Abstract

本发明公开了一种PVC板及其制造方法。本发明的PVC板包括耐磨涂层、PVC耐磨层,PVC底层;所述PVC耐磨层与PVC底层相互热压挤出一体成型,所述耐磨涂层涂覆在在PVC耐磨层上方。本发明通过耐磨涂层的设置可以增加PVC板的耐磨性能,提高了使用寿命;耐磨层内加入了纳米材料,可以使得PVC板具有良好的除臭和杀菌效果,解决了PVC板容易滋生细菌的问题;底层通过加入阻燃剂进一步提高了PVC板的防火性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及装饰板材技术领域,具体涉及一种PVC板及其制造方法。
背景技术
PVC地板是一种新型轻体地面装饰材料,也称为轻体地材,在欧美及亚洲的日本和韩国广受欢迎,风靡全球。PVC地板至今在国内的大中城市已经得到普遍认可,在室内家居、医院、学校、办公楼、工厂、超市、商场、体育场馆等各种场所,使用非常广泛。聚氯乙烯(PVC)复合地板与瓷砖、木地板相比,维护成本低,无甲醛、无辐射,使用过程安全环保,具有非常突出的优点。但是,目前的PVC地板也存在一些不足之处,主要表现有耐磨性能不高,有臭味、容易滋生细菌等,这些问题给使用者带来诸多困扰,也在一定程度上妨碍了PVC地板的推广和普及。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种PVC板及其制造方法,可以解决PVC板的耐磨性能不高及有臭味的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:一种PVC板,包括耐磨涂层、PVC耐磨层,PVC底层;所述PVC耐磨层与PVC底层相互热压挤出一体成型,所述耐磨涂层涂覆在在PVC耐磨层上方。
作为本发明的一个优选的技术方案:所述PVC耐磨层包括PVC树脂、增塑剂、稳定剂、抗氧剂、纳米材料,具体组成及重量份为:PVC树脂100份、增塑剂5-35份,稳定剂1-15份,抗氧剂1-10份,纳米材料1-10份。
作为本发明的一个优选的技术方案:所述PVC树脂为7型PVC树脂,所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯,所述稳定剂为钙锌复合稳定剂,所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010,所述纳米材料为二氧化矽材料。
作为本发明的一个优选的技术方案:所述PVC底层包括PVC树脂、增塑剂、阻燃剂、碳酸钙、稳定剂、润滑剂,具体组成及重量份为:PVC树脂100份,增塑剂10-40份,阻燃剂2-10份,稳定剂2-10份,润滑剂1-3份。
作为本发明的一个优选的技术方案:所述PVC树脂为7形PVC树脂,所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯,所述阻燃剂为氢氧化镁,所述稳定剂为钙锌复合稳定剂。
作为本发明的一个优选的技术方案:所述耐磨涂层为三氧化二铝晶体材料。
本发明还提供了一种PVC板的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将PVC树脂、增塑剂、稳定剂、抗氧剂、纳米材料按上述比例投入到高速搅拌机中将其混合均匀后,经过密炼机密炼,开炼机开炼后,采用四辊压延的方法制成耐磨层待用;
步骤二、将PVC树脂、增塑剂、阻燃剂、碳酸钙、稳定剂、润滑剂按上述比例投入到高速搅拌机中将其混合均匀后,经过密炼机密炼、开炼机开炼后,采用四辊压延的方法制成底层待用;
步骤三、将步骤一制成的耐磨层、步骤二制成的底层,按照顺序叠放,经油压机热压贴合成复合层;
步骤四、将耐磨涂料涂覆在步骤三制成的复合层上。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、通过耐磨涂层的设置可以增加PVC板的耐磨性能,提高了使用寿命。
2、耐磨层内加入了纳米材料,可以使得PVC板具有良好的除臭和杀菌效果,解决了PVC板容易滋生细菌的问题。
3、底层通过加入阻燃剂进一步提高了PVC板的防火性能。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1所示,本发明实施例提供了一种PVC板,包括耐磨涂层1、PVC耐磨层2,PVC底层3;PVC耐磨层2与PVC底层3相互热压挤出一体成型,耐磨涂层1涂覆在在PVC耐磨层2上方。
