When the fish conveying driving mechanism drives the fish conveying box mechanism to move to the lower end position and the fish conveying box body 29 is in butt joint with the fish outlet pipe mechanism, the fish conveying box door drives the electric control switch to be opened, the fish conveying box door valve plate 30 moves upwards under the adsorption action of the soft magnet 31 driven by the fish conveying box door, and the box door of the fish conveying box body 29 is conducted. Meanwhile, as the signal receiver of the fish output butt detection photoelectric switch 39 at the lower end of the box door of the fish output box body 29 receives the signal transmitted by the signal transmitter of the fish output butt detection photoelectric switch 39 at the lower end of the fish output fixing pipe 17, the control system will turn on the fish output butt electric control switch, the fish output drive plate 36 drives the fish output telescopic pipe 18 to extend outwards under the adsorption action of the fish output butt drive soft magnet 40 (the fish output reset spring 38 is stretched), the outer end of the fish output telescopic pipe 18 can be inserted into the fish output box body 29, and fish can enter the fish output box body 29 through the fish output pipe mechanism. After the shoal of fish enters, the fish transporting box 29 and the fish discharging pipe mechanism can be separated. Firstly, the fish transporting box door drives the electric control switch to be switched off, the door valve plate 30 of the fish transporting box door loses the adsorption effect of the soft magnet 31 of the fish transporting box door driving, and then moves downwards under the action of the reset force of the fish transporting box door opening and closing driving spring 32, so that the box door of the fish transporting box body 29 is closed. Then, the control system closes the fish conveying butt joint electric control switch, the fish outlet driving plate 36 loses the function of sucking the soft magnet 40 outwards by the fish conveying butt joint driving, the fish outlet telescopic tube 18 is driven by the fish outlet return spring 38 to retract into the fish outlet fixing tube 17, and the outer end of the fish outlet telescopic tube 18 can be pulled out from the fish conveying box body 29. Finally, the closed fish conveying box mechanism can be driven by the fish conveying driving mechanism to move upwards to be above the water surface, and the fish conveying box body 29 is opened through the fish conveying box door opening and closing mechanism, so that fish can be taken out.
After the shoal of fish gets into defeated fish system, the closure drive electrical control switch closes, and closure drive vertical retort 8 loses the downward adsorption of closure drive soft magnet 10, and then upwards moves under the reset force effect of unsealing reset spring 11, and the fish hole 7 that advances on final closure diaphragm 9 and the side tank wall 5 staggers in the position, advances the fish hole 7 and is switched on again. Meanwhile, the convergence driving motor 13 drives the convergence bottom plate 12 to move downwards through the convergence screw rod, and finally moves to the bottom end of the fishing box 1. The shoal can again be re-entered into the fishing tank 1.
The power generation system includes a wind power generator 41, a solar power generation device 42, and a storage battery 43. A wind power generator 41 is mounted on the top end of the fish transporting drive support plate 24, and the wind power generator 41 is preferably a pitch wind power generator. The solar power generation device 42 is arranged on one side of the upper end of the fish conveying driving support plate 24, the power output ends of the solar power generation device 42 and the wind driven generator 41 are connected with the storage battery 43, and the power output end of the storage battery 43 is connected with the power supply ends of other electricity utilization functional components; the storage battery 43 is also installed at the upper end side of the fish transporting drive support plate.
The control system comprises a controller (plc controller), a control panel, a display and a wireless communication module. The controller and the wireless communication module are installed at the upper end of the fish catching box 1 through the control box 35, and the wireless communication module is electrically connected with the controller, the fish catching and luring electric control switch, the camera 4, the closed driving electric control switch, the convergence limit position detection switch 16, the fish conveying butt joint electric control switch, the fish conveying driving electric control switch and the fish conveying box door driving electric control switch respectively. The wireless communication module is respectively in wireless connection with the control panel and the display, the control panel and the display are installed in the operating room through the operating console, the control panel is used for controlling the operation of the device, and the display is used for displaying the condition in the fishing box 1.

