As shown in fig. 1 to 9, an underwater fishing device based on the internet of things comprises a control system, and a fishing system and a fish conveying system which are electrically connected with the control system.
The fishing system is positioned below the water surface and comprises a fishing box mechanism, a fishing closing mechanism, a fishing convergence mechanism and a fish outlet pipe mechanism. After the fish school enters the fishing box mechanism, the fishing closing mechanism and the fishing convergence mechanism are used for realizing the closing of the fishing box mechanism and driving the fish school into the fish conveying system through the fish outlet pipe mechanism. The fishing box mechanism comprises a fishing box 1, a fishing luring lamp 2, a foodstuff box 3 and a camera 4 (in a waterproof mode). The fishing luring lamp 2 is vertically arranged in the fishing box 1, the fishing luring lamp 2 is connected with a power supply through a fishing luring electric control switch, and a signal end of the fishing luring electric control switch is electrically connected with a control system; the fishing luring lamp 2 lures fish groups into the fishing box 1 by emitting fishing luring light. The camera 4 is arranged at the upper end in the fishing box 1 and used for observing the condition in the fishing box 1, so that an observer can conveniently perform corresponding operation through the control system. The food box 3 is arranged at the upper end in the fish catching box 1, bait is placed in the food box 3, a food bottom hole is formed in the bottom of the food box 3, and the food bottom hole is preferably smaller than the size of bait particles; such design has guaranteed promptly that the taste of bait can see through the foodstuff bottom outlet and outwards gives off, and supplementary fishing luring lamp 2 gathers the upper portion in fishing case 1 with the shoal of fish, simultaneously, is unlikely to the bait and scatters downwards. The fishing box 1 adopts a square bottomless cavity structure, and the fishing box 1 comprises a side box wall 5 and a top box cover 6. The closed driving soft magnet 10 is arranged at two sides of the lower end of the inner cavity of the side box wall 5 and corresponds to the lower end of the closed driving vertical frame 8. A closed driving excitation coil is wound outside the closed driving soft magnet 10 and is connected with a power supply through a closed driving electric control switch and a lead; the signal end of the closed driving electric control switch is electrically connected with the control system.
When the fish enters the cavity of the fishing box 1, the control system opens the closed driving electric control switch, and then the lower end of the closed driving vertical frame 8 moves downwards under the adsorption action of the closed driving soft magnet 10 (the unsealing return spring 11 is stretched), so that the closed transverse plate 9 and the fish inlet hole 7 on the side box wall 5 are overlapped in position, namely the fish inlet hole 7 is relatively closed and blocked by the closed transverse plate 9.
After the fishing closing mechanism closes the side box wall 5 of the fishing box 1, the fishing convergence mechanism is used for collecting the internal space of the fishing box 1 so as to force the fish school in the fishing box 1 to enter the fish conveying system through the fish outlet pipe mechanism; the fishing convergence mechanism comprises a convergence bottom plate 12, a convergence driving motor 13, a convergence driving screw 14, a convergence driving nut 15 and a convergence limit position detection switch 16. The convergence driving screw 14 is rotatably arranged at one side in the cavity of the fish catching box 1 through a mounting seat, the convergence driving motor 13 is arranged at the upper end of the fish catching box 1, the rotary power output end of the convergence driving motor 13 is connected with the rotary power input end of the convergence driving screw 14, and the signal end of the convergence driving motor 13 is electrically connected with the control system through a convergence driving electric control switch; a converging drive nut 15 is matingly threaded on the converging drive screw 14. The convergence bottom plate 12 is transversely arranged in the cavity of the fishing box in a vertically movable manner, and convergence sliding blocks are arranged on two sides of the convergence bottom plate 12; the inner side of the side box wall 5 of the fishing box 1 is vertically and correspondingly provided with a convergence sliding groove, and a convergence sliding block can be arranged in the convergence sliding groove in a vertically sliding manner; one side of the convergence bottom plate 12 is fixedly connected with the convergence driving nut 15 in a matching way. The convergence bottom plate 12 is provided with a plurality of water leakage holes, and when the convergence bottom plate 12 moves up and down, the water leakage holes are used for reducing the resistance of water flow to the convergence bottom plate 12. The convergence bottom plate 12 is also provided with a lamp body through cavity to match the fishing luring lamp 2. The convergence limit position detecting switch 16 (e.g., an ultrasonic distance detecting switch) is installed at the upper end of the inner cavity of the fishing box, and is used for detecting whether the convergence bottom plate 12 moves to the upper limit position. After the fishing closing mechanism closes the side box wall 5 of the fishing box 1, the convergence driving motor 13 drives the convergence bottom plate 12 to move upwards through the convergence screw rod, so that the fish school is forced to move upwards, and finally enters the fish conveying system through the fish outlet pipe mechanism.
