本发明公开了一种燃油箱,包括燃油箱本体,所述燃油箱材料为非金属材料,所述燃油箱本体通过燃油箱钢带固定到车架上,钢带一端与车架采用销连接,一端与车架焊接螺柱采用螺母固定。本发明取消了金属燃油箱保护板,增加了一根横梁保护燃油箱,同时降低了产品成本,确保整车续航里程满足要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种燃油箱,尤其是一种非金属燃油箱。
背景技术
汽车燃油箱是汽车油箱的全称,是汽车上的装燃料的容器,按材料可分为金属燃油箱和非金属燃油箱。当前,随着汽车工业的发展和国内汽车工业的振兴,各大汽车生产企业对汽车燃油箱的需求呈明显增长趋势。自汽车工业诞生以来,金属燃油箱占领主导地位,但是随着各种新材料的应用和发展以及人们对环保工作的重视,非金属燃油箱开始打入市场。
与金属油箱相比,非金属燃油箱具有以下优点:重量轻40%~50%;形状有更大的自由度,可最大限度地利用汽车座位底下的有效空间,增加了油箱的体积,提高了汽车空间利用性;模具研制周期短,约为金属油箱的1/3;安全可靠性不亚于金属油箱。非金属材料的传热性低,着火可软化,燃油常压流出,不会像金属油箱那样发生爆炸。另外,其耐腐蚀性好,金属油箱内表面需要镀耐腐蚀合金,否则易被含乙醇等的燃油腐蚀而降低力学性能和阻透性能。由于非金属油箱具有金属油箱不可替代的优点,因而世界各国和地区对其研究和应用已越来越多。
当前汽车非金属燃油箱的固定多单独用钢带进行固定在汽车底盘上,钢带为单层钢板,在钢带的端部固定结构存在强度不够的缺陷,容易断裂,存在钢带固定失效的风险。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种燃油箱,解决现有技术中燃油箱固定失效的技术问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明通过以下技术方案来达到::
一种燃油箱,包括燃油箱本体,所述燃油箱材料为非金属材料,所述燃油箱本体通过燃油箱钢带固定到车架上,钢带一端与车架采用销连接,一端与车架焊接螺柱采用螺母固定。所述非金属材料包括合成树脂。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:取消了金属燃油箱保护板,增加了一根横梁保护燃油箱,同时降低了产品成本,确保整车续航里程满足要求。

本发明提供的一种实施例:一种燃油箱,其特征在于,包括:燃油箱本体1,所述燃油箱材料为非金属材料,所述燃油箱本体通过燃油箱钢带3固定到车架1上,钢带3一端与车架1采用销连接,一端与车架1焊接螺柱采用螺母固定。
