The invention is designed for efficient storage and taking of electric vehicles and is simultaneously suitable for fuel vehicles. The stereo garage comprises a double-layer car carrying plate, a double-layer car carrying plate lifter, a double-layer car carrying plate walking conveying trolley and a double-layer car carrying plate storage position, and a charging mechanism for charging a vehicle is arranged on the car carrying plate and the storage position. The boarding room has the exchange function of the upper and lower layer car carrying boards, and the upper layer car carrying boards can be dropped or the lower layer car carrying boards can be lifted according to the instruction. The trolley and the garage position are provided with a power overlap joint mechanism, so that the trolley can be used for transmitting power to the garage position, a power source is not required to be arranged on the garage position, and the trolley can be independently controlled to complete the movement of the trolley carrying plate from the trolley to the garage position or the movement from the garage to the trolley; the vehicle carrying plate and the storage position locating charging mechanism are used for charging the electric vehicle, and whether the electric vehicle is charged or not can be determined according to the requirements of customers when the electric vehicle is stored.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the travelling transport trolley for the simultaneous exchange double-carrier-plate stereo garage comprises a trolley frame 21, two groups of trolley driving mechanisms 22, two groups of carrier-plate transport driving mechanisms 23 and two groups of transport roller mechanisms 24, wherein the carrier-plate transport driving mechanisms 23 transmit trolley power to a garage position.
As shown in fig. 4, the carriage driving mechanism 22 includes a traveling wheel shaft 221, a first carriage driving source 222, and two carriage traveling wheels 223; the first trolley driving source 222 is fixedly arranged on the trolley frame 21, trolley travelling wheels 223 are respectively arranged at two ends of the travelling wheel shaft 221, and the first trolley driving source 222 drives the travelling wheel shaft 221 to rotate, so that the trolley travelling wheels 223 travel on garage guide rails. The first carriage driving source 222 is a speed reducer (motor and speed reducer). The speed reducer transmits power to the coupling 55 through a speed reducer shaft, the coupling 55 transmits power to the traveling wheel shaft 221, and the traveling wheel shaft 221 transmits power to the two trolley traveling wheels 223 through keys, so that the traveling conveying trolley is driven to travel on the garage guide rail, and the trolley is driven to move. The trolley frame 21 is fixedly provided with a box 224, a bearing with a seat is arranged in the box 224 and is mainly used for installing a traveling wheel shaft 221, so that the traveling wheel shaft 221 and the box 224 keep a correct position and simultaneously support the trolley frame 21; the outer side of the trolley travelling wheel 223 is provided with a roller blocking cover 3415, and the roller blocking cover 3415 mainly prevents axial movement of the travelling wheel axle 221. When the trolley driving mechanism 22 walks, the trolley travelling wheels 223 are suspended relative to the trolley frame 21, so that the trolley travelling wheels 223 walk on the garage guide rail. The trolley driving mechanism 22 mainly provides travelling power for the trolley through two trolley travelling wheels 223, and meanwhile, the two trolley travelling wheels 223 also play a role of supporting the trolley frame 21; the box 224 may also be provided with a trolley driven wheel, two driven wheels are respectively mounted on the shaft of the box 224, and the two trolley driven wheels mainly play a role in supporting the trolley through the box 224.
