Abstract
本发明属于保健食品领域,公开了一种治疗肥胖的食疗组合物,取冬瓜、香菇、胡萝卜、西蓝花切块后与燕麦、鹊豆、桂圆、山楂、毛蕊异黄酮、山药和红枣混合,加6倍量水,煎煮1.5小时,过滤;滤渣加4倍量水,煎煮1小时,过滤;合并为滤液1,备用;葛根、荷叶、艾叶、决明子、枸杞、党参除尘去杂,加入5倍量水,文火煎煮2小时,过滤;滤渣加3倍量水,文火煎煮1小时,过滤;合并为滤液2,备用;混合滤液1和滤液2,旋转蒸发装置进行浓缩,干燥制得食疗组合物。本发明有除热利水、解毒、清热利尿、生津止喝功效,食用后有清热降脂、减肥消积的作用,对肥胖症、高血压、咽喉肿痛的患者均有治疗效果好,费用低。

技术领域
本发明属于保健食品领域,尤其涉及一种治疗肥胖的食疗组合物。
背景技术
肥胖症是指由于人体新陈代谢失调而导致脂肪组织过多所造成的病症。一般认为体重超过正常标准的20%为肥胖。脂肪主要沉积于腹部、臀部、乳房、项颈等处,常见于体力劳动较少而进食过多的中年人。肥胖可分为单纯性肥胖和继发性肥胖,单纯性肥胖常常是家庭族性的,可能与遗传有关,继发性肥胖是继发于某些疾病的。例如:皮质醇增多症,胰岛素瘤,甲状腺机能低下症,多囊卵巢综合症等等,患肥胖症者一般出汗多,善饥多食,腹胀、便秘、心慌、气短、嗜睡、不爱活动、不能平卧、还伴有下肢轻度浮肿,女性患者则多伴有月经失调、闭经、不育等病症。
综上所述,现有技术存在的问题是:
(1)现有技术缺乏科学有效的食疗配方,无法满足肥胖者的需要;
(2)现有技技术无法解决质醇增多症,胰岛素瘤,甲状腺机能低下症,多囊卵巢综合症等等,患肥胖症者一般出汗多,善饥多食,腹胀、便秘、心慌、气短、嗜睡、不爱活动、不能平卧、还伴有下肢轻度浮肿,女性患者则多伴有月经失调、闭经、不育等病症。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供了一种治疗肥胖的食疗组合物。
本发明是这样实现的,一种治疗肥胖的食疗组合物的制备方法,所述治疗肥胖的食疗组合物的制备方法包括:
步骤一:选取冬瓜、香菇、西蓝花、胡萝卜、燕麦、鹊豆、毛蕊异黄酮、葛根、山药、荷叶、山楂、艾叶、决明子、枸杞、党参、桂圆和红枣;
步骤二:取冬瓜、香菇、胡萝卜、西蓝花切块后与燕麦、鹊豆、桂圆、山楂、毛蕊异黄酮、山药和红枣混合,加6倍量水,煎煮1.5小时,过滤;滤渣加4倍量水,煎煮1小时,过滤;合并为滤液1,备用;
步骤三:葛根、荷叶、艾叶、决明子、枸杞、党参除尘去杂,加入5倍量水,文火煎煮2小时,过滤;滤渣加3倍量水,文火煎煮1小时,过滤;合并为滤液2,备用;
步骤四:混合滤液1和滤液2,旋转蒸发装置进行浓缩,干燥制得食疗组合物。

