本发明涉及饮料的技术领域,具体而言,涉及固体饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
固体饮料是指以糖、乳和乳制品、蛋或蛋制品、果汁或食用植物提取物等为主要原料,添加适量的辅料或食品添加剂制成。其因具有便于携带、易于保存、体积小、便于运输、食用方便、营养丰富、风味独特、品种多样等特点备受消费者的青睐。
环境污染日益严重,现代人越来越重视自身排毒养颜的健康。排毒养颜关乎着人体的健康状态,直接影响着工作生活。排毒养颜的较为常见的方式为食疗法、运动法和中药法,食疗法即通过摄入水果、蔬菜等补充,运动法是通过运动促进人体体液的排出以达到排毒;中药法是通过中药的药性来调理内脏。
现有技术中,固体饮料缺乏对人体较好的排毒养颜的效果。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明一方面在于提供一种固体饮料,该固体饮料具有较好的排毒养颜的效果。
一种固体饮料,其原料按照质量份包含7~8份聚葡萄糖粉、1~2份抗性糊精和1~2份魔芋粉。
进一步地,其原料按照质量份还包含0.5~1份樱桃粉。
进一步地,所述樱桃粉为针叶樱桃粉。
进一步地,其原料按照质量份还包含0.5~1份蔓越莓粉。
进一步地,其原料按照质量份还包含0.5~1份桑葚粉。
进一步地,其原料按照质量份还包含0.05~0.1份瓜拉那提取物。
进一步地,其原料按照质量份还包含0.01~0.05份维生素C。
进一步地,其原料按照质量份还包含0.01~0.02份维生素E。
进一步地,其原料按照质量份还包含1~2份木糖醇。
本发明另一方面在于提供一种固体饮料的制备方法,由该制备方法获得的固体饮料具有较好的排毒养颜的效果。
一种如上述固体饮料的制备方法,将所述原料进行混合而成。
本发明的固体饮料包含聚葡萄糖粉、抗性糊精和魔芋粉,三者为水溶性膳食纤维,具有调节胃肠道,促进肠道有益菌群增殖,可有助于体内毒物的排出,达到排毒养颜的效果。
具体实施方式
为了便于理解本发明,下面合实施例来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
本发明的固体饮料,其原料按照质量份包含7~8份聚葡萄糖粉、1~2份抗性糊精和1~2份魔芋粉。例如聚葡萄糖粉的质量份可为7份、7.2份、7.5份、7.8份、7.9份或8份;抗性糊精的质量份可为1份、1.2份、1.5份、1.8份、2份;魔芋粉的质量份可为1份、1.2份、1.5份、1.8份、2份。在一个较优的固体饮料的技术方案中,其原料按照质量份包含7.68份聚葡萄糖粉、1.95份抗性糊精和1.5份魔芋粉。
聚葡萄糖粉又名聚右旋糖。由于离子交换和胶体的形成,聚葡萄糖粉能减少人体对有毒及致癌物质的吸收,又可调节胆固醇水平,降低肠内β-葡萄糖,苷酸酶活性,排除血管硬化诱因等。聚葡萄糖粉具有如下作用:1、调节脂类代谢:聚葡萄糖可在小肠内造成一层膜,并缠裹部分食物脂肪,能有效限制消化道内脂肪的吸收,促进类脂化合物的排泄,增加饱腹感,减少进食量,从而达到调节血脂,减少脂肪堆积,预防肥胖等功效。2、降低胆固醇:聚葡萄糖能吸附胆汁酸、胆固醇变异原等有机分子,抑制总胆固醇(TC)浓度升高,降低胆酸及盐类的合成与吸收,降低人体血浆和肝脏胆固醇水平,防治冠状动脉硬化,胆石症和预防心脑血管疾病等。3、减少糖量吸收:聚葡萄糖可阻碍食物与消化液充分接触,抑制增血糖素分泌,促使葡萄糖吸收减慢,从而降低餐后血糖水平,充分发挥胰岛素的作用,防止糖尿病。4、预防治便秘:聚葡萄糖能在人体肠道中吸水膨胀并保持水分,增加粪便体积,刺激肠道蠕动,加速排便频率,起到润肠通便和预防便秘的作用。5、能够排毒养颜:聚葡萄糖能有效调节肠道pH值,改善有益细菌的繁殖环境,使双歧杆菌等有益菌群迅速扩大,从而抑制腐生菌生长,防止肠道黏膜萎缩,并及时将体内毒素和代谢废物排泄,避免毒素从皮肤排出,达到美肤养颜的效果和预防痔疮、胃肠炎、结肠癌等疾病的发生。
