与现有技术相比,本发明的促进肠道排便的复合膳食纤维粉包括具有以下重量比的成分:大麦苗粉,40-60%;菊粉30-40%;水果酵素粉10-20%。如此具有平衡配比的水溶性膳食纤维与非水溶性膳食纤维、促进肠道排便、排出肠道毒素、预防癌症的发生、预防便秘。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的具体实施例进行进一步详细说明。应当理解的是,此处对本发明实施例的说明并不用于限定本发明的保护范围。
本发明提供的促进肠道排便的复合膳食纤维粉包括具有以下重量比的成分:大麦苗粉,40-60%;菊粉30-40%;水果酵素粉10-20%。
大麦苗粉通过捣碎机将晒干的大麦苗捣碎成粉末状而成,大麦苗中含有具有抗癌作用的多糖成分,且富含β-胡萝卜素、维生素B1、B2、B6、B12,泛酸和叶酸及矿物元素钾、钙、铁、磷、镁等;还具有SOD酶,食用后使胃肠道有益菌群大量繁殖,减少口臭和体臭。
菊粉通过以下步骤制作而成:1.将菊芋的根状茎去除蛋白质、胶质,粗纤维和矿物质;2.经水提取;3.离子交换;4.膜过滤;5.喷雾干燥,最终得到菊粉。菊粉是一种天然的水溶性膳食纤维,几乎不能被胃酸水解和消化,只有在结肠被有益微生物利用,从而改善肠道环境,能增强胃肠道蠕动,提高肠胃功能,增加消化和食欲,提高机体免疫力。菊粉能有效降低血清总胆固醇(TC)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C),提高高密度脂蛋白/低密度脂蛋白比率,改善血脂状况,菊粉在肠道末端前,自身会发酵成短链脂肪酸和乳酸盐,乳酸盐是肝脏代谢的调节剂,短链脂肪酸具有醋酸盐和丙酸盐,丙酸盐能抑制胆固醇的合成,短链脂肪酸能够降低结肠pH,抑制腐生菌的生长,减少有毒产物的生成,减少其对肠壁的刺激。由于菊粉一系列代谢活动能抑制有毒物质产生,增加排便次数和重量,增加粪便酸度,加速致癌物的排泄,产生有抗癌作用的短链脂肪酸,有利于预防结肠癌。
水果酵素粉通过以下步骤制作而成:1.准备多种水果,如苹果、香蕉、菠萝、梨子、梅子中的任意三种或三种以上,按照等比例配置,并将水果切成小块; 2.将蜂蜜、水果及水按照1:3:10的比例进行配比,并装入容器内;3.将容器密封,放置于阴凉处;4.若容器内存在胀气,则进行排气;5.容器放置8-12个月; 6.将容器内的混合物倒出,用滤网将碎渣滤除,剩下的物质去除水分后研磨形成粉末状,即为水果酵素粉。水果酵素粉能清肠毒、通宿便,有效预防色斑形成、青春痘等皮肤问题,水润剔透,延缓衰老,活化细胞,能有效降血压、血脂、血糖,预防肥胖。
实例一:包括具有以下重量比的成分:大麦苗粉60%;菊粉30%;多种水果酵素粉10%。
实例二:包括具有以下重量比的成分:大麦苗粉50%;菊粉35%;多种水果酵素粉15%
实例三:包括具有以下重量比的成分:大麦苗粉40%;菊粉40%;多种水果酵素粉20%。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的促进肠道排便的复合膳食纤维粉包括具有以下重量比的成分:大麦苗粉,40-60%;菊粉30-40%;水果酵素粉10-20%。如此具有平衡配比的水溶性膳食纤维与非水溶性膳食纤维、促进肠道排便、排出肠道毒素、预防癌症的发生、预防便秘的促进肠道排便,不含有添加剂,绿色健康。
以上仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并不用于局限本发明的保护范围,任何在本发明精神内的修改、等同替换或改进等,都涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围内。
Claims (7)
1.一种促进肠道排便的复合膳食纤维粉,其特征在于:包括具有以下重量比的成分:大麦苗粉,40-60%;菊粉30-40%;水果酵素粉10-20%。
2.如权利要求1所述的促进肠道排便的复合膳食纤维粉,其特征在于:所述大麦苗粉通过捣碎机将晒干的大麦苗捣碎成粉末状而成。
3.如权利要求1所述的促进肠道排便的复合膳食纤维粉,其特征在于:所述菊粉通过菊芋的根状茎去除蛋白质、胶质,粗纤维和矿物质后,经水提取、离子交换、膜过滤、喷雾干燥后得到。
4.如权利要求1所述的促进肠道排便的复合膳食纤维粉,其特征在于:所述水果酵素粉通过以下方式得到:将苹果、香蕉、菠萝、梨子、梅子中的任意三种或三种以上,按照等比例配置;将配置的水果与蜂蜜、水装入容器内密封放置8-12个月;在放置过程中排出胀气;用滤网将碎渣滤除;去除水分后进行研磨。
5.如权利要求1所述的促进肠道排便的复合膳食纤维粉,其特征在于:包括具有以下重量比的成分:大麦苗粉60%;菊粉30%;水果酵素粉10%。
6.如权利要求1所述的促进肠道排便的复合膳食纤维粉,其特征在于:包括具有以下重量比的成分:大麦苗粉50%;菊粉35%;水果酵素粉15%。
7.如权利要求1所述的促进肠道排便的复合膳食纤维粉,其特征在于:包括具有以下重量比的成分:大麦苗粉40%;菊粉40%;水果酵素粉20%。
