本发明涉及一种含水织物柔软组合物,该组合物同时具有良好的柔软效果、存储稳定性、抗静电效果、分散性和易用性。本发明组合物中使用的乳化剂脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚是一种特殊结构的可生物降解的表面活性剂,调节其中烷基链和聚氧乙烯链的长度可以改变脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚的表面活性特性。本发明中加入的脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚可以明显改善组合物的稳定性;并且相对于脂肪醇乙氧基化物,改善稳定性的效率更高,效果更好。此外,本发明使用非离子柔软剂可以明显提高组合物的柔软性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种含水织物柔软组合物,该组合物同时具有良好的柔软效果、存储稳定性、抗静电效果、分散性和易用性。
背景技术
柔软剂组合物的粘度需要保持在一个合适的范围内。粘度偏高,产品不易倾倒;粘度偏低,产品不易计量,容易倒多。因此粘度偏低或者偏高都会影响产品的使用便利性。
CN 1258313A记载了织物柔软剂组合物,其包含1%-20%(重量)的季铵二酯织物软化剂以及共用的单硬脂酸甘油酯,以及作为乳化剂的脂肪醇乙氧基化物非离子表面活性剂,该乳化剂的HLB值高于7.5。
CN 102869757A记载了非离子柔软助剂与仅仅具有一个长链烃基的阳离子表面活性剂组合物。其中组分A阳离子表面活性剂是单长链的叔胺盐或者季铵盐,组分B非离子柔软剂仅仅具有一个键合到具有至少一个游离羟基的极性基团上的长链烃基,不包括脂肪醇烷氧基化物或者脂肪酸烷氧基化物,并且如果组分A和组分B的摩尔比是2:1至1:3,则表现出良好的柔软作用和形成存储稳定的分散体。但该专利中更关注的是组合物的柔软性能,并没有关注所述组合物的粘度大小以及粘度的变化情况。
从现有技术来看,开发保持现有产品优异柔软性能的前提下具有进一步提高的稳定性的产品仍是十分必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种织物柔软组合物,该组合物不仅具有良好的柔软性能,而且加入特定结构的乳化剂使组合物的稳定性进一步得到了改善。
本发明提供了一种织物柔软组合物,其包括如下组分:
1)组分A是如下式(1)所示的脂肪酯季铵盐或者叔胺盐:
其中,R1为含有9-21个碳原子的脂肪族烃基;
R2、R3可以相同或者不同,彼此独立地选自-C(O)OR、-ZC(O)R、苄基、苯基、OH或者H,其中R选自C10-22支链或直链烷基;
R4选自OH或者H;
b选自1-3的整数;
当R2、R3、R4为H时,c、d和e可以相同或者不同,彼此独立地选自0-3的整数;当R2、R3、R4不为H时,c、d和e可以相同或者不同,彼此独立地选自1-3的整数;
X是化合价为a的阴离子,例如X-a可以为Br-、Cl-、CH3SO4 -或CH3CH2SO4 -;
2)组分B为乳化剂,选自脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或者多种;和
3)溶剂。
根据本发明,组分A的用量可以为2.5%-25%(重量),组分B的用量可以为0.2%-5%(重量),余量为溶剂。
根据本发明,式(1)中,R2和R3中至少有一个选自-C(O)OR或-OC(O)R,其中R为C10-22支链或直链烷基。优选地,R1为含有15-21个碳原子的脂肪族烃基;R2和R3中一个选自-C(O)OR或-OC(O)R,其中R为C16-22支链或直链烷基,另一个选自OH;R4选自H。