the fishing system comprises a fishing box mechanism, a fishing closing mechanism, a fishing convergence mechanism and a fish outlet pipe mechanism; the fishing box mechanism comprises a fishing box, a fishing lure lamp and a camera, wherein the fishing lure lamp is arranged in the fishing box, and the camera is arranged at the upper end in the fishing box; the fishing box adopts a square bottomless cavity structure and comprises a side box wall and a top box cover; the fish outlet pipe mechanism is arranged on the top box cover, the fish inlet end of the fish outlet pipe mechanism is communicated with the inner cavity of the fish catching box, and the fish outlet end of the fish outlet pipe mechanism is arranged corresponding to the fish conveying system;
the side box wall is provided with a plurality of fish inlet holes, the side box wall adopts a cavity structure, and the fishing sealing mechanism is arranged in the side box wall so as to realize the connection and disconnection of the fish inlet holes;
the fishing convergence mechanism comprises a convergence bottom plate and a convergence driving mechanism, the convergence bottom plate is arranged in the fishing box, and the up-and-down moving power end of the convergence driving mechanism is connected with the convergence bottom plate;
the fish outlet pipe mechanism comprises a fish outlet fixing pipe, a fish outlet telescopic pipe, a fish outlet attracting lamp, a fish outlet driving plate, a fish outlet fixing plate, a fish outlet reset spring and a fish outlet butt joint detection photoelectric switch, the rear end of the fish outlet fixing pipe is communicated with the inner cavity of the fishing box, the fish outlet telescopic pipe is telescopically arranged in the fish outlet fixing pipe, and the fish outlet attracting lamp is arranged on the inner cavity wall of the fish outlet telescopic pipe; the fish outlet drive plate is arranged on the outer side of the middle part of the fish outlet telescopic pipe, the fish outlet fixing plate is arranged on the outer side of the front end of the fish outlet fixing pipe, and the fish outlet reset spring is arranged between the fish outlet drive plate and the fish outlet fixing plate; the fish outlet butt joint detection photoelectric switch signal emitter is arranged at the lower end of the fish outlet fixing pipe;
the fish conveying system comprises a fish conveying box mechanism and a fish conveying driving mechanism, and the up-and-down moving power end of the fish conveying driving mechanism is connected with the fish conveying box mechanism;
the fish conveying box mechanism comprises a fish conveying box body, a fish conveying butt joint driving soft magnet and a fish conveying box door opening and closing mechanism, the fish conveying butt joint driving soft magnet is arranged at the front end of a fish inlet box door of the fish conveying box body and corresponds to the fish outlet driving plate, a fish conveying butt joint excitation coil is wound outside the fish conveying butt joint driving soft magnet, and the fish conveying butt joint excitation coil is electrically connected with the control system through a fish conveying butt joint electric control switch; the signal receiver of the fish outlet butt joint detection photoelectric switch is arranged at the lower end of the fish inlet box door of the fish conveying box body and corresponds to the signal transmitter of the fish outlet butt joint detection photoelectric switch; the fish conveying box door opening and closing mechanism is arranged on the fish conveying box body so as to realize the opening and closing of the fish inlet of the fish conveying box body.

The intelligent fishery device according to claim 1, wherein the fishing closing mechanism comprises a closing driving vertical frame, a closing transverse plate, a closing driving soft magnet and an unsealing return spring, the closing transverse plate is transversely arranged on the closing driving vertical frame, and the closing transverse plate is arranged corresponding to the fish inlet; the upper end of the closed driving vertical frame is connected with the upper end of the inner cavity of the side box wall through an unsealing reset spring, and the lower end of the closed driving vertical frame is made of a magnetic material; the closed driving soft magnets are arranged on two sides of the lower end of the inner cavity of the side box wall and correspond to the lower end of the closed driving vertical frame; and a closed driving excitation coil is wound outside the closed driving soft magnet and is electrically connected with the control system through a closed driving electric control switch.

The intelligent fishery device according to claim 1, wherein the convergence driving mechanism comprises a convergence driving motor, a convergence driving screw, a convergence driving nut and a convergence limit position detection switch; the convergence driving screw rod is rotatably arranged in the cavity of the fishing box, the rotary power output end of the convergence driving motor is connected with the rotary power input end of the convergence driving screw rod, and the convergence driving nut is in threaded connection with the convergence driving screw rod in a matching manner.

the wind driven generator adopts a variable-pitch wind driven generator;
the intelligent fishery device comprises a solar power generation device, and the solar power generation device is installed on one side of the upper end of the fish conveying driving support plate.
