Description

Adhesive tape with heat conduction function, condensation pipe and refrigerator
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of heat conduction adhesive tapes, in particular to an adhesive tape with a heat conduction function, a condensation pipe and a refrigerator.
Background
With the development of society, the national regulations and controls on energy are more and more strict. The construction of an energy intensive society is an integral development trend. As a household product, how to reduce the power consumption is always the key research and breakthrough direction in the industry.
There are two main core aspects to reduce the energy consumption of a refrigerator: the refrigerator has the advantages that firstly, the temperature of the refrigerator body in the refrigerator is maintained, and secondly, the heat brought by food is quickly dissipated. The condenser is used as a main part for heat dissipation of the refrigerator, has a great influence on the heat dissipation performance of the refrigerator, and in order to increase the heat dissipation area, an aluminum foil tape is usually attached to the condenser pipe.
The aluminum foil tape mainly comprises an aluminum foil and an adhesive, but the aluminum foil tape is easy to break when in use, has a low actual contact area with a pipeline and poor bonding performance with a foaming layer, so that the heat dissipation performance is poor.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems of easy breaking, low contact area with a pipeline and poor bonding performance with a foaming layer in the prior art, and provides a novel adhesive tape with a heat conduction function, a condensation pipe and a refrigerator.
In order to achieve the above object, the invention provides an adhesive tape with a heat conducting function, which includes a substrate layer, and an ester-philic coating and a heat conducting adhesive layer coated on two sides of the substrate layer, respectively, wherein the substrate layer is made of plastic.
The invention provides a condensation pipe, and the outer surface of the condensation pipe is pasted with the adhesive tape.
The invention provides a refrigerator, wherein the outer surface of the condensation pipe of the refrigerator is adhered with the adhesive tape.
The adhesive tape is not easy to break, can be completely attached to a condensation pipe, has a high contact area with a pipeline and has good adhesion with a foaming layer. Therefore, the adhesive tape of the invention has good heat dissipation performance: the heat conductivity coefficient, the tensile strength and the like are high, and the energy consumption of the refrigerator can be effectively saved.

Detailed Description
The endpoints of the ranges and any values disclosed herein are not limited to the precise range or value, and such ranges or values should be understood to encompass values close to those ranges or values. For ranges of values, between the endpoints of each of the ranges and the individual points, and between the individual points may be combined with each other to give one or more new ranges of values, and these ranges of values should be considered as specifically disclosed herein.
As shown in fig. 1, the adhesive tape with a heat conducting function provided by the invention comprises a substrate layer 2, and an ester-philic coating 1 and a heat conducting adhesive layer 3 which are respectively coated on two surfaces (upper and lower surfaces) of the substrate layer 2, wherein the substrate layer 2 is made of plastic. In the adhesive tape of the present invention, the lipophilic coating layer is the outermost layer, that is, the coating layer which is in direct contact with the condensation tube when in use.
In the present invention, the heat dissipation performance of the tape can be improved by forming the base material layer with a plastic that is easily bendable, and preferably, the base material layer is made of at least one of polypropylene (PP), Polyethylene (PE), and polyethylene terephthalate (PET). The appearance of the substrate layer can be transparent, and the density of the substrate layer can be 60-80g/cm3
In the present invention, the thickness of the base material layer is not particularly required, and for example, the thickness of the base material layer may be 0.08 to 0.1 mm.
In the present invention, the lipophilic coating layer may be formed using a lipophilic material commonly used in the art, such as at least one of silicone oil, methacrylic acid, and methyl ethyl ketone, and preferably, the composition of the lipophilic coating layer includes silicone oil. That is, the lipophilic coating layer may be formed using a material whose main component is silicone oil. The density of the lipophilic coating may be from 0.9 to 1g/cm3
In the present invention, the thickness of the lipophilic coating layer is preferably 0.05 to 0.1 mm. The use of an ester-philic coating is particularly advantageous for enhancing the adhesion between the foam and the tape.
In the present invention, the thermally conductive adhesive layer may be formed using a thermally conductive material commonly used in the art, such as at least one of butyl rubber, acrylic, and polyurethane. Preferably, the heat-conducting rubber layer comprises butyl rubber, namely, a material with the main component of butyl rubber can be used for forming the heat-conducting rubber layer, and the material with the main component of butyl rubber has no pungent odor and meets the requirement of food grade.
In the invention, the thickness of the heat-conducting adhesive layer is preferably 0.02-0.03 mm.
In the invention, the adhesive tape can also comprise release paper 4, and the position of the release paper enables the heat-conducting adhesive layer to be positioned between the release paper and the substrate layer. Preferably, the thickness of the release paper is 0.09-0.15 mm. Release papers from various sources in the art can be used to prepare the tapes of the present invention, for example, the release paper can be tan in appearance and can have a density of 90-110g/m3
The thermal conductivity of the adhesive tape is in the range of 4-4.8W/MK, the tensile strength is in the range of 40-50N/cm, the elongation at break is in the range of 150-180%, the heat dissipation performance is good, and the adhesive tape is not easy to break.
In actual preparation, the adhesive tape of the present invention can be obtained by sequentially forming a heat conductive adhesive layer, a base material layer, and an lipophilic coating layer on a release paper. Or forming an ester-philic coating and a heat-conducting adhesive layer on two surfaces of the substrate layer, and then pasting release paper on one surface of the heat-conducting adhesive layer. According to a more specific embodiment, the method of making the adhesive tape of the present invention comprises: coating the lipophilic coating on one surface of the substrate layer by using a roller, coating the heat-conducting adhesive layer on the other surface of the substrate layer by a rolling method, drying (for example, at 80-120 ℃ for 15-30min), and optionally pasting release paper.
When the refrigerator cooling tape is used, the refrigerator cooling tape can be directly attached to the condensation pipe, and as mentioned above, the refrigerator cooling tape can completely attach the condensation pipe and adhere foaming materials, so that the heat dissipation performance of the refrigerator can be effectively improved. Therefore, the outer surface of the condensation pipe provided by the invention is coated with the adhesive tape.
In addition, as mentioned above, the adhesive tape of the present invention is adhered to the outer surface of the condensation pipe of the refrigerator provided by the present invention.
The present invention will be described in detail below by way of examples. In the following examples, silicone oil is available from saint-pont silicone technologies ltd under the product number 2011; PP, PE and PET are purchased from Xinying packaging company Limited, and the product numbers are m-2714, E-3657 and T-3758 respectively; the butyl rubber is purchased from Hebei rubber and plastic industry Co., Ltd, and has the product number of A351; acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS) was purchased from Haifulong plastics Co., Ltd under the trade designation H-6451; the thermal conductivity is measured by the method of the international universal standard ASTM-D5470; the tensile strength and the elongation at break are measured according to GB/T30776-2014 test method for the tensile strength and the elongation at break of the adhesive tape.

TABLE 1
Figure BDA0001296684920000051
Example 5