The fish outlet pipe mechanism comprises a fish outlet fixing pipe 17, a fish outlet telescopic pipe 18, a fish outlet attracting lamp 19 and a fish outlet pipe telescopic driving mechanism. The fish outlet fixing pipe 17 is arranged at the upper end of the fishing box 1 and is communicated with the upper end of the inner cavity of the fishing box. The fish outlet telescopic pipe 18 is telescopically arranged in the fish outlet fixing pipe 17 so as to be convenient for butt joint with a fish conveying system. The fish-out attracting lamp 19 is arranged on the inner cavity wall of the fish-out telescopic pipe 18, during the fish-out process, the fish-catching attracting lamp 2 in the fish-catching box 1 is closed, and the fish-out attracting lamp 19 is opened, so that the fish group is induced to swim from the fish-catching box 1 to the fish conveying system. The fish-out attracting lamp 19 is connected with the power supply through the fish-out attracting electric control switch, and the fish-out attracting electric control switch is electrically connected with the control system. The fish outlet pipe telescopic driving mechanism is used for driving the fish outlet telescopic pipe 18 to be telescopic relative to the fish outlet fixing pipe 17 and comprises a fish outlet pipe telescopic driving spring 20, a fish outlet pipe telescopic driving soft magnet 21, a fish outlet pipe telescopic driving plate 22 (made of magnetic materials such as iron materials) and a fish outlet pipe telescopic fixing plate 23. One side of the fish outlet fixing pipe 17 is provided with a fish outlet telescopic sliding chute along the longitudinal extension direction thereof, one side of the fish outlet telescopic pipe 18 is correspondingly provided with a fish outlet telescopic sliding edge 181, and the fish outlet telescopic sliding edge 181 is slidably arranged in the fish outlet telescopic sliding chute; the outer side of the rear end of the fish outlet telescopic sliding edge 181 is fixedly connected with the fish outlet pipe telescopic driving plate 22. When the fish outlet pipe mechanism is in butt joint with the fish conveying system, the fish outlet pipe stretching electric control switch is closed, and the fish outlet pipe stretching drive plate 22 is not adsorbed by the soft magnet 21 for driving the fish outlet pipe to stretch, so that the fish outlet pipe stretching drive plate 22 is positioned at the outermost position under the action of the fish outlet pipe stretching drive spring 20, and the fish outlet stretching pipe 18 extends out to the outermost position relative to the fish outlet fixing pipe 17; the outer end of the fish outlet telescopic tube 18 extends into the fish inlet of the fish transporting system. When the fish tube discharging mechanism is separated from the fish conveying system, the electric control switch for the fish tube discharging and stretching is turned on, the fish tube discharging and stretching drive plate 22 is adsorbed by the soft magnet 21 driven by the fish tube discharging and stretching, and therefore moves to the rear end (the fish tube discharging and stretching drive spring 20 is compressed), the fish tube discharging and stretching tube 18 is driven to retract into the fish fixing tube 17, and the outer end of the fish tube discharging and stretching tube 18 is pulled out from the fish inlet of the fish conveying system.
After the shoal of fish gets into defeated fish system, the closure drive electrical control switch closes, and closure drive vertical retort 8 loses the downward adsorption of closure drive soft magnet 10, and then upwards moves under the reset force effect of unsealing reset spring 11, and the fish hole 7 that advances on final closure diaphragm 9 and the side tank wall 5 staggers in the position, advances the fish hole 7 and is switched on again. Meanwhile, the convergence driving motor 13 drives the convergence bottom plate 12 to move downwards through the convergence screw rod, and finally moves to the bottom end of the fishing box 1.
