本发明公开了一种葡萄浸泡酒,用下列重量份的原料制成:白酒1000‑2000份、葡萄100‑200份、拐枣50‑100份、刺梨80‑160份、白砂糖15‑30份、冰糖5‑15份、蜂蜜5‑15份、鸡血藤3‑8份、人参3‑8份、当归3‑8份、枸杞5‑10份、黄精8‑15份、肉桂8‑15份。本发明使用多种材料制成该浸泡酒,使得该浸泡酒中富含有多种营养元素,满足人们对各种营养成分的摄入需求,营养价值较高,而且各种材料,能够提供多种口味,带给人们不一样的体验。而且该浸泡酒中含有多种药物,可以起到强身健体的作用。

本发明涉及一种葡萄浸泡酒及其制备方法,属于食品加工技术领域。
背景技术
随着人们生活质量的提高,生活也越来越丰富多彩。人们对酒的需求不再局限于传统酿制的白酒,各种类型的酒纷纷出现再人们的生活中。其中葡萄酒就是其中一种比较深受人们喜好的酒类饮品。传统的葡萄酒大多是在白酒中加入葡萄进行浸泡即可。虽然口感较之传统的白酒有所区别,但是口感单一,较之传统的白酒并未有质上的改变。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种葡萄浸泡酒及其制备方法。该葡萄浸泡酒由多种材料混合浸泡而成,富含多种营养元素,营养价值高,而且口感丰富。
本发明的技术方案:一种葡萄浸泡酒,用下列重量份的原料制成:白酒1000-2000份、葡萄100-200份、拐枣50-100份、刺梨80-160份、白砂糖15-30份、冰糖5-15份、蜂蜜5-15份、鸡血藤3-8份、人参3-8份、当归3-8份、枸杞5-10份、黄精8-15份、肉桂8-15份。
前述的葡萄浸泡酒,用下列重量份的原料制成:白酒1300-1700份、葡萄130-170份、拐枣65-85份、刺梨100-140份、白砂糖20-25份、冰糖8-12份、蜂蜜8-12份、鸡血藤5-7份、人参5-7份、当归5-7份、枸杞6-8份、黄精10-13份、肉桂10-13份。
前述的葡萄浸泡酒,用下列重量份的原料制成:白酒1500份、葡萄150份、拐枣75份、刺梨120份、白砂糖22份、冰糖10份、蜂蜜10份、鸡血藤6份、人参6份、当归6份、枸杞7份、黄精12份、肉桂12份。
一种葡萄浸泡酒的制备方法,包括有以下步骤:
A、将葡萄、拐枣、刺梨、鸡血藤、人参、当归、枸杞、黄精以及肉桂清洗干净,然后放入白酒中浸泡,并加入白砂糖,浸泡时间为45-60天,前5天每天搅拌1-2次,得a品;
B、将a品进行过滤,取滤液,在滤液中加入冰糖和蜂蜜,继续浸泡5-10天,得b品;
C、将b品高温杀菌后,自然冷却即得所需葡萄浸泡酒。
前述的葡萄浸泡酒的制备方法,所述白酒的酒精度为10-25%。
本发明的有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明使用多种材料制成该浸泡酒,使得该浸泡酒中富含有多种营养元素,满足人们对各种营养成分的摄入需求,营养价值较高,而且各种材料,能够提供多种口味,带给人们不一样的体验。而且该浸泡酒中含有多种药物,可以起到强身健体的作用。

本发明的实施例1:一种葡萄浸泡酒,用下列重量份的原料制成:白酒1000kg、葡萄100kg、拐枣50kg、刺梨80kg、白砂糖15kg、冰糖5kg、蜂蜜5kg、鸡血藤3kg、人参3kg、当归3kg、枸杞5kg、黄精8kg、肉桂8kg。
一种葡萄浸泡酒的制备方法包括有以下步骤:
A、将葡萄、拐枣、刺梨、鸡血藤、人参、当归、枸杞、黄精以及肉桂清洗干净,然后放入白酒中浸泡,并加入白砂糖,浸泡时间为45-60天,前5天每天搅拌1-2次,得a品;
B、将a品进行过滤,取滤液,在滤液中加入冰糖和蜂蜜,继续浸泡5-10天,得b品;
C、将b品高温杀菌后,自然冷却即得所需葡萄浸泡酒。

1.一种葡萄浸泡酒,其特征在于:用下列重量份的原料制成:白酒1000-2000份、葡萄100-200份、拐枣50-100份、刺梨80-160份、白砂糖15-30份、冰糖5-15份、蜂蜜5-15份、鸡血藤3-8份、人参3-8份、当归3-8份、枸杞5-10份、黄精8-15份、肉桂8-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的葡萄浸泡酒,其特征在于:用下列重量份的原料制成:白酒1300-1700份、葡萄130-170份、拐枣65-85份、刺梨100-140份、白砂糖20-25份、冰糖8-12份、蜂蜜8-12份、鸡血藤5-7份、人参5-7份、当归5-7份、枸杞6-8份、黄精10-13份、肉桂10-13份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的葡萄浸泡酒,其特征在于:用下列重量份的原料制成:白酒1500份、葡萄150份、拐枣75份、刺梨120份、白砂糖22份、冰糖10份、蜂蜜10份、鸡血藤6份、人参6份、当归6份、枸杞7份、黄精12份、肉桂12份。
4.一种如权利要求1-3中任意一项所述的葡萄浸泡酒的制备方法,其特征在于:包括有以下步骤:
A、将葡萄、拐枣、刺梨、鸡血藤、人参、当归、枸杞、黄精以及肉桂清洗干净,然后放入白酒中浸泡,并加入白砂糖,浸泡时间为45-60天,前5天每天搅拌1-2次,得a品;
B、将a品进行过滤,取滤液,在滤液中加入冰糖和蜂蜜,继续浸泡5-10天,得b品;
C、将b品高温杀菌后,自然冷却即得所需葡萄浸泡酒。
