二次绝缘减震脚垫,上螺柱和下螺柱之间设有绝缘层,上螺柱和下螺柱为外螺纹结构,上螺柱和下螺柱端部设有金属层。本实用新型的二次绝缘减震脚垫,上下连接以双外螺纹为主,安装方便,上下两端面采用金属材料,其耐压稳定作用,中间橡胶选取绝缘耐磨材料,耐磨性缓冲性良好,各部分尺寸可按照实际需要调整,满足各种实际使用需求。使用改进后二次绝缘减震脚垫安装电液泵产品,可使整个电液泵与车身绝缘,从根本上杜绝了电液泵产品的漏电安全隐患。

本实用新型涉及机械零部件技术领域,尤其涉及电液泵安装技术领域。
背景技术
近年来,随着环境污染的日益严重,新能源电动车及混合动力车市场发展迅速,电动液压转向助力泵作为新能源电动客车及混动客车的转向动力源,需求量增长迅速,随着大量的电动液压转向助力泵(简称电液泵,下同)在新能源车辆上的安装和使用,其相关的一些配件体现出各种各样的问题和隐患。其中电液泵在往电动车上安装时,连接电动泵和汽车底盘的减震脚垫其设计结构普遍在用一根螺柱直通橡胶块熔铸或橡胶块预留圆孔,安装时以螺栓穿入连接电机底脚及车身底盘的安装孔,这种设计的弊端是不绝缘,若电机漏电会直接将电导入车身,导致司机及乘客有触电危险,有极大的安全隐患,并且穿入螺栓安装不便。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有连接电动泵和汽车底盘的减震脚垫存在的上述问题,本实用新型提供了一种二次绝缘减震脚垫。
本实用新型为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:二次绝缘减震脚垫,上螺柱1和下螺柱7之间设有绝缘层2,上螺柱1和下螺柱7为外螺纹结构。
所述上螺柱1和下螺柱7端部设有金属层3。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的二次绝缘减震脚垫结构如图1所示, 上螺柱1和下螺柱7之间设有绝缘层2,上螺柱1和下螺柱7为外螺纹结构。上螺柱1和下螺柱7端部设有金属层3。安装后可让电机与脚垫,脚垫与车身两次绝缘。上下连接以双外螺纹为主,安装方便,上下两端面采用金属材料,其耐压稳定作用,中间橡胶选取绝缘耐磨材料,耐磨性缓冲性良好,各部分尺寸可按照实际需要调整,满足各种实际使用需求。使用改进后二次绝缘减震脚垫安装电液泵产品,可使整个电液泵与车身绝缘,从根本上杜绝了电液泵产品的漏电安全隐患。
其中外螺纹螺柱长度可根据电机支架及车底板安装相关厚度、螺母及弹簧垫圈厚度需求进行调整,上螺柱1和下螺柱7可采用外六角螺栓标准件代替,节约成本,易采购,上下端面金属板外圆直径可根据承载重量调整,使用范围广,承压性好;外螺柱可使安装更为方便,可先将外螺柱插入安装预留孔,进行初定位,然后把紧垫圈螺母即可,照比内螺纹或预留孔螺栓插入的结构,其需要对准位置后才能将螺栓插入,由于电动泵总成体积重量大,放置后不方便二次移动,螺栓校准位置极其不便,使用外螺纹进行改进后安装方便。

1.二次绝缘减震脚垫,其特征在于:上螺柱(1)和下螺柱(7)之间设有绝缘层(2),上螺柱(1)和下螺柱(7)为外螺纹结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的二次绝缘减震脚垫,其特征在于:所述上螺柱(1)和下螺柱(7)端部设有金属层(3)。
