Abstract
一种可冲洗掉的头发调理组合物,其中包含:(a)约0.05-约5%重量的阳离子表面活性剂;(b)0.01-10%重量的乳液聚合的聚二甲基硅氧烷醇非离子调理聚合物,其通式如下:HO-Si(CH3)2-O-[Si(CH3)2-O-]nSi(CH3)2-OH式中n大于2700,和(c)水。本发明还包括制备调理组合物的方法。
Description
本发明涉及头发调理组合物,该组合物可以冲洗掉,并含有不挥发的不溶性硅氧烷胶,特别是聚二甲基硅氧烷醇胶。
用高粘度胶作为头发调整剂是公知的,适合的胶可参阅美国专利4874416(Spitzer)。这类胶通常以挥发性硅氧烷溶液如环二甲基硅酮溶液使用。
乳液聚合的硅氧烷可参阅美国专利2891920(Hyde)、美国专利3294725(Findlay)、及美国专利3360491(Axon)。
乳液聚合的聚二甲基硅氧烷醇微乳液可参阅EP0268982(Toray)。据报导聚二甲基硅氧烷醇材料是一种可能使用的材料。
据诸如“个人护理用途的有机官能硅氧烷”(“OrganofunctionalSilicones for Personal Care Applicatiorcs”),Wendel,Samule R and Disapio,Alfred J.Cosmetics & Toiletries Vol 98,1983年5月,第103-106页,这样的文章报导,护发组合物中不宜使用聚二甲基硅氧烷醇。
聚二甲基硅氧烷醇可用各种方法制备,其中之一是乳液聚合法。
硅油通常以水乳液的形式加入到头发调理组合物中。这种乳液通常通过硅油的机械剪切形成。这种乳液有时也通过化学乳化方法形成,但这与乳液聚合不同,因而不能提供本发明的意想不到的优点。
以前的头发调理组合物的问题在于它们不是调理效果较差,就是要使用高粘度发胶,从而导致加工困难。这后一个问题过去已通过在发胶中加入溶剂而部分得到解决。这类溶剂对消费者而说是不希望的,而且会影响发胶的调理性质。
按照本发明,一种基本上不含阴离子表面活性剂的头发调理组合物包含:
(a)约0.05-约5%重量的阳离子表面活性剂;
(b)0.01-10%重量的乳液聚合的聚二甲基硅氧烷醇非离子调理聚合物,其通式如下:
HO-Si(CH3)2-O-[Si(CH3)2-O-]nSi(CH3)2-OH式中n是2700或更大,以便得到200000以上的分子量;和
(c)水。
基本上不含阴离子表面活性剂的意思是该组合物可含1%以下的阴离子表面活性剂。
该组合物较好还包含约0.2-约20%重量的长链脂肪醇。
聚二甲基硅氧烷醇聚合物的平均粒度较好小于20微米,更好小于2微米。对于香波中相同的硅氧烷浓度而言,较小的粒度能使硅氧烷调理剂更均匀分布在头发上。
该聚合物可以是交联的。聚二甲基硅氧烷醇的粘度较好在1百万-2千万cst的范围,因为较高的粘度可以增加硅氧烷的调理效果。
阳离子表面活性剂的用量较好为0.1-1%(重量)。可以使用一烷基、二烷基和三烷基取代的季铵阳离子表面活性剂。适用的阳离子表面活性剂包括:氯化十六基三甲胺、氯化山萮基三甲铵、氯化硬脂基二甲基苄基铵、氯化十六基吡啶鎓,以及下面由CTFA命名的物质:Quaternium-5、Quaternium-31、Quaternium-18及其混合物(Quaternium是季铵盐)。优选的阳离子表面活性剂是氯化十六基三甲基铵的氯化山萮三甲基铵。
长链脂肪醇可以带有14-22个、较好16-20个碳原子的脂肪烷基链或链烯基链。特别适用于与阳离子表面活性剂一起使用的脂肪醇是鲸腊醇和硬脂醇的混合物。该组合物较好包含0.5-10%重量的长链脂肪醇,最好包含1-5%(重量)脂肪醇。