The fish conveying system is used for outputting the caught fish and comprises a fish conveying box mechanism and a fish conveying driving mechanism. The fish conveying driving mechanism is used for driving the fish conveying box mechanism to go out of the water surface and go into the water surface, so that the captured fish can be moved out of the water surface for transfer. The fish conveying driving mechanism comprises a fish conveying driving supporting plate 24, a fish conveying driving motor 25, a fish conveying driving screw 26, a fish conveying driving nut 27 and a fish conveying driving frame 28. The fish conveying driving support plate 24 is vertically arranged at the upper end of the fish catching box 1, the fish conveying driving screw 26 is arranged along the vertical direction of the fish conveying driving support plate 24, the upper end and the lower end of the fish conveying driving support plate 24 are respectively provided with a screw connecting seat, and the upper end and the lower end of the fish conveying driving screw 26 are respectively rotatably connected with the screw connecting seats. The fish conveying driving motor 25 is positioned at the lower end of the fish conveying driving support plate 24, and the rotary power output end of the fish conveying driving motor 25 is connected with the rotary power input end of the fish conveying driving screw 26; the fish conveying driving motor 25 is electrically connected with the control system through a fish conveying driving electric control switch, and a signal end of the fish conveying driving electric control switch is electrically connected with the control system. The fish conveying driving nut 27 is screwed on the fish conveying driving screw rod 26 in a matching way, and the fish conveying driving frame 28 is fixedly arranged on the fish conveying driving nut 27. A fish conveying driving sliding groove is vertically arranged on the fish conveying driving supporting plate 24, the inner end of the fish conveying driving frame 28 can be arranged in the fish conveying driving sliding groove in a sliding way, and the outer end of the fish conveying driving frame 28 is connected with the fish conveying box mechanism. The fish conveying box mechanism is used for containing and conveying fish and comprises a fish conveying box body 29 and a fish conveying box door opening and closing mechanism. The lower end of the fish conveying box body 29 is provided with a plurality of water leakage holes; the fish transporting box door opening and closing mechanism is arranged at the box door of the fish transporting box body 29 and is used for opening and closing the box door of the fish transporting box body 29. The fish conveying box door opening and closing mechanism comprises a fish conveying box door valve plate 30, a fish conveying box door driving soft magnet 31, a fish conveying box door opening and closing driving spring 32, a fish conveying box door opening and closing driving plate 33 (made of magnetic materials such as iron materials) and a fish conveying box door opening and closing fixing frame 34. A box door opening and closing sliding groove 291 is arranged at the upper end of the inner side of the box door close to the fish conveying box body 29, and a fish conveying box door valve plate 30 is arranged in the box door opening and closing sliding groove 291 in a vertically sliding manner; the door of the fish transporting box 29 is opened by moving the door valve plate 30 upward, and the door of the fish transporting box 29 is closed by moving the door valve plate 30 downward. The fish conveying box door opening and closing drive plate 33 is positioned above the fish conveying box body 29 and is connected with the upper end of the fish conveying box door valve plate 30. The fish conveying box door opening and closing fixing frame 34 is also arranged above the fish conveying box body 29, and the upper end of the fish conveying box door opening and closing fixing frame 34 is transversely provided with a fish conveying box door opening and closing fixing plate. The fish conveying box door driving soft magnet 31 is arranged on the fish conveying box door opening and closing fixing plate and is vertically arranged corresponding to the fish conveying box door opening and closing driving plate 33 below. The lower end of the fish conveying box door opening and closing drive spring 32 is fixedly connected with the fish conveying box door opening and closing drive plate 33, and the upper end of the fish conveying box door opening and closing drive spring 32 is sleeved outside the fish conveying box door drive soft magnet 31 and is connected with the fish conveying box door opening and closing fixing plate. A fish conveying box door driving excitation coil is wound outside the fish conveying box door driving soft magnet 31, the fish conveying box door driving excitation coil is connected with a power supply through a fish conveying box door driving electric control switch, and the fish conveying box door driving electric control switch is electrically connected with a control system.
When the fish conveying box body 29 is in butt joint with the fish tube discharging mechanism, the fish conveying box door drives the electric control switch to be opened, the fish conveying box door valve plate 30 moves upwards under the adsorption action of the soft magnet 31 driven by the fish conveying box door, the box door of the fish conveying box body 29 is opened, the outer end of the fish discharging telescopic tube 18 can be inserted into the fish conveying box body 29, and fish can enter the fish conveying box body 29 through the fish tube discharging mechanism. After the shoal of fish enters, the fish transporting box 29 and the fish discharging pipe mechanism can be separated. Firstly, the outer end of the fish outlet extension tube 18 is pulled out from the fish conveying box body 29, then the fish conveying box door drives the electric control switch to be switched off, the door valve plate 30 of the fish conveying box door loses the adsorption effect of the soft magnet 31 driven by the fish conveying box door, and then moves downwards under the action of the reset force of the drive spring 32 for opening and closing the box door of the fish conveying box body 29. The closed fish conveying box mechanism can be driven by the fish conveying driving mechanism to move upwards to above the water surface, and then the fish conveying box body 29 is opened through the fish conveying box door opening and closing mechanism, so that fish can be taken out.
The control system comprises a controller (plc controller), a control panel, a display and a wireless communication module. The controller and the wireless communication module are installed at the upper end of the fish catching box 1 through the control box 35, and the wireless communication module is electrically connected with the controller, the fish catching and luring electric control switch, the camera 4, the closed driving electric control switch, the convergence limit position detection switch 16, the fish outlet pipe stretching electric control switch, the fish output driving electric control switch and the fish output box door driving electric control switch respectively. The wireless communication module is respectively in wireless connection with the control panel and the display, the control panel and the display are installed in the operating room through the operating console, the control panel is used for controlling the operation of the device, and the display is used for displaying the condition in the fishing box 1.
