本实用新型涉及汽车铝合金油箱。
背景技术
汽车油箱的塑料油箱一般采用的是HDPE材料，重量轻且很坚固，缺点是不能烤漆，塑料做的油箱容易渗油，但一般都要做试验的，还有就是塑料油箱都要过认证的。铝合金油箱因为油箱在长时间使用后,表面局部氧化,影响外观，两种油箱的材料分别是是3A21和5052，冲压焊接而成。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种汽车铝合金油箱，结构设计合理，燃油在油箱内不易晃动，油箱受到撞击不易变形，制造成本低，油箱表面美观。
本实用新型的技术方案如下：
汽车铝合金油箱，包括有方筒形的箱体，所述箱体上设有油箱盖，箱体的两端分别安装有封头，油箱内壁上设有两块隔板，油箱的侧壁上安装有进油口总成、排污口总成。
所述的油箱的侧壁上安装有排污总成。
本实用新型的结构设计合理，燃油在油箱内不易晃动，油箱受到撞击不易变形，制造成本低，油箱表面美化。

具体实施方式
参见附图，汽车铝合金油箱，包括有方筒形的箱体1，箱体1上设有油箱盖2，箱体1的两端分别安装有封头3，油箱内壁上设有两片隔板4，油箱的侧壁上位于圆弧过渡处安装有进油口5，油箱上部中间位置设有传感器及回油口6，油箱的底部侧壁上位于圆弧过渡的最低点安装有排污总成7。

1.汽车铝合金油箱，包括有方筒形的箱体，其特征在于：所述箱体上设有油箱盖，箱体的两端分别安装有封头，油箱内壁上设有两块隔板，油箱的侧壁上安装有进油口总成、排污口总成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车铝合金油箱，其特征在于：所述的油箱的侧壁上安装有排污总成。