The bogie frame 21 mainly comprises a guardrail 27 and a frame body, wherein the frame body is mainly provided with a carriage plate conveying mechanism, a mechanical limiting device 25, a photoelectric limiting seat and other parts, and drives the carriage plate conveying mechanism, the mechanical limiting device 25, the photoelectric limiting seat and other parts to move. Four buffers 211 and four carriage guide wheels 212 are provided at both ends of the carriage frame 21. The buffer 211 may be an elastic pad, and is mainly used for protecting the trolley from being collided with other devices. The four trolley guide wheels 212 mainly guide the trolley to longitudinally travel, so that the trolley and the garage can be positioned at the corresponding correct position, namely, the trolley carrying plate is only transversely moved in a connecting way, so that the trolley can better travel on the guide rail, and the trolley is prevented from deviating. The two ends of the trolley frame 21 are also provided with guardrails 27 for protecting operators during manual maintenance, the trolley frame 21 is also provided with a plurality of limit switches 29 for multidirectional position sensing of the vehicle carrying plate, when the vehicle carrying plate moves to the corresponding position, the limit switches 29 are triggered, signals are transmitted to a control system by the limit switches 29, and the control system can better control the movement of each mechanism. Photoelectric limiting frames 26 are arranged at two ends of the bogie frame 21, and a light curtain is arranged on each photoelectric limiting frame 26 to sense and measure an incoming vehicle; the two ends of the bogie frame 21 are also provided with laser distance measuring devices 28 for measuring the distance of the bogie on the guide rail so as to better control the bogie to move on the guide rail.
As shown in fig. 5 to 6, the conveying roller mechanism 24 includes a plurality of sets of upper stage carriage conveying units 241 and a plurality of sets of lower stage carriage conveying units 242; the upper stage carriage transfer unit 241 moves the upper stage carriage plate, and the lower stage carriage transfer unit 242 moves the lower stage carriage plate.
The upper stage carriage conveying unit 241 includes an upper stage carriage conveying roller 2411, an upper stage carriage driving sprocket 2412, an upper stage carriage sprocket shaft 2413 and an upper stage carriage belt seat bearing 2414; the upper layer trolley conveying roller 2411 and the upper layer trolley driving sprocket 2412 are respectively installed at two ends of an upper layer trolley chain wheel shaft 2413, the upper layer trolley chain wheel shaft 2413 is installed at the upper end of the trolley frame 21 through an upper layer trolley belt seat bearing 2414, and a plurality of upper layer trolley driving sprockets 2412 are connected through chains. The lower stage carriage transport unit 242 includes a lower stage carriage transport roller 2421, a lower stage carriage drive sprocket 2422, a lower stage carriage sprocket shaft 2423, and a lower stage carriage belt seat bearing 2424; the lower layer trolley conveying roller 2421 and the lower layer trolley driving chain wheel 2422 are respectively arranged at two ends of a lower layer trolley chain wheel shaft 2423, the lower layer trolley chain wheel shaft 2423 is arranged at the lower end of the trolley frame 21 through a lower layer trolley belt seat bearing 2424, and a plurality of lower layer trolley driving chain wheels 2422 are connected through chains. All the chain wheels are driven by a chain, and the chain can be tensioned by tensioning the chain wheel assembly, so that the driving is more efficient.
The power sources of the upper stage carriage transfer unit 241 and the lower stage carriage transfer unit 242 may be provided separately, or the power source of the carriage plate transfer drive mechanism 23 may be employed as long as any one of the upper stage carriage transfer unit 241 and the lower stage carriage transfer unit 242 can be driven to rotate. The two groups of the vehicle loading plate conveying driving mechanisms 23 are respectively arranged on the inner sides of the conveying roller mechanisms 24, wherein a synchronous upper side driving sprocket 233 is arranged at the driving shaft output end of a third trolley driving source 2326 on one side, the synchronous upper side driving sprocket 233 transmits power to any upper layer trolley driving sprocket 2412, a synchronous lower side driving sprocket 234 is arranged at the driving shaft output end of the third trolley driving source 2326 on the other side, the synchronous lower side driving sprocket 234 transmits power to any lower layer trolley driving sprocket 2422, synchronization of roller conveying speed on a trolley and a garage position is ensured, and the delivery actions of the upper layer and the lower layer are performed simultaneously, so that the vehicle access time is greatly shortened. The upper carriage conveying units 241 on both sides of the carriage frame 21 may be connected to one set of upper carriage chain wheel shafts 2413 through upper transmission shafts 332, so that power of one side is transmitted to the other side. The lower carriage transfer units 242 on both sides of the carriage frame 21 can transmit power in the same manner. That is, the driving shaft of the third carriage driving source 2326 of the carriage plate conveying driving mechanism 23 on one side is long, the output end of the driving shaft is provided with the synchronous upper side driving sprocket 233, the second carriage driving source 2314 drives the upper side driving sprocket to rotate, and the upper side driving sprocket is connected with the upper stage carriage driving sprocket 2412 through a chain, so that the upper stage carriage conveying unit 241 operates. The upper carriage conveying unit 241 on one side is connected to the upper carriage driving sprocket 2412 on the other end of the carriage frame 21 via the connecting shaft 35, and transmits power to the upper carriage conveying unit 241 on the other side. The third trolley driving source 2326 of the vehicle carrying board conveying driving mechanism 23 on the other side transmits power to the trolley conveying unit 242 on the lower layer on the other side in the same manner to obtain a power source, and transmits power to the trolley conveying unit 242 on the lower layer on one side in the same manner, and the upper layer roller set and the lower layer roller set are respectively provided with respective power sources and are used for independently sending out or withdrawing the upper layer vehicle carrying board and the lower layer vehicle carrying board.
