技术领域
本发明涉及复配食材,特别是一种可提高人体免疫力的黑加仑沙棘膏的配方及制备方法。
背景技术
各种水果中都富含有多种维生素,经常补充天然维生素,可促进人体新陈代谢,延缓衰老,提高身体免疫力。为了增加人体的维生素,研发了各种药品制剂、营养冲剂、功能饮料等,但大部分制剂中,维生素含量甚微,营养价值低,添加多种添加剂,人体吸收效果不理想。营养冲剂或药品中的维生素C在高温强光环境下,容易挥发,存放过程中维生素C的流失或挥发,导致营养成分下降。
因此,有必要提供一种纯天然、维生素含量高的营养制品。
发明内容
实现上述目的本发明的技术方案为,一种黑加仑沙棘膏,其制备原料包括黑加仑,沙棘,大枣,冰糖,其配方包括如下组分(按重量配比):黑加仑40-70%,沙棘10-20%,大枣5-10%,冰糖15-30%。
优选地,黑加仑沙棘膏配方按包括如下组分(按重量配比):黑加仑60%,沙棘15%,大枣5%,冰糖20%。
优选地,黑加仑沙棘膏配方按包括如下组分(按重量配比):黑加仑70%,沙棘10%,大枣5%,冰糖15%。
优选地,黑加仑沙棘膏配方按包括如下组分(按重量配比):黑加仑40%,沙棘20%,大枣10%,冰糖30%。
本发明还提供了一种制备黑加仑沙棘膏的方法,其包括以下步骤:
步骤1)将黑加仑果和沙棘果清洗干净,加入1-2倍的水浸泡,加热至80-85℃,浸泡4-6小时至黑加仑果和沙棘果充分吸水软化;
步骤2)对软化后的黑加仑果和沙棘果破碎,将破碎完成的黑加仑和沙棘果浆降温至40-45℃,并将果浆泵导入酶解罐;
步骤3)将浓度0.1-0.25%的柠檬酸加入所述果浆中,调节pH值为2.5-3.5,然后,加入浓度0.1%复合生物酶混合均匀,酶解12小时;
步骤4)将充分酶解的黑加仑和沙棘果浆进行板框压滤,得到黑加仑和沙棘果汁备用;
步骤5)将大枣清洗干净,破碎,加入6-12倍的水浸泡,加热至60-90°,熬制4-6小时,至食材内容物充分溢出,过滤获得纯大枣果汁;
步骤6)将冰糖加入6-12倍的水浸泡,加热至60-90°,熬2-4小时至金黄色;
步骤7)将过滤所得的黑加仑和沙棘果汁、药汁、冰糖,按所述比例投入真空罐,控制温度在60℃-90℃,减压浓缩5-8小时,至可溶性固形物值(20℃,阿贝折光仪)达到80-83%,然后,添加蜂蜜,再减压浓缩0.5-1.5小时;
步骤8)冷却收膏即得黑加仑沙棘膏。
优选地,分别将所述黑加仑果和沙棘果、和大枣经纱网进行过滤,分别获得黑加仑果和沙棘果混合果汁,以及大枣果汁,纱网的孔径为100-120目。
步骤3)中,柠檬酸的添加比例为:1-2.5㎏/吨黑加仑和沙棘果浆;复合生物酶的添加比例为:1㎏/吨黑加仑和沙棘果浆。
步骤7)中,减压浓缩,真空度0.6-0.8MP。
步骤8)中,在25-45°温度下进行罐装,然后,将玻璃瓶至于80-100度沸水中灭菌半小时,完成整个制备流程。
与现有技术相比,本发明黑加仑沙棘膏以黑加仑和沙棘为主材,其为天然的,富含维生素C成分最高的天然水果,结合大枣和冰糖熔融进行混合相溶,经过分步加热黑加仑和沙棘、大枣、冰糖,充分提取黑加仑中的抗氧化剂、多种微生物、伽玛亚麻酸、花青素和酚类物质,以及沙棘中的脂肪酸、微量元素、亚油素、沙棘黄酮、超氧化物等活性物质和人体所需的各种氨基酸。黑加仑中富含的抗氧化剂对维生素C进行更好的储存,避免维生素C挥发而失效,以保障本品的整体疗效。并且,在制备过程中,控制加热温度,避免维生素C在加热过程中挥发,提高成品中的维生素C的有效含量。
食材中的黑加仑、沙棘和大枣都是富含有维生素C的水果,含量高,本品黑加仑沙棘膏不仅选材精良,且用量大,3斤黑加仑+1斤沙棘,低温减压熬制,控制温度和真空度,方获得1斤精酿黑加仑沙棘膏。服用本品黑加仑沙棘膏,不仅可以增强免疫力和抵抗力,还可以改善牙龈出血萎缩的问题,增加对钙铁和叶酸的吸收,减少黑色素的沉积、淡化色斑、缓解脸部皱纹,养颜抗衰老。
具体实施方式
本发明黑加仑沙棘膏采用黑加仑和沙棘为主材,结合大枣,冰糖熔融进行混合相溶,充分提取黑加仑中的抗氧化剂、多种微生物、伽玛亚麻酸、花青素和酚类物质,以及沙棘中的脂肪酸、微量元素、亚油素、沙棘黄酮、超氧化物等活性物质和人体所需的各种氨基酸。经过高浓度的萃取,将食材中丰富的营养成分提取出来,复配调和,几位材料根据配比,相互协同作用,起到增强人体免疫力的功效。