PVC耐磨层2由PVC树脂、增塑剂、稳定剂、抗氧剂、纳米材料混合后制成的透明层,具有良好的耐磨性能,具体组成及重量份为:PVC树脂100份、增塑剂5-35份,稳定剂1-15份,抗氧剂1-10份,纳米材料1-10份。PVC树脂为7型PVC树脂,增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯,稳定剂为钙锌复合稳定剂,抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010,纳米材料为二氧化矽材料;耐磨层内加入了纳米材料,可以使得PVC板具有良好的除臭和杀菌效果,解决了PVC板容易滋生细菌的问题。
PVC底层3包括PVC树脂、增塑剂、阻燃剂、碳酸钙、稳定剂、润滑剂,具体组成及重量份为:PVC树脂100份,增塑剂10-40份,阻燃剂2-10份,稳定剂2-10份,润滑剂1-3份;PVC树脂为7形PVC树脂,增塑剂为为邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯,阻燃剂为氢氧化镁,稳定剂为钙锌复合稳定剂,底层3通过加入阻燃剂进一步提高了PVC板的防火性能。
耐磨涂层1一般为三氧化二铝晶体材料;通过耐磨涂层的设置可以增加PVC板的耐磨性能,提高了使用寿命。
此外,本发明还提供了一种PVC板的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将PVC树脂、增塑剂、稳定剂、抗氧剂、纳米材料按上述比例投入到高速搅拌机以1000~1200转/分的转速,搅拌3-6分钟后,将其混合均匀后,经过密炼机经过3-6分钟的密炼后,开炼机以180-210℃的棍温开炼后,采用四辊压延的方法冷却至制成耐磨层待用;
步骤二、将PVC树脂、增塑剂、阻燃剂、碳酸钙、稳定剂、润滑剂按上述比例以1000~1200转/分的转速,搅拌3-6分钟后,将其混合均匀后,经过密炼机经过3-6分钟的密炼后,开炼机以180-220℃的棍温开炼后,采用四辊压延的方法制成底层待用;
步骤三、将步骤一制成的耐磨层、步骤二制成的底层,按照顺序叠放,在温度为125~165℃,压合压力为9~16MPa的环境下,经油压机热压贴合成复合层;
步骤四:将耐磨涂料涂覆在步骤三制成的复合层上,制成PVC板。

1.一种PVC板,其特征在于:包括耐磨涂层(1)、PVC耐磨层(2),PVC底层(3);所述PVC耐磨层(2)与PVC底层(3)相互热压挤出一体成型,所述耐磨涂层(1)涂覆在在PVC耐磨层(2)上方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种PVC板,其特征在于:所述PVC耐磨层(2)包括PVC树脂、增塑剂、稳定剂、抗氧剂、纳米材料,具体组成及重量份为:PVC树脂100份、增塑剂5-35份,稳定剂1-15份,抗氧剂1-10份,纳米材料1-10份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种PVC板,其特征在于:所述PVC树脂为7型PVC树脂,所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯,所述稳定剂为钙锌复合稳定剂,所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010,所述纳米材料为二氧化矽材料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种PVC板,其特征在于:所述PVC底层(3)包括PVC树脂、增塑剂、阻燃剂、碳酸钙、稳定剂、润滑剂,具体组成及重量份为:PVC树脂100份,增塑剂10-40份,阻燃剂2-10份,稳定剂2-10份,润滑剂1-3份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种PVC板,其特征在于:所述PVC树脂为7形PVC树脂,所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯,所述阻燃剂为氢氧化镁,所述稳定剂为钙锌复合稳定剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种PVC板,其特征在于:所述耐磨涂层(1)为三氧化二铝晶体材料。
7.一种如权利要求1-6任一项所述的一种PVC板的制造方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将PVC树脂、增塑剂、稳定剂、抗氧剂、纳米材料按上述比例投入到高速搅拌机中将其混合均匀后,经过密炼机密炼,开炼机开炼后,采用四辊压延的方法制成耐磨层待用;
步骤二、将PVC树脂、增塑剂、阻燃剂、碳酸钙、稳定剂、润滑剂按上述比例投入到高速搅拌机中将其混合均匀后,经过密炼机密炼、开炼机开炼后,采用四辊压延的方法制成底层待用;
步骤三、将步骤一制成的耐磨层、步骤二制成的底层,按照顺序叠放,经油压机热压贴合成复合层;
步骤四、将耐磨涂料涂覆在步骤三制成的复合层上。