本发明提供的一种治疗肥胖的食疗组合物,具有冬瓜:补虚消肿、减肥健体,适用于妇女妊娠水肿、形体肥胖者之功效;香菇,提高机体免疫力,降低血糖。香菇:具有高蛋白、低脂肪、多糖、多种氨基酸和多种维生素的菌类食物;提高机体免疫功能、延缓衰老、防癌抗癌、降血压、降血脂、降胆固醇、香菇还对糖尿病、肺结核、传染性肝炎、神经炎等起治疗作用,又可用于消化不良、便秘等。西蓝花:西蓝花中的营养成分,不仅含量高,而且十分全面,主要包括蛋白质、碳水化合物、脂肪、矿物质、维生素C和胡萝卜素等;除了抗癌以外,西蓝花还含有丰富的抗坏血酸,能增强肝脏的解毒能力,提高机体免疫力。而其中一定量的类黄酮物质,则对高血压、心脏病有调节和预防的功用。同时,西蓝花属于高纤维蔬菜,能有效降低肠胃对葡萄糖的吸收,进而降低血糖,有效控制糖尿病的病情。胡萝卜:胡萝卜肉质细密,质地脆嫩,有特殊的甜味,并含有丰富的胡萝卜素,维生素C和B族维生素。味平,甘;具有补肝明目,清热解毒功效,具有益肝明目、利膈宽肠、健脾除疳、增强免疫功能、降糖降脂、防止手脚脱皮作用。燕麦:富含B族维生素、尼克酸、叶酸、泛酸,特别是维生素E,水溶性膳食纤维分别是小麦和玉米的4.7倍和7.7倍,富含膳食纤维;具有能促进肠胃蠕动,利于排便,热量低,升糖指数低,降脂降糖作用。鹊豆:甘、微辛,温祛风行气,升清降浊,和中益肾。毛蕊异黄酮:提高免疫功能,增强抗氧化、抗辐射和抗癌作用,保护心脑血管、肝脏、肾脏和肺脏作用,保护脑细胞、提高记忆力,舒张血管平滑肌,激素样作用,抗菌及抑制病毒作用,降血脂、降血糖、减少糖尿病并发症等。葛根:葛根解表退热,生津,透疹,升阳止泻。山药:味甘,性温、平,无毒,主中焦脾胃之气损伤,补虚弱,除寒热邪气,益气力,长肌肉,滋补肾阴,具有健脾益肾,固精止带的功效。荷叶:主要有清热解暑,升发清阳,散瘀止血的功效,清暑化湿,升发清阳,凉血止血。中国自古以来就把荷叶奉为瘦身的良药。因为荷花的根,(藕)和叶有单纯利尿、通便的作用。荷叶碱能强悍密布人体肠壁上,形成一层脂肪隔离膜,阻止脂肪吸收,防止脂肪堆积。可以改善油腻饮食习惯。山楂:具有降血脂、血压、强心、抗心律不齐等作用,同时也是健脾开胃、消食化滞、活血化痰的良药,对胸膈脾满、疝气、血淤、闭经等症有很好的疗效。艾叶:辛、苦,温;归肝、脾、肾经,温经止血,散寒止痛。决明子:味苦、甘、咸,性微寒,入肝、肾、大肠经;润肠通便,降脂明目,治疗便秘及高血脂,高血压;清肝明目,利水通便,有缓泻作用,降血压降血脂。枸杞:甘,平;养肝,滋肾,润肺;具有增强免疫功能作用。党参:具有补中益气,健脾益肺之功效,增强免疫力、扩张血管、降压、改善微循环、增强造血功能等作用。桂圆:性温味甘,益心脾,补气血,具有良好有滋养补益作用,可用于心脾虚损、气血不足所致的失眠、健忘、惊悸、眩晕等症。红枣:维生素含量非常高,有“天然维生素丸”的美誉,具有滋阴补阳,补血之功效。
本发明的食疗配方,有除热利水、解毒、清热利尿、生津止喝功效,食用后有清热降脂、减肥消积的作用,对肥胖症、高血压、咽喉肿痛的患者均有治疗效果好,费用低,食用方便的优点。在实际生产中试验得出对实际控制影响最大的主要扰动就是加热蒸汽压力的不稳定,在试验进行到25分左右的时候出现了加热蒸汽压力的突然变大,自校正调节控制可以迅速调节蒸汽加热阀门,使温度达到稳定蒸发状态,而普通PID控制基本对浓缩器的温度失去了控制,温度迅速的达到了将近80℃,这对中药生产是致命的。

S101:选取优质的冬瓜、香菇、西蓝花、胡萝卜、燕麦、鹊豆、毛蕊异黄酮、葛根、山药、荷叶、山楂、艾叶、决明子、枸杞、党参、桂圆和红枣;
S102:取冬瓜、香菇、西蓝花、胡萝卜切块后与燕麦、鹊豆、桂圆、山楂、毛蕊异黄酮、山药和红枣混合,加6倍量水,煎煮1.5小时,过滤;滤渣加4 倍量水,煎煮1小时,过滤;合并为滤液1,备用;
S103:葛根、荷叶、艾叶、决明子、枸杞、党参除尘去杂,加入5倍量水,文火煎煮2小时,过滤;滤渣加3倍量水,文火煎煮1小时,过滤;合并为滤液2,备用;
S104:混合滤液1和滤液2,旋转蒸发装置进行浓缩,干燥制得食疗组合物。