黑加仑,其含有非常丰富的维生素C、磷、镁、钾、钙、花青素、酚类物质。黑加仑维C的含量是橙子的3倍。这种水果充满了抗氧化剂和维生素A,B,C,E,铜和伽玛亚麻酸。德国科学家斯塔勒试验证明,服用黑加仑果汁可使婴儿迅速提高抵抗力和免疫力。美国著名的萘科尔双盲试验发现,儿童服用组比对照组的身高显著增加。据报道英国科学家研究表明,黑加仑果汁对呼吸道感染、消化不良、牙病及皮肤病有良好的疗效,并且被英国政府定为唯一可以带到医院供病人饮用的饮料。中国预防医学科学院也证实,其含有能阻断强致癌物亚硝胺合成的物质,少年儿童经常饮用,可减少牙龈出血、增进脑力、促进身体成长;中老年人常饮可软化血管、降低血脂、减缓衰老、增强抗病能力。优选黑龙江黑加仑。
沙棘,沙棘果实含有206种对人体有益的营养物质和生物活性物质,据测定其果实中含有多种维生素、脂肪酸、微量元素、亚油素、沙棘黄酮、超氧化物等活性物质和人体所需的各种氨基酸。特别是其中维生素C含量极高,每100克果汁中,维生素C含量可达到825—1100毫克,是橙子的20倍+,猕猴桃的2-3倍,素有维生素C之王的美称。它在藏药中被称为包治百病的“灵丹妙药”,它可以清除人体内的自由基,提高免疫功能,对于提高人体的抗病能力,延缓人体衰老有着重要作用。
红枣,富含蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、胡萝卜素、B族维生素、维生素C、维生素P以及钙、磷、铁和环磷酸腺苷等营养成分。其中维生素C的含量在果品中名列前茅。
冰糖,成分以蔗糖为主,可分解为葡萄糖及果糖等。药性:味甘,性平,归脾、肺经。冰糖的作用能补中益气,和胃,止渴化痰。冰糖虽甚甘甜,但性质比较平和,不宜留湿、生痰、化热。其药理作用:能补充体内水分和糖分,具有补充体液、供给能量、补充血糖、强心利尿、解毒等作用。
以下具体说明本发明黑加仑沙棘膏的配比。
一种黑加仑沙棘膏,其配方包括如下组分(按重量配比):黑加仑40-70%,沙棘10-20%,大枣5-10%,冰糖15-30%。

一种黑加仑沙棘膏,其配方包括如下组分(按重量配比):黑加仑60%,沙棘15%,大枣5%,冰糖20%。

一种黑加仑沙棘膏,其配方包括如下组分(按重量配比):黑加仑70%,沙棘10%,大枣5%,冰糖15%。
实施例三
一种黑加仑沙棘膏,其配方包括如下组分(按重量配比):黑加仑40%,沙棘20%,大枣10%,冰糖30%。
本发明还提供了一种制备黑加仑沙棘膏的方法,其包括以下步骤:
步骤1)将黑加仑果和沙棘果清洗干净,加入1-2倍的水浸泡,加热至80-85℃,浸泡4-6小时至黑加仑果和沙棘果充分吸水软化;
步骤2)对软化后的黑加仑果和沙棘果破碎,将破碎完成的黑加仑和沙棘果浆降温至40-45℃,并将果浆泵导入酶解罐;
步骤3)将浓度0.1-0.25%的柠檬酸加入所述果浆中,调节pH值为2.5-3.5,然后,加入浓度0.1%复合生物酶混合均匀,酶解12小时;
步骤4)将充分酶解的黑加仑和沙棘果浆进行板框压滤,得到黑加仑和沙棘果汁备用;
步骤5)将大枣清洗干净,破碎,加入6-12倍的水浸泡,加热至60-90°,熬制4-6小时,至食材内容物充分溢出,过滤获得纯大枣果汁;
步骤6)将冰糖加入6-12倍的水浸泡,加热至60-90°,熬2-4小时至金黄色;
步骤7)将过滤所得的黑加仑和沙棘果汁、药汁、冰糖,按所述比例投入真空罐,控制温度在60℃-90℃,减压浓缩5-8小时,至可溶性固形物值(20℃,阿贝折光仪)达到80-83%,然后,添加蜂蜜,再减压浓缩0.5-1.5小时;
步骤8)在25-45°温度下进行罐装,然后,将玻璃瓶至于80-100度沸水中灭菌半小时,冷却收膏即得黑加仑沙棘膏,完成整个制备流程。
在步骤4)中,分别将所述黑加仑果和沙棘果、和大枣经纱网进行过滤,分别获得黑加仑果和沙棘果混合果汁,以及大枣果汁,纱网的孔径为100-120目。
优选地,分别将所述黑加仑果和沙棘果、和大枣经纱网进行过滤,分别获得黑加仑果和沙棘果混合果汁,以及大枣果汁,纱网的孔径为100-120目。