抗性糊精是由淀粉加工而成,是将焙烤糊精的难消化成分用工业技术提取处理并精炼而成的一种低热量葡聚糖,属于低分子水溶性膳食纤维。抗性糊精具有:1、消化机制抗性,即糊精不同于标准淀粉而象抗性淀粉一样,实际上在消化道的上部部分地被水解:仅15%在小肠内被酶消化,而其余部分进入大肠,初始量的75%在大肠内慢慢地逐渐被发酵,10%排出体外;2、具有血糖作用:摄入抗性糊精可引起低血糖(葡萄糖反应=25)和血胰岛素反应(胰岛素反应=13),因此作为缓慢释放能量的碳水化合物,它可以部分或完全替换其他碳水化合物,例如糖和淀粉。例如,当以抗性糊精制成的糖浆用于浓缩果汁饮料中并于稀释后饮用时,其引起的葡萄糖反应仅为等效糖制品的10%;3、抗性糊精除了可以简单地增加食物中纤维的含量,也有助于延迟饥饿感的再产生;4、具有益生元作用,即可对宿主产生与微生物丛调节有关的健康益处的非活性食物组分。
魔芋粉又名葡苷聚糖。魔芋粉的作用主要体现在:1、血液净化剂:由于魔芋葡甘聚糖能有效抑制小肠对胆固醇、胆汁酸等脂肪分解物质的吸收,促进脂肪排出体外,减少脂肪、胆固醇进入血液,降低血清中甘油三脂和胆固醇总量,因此可起到预防高血压、高血脂和心血管疾病的作用。据有关资料记载,若每天人体服入3克魔芋葡甘聚糖(均为三次服入),并坚持长期食用,即可达到上述效果。2、清肠道:魔芋特有的束水凝胶纤维,可以使肠道保持一定的充盈度,促进肠道的生理蠕动,使粪便软化,加快排便速度,减轻肠道压力,解除便秘之苦。3、防癌症:魔芋特有的束水凝胶纤维,能促使肠道内重金属元素及食物毒性物质迅速排除,减少有害物质与肠壁的接触时间,阻止肠道对这些物质的吸收,清除胃、肠、胆囊中的滞留物,有效降低结肠、直肠中有害细菌感染的概率,是理想的防癌保健食品。4、防糖尿病:由于魔芋葡甘聚糖的粘度很大,增强了消化道内食糜的粘性,延缓了胃腔内食糜糊的滞留时间,并在肠壁形成保护膜,有效地抑制血糖值和尿糖值的上升。魔芋中的“海曼纳”物质,使人食后有饱腹感,从而减少人们摄入食物的数量和能量消耗人体内脂肪,有利于控制人的体重,达到自然减肥效果。5、补钙:100克魔芋天然食品中含钙约43毫克,更重要的是其所含之钙成份极易溶解被人体吸收,此富钙佳品亦当属补钙首选。6、平衡盐份:魔芋具有调节或平衡体内盐份之功效。7、排毒:其丰富的植物纤维素,帮助活跃肠道功能,加快排泄体内有害毒素,预防和减少肠道系统疾病病变发生率。8、洁胃:大量可溶性植物纤维促进胃肠蠕动,可减少有害物质在胃肠、胆囊中的滞留时间,有效地保护胃粘膜,清洁胃壁。9、减肥:其含有膳食纤维在胃内的充盈作用,增加了饱腹感,同时可以减少产热营养素的吸收,可以达到预防肥胖和缓慢减肥的目的。
总体说来,上述聚葡萄糖、抗性糊精是水溶性膳食纤维,能促进肠蠕动,防治便秘;低热量,利于减肥。魔芋粉作为水溶性膳食纤维,可吸水膨胀,抑制食欲,增强饱腹感,降低胆固醇,具有润肠通便的功能。
本发明中的固体饮料,其原料按照质量份还可包含0.5~1份樱桃粉,例如樱桃粉的质量份可为0.5份、0.52份、0.55份、0.6份、0.7份、0.8份、0.9份、1份等,优选为0.9份。