还优选地,R1为含有15-21个碳原子的脂肪族烃基,b=2;R2选自-OC(O)R,其中R为C16-22支链或直链烷基,c=2;R3选自OH,d选自1-3的整数;R4选自H,e选自1-3的整数。

根据本发明,所述组分B选自C8-22烷基胺聚氧乙烯醚(EO=5-50)中的一种或多种,其中所述烷基链可以含有双键,优选双键的数目不大于3。

本发明的有益效果:
1)本发明中使用的组分B,即脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚是一种特殊结构的可生物降解的表面活性剂,调节其中烷基链和聚氧乙烯链的长度可以改变脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚的表面活性特性。本发明中加入的脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚可以明显改善组合物的稳定性;并且相对于脂肪醇乙氧基化物,改善稳定性的效率更高,效果更好。
2)当本发明的织物柔软组合物中使用组分C非离子柔软剂时,组分C可以明显提高组合物的柔软性能。

[常用于织物柔软组合物中的其他组分]
本发明中着色剂例如染料或者颜料选自直接染料或者直接颜料,所述直接染料或者直接颜料的含量足以提供着色,适宜的染料或者颜料包括但不限于:各种颜色的酸性染料、各种颜色的碱性染料、以及4-硝基邻苯二胺、2-硝基对苯二胺、4-氨基-3-硝基苯酚、2-氨基-6-氯-4-硝基苯酚、4-硝基苯基氨基乙酸脲、6-硝基-2,5-吡啶二胺、喹酞酮或2-茚二酮的一磺酸和二磺酸混合物的钠盐、2-羟基-1,4-萘醌、指甲花红、靛蓝、胭脂虫红以及它们的混合物。所述着色剂的加入量可以为0.001%-0.1%(重量)。
本发明中所述防腐剂选自尼泊金甲酯、尼泊金乙酯、尼泊金丙酯、尼泊金异丙酯、尼泊金丁酯、尼泊金异丁酯、卡松、2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、3-碘-2-丙炔基丁基氨基甲酸酯、二羟甲基海因、布罗波尔中的一种或多种的混合物。所述防腐剂的加入量可以为0.001%-0.5%(重量)。

本发明中所述珠光剂为结晶的或玻璃质固体,能够反射和折射光线以产生珠光效果的透明或半透明化合物。通常,珠光剂为结晶的颗粒,在掺入了它们的组合物中是不溶解的。优选地,珠光剂具有薄片或球体的形状。根据本发明,球体被理解为一般的球形。粒度跨过球体的最大直径测量。片状颗粒是指颗粒的两个尺寸(长度和宽度)为第三个尺寸(深度或厚度)的至少5倍。其它晶形,如立方体或针状体或其它晶形,不显示珠光效果。许多珠光剂如云母是具有单斜结晶的天然矿物。形状似乎影响试剂的稳定性。球形,甚至更优选地片状试剂,是最成功地稳定化的。
所述珠光剂优选具有小于50μm的D0.99(有时称为D99)体积粒度。更优选地,所述珠光剂具有小于40μm,最优选小于30μm的D0.99。最优选地,颗粒具有大于1μm的体积粒度。最优选地,所述珠光剂具有0.1μm至50μm,更优选0.5μm至25μm,并且最优选1μm至20μm的粒度分布。所述D0.99为粒度相对于粒度分布的量度,并且在这种情况下是指99%的所述颗粒具有小于50μm的体积粒度。使用可得自Malvern Instruments Ltd.的Hydro2000G设备来测量体积粒度和粒度分布。粒度具有稳定所述试剂的作用。粒度和分布越小,它们将越容易被悬浮。然而,减小珠光剂的粒度也将降低试剂的功效。
不受理论的约束,申请人相信在珠光剂和其所悬浮的液体介质的界面处的光线的传输取决于受Fresnel公式支配的物理定律。被珠光剂反射的光线的比例随着在珠光剂和液体介质之间的折射指数差异的增加而增加。其余的光线将根据能量守恒而折射,并且穿过液体介质传输直至其遇到另一个珠光剂表面。因此,为了使包含珠光剂的组合物赋予可见的珠光,据信在折射指数方面的差异必须足够高,以使充足的光线的反射与被折射的光线的量成比例。