The conveying roller mechanism 24 further includes an upper stage carriage driven conveying unit and a lower stage carriage driven conveying unit; the driven conveying unit of the upper layer trolley and the driven conveying unit of the lower layer trolley are not provided with power sources, are respectively arranged on the same horizontal plane as the conveying unit 241 of the upper layer trolley and the conveying unit 242 of the lower layer trolley, and assist the conveying unit 241 of the upper layer trolley and the conveying unit 242 of the lower layer trolley to move the carrier plate. The upper layer trolley driven conveying unit comprises an upper layer trolley driven conveying roller, an upper layer trolley driven shaft and an upper layer trolley belt seat bearing 2414; the driven conveying roller of the upper layer trolley is arranged on the driven shaft of the upper layer trolley, and the driven shaft of the upper layer trolley is arranged at the upper end of the trolley frame 21 through an upper layer trolley belt seat bearing 2414. The lower layer trolley driven conveying unit comprises a lower layer trolley driven conveying roller, a lower layer trolley driven shaft and a lower layer trolley belt seat bearing 2424; the driven conveying roller of the lower layer trolley is arranged on a driven shaft of the lower layer trolley, and the driven shaft of the lower layer trolley is arranged at the upper end of the trolley frame 21 through a bearing 2424 with a seat of the lower layer trolley.
As shown in fig. 7 to 9, two sets of vehicle-carrying plate conveying driving mechanisms 23 are arranged on the trolley and can be in lap joint engagement with the upper garage position lap joint device 33 of the garage position, and power is respectively transmitted to the upper conveying roller 3411 and the lower conveying roller 3421 of the garage position, so that the trolley and the vehicle-carrying plate of the garage position can be connected. The vehicle carrying plate conveying driving mechanism 23 comprises a feeding assembly and a supporting assembly; the feeding assembly is arranged above the supporting assembly, and the supporting assembly is used for conveying power to the feeding assembly.
The feed assembly includes a translation housing 2311, a motive gear 2312, a rack 2313, a second trolley drive source 2314, a resilient member 2315, a drive block 2316, two sets of positioning gears 2317, and two sets of transition gears 2318; the second trolley driving source 2314 is fixedly arranged on the trolley frame 21 and drives the driving gear 2312 to rotate, the driving gear 2312 is meshed with the rack 2313 to achieve movement of the rack 2313, meanwhile, a guide groove is formed in the lower end of the translation rack 2311, meanwhile, the rack 2313 moves in the guide groove, one end of the elastic piece 2315 is arranged on the rack 2313, the other end of the elastic piece 2315 is arranged on the driving piece 2316, the driving piece 2316 is fixedly connected with the translation rack 2311, two groups of transition gears 2318 are respectively arranged at two ends of the translation rack 2311, and the positioning gear 2317 is located on the inner side of the transition gear 2318 and meshed with the transition gear 2318. The support assembly comprises a support frame 2321, and a first driving wheel 2322, a second driving wheel 2323, a third driving wheel 2324, a fourth driving wheel 2325 and a third trolley driving source 2326 which are all arranged on the support frame 2321, wherein the third driving wheel 2324 and the fourth driving wheel 2325 are arranged on the same horizontal plane, and the first driving wheel 2322 and the second driving wheel 2323 are arranged on the same horizontal plane and are positioned above the third driving wheel 2324 and the fourth driving wheel 2325; the third trolley driving source 2326 drives the first driving wheel 2322 to rotate, the first driving wheel 2322 sequentially transmits power to the third driving wheel 2324, the fourth driving wheel 2325 and the second driving wheel 2323, and the first driving wheel 2322 and the second driving wheel 2323 respectively transmit power to the driving gear 2312. That is, the two ends of the translation frame 2311 are respectively provided with a set of transition gears 2318, positioning wheels and driving sprockets, the supporting assembly transmits the roller conveying power to the transition gears 2318 at the two ends, and the elastic members 2315 are used for providing the translation frame 2311 with moving power and protection.
