本发明公开了一种氧气专用球阀,包括阀体,所述阀体两侧均设有连接座,所述阀体顶部连接有阀杆壳体,所述阀杆壳体顶部连接有执行机构,所述阀体包括阀腔和阀座,所述阀腔外侧环绕设有阀座,所述阀腔底部设有支撑座,所述支撑座设置于阀座内部,所述阀腔顶部连通有阀杆连接座,所述阀杆连接座两侧均设有顶部固定座。本发明通过设有连接座和阀腔,阀体和阀座表面进行特殊硬化处理,可大幅提高耐磨性和抗高压氧气吹扫能力,阀体内部球体流道孔边缘经过钝化,以保证硬化表层不会脱落,并且通过定位环和插入阀腔内的插入板,分别由两侧、前侧和后侧对球体进行定位,减少工作过程中球体与阀腔的摩擦,提高球阀的使用寿命。

本发明涉及阀门领域,特别涉及一种氧气专用球阀。
背景技术
氧气球阀是氧气管网专用阀门的一种,它除了具有普通球阀功能外还具有阻燃性好,导电性能好,传热快,结构紧凑,防油,安全可靠等特点,随着冶金工业的发展氧气球阀与氧气专用截止阀一起被广泛应用于钢铁,冶金,医药,化工等行业,但是氧气球阀在工作过程中其内部的球体不可避免的会与阀腔进行摩擦,长时间摩擦后会导致阀腔内壁表面表皮脱落,球体活动空间变大,从而造成很严重的后果,因此,发明一种氧气专用球阀来解决上述问题很有必要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种氧气专用球阀,通过设有连接座和阀腔,阀体和阀座表面进行特殊硬化处理,可大幅提高耐磨性和抗高压氧气吹扫能力,阀体内部球体流道孔边缘经过钝化,以保证硬化表层不会脱落,可大幅降低流道孔边缘磨损,并消除因执行机构不准确关闭而造成的意外泄漏,球体磨削后与阀座配对研磨,以确保球体与阀座金属密封面密合,并且通过定位环和插入阀腔内的插入板,分别由两侧、前侧和后侧对球体进行定位,减少工作过程中球体与阀腔的摩擦,提高球阀的使用寿命,以解决氧气球阀在工作过程中其内部的球体不可避免的会与阀腔进行摩擦,长时间摩擦后会导致阀腔内壁表面表皮脱落,球体活动空间变大,从而造成很严重的后果的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种氧气专用球阀,包括阀体,所述阀体两侧均设有连接座,所述阀体顶部连接有阀杆壳体,所述阀杆壳体顶部连接有执行机构,所述阀体包括阀腔和阀座,所述阀腔外侧环绕设有阀座,所述阀腔底部设有支撑座,所述支撑座设置于阀座内部,所述阀腔顶部连通有阀杆连接座,所述阀杆连接座两侧均设有顶部固定座。
优选的,所述阀体和连接座均由硬质合金材料制成,所述阀腔、阀座和阀杆连接座为一体化设置,所述阀腔和阀座表面均进行特殊硬化处理。
优选的,所述连接座内部设有连接头,所述连接头外侧环绕设有散热孔,所述连接头前侧表面固定设有插入板。
优选的,所述阀杆壳体内部套接有阀杆,所述阀杆壳体外侧环绕设有执行机构连接板,所述执行机构连接板底部设有填充料,所述填充料设置为低泄漏脱脂组合填料。
优选的,所述执行机构内部设有液压泵,所述液压泵输出轴与阀杆传动连接,所述执行机构顶部设有执行开关,所述执行开关两侧均设有执行连接座,所述执行连接座由PEI材料制成。
优选的,所述阀腔内壁环绕设有定位环,两个所述定位环51之间设有球体,所述阀腔两侧均设有阀体连接头,所述阀体连接头表面设有螺纹通孔,所述阀体连接头与连接头螺纹连接,所述插入板插接与阀腔内部。
优选的,所述支撑座与阀座之间设有固定座,所述固定座由弹簧组合而成,所述固定座两侧均设有阀座连接孔,所述阀座连接孔设置于阀座内部。
优选的,所述阀杆连接座内部设有通孔,所述通孔与阀杆相匹配,所述阀杆连接座内壁两侧顶部均设有阀杆连接孔。
优选的,所述顶部固定座设置于阀座顶部且与阀杆连接座固定连接,所述顶部固定座内部设有固定座连接孔,所述顶部固定座外侧设有静电连接导出组件,所述静电连接导出组件设置于阀座顶部。
本发明的技术效果和优点:
1、通过设有连接座和阀腔,阀体和阀座表面进行特殊硬化处理,可大幅提高耐磨性和抗高压氧气吹扫能力,阀体内部球体流道孔边缘经过钝化,以保证硬化表层不会脱落,可大幅降低流道孔边缘磨损,并消除因执行机构不准确关闭而造成的意外泄漏,球体磨削后与阀座配对研磨,以确保球体与阀座金属密封面密合,并且通过定位环和插入阀腔内的插入板,分别由两侧、前侧和后侧对球体进行定位,减少工作过程中球体与阀腔的摩擦,提高球阀的使用寿命;
2、通过设有阀杆壳体和静电连接导出组件,球体与阀杆通过圆柱销并采用过盈配合连接,连接后球体与阀杆近似整体,完全保证球体与阀杆同心,且操作力矩稳定,同时采用低泄漏脱脂组合填料作为填充料,以防止灰尘和油污等杂质进入阀杆和阀体内,不会对阀门造成污染,不存在安全隐患,静电连接导出组件可将氧气切断球阀与地面连通,避免静电的聚集,能够起到很好的防火和防静电效果;
3、通过设有支撑座和多个连接孔,阀座连接孔、阀杆连接孔和固定座连接孔可以将球阀的位置紧固安装,采用高强度螺栓连接,连接处设置密封垫片,以保证无外泄漏,通过碟形弹簧的预紧力和介质的压力实现密封,在高压下通过支撑座7的压力实现密封,弹簧组合而成的固定座在确保密封性能的同时还能避免弹簧前后聚集颗粒异物,也避免了推力不均匀,使氧气切断球阀产生内泄漏的现象。