上述樱桃粉可以理解的是,由樱桃所加工得到的粉状物。樱桃粉可为针叶樱桃粉。针叶樱桃针维生素C含量较好,每100克果中维C含量达1677毫克,仅次于卡卡杜李和卡姆果,是柠檬的31倍,草莓的27倍,猕猴桃的18倍,也是被认为维生素C极高的番石榴的7倍,是名副其实的“天然维生素C之王”之一,同时还含有维A、维B1、维B2、铁、钙等元素,维生素C是维持人体生命不可欠缺的重要成份,它能够防感冒,防坏血病,改善人体抵抗能力,对美容以及癌症有一定功效。在保健、饮料、美容方面有广泛的应用。
本发明中的固体饮料,其原料按照质量份还可包含0.5~1份蔓越莓粉,例如0.5份、0.52份、0.55份、0.6份、0.7份、0.8份、0.9份、1份等,优选为0.75份。
蔓越莓粉具有以下作用:1、可以有效抑制幽门螺旋杆菌,抵抗细菌性胃溃疡,并且具有很强的抗氧化作用,可降低低密度胆固醇及三酸甘油酯。2、减少心血管老化病变,蔓越莓汁的降血压功效可能源自这种果汁中富含的抗氧化剂,如果希望通过饮食调节血压,蔓越莓汁是个不错的选择。3、抗老化,预防老年痴呆。蔓越莓具有一种非常强力的抵抗自由基物质——生物黄酮,生物黄铜能够有效的预防老年痴呆。4、蔓越莓含维生素C、类黄酮素等抗氧化物质及丰富果胶,能养颜美容、改善便秘,帮助排出体内毒素及多余脂肪。
本发明中的固体饮料,其原料按照质量份还可包含0.5~1份桑葚粉,例如0.5份、0.52份、0.55份、0.6份、0.7份、0.8份、0.9份、1份等,优选为0.6份。
桑葚粉含有糖、蛋白质、脂肪、糅酸、苹果酸及维生素A、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素C、铁、钠、钙、镁、磷、钾、胡萝卜素和花青素等营养物质。其具有以下作用:1、防止血管硬化:桑葚中含有脂肪酸,主要由亚油酸。硬脂酸及油酸组成,具有分解脂肪,降低血脂,防止血管硬化等作用。2、抗癌:桑葚中所含的芸香苷、花色素、葡萄糖、果糖、苹果酸、钙质、无机盐、胡萝卜素、多种维生素及烟酸等成分,都有预防肿瘤细胞扩散,避免癌症发生的功效。疗效:桑葚性寒生津,冰糖性平滋津,治肠道津液不足所致的大便干燥。3、健脾胃桑葚中含有鞣酸、脂肪酸、苹果酸等营养物质,能帮助脂肪、蛋白质及淀粉的消化,故有健脾胃助消化之功,可用于治疗因消化不良而导致的腹泻。4、美容:桑葚中除含有大量人体所需要的营养物质外,还含有乌发素,能使头发变得黑而亮泽,故可用来美容。葚子中含有大量的水分、碳水化合物、多种维生素、胡萝卜素及人体必需的微量元素等,能有效地扩充人体的血容量,且补而不腻。
本发明中的固体饮料,其原料按照质量份还可包含0.05~0.1份瓜拉那提取物,例如0.05份、0.055份、0.060份、0.07份、0.08份、0.09份、0.1份等,优选为0.075份。
瓜拉那提取物(即瓜拉纳提取物),顾名思义是从瓜拉那中所提取的营养物质。瓜拉那含有丰富的黄嘌呤类衍生物(生物碱、咖啡因)、氨基酸、单宁酸、蛋白质、维生素、矿物质等。瓜拉那具有以下几方面作用:1、能促进人体各部机能的新陈代谢,使老化减缓,改善内脏机能的组织结构;2、瓜拉纳"含有丰富葡萄糖、氨基酸、脂肪酸在细胞质内分解至可变成能量的形态,然后移至能量产生系的腺粒体内,以利ATR合成,为了使细胞不断的活化,维持电解质的平衡,保持细胞膜安定等;3、能活化纤维蛋白溶解作用和在体内代谢中,有效改善脑部血管和血管阻塞症所引起的各种病变,并能刺激心跳,强壮心脏有效预防心肌梗塞和心脏衰弱。
本发明中的固体饮料,其原料按照质量份还可包含0.01~0.05份维生素C,例如0.01份、0.015份、0.02份、0.025份、0.03份、0.04份、0.045份、0.05份等,优选为0.030份。