The working process of the vehicle carrying plate conveying driving mechanism 23 comprises the following steps: the second trolley driving source 2314 drives the driving gear 2312 to rotate, the driving gear 2312 is meshed with the rack 2313, movement of the rack 2313 is achieved, the rack 2313 moves the driving block 2316 through the spring 322 to drive the translation frame 2311 to move, after the rack 2313 moves in place, the transition gear 2318 on the translation frame 2311 is meshed with a gear on the garage position, the second trolley driving source 2314 works, and power is transmitted to the vehicle carrying plate conveying unit and the garage position.
The walking conveying trolley further comprises a mechanical limiting device 25, the mechanical limiting device 25 comprises a first limiting rod 251, a second limiting rod 252, a connecting rod 253 and a fourth trolley driving source 254, the first limiting rod 251, the second limiting rod 252 and the connecting rod 253 are vertically arranged in pairs, the first limiting rod 251 and the second limiting rod 252 are connected through the connecting rod 253, and the fourth trolley driving source 254 is installed on the trolley frame 21 and drives the connecting rod 253 to rotate.
Traveling conveying trolley: in the working process of the trolley, the trolley moves to a determined position with the lifter, the laser range finder 28 is arranged on the trolley, the laser reflecting plate is arranged at the output end of the trolley traveling guide rail, the positions of the trolley and the lifter and the positions of the trolley and the storage position can be determined (the positions of the trolley are tracked in real time), and the limit rod of the mechanical limit device 25 swings to the corresponding position, so that the car can conveniently move into the trolley and be mechanically limited. The lifter and the driving mechanisms of the upper and lower layer car carrying plate conveyors of the trolley work simultaneously, the car carrying plate with the car is moved onto the trolley, and the upper and lower layer no-load car plates of the trolley are moved onto the lower layer conveyor of the lifter; and completing the handover with the lifter. The trolley is started to be moved to a determined position with the garage, the mechanical limit on the trolley swings to a corresponding position, two sets of trolley carrying plate conveying driving mechanisms 23 work, two translation racks 2311 are respectively moved to the garage and meshed and overlapped with the overlapping mechanism on the garage, meanwhile, the upper layer trolley carrying plate driving mechanism and the lower layer trolley carrying plate driving mechanism on the trolley start to work, power is respectively transmitted to the upper layer trolley carrying plate and the lower layer trolley carrying plate conveying wheels on the garage through the overlapping mechanism, so that the garage is up and down. In the process of picking up the car, the mechanical limit on the trolley swings to the corresponding position, the trolley moves to the correct position of the corresponding garage, the elastic feeding mechanism works, the movable frame moves to the garage to be in lap joint with the garage overlap joint mechanism (four gears are respectively meshed) to enable the two sets of car carrying plate conveying driving mechanisms 23 on the trolley to start to work, conveying power is respectively transmitted to the upper car carrying plate and the lower car carrying plate conveying wheels of the garage through the overlap joint mechanism, the car carrying plate conveying wheels on the upper layer and the lower layer of the trolley rotate in the same direction with the car carrying plate conveying wheels on the upper layer and the lower layer of the garage respectively, the car carrying plate on the upper layer of the garage moves to the trolley, the empty car carrying plate on the lower layer of the trolley moves to the garage, and the trolley and the garage are connected. And the trolley is started to walk, the trolley moves to the correct position of the elevator, the mechanical limiting swing arm of the trolley swings to the corresponding position, the trolley and the elevator are subjected to upper and lower layer trolley carrying plates to be connected, and the trolley waits for a next instruction after the connection is completed.
