Abstract

本发明公开了一种诺丽果酵素眼贴膜，包括基底部分和针尖部分，针尖部分在基底部分上阵列排布。针尖部分按重量百分比由以下组分组成：透明质酸10%～25%，诺丽果酵素干粉10%～35%，羟丙基甲基纤维素25%～45%，聚乙烯醇20%～40%。基底部分按重量百分比由以下组分组成：透明质酸5%～12.5%，诺丽果酵素干粉5%～17.5%,羟丙基甲基纤维素12.5%～22.5%，聚乙烯醇10%～20%，葡聚糖45%～55%。本发明的诺丽果酵素眼贴膜的针尖部分具有良好的机械强度和硬度，容易刺破表皮达到真皮层，使针尖部分的有效成分深入于真皮内，有利于诺丽果酵素、透明质酸这些有效成分的吸收，从而达到理想的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种诺丽果酵素眼贴膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
诺丽果(Noni)是海滨木巴戟的果实。诺丽果具有丰富的营养价值和多种保健作用，被称为“神奇果”。现代研究表明，诺丽果含有非常丰富的抗自由基物质如酚类物质、有机酸和生物碱，经过发酵的诺丽果果汁含有更丰富的维生素C、B1、B2、B3和B12 等。
除了开发诺丽相关营养保健食品，诺丽果也开始被应用于护肤品，例如乳液、面膜等。
中国专利文献CN 107496255A(申请号201710891251.7)公开了一种诺丽果面膜，所述诺丽果面膜含有以下重量百分数的各组分：诺丽果1％～10％，保湿剂5％～15％，增稠剂0.5％～2％，增溶剂0.05％～0.2％，营养添加剂0.015％～0.2％，中和剂0.05％～0.1％，防腐剂0.05％～0.2％，去离子水余量。所述诺丽果为诺丽果提取物、诺丽果酵素、诺丽果汁中的任一种或几种。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有抗氧化、美容保湿功能的可溶性诺丽果酵素微针眼贴及其制备方法。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是一种诺丽果酵素眼贴膜，包括基底部分和针尖部分，针尖部分在基底部分上阵列排布。
针尖部分按重量百分比由以下组分组成：透明质酸10％～25％，诺丽果酵素干粉10％～ 35％，羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)25％～45％，聚乙烯醇(PVA)20％～40％。
基底部分按重量百分比由以下组分组成：透明质酸5％～12.5％，诺丽果酵素干粉5％～ 17.5％,羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)12.5％～22.5％，聚乙烯醇(PVA)10％～20％，葡聚糖 45％～55％。
基底部分中葡聚糖含量为50％。
一种如上所述的诺丽果酵素眼贴膜的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
①准备诺丽酵素干粉。
②配制针尖液：按照处方将透明质酸、诺丽酵素干粉、羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)、聚乙烯醇(PVA)分散在水中得到针尖液。
用注射器吸取针尖液注入模具中，待针尖液在模具中铺平后，摇床摇匀，针尖液填充满所有倒锥形空腔。
③按照处方配置基底液，将透明质酸混合物、诺丽酵素干粉、羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)和聚乙烯醇(PVA)、葡聚糖分散在水中。
向模具内沿边缘缓慢倒入基底液，然后摇床摇匀，减压真空干燥，得到干燥的诺丽果酵素眼贴膜大块贴片。
④脱模后，从模具中取出大块贴片，切割裁剪，在贴片边缘涂胶，包装，辐射灭菌，得到眼贴膜。
步骤①准备诺丽酵素干粉时，将成熟诺丽果发酵后得到的诺丽酵素喷雾干燥得到诺丽酵素干粉备用。
步骤③中在40-45℃减压真空干燥12h～24h。
本发明具有积极的效果：
(1)本发明的诺丽果酵素微针眼贴膜的针尖部分由诺丽果酵素、透明质酸、羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)、聚乙烯醇(PVA)组成，其中HPMC和PVA作为赋形剂，这些成分均是可生物降解、进入皮肤后可溶解的材料，故本发明的诺丽果酵素眼贴膜是可溶性微针眼贴。
(2)本发明的诺丽果酵素眼贴膜的针尖部分具有良好的机械强度和硬度，容易刺破表皮达到真皮层，使针尖部分的有效成分深入于真皮内，有利于诺丽果酵素、透明质酸这些有效成分的吸收，从而达到理想的效果。
具体实施方式
(实施例1)
本发明的诺丽果酵素眼贴膜包括基底部分和针尖部分，针尖部分在基底部分上阵列排布。针尖为锥形。
针尖部分按重量百分比由以下组分组成：透明质酸10％～25％，诺丽果酵素干粉10％～ 35％，羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)25％～45％，聚乙烯醇(PVA)20％～40％。
基底部分按重量百分比由以下组分组成：透明质酸5％～12.5％，诺丽果酵素干粉5％～ 17.5％,羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)12.5％～22.5％，聚乙烯醇(PVA)10％～20％，葡聚糖 45％～55％。
本实施例的诺丽果酵素眼贴膜的针尖部分按重量百分比由以下组分组成：透明质酸 10％，诺丽果酵素干粉35％，羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)25％，聚乙烯醇(PVA)30％。
基底部分按重量百分比由以下组分组成：透明质酸5％，诺丽果酵素干粉17.5％,羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)12.5％，聚乙烯醇(PVA)15％，葡聚糖50％。
本实施例的诺丽果酵素眼贴膜的制备方法包括以下步骤：
①准备诺丽酵素干粉。
首先将成熟诺丽果的表皮用刷子洗净，切成厚度为1～5mm的薄片。
然后将诺丽果按照白砂糖：诺丽果：水＝1:2:20放入干净的发酵容器中，发酵容器中留有20～30％的空间供其发酵。
最后将发酵容器置于阴凉处发酵3-6个月(本实施例中为3个月)，其中第一个月每天摇动发酵容器，三个月后将发酵容器内的物料过滤，滤液即为得到的诺丽酵素。
将滤液喷雾干燥得到诺丽酵素干粉备用。
②配制针尖液。按照处方将透明质酸、诺丽酵素干粉、羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)、聚乙烯醇(PVA)分散在水中得到针尖液，针尖液中透明质酸的质量百分含量为3.5％。
用注射器吸取针尖液注入模具中，针尖液的注入量是模具中所有倒锥形空腔总体积的2～4倍(本实施例中为3倍)。
待针尖液在模具中铺平后，摇床摇匀。
③按照处方配置基底液，将透明质酸混合物、诺丽酵素干粉、羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)和聚乙烯醇(PVA)、葡聚糖分散在水中。基底液中透明质酸混合物的质量百分含量为1.75％。
向模具内沿边缘缓慢倒入基底液，然后摇床摇匀，确保基底液均匀平铺在针尖液上方后，在40-45℃减压真空干燥12h～24h，得到干燥的诺丽果酵素眼贴膜大块贴片。
④脱模后，从模具中取出大块贴片，切割裁剪，在贴片边缘涂胶，包装，辐射灭菌，得到微针眼贴。
测试本实施例的眼贴膜针尖硬度，检测方法如下：
将眼贴膜针尖向上放置于水平的测试平台上，通过P/6型平头不锈钢圆柱探头，以稳定的0.1mm/sec的速度，激发力0.05N，施加轴向垂直力，分析仪记录探头接触针尖直到达到预设高度(微针高度400μm)期间的力学变化。
测得本实施例的眼贴膜针尖硬度4.30N。
(实施例2)
本实施例的诺丽果酵素眼贴膜其余与实施例1相同，不同之处在于：针尖部分按重量百分比由以下组分组成：透明质酸15％，诺丽果酵素干粉30％，羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)20％，聚乙烯醇(PVA)35％。
基底部分按重量百分比由以下组分组成：透明质酸7.5％，诺丽果酵素干粉15％,羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)10％，聚乙烯醇(PVA)17.5％，葡聚糖50％。
按照实施例1方法测得本实施例的眼贴膜针尖硬度4.35N。
(实施例3)
本实施例的诺丽果酵素眼贴膜其余与实施例1相同，不同之处在于：针尖部分按重量百分比由以下组分组成：透明质酸25％，诺丽果酵素干粉15％，羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)20％，聚乙烯醇(PVA)40％。
基底部分按重量百分比由以下组分组成：透明质酸12.5％，诺丽果酵素干粉7.5％, 羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)10％，聚乙烯醇(PVA)20％，葡聚糖50％。
按照实施例1方法测得本实施例的眼贴膜针尖硬度4.4N。
本发明的诺丽果酵素眼贴膜的针尖部分具有良好的机械强度和硬度，容易刺破表皮达到真皮层，使针尖部分的有效成分深入于真皮内，有利于诺丽果酵素、透明质酸这些有效成分的吸收，从而达到理想的效果。

