本发明公开了一种泡沫灭火剂生产装置,包括搅拌釜本体、密封固体加料罐和液体加料罐;搅拌釜本体的顶部设置有电机,电机的输出轴与搅拌轴的固连,搅拌轴上设置有两组搅拌叶片;密封固体加料罐上部连接有抽真空管和进料管;密封固体加料罐的下端通过第二出料管与搅拌釜本体的上部连通,密封固体加料罐的外壁上设置有刻度;液体加料罐的外壁上设置有刻度。通过在密封固体加料罐和液体加料罐上设置刻度,起到快速定量的作用,使固体原料与液体原料严格按照计算配比来进行添加,保证生产的泡沫灭火剂具有良好的灭后效果。通过设置保温层和换热器,满足固体原料和液体原料的反应温度,提高反应速度。真空加料,省时、省力,提高效率。

本发明属于泡沫灭火剂生产设备技术领域,具体涉及一种泡沫灭火剂生产装置。
背景技术
泡沫灭火剂在生产过程中需要将粉末原料与水进行混合均匀,采用现有的生产装置在添加原料时,不易控制固体原料与液体原料的比例,导致生产的泡沫灭火剂灭后效果受到影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种泡沫灭火剂生产装置,解决采用现有的生产装置在添加原料时,不易控制固体原料与液体原料的比例,导致生产的泡沫灭火剂灭后效果受到影响的技术问题。
本发明为了解决上述技术问题,采用如下技术方案:
一种泡沫灭火剂生产装置,包括搅拌釜本体、密封固体加料罐和液体加料罐;所述搅拌釜本体的顶部设置有电机,电机的输出轴与减速器的输入轴连接,减速器的输出轴与搅拌轴的固连,搅拌轴的位于搅拌釜本体中;所述搅拌轴上设置有两组搅拌叶片,搅拌釜的底部设置有第一出料管,第一出料管上设置有第一阀门;所述密封固体加料罐上部连接有抽真空管和进料管,抽真空管和进料管上均设置有法兰盘封头,抽真空管与密封固体加料罐的接口高于进料管与密封固体加料罐的接口;所述密封固体加料罐的下端通过第二出料管与搅拌釜本体的上部连通,第二出料管上设置有第二阀门;所述密封固体加料罐为透明材质制成,密封固体加料罐的外壁上设置有刻度;所述液体加料罐的上部与连接有进液管,液体加料罐的下端通过第三出料管与搅拌釜本体的上部连通,第三出料管上设置有第三阀门,所述液体加料罐为透明材质制成,液体加料罐的外壁上设置有刻度;所述搅拌釜本体的外壁上包覆有保温层,搅拌釜本体内部设置换热器。
制备泡沫灭火剂的过程如下:首先,先添加液体原料,将液体原料通过泵入液体加料罐,通过液体加料罐上的刻度能够直接读取罐中的液体原料的量,达到要求的量后,关闭抽进液管,然后打开第三出料管上的第三阀门,将液体加料罐中液体原料加入搅拌釜本体中;其次,添加固体原料,开启抽真空泵,抽真空泵将密封固体加料罐抽真空,则料仓中的固体料通过进料管被吸入密封固体加料罐中,通过刻度直接读取密封固体加料罐中的固体原料的量,达到要求的量后,关闭抽真空泵,然后打开第二出料管上的第二阀门,将密封固体加料罐中的固体原料加入搅拌釜本体中;最后,启电机进行搅拌,搅拌均匀后从底部出料管放出进行灌装。
通过在密封固体加料罐和液体加料罐上设置刻度,起到快速定量的作用,使固体原料与液体原料严格按照计算配比来进行添加,保证生产的泡沫灭火剂具有良好的灭后效果。通过设置保温层和换热器,满足固体原料和液体原料的反应温度,提高反应速度。真空加料,省时、省力,提高效率。
进一步改进,所述密封固体加料罐的下部呈漏斗状,打开第二出料管上设置有第二阀门后,便于进入密封加料罐中的固体料能快速进入搅拌釜本体中,不被堵塞。
进一步改进,所述换热器为沿搅拌釜本体内壁螺旋设置的换热管,换热器的热水进入端穿出搅拌釜本体,且位于其上端,换热器的热水出入端穿出搅拌釜本体,且位于其下端,增加受热面积,保证加热均匀。
进一步改进,所述每组搅拌叶片包括两个交叉设置的叶片,交叉点为叶片的中点,叶片与搅拌轴的连接点为交叉点,两个叶片相垂直,且水平设置,叶片的两端竖直向上折起,叶片整体呈U形,扩大了搅拌叶片的搅拌范围,利于均匀搅拌,且提高搅拌效率。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
通过在密封固体加料罐和液体加料罐上设置刻度,起到快速定量的作用,使固体原料与液体原料严格按照计算配比来进行添加,保证生产的泡沫灭火剂具有良好的灭后效果。通过设置保温层和换热器,满足固体原料和液体原料的反应温度,提高反应速度。真空加料,省时、省力,提高效率。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的和技术方案更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
如图1所示,一种泡沫灭火剂生产装置,包括搅拌釜本体1、密封固体加料罐4和液体加料罐3;所述搅拌釜本体的顶部设置有电机2,电机2的输出轴与减速器的输入轴连接,减速器的输出轴与搅拌轴7的固连,搅拌轴7的位于搅拌釜本体1中;所述搅拌轴7上设置有两组搅拌叶片8,搅拌釜的底部设置有第一出料管6,第一出料管6上设置有第一阀门;所述密封固体加料罐4上部连接有抽真空管41和进料管42,抽真空管41和进料管42上均设置有法兰盘封头,抽真空管41与密封固体加料罐4的接口高于进料管42与密封固体加料罐4的接口;所述密封固体加料罐4的下端通过第二出料管43与搅拌釜本体1的上部连通,第二出料管43上设置有第二阀门;所述密封固体加料罐4为透明材质制成,密封固体加料罐4的外壁上设置有刻度;所述液体加料罐3的上部与连接有进液管32,液体加料罐3的下端通过第三出料管31与搅拌釜本体1的上部连通,第三出料管31上设置有第三阀门,所述液体加料罐3为透明材质制成,液体加料罐3的外壁上设置有刻度;所述搅拌釜本1体的外壁上包覆有保温层9,搅拌釜本体内部设置换热器。
制备泡沫灭火剂的过程如下:首先,先添加液体原料,将液体原料通过泵入液体加料罐,通过液体加料罐上的刻度能够直接读取罐中的液体原料的量,达到要求的量后,关闭抽进液管,然后打开第三出料管上的第三阀门,将液体加料罐中液体原料加入搅拌釜本体中;其次,添加固体原料,开启抽真空泵,抽真空泵将密封固体加料罐抽真空,则料仓中的固体料通过进料管被吸入密封固体加料罐中,通过刻度直接读取密封固体加料罐中的固体原料的量,达到要求的量后,关闭抽真空泵,然后打开第二出料管上的第二阀门,将密封固体加料罐中的固体原料加入搅拌釜本体中;最后,启电机进行搅拌,搅拌均匀后从底部出料管放出进行灌装。