As shown in fig. 10 to 13, the three-dimensional garage with two-layer vehicle carrying boards is exchanged at the same time, the upper layer is used for storing the vehicle carrying boards with the cars, the lower layer is used for storing the empty vehicle carrying boards, the cars can be charged at the same time, and the garage roller conveying device 34 conveys power through the garage overlap device 33 to complete the delivery and recovery of the vehicle carrying boards. In order to realize the functions, the simultaneous exchange double-carrier-plate three-dimensional garage position comprises a garage position rack 31, a charging device 32, a garage position lap joint device 33 and two groups of roller conveying devices 34.
As shown in fig. 14 and 15, the charging device 32 is mounted on the garage rack 31, and includes a middle fixing base 321, a spring 322, a lower insulating plate 323, a lower fixing base 324, and three swing plates 325 arranged in parallel; the middle part of the swing plate 325 is hinged on the middle fixing seat 321, the middle fixing seat 321 is used for determining the position of the swing plate 325, meanwhile, the swing plate 325 can rotate around a pin shaft, a spring 322 is arranged between one end of the swing plate 325 and the middle fixing seat 321, the middle fixing seat 321 is arranged on the lower fixing seat 324 through a lower insulating plate 323, and the lower fixing seat 324 is fixedly arranged on the warehouse rack 31; the intermediate holder 321 is electrically connected to an external power source, and transmits an electrical signal to the swing plate 325. Meanwhile, an upper fixing seat 41 is arranged on the car carrying plate matched with the car carrying plate, an upper insulating plate 42 is arranged on the upper fixing seat 41, three groups of conductive copper plates 43 are arranged at the bottom end of the upper insulating plate 42, when a car needs to be charged, the car carrying plate with a car moves to a garage position, the conductive copper plates 43 enable the swing plate 325 to swing for a certain angle, meanwhile, sliding is generated between the conductive copper plates 43 and the swing plate 325, at the moment, the swing plate 325 is tightly attached to the conductive copper plates 43 under the action of a spring 322, current can be transmitted between the swing plate and the conductive copper plates, and electric connection is completed, so that the car is charged. In addition, the bottom end of the spring 322 is provided with a set screw for adjusting the pressure of the spring 322 and the tightness between the conductive plate and the swing plate 325.
As shown in fig. 16 and 17, the garage position overlapping device 33 is used for meshing with a corresponding gear on the trolley, and transmitting power of the travelling trolley to a corresponding roller conveying device 34 on the garage position, so that a conveying speed reducer and a corresponding electric control part on the garage position are omitted.
