Abstract

本发明涉及一种理坯、瓶坯口照相检测一体机构,包括理坯机及位于理坯机轨道上方的照相检测剔除装置,所述照相检测剔除装置包括照相机、滑轨、护条、编码器、气缸、星轮、叶片及电机;通过在理坯机内增加照相检测剔除装置,可以在瓶坯整列过程中即进行瓶坯口检测,占地面积少,装置衔接灵活方便,并且可同时对多种不同规格瓶坯进行检测。

技术领域
本发明涉及瓶坯制造装置领域,具体是一种理坯、瓶坯口照相检测一体机构。
背景技术
目前国内瓶坯制造业在对注塑成型后的瓶坯进行下道工艺处理如:理坯、输送、存储、吹瓶均需要将注塑成型的瓶坯视觉检测,并对不合格瓶坯进行剔除。
现有工厂瓶坯在吹瓶过程中检测是安装在吹瓶机内,此时瓶坯已经经过理坯、输送、结晶等工艺处理,发现不良后再进行不良品剔除时前期工艺已结束,导致能源浪费。现有吹瓶厂瓶坯理坯后为经过输送、结晶检测不良需要利用两组很长皮带加紧瓶坯支撑环下方圆柱面进行输送,在皮带上方及两侧有专门照相机,对移动中的瓶坯进行坯口,支撑环、螺牙、瓶身、瓶底照相检测。目前主要存在问题是:占用空间,空间小的场地无法使用;吹瓶厂绝大部分瓶坯不需要瓶坯全身检测,只需要瓶口检测,买独立瓶坯检测机,价格昂贵,能耗较高,同时占用一定的生产空间导致资源浪费。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种理坯、瓶坯口照相检测一体机构,以解决现有技术中存在的缺陷。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:
一种理坯、瓶坯口照相检测一体机构,包括理坯机(2)及位于理坯机(2)轨道上方的照相检测剔除装置(1),所述照相检测剔除装置(1)包括照相机(11),所述照相机(11)对瓶坯口照相后,内部控制器将拍照结果与标准值比对,发现不合格瓶坯时,瓶坯被剔除至料斗中。
进一步的,所述照相检测剔除装置(1)还包括滑轨(12)、护条(13)、编码器(14)、气缸(16)、星轮(17)、叶片(18)及电机(19);瓶坯从轨道传送至所述星轮(17),星轮(17)在电机(19)驱动下转动,当发现不合格瓶坯时,控制器驱动编码器(14)发出信号给电磁阀,控制气缸(16)伸出,推动瓶坯至叶片(18),然后叶片(18)降落至无护条(13)处,在转动离心力作用下,瓶坯被剔除至料斗中。
进一步的,所述护条(13)位于星轮(17)上方且环绕星轮(17)设置;
进一步的,所述叶片(18)降落至无护条(13)处还设置有高频阀气吹,进一步增强剔除瓶胚的作用力;
进一步的,所述气缸(16)通过滑轨(12)进行活动;
进一步的,所述电机(19)转动轴上还设置有扭力限制器(15),防止电机转速过大,从而扭力过大对装置造成损害。
本发明的有益效果是:通过在理坯机内增加照相检测剔除装置,可以在瓶坯整列过程中即进行瓶坯口检测,占地面积少,装置衔接灵活方便,并且可同时对多种不同规格瓶坯进行检测。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
如图1和图2所示,一种理坯、瓶坯口照相检测一体机构,包括理坯机(2)及位于理坯机(2)轨道上方的照相检测剔除装置(1),所述照相检测剔除装置(1)包括照相机(11),所述照相机(11)对瓶坯口照相后,内部控制器将拍照结果与标准值比对,发现不合格瓶坯时,瓶坯被剔除至料斗中。
进一步的,所述照相检测剔除装置(1)还包括滑轨(12)、护条(13)、编码器(14)、气缸(16)、星轮(17)、叶片(18)及电机(19);瓶坯从轨道传送至所述星轮(17),星轮(17)在电机(19)驱动下转动,当发现不合格瓶坯时,控制器驱动编码器(14)发出信号给电磁阀,控制气缸(16)伸出,推动瓶坯至叶片(18),然后叶片(18)降落至无护条(13)处,在转动离心力作用下,瓶坯被剔除至料斗中。
进一步的,所述护条(13)位于星轮(17)上方且环绕星轮(17)设置;
进一步的,所述叶片(18)降落至无护条(13)处还设置有高频阀气吹,进一步增强剔除瓶胚的作用力;
进一步的,所述气缸(16)通过滑轨(12)进行活动;
进一步的,所述电机(19)转动轴上还设置有扭力限制器(15),防止电机转速过大,从而扭力过大对装置造成损害。
具体工作原理如下:瓶坯从轨道经过进入星轮,电机带动星轮转动,使得瓶坯转到照相机下方;照相机对瓶坯口拍照检测,将拍照结果与标准值进行比对,判断是否合格;当发现不合格瓶坯时,编码器发出信号给电磁阀,电磁阀控制气缸伸出,将叶片拖住瓶坯降落;不合格瓶坯降落一定高度后,剔除位置处没有护条维持,高速转动时离心运动,并在高频阀气吹下,瓶坯被剔除到剔除料斗中,进行废料装框。

Claims (6)

1.一种理坯、瓶坯口照相检测一体机构,其特征在于:包括理坯机(2)及位于理坯机(2)轨道上方的照相检测剔除装置(1),所述照相检测剔除装置(1)包括照相机(11),所述照相机(11)对瓶坯口照相后,内部控制器将拍照结果与标准值比对,发现不合格瓶坯时,瓶坯被剔除至料斗中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种理坯、瓶坯口照相检测一体机构,其特征在于:所述照相检测剔除装置(1)还包括清轨(12)、护条(13)、编码器(14)、气缸(16)、星轮(17)、叶片(18)及电机(19);瓶坯从轨道传送至所述星轮(17),星轮(17)在电机(19)驱动下转动,当发现不合格瓶坯时,控制器驱动编码器(14)发出信号给电磁阀,控制气缸(16)伸出,推动瓶坯至叶片(18),然后叶片(18)降落至无护条(13)处,在转动离心力作用下,瓶坯被剔除至料斗中。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种理坯、瓶坯口照相检测一体机构,其特征在于:所述护条(13)位于星轮(17)上方且环绕星轮(17)设置。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种理坯、瓶坯口照相检测一体机构,其特征在于:所述叶片(18)降落至无护条(13)处还设置有高频阀气吹,进一步增强剔除瓶坯的作用力。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种理坯、瓶坯口照相检测一体机构,其特征在于:所述气缸(16)通过滑轨(12)进行活动。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种理坯、瓶坯口照相检测一体机构,其特征在于:所述电机(19)转动轴上还设置有扭力限制器(15)。