Claims (2)

1.一种诺丽果酵素眼贴膜，其特征在于：包括基底部分和针尖部分，针尖部分在基底部分上阵列排布，
针尖部分按重量百分比由以下组分组成：透明质酸10％～25％，诺丽果酵素干粉10％～35％，羟丙基甲基纤维素25％～45％，聚乙烯醇20％～40％；
基底部分按重量百分比由以下组分组成：透明质酸5％～12.5％，诺丽果酵素干粉5％～17.5％,羟丙基甲基纤维素12.5％～22.5％，聚乙烯醇10％～20％，葡聚糖45％～55％；
诺丽果酵素眼贴膜按照以下方法制备：
①准备诺丽果酵素干粉，将成熟诺丽果发酵后得到的诺丽果酵素喷雾干燥得到诺丽果酵素干粉备用；
②配制针尖液：按照处方将透明质酸、诺丽果酵素干粉、羟丙基甲基纤维素、聚乙烯醇分散在水中得到针尖液；
用注射器吸取针尖液注入模具中，待针尖液在模具中铺平后，摇床摇匀，针尖液填充满所有倒锥形空腔；
③按照处方配置基底液，将透明质酸、诺丽果酵素干粉、羟丙基甲基纤维素和聚乙烯醇、葡聚糖分散在水中；
向模具内沿边缘缓慢倒入基底液，然后摇床摇匀，在40-45℃减压真空干燥12h～24h，得到干燥的诺丽果酵素眼贴膜大块贴片；
④脱模后，从模具中取出大块贴片，切割裁剪，在贴片边缘涂胶，包装，辐射灭菌，得到眼贴膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的诺丽果酵素眼贴膜，其特征在于：基底部分中葡聚糖重量百分比为50％。