The garage overlap device 33 includes a garage belt seat bearing 331, a transmission shaft 332, an upper layer vehicle-carrying plate drive sprocket 333, a left transmission gear 334, a lower layer vehicle-carrying plate drive sprocket 335, and a right transmission gear 337. The transmission shaft 332 is mounted on the garage rack 31 through a garage seat bearing 331, and the garage seat bearing 331 is used for supporting the transmission shaft 332, the left transmission gear 334, the right transmission gear 337, the positioning wheel, the sprocket and the like. The upper layer vehicle carrying plate driving sprocket 333 and the left transmission gear 334 are arranged on the transmission shaft 332, and the transmission shaft 332 and the upper layer vehicle carrying plate driving sprocket 333 rotate simultaneously along with the left transmission gear 334, that is, the traveling trolley transmits power to the left transmission gear 334, the left transmission gear 334 drives the transmission shaft 332 to rotate, and the transmission shaft 332 drives the upper layer vehicle carrying plate driving sprocket 333 to rotate; the lower layer vehicle carrying plate driving sprocket 335 and the right transmission gear 337 are arranged on the transmission shaft 332 through the shaft sleeve 339, and the lower layer vehicle carrying plate driving sprocket 335 rotates simultaneously with the right transmission gear 337, that is, the traveling trolley transmits power to the right transmission gear 337, and the right transmission gear 337 drives the lower layer vehicle carrying plate driving sprocket 335 to rotate. The power received by the left transmission gear 334 is transmitted to the upper active conveying unit 341 of the garage through the upper power transmission chain, the left transmission gear 334, the left positioning wheel 336 and the transmission shaft 332 are connected by keys, and the right transmission gear 337 transmits the received power to the lower active conveying unit 342 of the garage through the lower power transmission chain. The drive shafts 332 may be provided as a left drive shaft 332 and a right drive shaft 332, the left drive shaft 332 and the right drive shaft 332 being connected by a coupling 55.
The garage position lapping device 33 further includes a left positioning wheel 336 and a right positioning wheel 338; the left positioning wheel 336 is arranged on the transmission shaft 332 and rotates simultaneously with the left transmission gear 334; the right transfer gear 337 is disposed on the transfer shaft 332 by a sleeve 339 and rotates simultaneously with the right transfer gear 337.
As shown in fig. 11 and 18, the roller conveying device 34 includes five sets of upper-layer active conveying units 341 and five sets of lower-layer active conveying units 342; the upper active transport unit 341 moves the upper vehicle loading plate, and the lower active transport unit 342 moves the lower vehicle loading plate. The garage overlap device 33 transmits the power of the traveling carriage to the roller conveyor 34.
The upper layer active conveying unit 341 comprises an upper layer conveying roller 3411, an upper layer driving chain wheel 3412, an upper layer chain wheel shaft 3413 and an upper layer belt seat bearing 3414; the upper layer conveying roller 3411 and the upper layer driving chain wheel 3412 are respectively arranged at two ends of the upper layer chain wheel shaft 3413, the upper layer chain wheel shaft 3413 is arranged at the upper end of the garage rack 31 through an upper layer belt seat bearing 3414, the plurality of upper layer driving chain wheels 3412 are connected through chains, and the upper layer vehicle carrying plate is arranged on the upper layer conveying roller 3411 and moves under the rotation of the upper layer conveying roller 3411. The lower driving conveying unit 342 includes a lower conveying roller 3421, a lower driving sprocket 3422, a lower sprocket shaft 3423, and a lower belt seat bearing 3424; the lower conveying roller 3421 and the lower driving chain wheel 3422 are respectively arranged at two ends of the lower chain wheel shaft 3423, the lower chain wheel shaft 3423 is arranged at the lower end of the garage rack 31 through a lower belt seat bearing 3424, a plurality of lower driving chain wheels 3422 are connected through chains, and the lower upper vehicle carrying plate is arranged on the lower conveying roller 3421 and moves under the rotation of the lower conveying roller 3421. Roller covers 3415 are provided on the side surfaces of the upper conveying roller 3411 and the lower conveying roller 3421, and sprocket covers 3416 are provided on the side surfaces of the upper transmission sprocket 3412 and the lower transmission sprocket 3422.
The upper layer driving sprocket 3412 of the upper layer driving conveying unit 341 is connected with the upper layer vehicle carrying plate driving sprocket 333 of the garage position lapping device 33 through a chain; the lower driving sprocket 3422 of the lower driving conveying unit 342 is connected with the lower vehicle carrying plate driving sprocket 335 of the garage overlapping device 33 through a chain, and the upper conveying roller 3411 and the lower conveying roller 3421 are used for supporting the vehicle carrying plate and simultaneously sending out or withdrawing the vehicle carrying plate.
The roller conveying device 34 further includes an upper driven conveying unit 343 and a lower driven conveying unit 344; for transporting the carrier plate in cooperation with the upper transport roller 3411 and the lower transport roller 3421.