本发明中的固体饮料,其原料按照质量份还可包含0.01~0.02份维生素E,例如0.01份、0.011份、0.012份、0.015份、0.018份、0.019份、0.020份等,优选为0.015份。
本发明中的固体饮料,其原料按照质量份还可包含1~2份木糖醇,例如1份、1.1份、1.2份、1.5份、1.8份、1.9份或2份,优选为1.5份等。
木糖醇化学名为戊五醇,其CAS号为16277-71-7。于本发明中主要起着甜味剂的作用。木糖醇具有以下具体作用:1、木糖醇也能透过细胞膜,被组织吸收利用,促进肝糖元合成,供细胞以营养和能量,且不会引起血糖值升高,消较适合糖尿病患者食用的营养性的食糖代替品。2、木糖醇能促进肝糖元合成,不会导致血糖不会上升。3、木糖醇不能被口腔中产生龋齿的细菌发酵利用,抑制链球菌生长及酸的产生;其次在咀嚼木糖醇时,能促进唾液分泌,唾液多了既可以冲洗口腔、牙齿中的细菌,也可以增大唾液和龋齿斑点处碱性氨基酸及氨浓度,同时减缓口腔内PH值下降,伤害牙齿的酸性物质被中和稀释,抑制了细菌在牙齿表面的吸附,从而减少了牙齿的酸蚀,防止龋齿和减少牙斑的产生,巩固牙齿。4、木糖醇为人体提供能量,合成糖元,减少脂肪和肝组织中的蛋白质的消耗,使肝脏受到保护和修复,减少人体内有害酮体的产生。
本领域技术人员容易想象的是,除了上述原料,还可加入固体饮料常用的成分,例如香精、防腐剂、抗氧化剂、增稠剂等。
本发明固体饮料的制备方法,是将上述原料进行混合而成。这里混合可采用本领域公知的设备等。为了使得固体饮料的水分维持在一定含量,上述制备方法还包括干燥,干燥可采用给你本领域公知的干燥,例如真空干燥等或风干等,干燥后的水分含量可参考性地为3%以下。

将上述配比好的原料,通过三维混料机将原料混匀,自动化内包装袋(15g/袋),整个内包流程均在10万级洁净间进行操作;最后外包装盒,所有批次产品经过检验合格后出货。外包流程:彩盒喷码——装条包——放说明书——热缩膜封盒——装箱。

本发明富含水溶性膳食纤维,具有调节胃肠道,促进肠道有益菌群增殖,可使摄入的热能减少,在肠道内营养的消化吸收也下降,最终使体内脂肪消耗而起减肥作用;同时富含天然果粉,具有抗氧化、增强抵抗力,延缓衰老,美容养颜的功效。
由于本发明中所涉及的各工艺参数的数值范围在上述实施例中不可能全部体现,但本领域的技术人员完全可以想象到只要落入上述该数值范围内的任何数值均可实施本发明,当然也包括若干项数值范围内具体值的任意组合。此处,出于篇幅的考虑,省略了给出某一项或多项数值范围内具体值的实施例,此不应当视为本发明的技术方案的公开不充分。

3.根据权利要求2所述的固体饮料,其特征在于,所述樱桃粉为针叶樱桃粉。
4.根据权利要求1所述的固体饮料,其特征在于,其原料按照质量份还包含0.5~1份蔓越莓粉。
5.根据权利要求1所述的固体饮料,其特征在于,其原料按照质量份还包含0.5~1份桑葚粉。
6.根据权利要求1所述的固体饮料,其特征在于,其原料按照质量份还包含0.05~0.1份瓜拉那提取物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的固体饮料,其特征在于,其原料按照质量份还包含0.01~0.05份维生素C。
8.根据权利要求1所述的固体饮料,其特征在于,其原料按照质量份还包含0.01~0.02份维生素E。
9.根据权利要求1所述的固体饮料,其特征在于,其原料按照质量份还包含1~2份木糖醇。
10.一种如权利要求1所述固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,将所述原料进行混合而成。