包含较少水和较多有机溶剂的液体组合物与包含更多水的组合物相比通常将具有更高的折射指数。因此申请人已发现,在此类具有高折射率的组合物中,折射率不够高的珠光剂不会赋予足够的可见珠光,即使在所述组合物中以高含量被引入(通常超过3%)。因此,优选使用具有高折射率的珠光颜料,以便将所述制剂中的颜料含量保持在相当低的水平。因此,优选选择珠光剂,使其具有超过1.41,更优选超过1.8,甚至更优选超过2.0的折射指数。优选地,在珠光剂和然后添加了珠光剂的组合物或介质之间的折射指数的差异为至少0.02。优选地,在珠光剂和组合物之间的折射指数的差异为至少0.2,更优选至少0.6。申请人已发现,试剂的折射指数越高,试剂在产生珠光效果方面将越有效。然而,该效果还取决于试剂和组合物折射指数上的差异。差异越大,感觉到的效果就越大。
所述珠光剂可以是有机或者无机的。所述无机珠光剂包括选自由下列组成的组的那些:云母、金属氧化物涂层的云母、二氧化硅涂层的云母、氯氧化铋涂层的云母、氯氧化铋、肉豆蔻酸十四烷基酯、玻璃、金属氧化物涂层的玻璃、鸟嘌呤、闪光剂(聚酯或金属)、以及它们的混合物。合适的云母包括白云母或氟羟钾铝。云母片优选地用薄的金属氧化物层涂层。优选的金属氧化物选自由下列组成的组:金红石、二氧化钛、氧化铁、氧化锡、氧化铝、以及它们的混合物。结晶的珠光层通过在约732℃煅烧用金属氧化物涂层的云母形成。所述热量产生不溶于树脂的惰性颜料,具有稳定的颜色,并能够经受后续加工的热应力。这些珠光剂中的颜色通过在金属氧化物层的顶部和底部表面以镜面反射角反射的光线之间的干涉作用而显现。当视角转换到非镜面反射角时,试剂损失颜色强度并提供珠光外观。
更优选的无机珠光剂选自由下列组成的组:云母和氯氧化铋以及它们的混合物。最优选的无机珠光剂是云母。
所述有机珠光剂,如乙二醇一硬脂酸酯和乙二醇二硬脂酸酯,仅当所述组合物在运动时提供珠光。
因此,仅当所述组合物被倾倒时,所述组合物才表现出珠光。由于提供动态和静态珠光,因此无机珠光材料是优选的。所谓动态珠光是指当所述组合物在运动时组合物表现出珠光效果。所谓静态珠光是指当所述组合物为静态时组合物表现出珠光。所述珠光剂的加入量可以为0.001%-0.2%(重量)。
本发明中所述pH调节剂可以使用任何已知的pH调节剂,包括无机类型或有机类型的碱度来源以及酸化试剂。
无机碱度来源包括但不限于:水溶性碱金属氢氧化物、氧化物、碳酸盐、碳酸氢盐、硼酸盐、硅酸盐、偏硅酸盐、以及它们的混合物;水溶性碱土金属氢氧化物、氧化物、碳酸盐、碳酸氢盐、硼酸盐、硅酸盐、偏硅酸盐、以及它们的混合物;水溶性硼族金属氢氧化物、氧化物、碳酸盐、碳酸氢盐、硼酸盐、硅酸盐、偏硅酸盐、以及它们的混合物;以及它们的混合物。优选的无机碱度来源为氢氧化钠、和氢氧化钾以及它们的混合物,最优选地无机碱度来源为氢氧化钠。虽然因为生态学原因是不优选的,但可使用水溶性磷酸盐作为碱度来源,包括焦磷酸盐、正磷酸盐、聚磷酸盐、膦酸盐、以及它们的混合物。
有机碱度来源包括但不限于:伯胺、仲胺、叔胺、以及它们的混合物。
其它有机碱度来源为链烷醇胺、或链烷醇胺的混合物。合适的链烷醇胺可选自低级链烷醇一链烷醇胺、二链烷醇胺和三链烷醇胺,诸如单乙醇胺;二乙醇胺或三乙醇胺。高级链烷醇胺具有更高的分子量,并且就本发明目的而言,可能质量效率更低。因为质量效率原因,优选一链烷醇胺和二链烷醇胺。尤其优选单乙醇胺,然而在某些实施例中,可使用另外的链烷醇胺诸如三乙醇胺作为缓冲剂。本文所用的最优选的链烷醇胺为单乙醇胺。

实施例2-7和对比例1-4中的“二酯季铵盐”是指双棕榈酸乙酯基羟乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵,“叔胺盐”是指双棕榈酸乙酯基羟乙基叔胺硫酸盐,“适量”是指参考实施例1的用量及在上述给出的各组分的用量范围内适量添加。