病例1:李某,男,28岁,据他陈述,他在3年前他的身高1.63米,体重 70公斤。但是在近3年里,他的体重就达到93公斤,他不知得了什么病,到处寻医问药,他服用了许多减肥药都没有减肥作用,去年3月份他用上了本发明的食疗配方,食用了两个疗程(30天为1疗程)后,他的体重便减至76公斤,他坚持再食多四个疗程,他的肥胖症已消失了,恢复正常体重,没有再反弹。此配方已有7个患者按要求使用了六个疗程,有6人体重恢复正常,有一人有效果但效果不理想,没能减至正常体重。
本发明实施例提供的食用方法:每天服3次,30天为一个疗程。
以上所述仅是对本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,凡是依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所做的任何简单修改,等同变化与修饰,均属于本发明技术方案的范围内。
Claims (5)
1.一种治疗肥胖的食疗组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述治疗肥胖的食疗组合物的制备方法包括:
步骤一:选取冬瓜、香菇、西蓝花、胡萝卜、燕麦、鹊豆、毛蕊异黄酮、葛根、山药、荷叶、山楂、艾叶、决明子、枸杞、党参、桂圆和红枣;
步骤二:取冬瓜、香菇、胡萝卜、西蓝花切块后与燕麦、鹊豆、桂圆、山楂、毛蕊异黄酮、山药和红枣混合,加6倍量水,煎煮1.5小时,过滤;滤渣加4倍量水,煎煮1小时,过滤;合并为滤液1,备用;
步骤三:葛根、荷叶、艾叶、决明子、枸杞、党参除尘去杂,加入5倍量水,文火煎煮2小时,过滤;滤渣加3倍量水,文火煎煮1小时,过滤;合并为滤液2,备用;
步骤四:混合滤液1和滤液2,旋转蒸发装置进行浓缩,干燥制得食疗组合物。
2.如权利要求1所述的治疗肥胖的食疗组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述旋转蒸发装置的浓缩数学模型为:
在浓缩操作中,分离体系膜对溶质的截留率由公式Robs(Cr-Cp)/Cr计算,式中Cr为进入膜组件料液中溶质浓度,Cp是透过液中溶质浓度;在分离过程中,截留率Robs为常数;浓缩过程任一时刻t到t+dt时间段内,对溶质进行物料衡得:
(V+dV)(Cr+dCr)-(VCr)=CpD V;
分离变量后,以(Cr-Cp)=Robs Cr代入,并在t=0时,Cr=Cr0,V=V0,到任意t时积分,得:
式中,V0、Cr0分别是被压缩物料的初始体积和初始浓度,Cr是浓缩过程进行到某一时刻物料的浓度;Vp是浓缩过程进行到某一时刻时透过液的总体积;在弄过过程中其ln(Cr/Cr0)与ln[V0/(V0-Vp)]为直线关系,斜率是膜对溶质的截留率R。
3.如权利要求1所述的治疗肥胖的食疗组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述旋转蒸发装置的浓缩温度自动校正方法包括:
蒸发式有滞后的特征,状态方程表示为:
式中,T为蒸发室室温,P为加热蒸汽压力,τ为控制作用影响的室温的延迟时间,αT、α′P为蒸发器的结构参量;
浓缩过程中蒸汽的压力状态方程为:
式中,P为加热蒸汽压力,u为蒸汽通道上调节阀的控制作用,αp,bp为蒸发器的结构参量;
蒸发室中温度的数学模型为:
采样时间为1秒,d=3,na=2,nb=1,ng=1,nf=3,需要辨识的模型为:
取f0=50,最小二乘递推算法为:

式中,λ是遗忘因子,在启动时取0.95,然后增大到0.99。
4.如权利要求1所述的治疗肥胖的食疗组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述干燥曲线的数学模型为:
式中:MR为水分比,Mt为物料在t时刻的含水率,单位为kg/kg;M0为物料初始含水率,单位为kg/kg;Me为物料平衡含水率,单位为kg/kg;
采用决定系数R2、残差平方和和均方根误差指标;残差平方和和均方根误差的表达式为:
式中,eSSE表示残差平方和;eRMSE表示均方根误差,N表示数据个数,表示预测水分比,表示实测水分比。
5.一种由权利要求1所述治疗肥胖的食疗组合物的制备方法制备的治疗肥胖的食疗组合物,其特征在于,所述治疗肥胖的食疗组合物由冬瓜100-200g、香菇100-200g、西蓝花100-200g、胡萝卜100-200g、燕麦20-30g、鹊豆6-10g、毛蕊异黄酮8-10g、葛根6-10g、山药6-10g、荷叶5-9g、山楂3-5g、艾叶4-8g、决明子3-5g、枸杞4-6g、党参1-5g、桂圆10-14g和红枣6-10g组成。
