为单层结构与下层PET无纺布的PE胶粉一面接触,所述轻质PU为单层结构与上层PET无纺布的PE胶粉一面接触。