步骤3)中,柠檬酸的添加比例为:1-2.5㎏/吨黑加仑和沙棘果浆;复合生物酶的添加比例为:1㎏/吨黑加仑和沙棘果浆。即每吨黑加仑和沙棘果浆中加入1-2.5㎏进行酶解;每吨黑加仑和沙棘果浆中加入1㎏/吨进行酶解。通过柠檬酸和复合生物酶在黑加仑和沙棘果浆中进行酶解反应,加快其营养成分的分解。
步骤7)中,减压浓缩,真空度0.6-0.8MP。
步骤8)中,在25-45°温度下进行罐装,然后,将玻璃瓶至于80-100度沸水中灭菌半小时,完成整个制备流程。
在本发明中的食材原料选取上,本申请人经过长时间的选材和对比,选取黑加仑果和沙棘果两种主材作为原料,分提取黑加仑中的抗氧化剂、多种微生物、伽玛亚麻酸、花青素和酚类物质,以及沙棘中的脂肪酸、微量元素、亚油素、沙棘黄酮、超氧化物等活性物质和人体所需的各种氨基酸。食材中的富含营养组分是不可替代的,经过高浓度的萃取,将食材中丰富的营养成分提取出来,迅速提高抵抗力和免疫力。不用添加剂、食用香精、防腐剂等,保障黑加仑沙棘膏的天然品质,长期食用无副作用,是纯天然、高营养、高品质的黑加仑沙棘膏。各种天然水果虽然富有各种营养成分,人们需要食用大量的水果才能吸收所需的营养,为了方便人们通过天然水果中吸收营养价值,采用了复配高浓缩的生产工艺,整合大量的水果压榨浓缩,大大提高成品的营养成分。
在制备工艺上,将主料黑加仑果和沙棘果,结合大枣、冰糖分开加热熬制,经过浸泡、酶解、加热、过滤、加热、浓缩多道工序,充分充盈软化,方能使得食材中的有效成分更好地溶解。同时,突破了现有膏状药材的固形物值的水平。为了提高所述黑加仑沙棘膏的固形物值,申请人不断改进生产工艺,调整加热时间、加热温度和压力,经过长时间的搅拌熬制,逐步提升膏体的固形物值,减压加热可避免水分挥发过快,造成膏体固化状的现象,控制其固形物含量为80-83%,比一般的膏状食材的固形物值膏明显提高,浓度高、有效营养成份含量高。通过提高固形物含量,显著提升黑加仑沙棘膏的整体营养成分比例,比一般的膏形食材的营养成分更好,即需要更多的原料才能提取制备获得,显著提升黑加仑沙棘膏的食用效果,食材天然,没有副作用。本品黑加仑沙棘膏是富含维生素C的天然复配水果浓缩膏,人们冲配饮用,对提高人体的免疫力发挥显著作用。
上述技术方案仅体现了本发明技术方案的优选技术方案,本技术领域的技术人员对其中某些部分所可能做出的一些变动均体现了本发明的原理,属于本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种黑加仑沙棘膏,其特征在于,其制备原料包括黑加仑,沙棘,大枣,冰糖。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种黑加仑沙棘膏,其特征在于,其配方包括如下组分(按重量配比):黑加仑40-70%,沙棘10-20%,大枣5-10%,冰糖15-30%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种黑加仑沙棘膏,其特征在于,其配方按包括如下组分(按重量配比):黑加仑60%,沙棘15%,大枣5%,冰糖20%。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种黑加仑沙棘膏,其特征在于,其配方按包括如下组分(按重量配比):黑加仑70%,沙棘10%,大枣5%,冰糖15%。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种黑加仑沙棘膏,其特征在于,其配方按包括如下组分(按重量配比):黑加仑40%,沙棘20%,大枣10%,冰糖30%。
6.一种制备黑加仑沙棘膏的方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
步骤1)将黑加仑果和沙棘果清洗干净,加入1-2倍的水浸泡,加热至80-85℃,浸泡4-6小时至黑加仑果和沙棘果充分吸水软化;
步骤2)对软化后的黑加仑果和沙棘果破碎,将破碎完成的黑加仑和沙棘果浆降温至40-45℃,并将果浆泵导入酶解罐;

8.权利要求6所述制备黑加仑沙棘膏的方法,其特征在于:步骤3)中,柠檬酸的添加比例为:1-2.5㎏/吨黑加仑和沙棘果浆;复合生物酶的添加比例为:1㎏/吨黑加仑和沙棘果浆。
9.权利要求6所述制备黑加仑沙棘膏的方法,其特征在于:步骤7)中,减压浓缩,真空度0.6-0.8MP。