在本实施例中,所述密封固体加料罐4的下部呈漏斗状,打开第二出料管43上设置有第二阀门后,便于进入密封加料罐中的固体料能快速进入搅拌釜本体中,不被堵塞。
在本实施例中,所述换热器为沿搅拌釜本体内壁螺旋设置的换热管5,换热器的热水进入端51穿出搅拌釜本体,且位于其上端,换热器的热水出入端52穿出搅拌釜本体,且位于其下端,增加受热面积,保证加热均匀。
在本实施例中,所述每组搅拌叶片8包括两个交叉设置的叶片,交叉点为叶片的中点,叶片与搅拌轴的连接点为交叉点,两个叶片相垂直,且水平设置,叶片的两端竖直向上折起,叶片整体呈U形,扩大了搅拌叶片的搅拌范围,利于均匀搅拌,且提高搅拌效率。

1.一种泡沫灭火剂生产装置,其特征在于,包括搅拌釜本体、密封固体加料罐和液体加料罐;
所述搅拌釜本体的顶部设置有电机,电机的输出轴与减速器的输入轴连接,减速器的输出轴与搅拌轴的固连,搅拌轴的位于搅拌釜本体中;所述搅拌轴上设置有两组搅拌叶片,搅拌釜的底部设置有第一出料管,第一出料管上设置有第一阀门;
所述密封固体加料罐上部连接有抽真空管和进料管,抽真空管和进料管上均设置有法兰盘封头,抽真空管与密封固体加料罐的接口高于进料管与密封固体加料罐的接口;所述密封固体加料罐的下端通过第二出料管与搅拌釜本体的上部连通,第二出料管上设置有第二阀门;所述密封固体加料罐为透明材质制成,密封固体加料罐的外壁上设置有刻度;
所述液体加料罐的上部与连接有进液管,液体加料罐的下端通过第三出料管与搅拌釜本体的上部连通,第三出料管上设置有第三阀门,所述液体加料罐为透明材质制成,液体加料罐的外壁上设置有刻度;
所述搅拌釜本体的外壁上包覆有保温层,搅拌釜本体内部设置换热器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的泡沫灭火剂生产装置,其特征在于,所述密封固体加料罐的下部呈漏斗状。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的泡沫灭火剂生产装置,其特征在于,所述换热器为沿搅拌釜本体内壁螺旋设置的换热管,换热器的热水进入端穿出搅拌釜本体,且位于其上端,换热器的热水出入端穿出搅拌釜本体,且位于其下端。