该组合物还可含有任选的非离子和两性表面活性剂。
适用于本发明组合物的非离子表面活性剂可包括直链或支链的脂族(C8-C18)伯醇或仲醇或苯酚与烯化氧,通常是环氧乙烷的缩合产物,且通常含6-30个EO。
其它适用的非离子表面活性剂包括一烷基或二烷基链烷醇酰胺或烷基多葡糖苷。其实例包括椰子单或二乙醇酰胺、椰子单异丙醇酰胺,以及椰子二葡糖苷。
适用于本发明组合物的两性表面活性剂可以包括烷基胺氧化物、烷基甜菜碱、烷基酰胺基丙基甜菜碱、烷基磺基甜菜碱、烷基甘氨酸盐、烷基羧基甘氨酸盐、烷基两性丙酸盐、烷基酰氨基丙基羟基磺基甜菜碱(hydroxysultaines)、酰基牛磺酸盐(taurales)和酰基谷氨酸盐,其中烷基和酰基含有8-18个碳原子。其实例包括氧化月桂基胺、椰子二甲基磺基丙基甜菜碱,优选月桂基甜菜碱、椰子酰氨基丙基甜菜碱和椰子两性丙酸钠。
该组合物还可包括少量其它成分,如抗菌剂、泡沫促进剂、珠光剂、香料、染料、着色剂、防腐剂、增稠剂、蛋白质、聚合物、磷酸酯和缓冲剂。
本发明还包括制备含有作为调理剂的、分子量在200000以上,粘度大于1百万cst的不溶性硅氧烷的调理组合物的方法,该方法包括将硅氧烷制成粘度低于1000cps的乳液,然后使该乳液与其它成分混合的步骤。该乳液较好含有40%以上重量的硅氧烷。
在优选的方法中,该硅氧烷是乳液聚合的,因为这样的一种材料兼备了小精度和高粘度的优点。
聚二甲基硅氧烷醇这种硅氧烷是特别优选的。这种聚二甲基硅氧烷醇的硅氧烷既可以照其本身使用,也可以再用一个甲基封端。

用表1中所列的组合物处理相同的中假发,然后由训练有素的评判小组对处理后的假发进行一系列成对对比试验。可以考虑为最能表明调理效果的两个特征是:(a)易于干梳和(b)干后头发手感平滑。在每种情况下都用不含硅氧烷调理剂的对比实例A进行比较。对比实例B虽然含有先有技术的硅氧烷调理剂的机械法乳液,但是并未产生任何统计学上的明显差异。然而本发明的所有组合物从统计学上看全都比对比实例A优异。从这些对比试验的结果看,可以得出结论,按照本发明的组合物及按照本发明方法制备的组合物为机械法硅氧烷乳液组合物B提供了优异的效果。
Claims (8)
1.一种可冲洗掉的基本上不含阴离子表面活性剂的头发调理剂组合物,其中包含:
(a)0.05-5%重量选自氯化十六基三甲铵和氯化山萮基三甲铵的阳离子表面活性剂;
(b)0.01-10%重量的乳液聚合的聚二甲基硅氧烷醇非离子调理聚合物,其通式如下:
HO-Si(CH3)2-O-[Si(CH3)2-O-]nSi(CH3)2-OH式中n大于2700,和
(c)水。
2.按照权利要求1的组合物,其中聚二甲基硅氧烷醇聚合物的平均粒度小于20微米。
3.按照权利要求2的组合物,其中聚二甲基硅氧烷醇聚合物的平均粒度小于2微米。
4.按照权利要求1的组合物,其中聚二甲基硅氧烷醇的粘度为1百万-2千万cst。
5.按照前述任何一项权利要求的组合物,它进一步包含0.2-20%重量的C14-22醇。
6.一种制备含有选自氯化十六基三甲铵和氯化山萮基三甲铵的阳离子表面活性剂和作为调理剂的、分子量在200000以上、粘度大于1百万cst的不溶性硅氧烷的可冲洗掉的调理组合物的方法,该方法包括将硅氧烷制成粘度低于1000cps的乳液,然后使该乳液与包括阳离子表面活性剂在内的其它调理剂成分混合的步骤。
7.如权利要求6所要求的方法,其中该乳液包含40%(重量)以上的硅氧烷。
8.按照权利要求6或7的方法,其中该硅氧烷是乳液聚合的聚二甲基硅氧烷醇。