实施例1
本实施例按照如下表1的组分制备含水织物柔软组合物。
将水加热至62℃,加入二酯季铵盐、牛脂胺聚氧乙烯醚(EO=15)、失水山梨醇硬脂酸酯,持续搅拌15min。加入部分常温水(约20%(重量)),继续搅拌降温至40℃,加入香味剂、着色剂、防腐剂,补充剩余水,10min后停止搅拌得到产品。

柔软性能测试例
织物材质:针织纯棉白色毛巾,尺寸24×24cm,每块毛巾重约30g。
前处理:用于柔软性能测试的毛巾需要经过前处理去除出厂时附带的整理剂。前处理方法为将针织毛巾放入标准洗衣机中,使用20%(重量)十二烷基醇醚硫酸钠(氢氧化钠调整pH原液至8.5左右)基础洗涤剂按洗衣机标准洗涤程序进行洗涤,洗涤3次,再按照漂洗-脱水模式进行漂洗,重复漂洗直至无泡沫,甩干后取出,室温下悬挂晾干。
样品处理:在2L烧杯中加入1.5L自来水,分别称取0.5g如下表2中的织物柔软组合物组分加到烧杯中并搅拌均匀,制成约0.3g/L的织物柔软组合物溶液;向织物柔软组合物溶液放入2块纯棉白色毛巾,持续搅拌5min,取出后在漂洗器中脱水,自然晾干。
柔软性能评价:选8位经过培训的评价人员做手感评测。柔软性得分从0至5分评分,8位评价人员分别评价2次,16次的评分取平均值,得分越高代表柔软性能越好,测试结果如表5所示。

由表5的结果可知,实施例2-4、实施例5-6加入非离子柔软剂分别相对于没有添加非离子柔软剂的对比例1和对比例5可以明显提高组合物的柔软性能。
粘度稳定性测试例
为了证明脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚可以维持体系的粘度稳定性,对10种织物柔软组合物进行了高低温老化试验,测试结果如表6所示:

由表6的结果可知,新制备得到添加十四/牛脂胺聚氧乙烯醚的实施例7、8、9、10、11织物柔软组合物分别相对于没有添加乳化剂的对比例2、3、4、6、7产品粘度明显要低。此外,本发明实施例7、8、9、10、11织物柔软组合物在高温或者低温放置后,其粘度变化相较于对比例2、3、4、6、7产品变化不大,因此可以说明烷基胺聚氧乙烯醚具有明显维持体系粘度稳定性的效果,使组合物的稳定性进一步得到了改善。
以上,对本发明的实施方式进行了说明。但是,本发明不限定于上述实施方式。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所做的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种织物柔软组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物包括如下组分:
1)组分A是如下式(1)所示的脂肪酯季铵盐或者叔胺盐:
其中,R1为含有9-21个碳原子的脂肪族烃基;
R2、R3可以相同或者不同,彼此独立地选自-C(O)OR、-OC(O)R、苄基、苯基、OH或者H,其中R选自C10-22支链或直链烷基;
R4选自OH或者H;
b选自1-3的整数;
当R2、R3、R4为H时,c、d和e可以相同或者不同,彼此独立地选自0-3的整数;当R2、R3、R4不为H时,c、d和e可以相同或者不同,彼此独立地选自1-3的整数;
X是化合价为a的阴离子,例如X-a为Br-、Cl-、CH3SO4 -或CH3CH2SO4 -;
2)组分B为乳化剂,选自脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或者多种;和
3)溶剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的织物柔软组合物,其特征在于,组分A的用量为2.5%-25%(重量),组分B的用量为0.2%-5%(重量),余量为溶剂。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的织物柔软组合物,其特征在于,式(1)中,R2和R3中至少有一个选自-C(O)OR或-OC(O)R,其中R选自C10-22支链或直链烷基。