所述阀体1和连接座2均由硬质合金材料制成,所述阀腔5、阀座6和阀杆连接座8为一体化设置,所述阀腔5和阀座6表面均进行特殊硬化处理。
所述连接座2内部设有连接头21,所述连接头21外侧环绕设有散热孔22,所述连接头21前侧表面固定设有插入板23。

本实施例有益效果:球体与阀杆31通过圆柱销并采用过盈配合连接,连接后球体与阀杆近似整体,完全保证球体与阀杆同心,且操作力矩稳定,同时采用低泄漏脱脂组合填料作为填充料33,以防止灰尘和油污等杂质进入阀杆和阀体内,不会对阀门造成污染,不存在安全隐患,静电连接导出组件92可将氧气切断球阀与地面连通,避免静电的聚集,能够起到很好的防火和防静电效果。

6.根据权利要求3所述的一种氧气专用球阀,其特征在于:所述阀腔(5)内壁环绕设有定位环(51),两个所述定位环(51)之间设有球体,所述阀腔(5)两侧均设有阀体连接头(52),所述阀体连接头(52)表面设有螺纹通孔,所述阀体连接头(52)与连接头(21)螺纹连接,所述插入板(23)插接与阀腔(5)内部。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种氧气专用球阀,其特征在于:所述支撑座(7)与阀座(6)之间设有固定座(71),所述固定座(71)由弹簧组合而成,所述固定座(71)两侧均设有阀座连接孔(61),所述阀座连接孔(61)设置于阀座(6)内部。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种氧气专用球阀,其特征在于:所述阀杆连接座(8)内部设有通孔,所述通孔与阀杆(31)相匹配,所述阀杆连接座(8)内壁两侧顶部均设有阀杆连接孔(81)。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种氧气专用球阀,其特征在于:所述顶部固定座(9)设置于阀座(6)顶部且与阀杆连接座(8)固定连接,所述顶部固定座(9)内部设有固定座连接孔(91),所述顶部固定座(9)外侧设有静电连接导出组件(92),所述静电连接导出组件(92)设置于阀座(6)顶部。