4.如权利要求1-3任一项所述的织物柔软组合物,其特征在于,R1为含有15-21个碳原子的脂肪族烃基;R2和R3中一个选自-C(O)OR或-OC(O)R,其中R选自C16-22支链或直链烷基,另一个选自OH;R4选自H。还优选地,R1为含有15-21个碳原子的脂肪族烃基,b=2;R2选自-OC(O)R,其中R选自C16-22支链或直链烷基,c=2;R3选自OH,d选自1-3的整数;R4选自H,e选自1-3的整数。进一步优选地,组分A为双C16-22脂肪酸乙酯基羟乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵,还进一步优选地,组分A为双棕榈酸乙酯基羟乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵。
5.如权利要求1-4任一项所述的织物柔软组合物,其特征在于,所述组分B选自C8-22烷基胺聚氧乙烯醚(EO=5-50)中的一种或多种,其中烷基链可以含有双键,优选双键的数目不大于3。
优选地,所述组分B选自辛胺聚氧乙烯醚(EO=10-40)、癸胺聚氧乙烯醚(EO=10-40)、十二胺聚氧乙烯醚(EO=10-40)、十四胺聚氧乙烯醚(EO=10-40)、十六胺聚氧乙烯醚(EO=10-40)、十八胺聚氧乙烯醚(EO=10-40)、油胺聚氧乙烯醚(EO=10-40)、二十胺聚氧乙烯醚(EO=10-40)、二十二胺聚氧乙烯醚(EO=10-40)、牛脂胺聚氧乙烯醚(EO=10-40)、双氢化牛脂胺聚氧乙烯醚(EO=10-40)中的一种或多种。
更优选地,组分B选自牛脂胺聚氧乙烯醚(EO=10-40)或十四胺聚氧乙烯醚(EO=10-40)中的一种或多种。
6.如权利要求1-5任一项所述的织物柔软组合物,其特征在于,所述溶剂为水。
7.如权利要求1-6任一项所述的织物柔软组合物,其特征在于,所述织物柔软组合物中还包括组分C,所述组分C为非离子柔软剂。
优选地,所述组分C选自脂肪酸与C2-6二醇或者C3-9多元醇反应生成的单酯或双酯、C2-10一元、二元、三元脂肪酸或C2-10脂肪酸的酸酐与C14-22烷基酸单甘酯反应得到的有机酸单甘酯、C14-22长链醇中的一种或多种。更优选地,组分C选自烷基酸甘油酯、烷基酸乙二醇酯、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、乙酰化单甘酯、琥珀酸单甘酯、柠檬酸单甘酯、十六醇、十八醇中的一种或多种。进一步优选地,组分C选自硬脂酸甘油酯、油酸甘油酯、硬脂酸乙二醇酯、失水山梨醇硬脂酸酯、乙酰化单甘油硬脂酸酯、琥珀酸单甘油硬脂酸酯、柠檬酸单甘油硬脂酸酯、十六醇、十八醇中的一种或多种。
优选地,所述组分C的用量为0.1%-8%(重量)。
8.权利要求1-7任一项所述的织物柔软组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:将组分A和组分B加入到溶剂中,搅拌后冷却即得到所述组合物。
9.根据权利要求8所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述溶剂在加入组分A和组分B前需加热到50-70摄氏度,例如加热到62摄氏度。
优选地,加入组分A和组分B后搅拌1-100min,例如搅拌15min。
优选地,当本发明的织物柔软组合物中包含组分C时,所述制备方法中包括将组分C与组分A和组分B同时加入溶剂中的步骤。
10.权利要求1-7任一项所述织物柔软组合物的用途,其特征在于,所述组合物用于织物柔软处理。具体的,所述组合物为液体的织物柔软剂,用于织物柔软处理。
