本发明公开了一种UV光固化胶粘剂,以重量比计包括以下组分:二官能团改性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯,重量比20%‑70%;接枝型二官能团改性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯,重量比5%‑50%,三官能团改性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯,重量比0.1%‑10%;甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯,重量比5‑35%;丙烯酸异冰片酯,重量比15‑45%;N‑乙烯基己内酰胺,重量比5‑40%;N‑乙烯基吡咯烷酮,重量比5‑40%;1‑羟基环己基苯基甲酮,重量比1‑10%;2,4,6‑三甲基苯甲酰基‑二苯基氧化膦,重量比1‑10%;荧光粉、稳定剂及填料,重量比0.1‑10.0%。本发明一种UV光固化胶粘剂可以把尼龙‑12或PEBAX牢固粘结,粘结力超过了溶剂胶或者热固胶,并且UV‑胶瞬间固化,高效粘结,适合自动化生产线的组装。

一种UV光固化胶粘剂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种UV光固化胶粘剂。
背景技术
尼龙-12和PEBAX及其相似结构的高分子材料以其著名的表面化学惰性而受到了医疗器械界的日益青睐,像导管及各种医疗器械管材。它们具有优良的弹性和加工性能,医学相容性、可用环氧乙烷和γ-射线消毒。
为粘结尼龙-12和PEBAX目前常用有机溶剂胶,溶剂将塑料部件软化以至于部分溶化,待溶剂挥发后再把零件粘住。但是溶剂胶对组装工人的身体健康,空气质量及环境都造成了危害,并且固化时间长不适合快速组装线生产。另一种组装方法是用热固胶。热固化是把塑料加热熔化,冷却固化而粘接。热固化需要高温处理,一般至少要30分钟,所以不适合快速生产线组装。UV胶因其快速固化、室温操作,没有溶剂挥发,良好的生物相容性,在连接医疗器械不同部件的工艺中举足轻重。但是目前市场上还没有可以粘牢尼龙-12/PEBA的UV胶产品,难于满足市场需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种UV光固化胶粘剂,旨在解决上述问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种UV光固化胶粘剂,其特征在于,以重量比计包括以下组分:
二官能团改性聚氨脂丙烯酸酯,重量比20%-70%;
接枝型二官能团改性聚氨脂丙烯酸酯,重量比5%-50%;
三官能团改性聚氨脂丙烯酸酯,重量比0.1%-10%;
甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯,重量比5-35%;
丙烯酸异冰片酯,重量比15-45%;
N-乙烯基己内酰胺,重量比5-40%;
N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮,重量比5-40%;
1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮,重量比1-10%;
2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基-二苯基氧化膦,重量比1-10%;
荧光粉、稳定剂及填料,重量比0.1-10.0%。
所述荧光粉、稳定剂及填料为OB-1、对苯醌、四甲基苯醌、钛白粉、硅灰、氧化铝粉沫。
所述二官能团改性聚氨脂丙烯酸酯由聚酯、聚醚、MDI、TDI、IPDI、羟乙基丙烯酸酯、羟丙基丙烯酸酯、羟乙基甲基丙烯酸酯反应得到;所述接枝型二官能团改性聚氨脂丙烯酸酯是杂原子接枝改性型二官能团改性聚氨脂丙烯酸酯,由接枝形聚酯、接枝形聚醚、MDI、TDI、IPDI、羟乙基丙烯酸酯、羟丙基丙烯酸酯、羟乙基甲基丙烯酸酯反应得到;所述三官能团改性聚氨脂丙烯酸酯由三官能聚酯、三官能聚醚、MDI、TDI、IPDI环聚三官能单体、羟乙基丙烯酸酯、羟丙基丙烯酸酯、和羟乙基甲基丙烯酸酯反应得到。
所述接枝型二官能团改性聚氨脂丙烯酸酯由接枝形聚酯、接枝形聚醚、MDI、TDI、IPDI、羟乙基丙烯酸酯、羟丙基丙烯酸酯、羟乙基甲基丙烯酸酯反应得到,分子量在500-50000道尔顿。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:本发明一种UV光固化胶粘剂可以把尼龙-12或PEBAX牢固粘结,粘结力超过了溶剂胶或者热固胶,并且UV-胶瞬间固化,高效粘结,适合自动化生产线的组装。UV-胶还不产生VOC,对工人健康,空气及环境没有污染。一般UV-胶都不能粘牢尼龙-12和PEBAX。本发明一种UV光固化胶粘剂使2mm×2mm的尼龙-12或PEBAX也可以牢固粘结。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例:
二官能团改性聚氨酯树脂,重量比26%。接枝型二官能团改性聚氨脂丙烯酸酯,重量比在20%。三官能团改性聚氨脂丙烯酸酯,重量比在5%。聚氨脂丙烯酸酯为该胶水的主要成分,流动性好,为胶水的基体;丙烯酸异冰片酯,重量比15%,主要起到协助聚合、降低聚合物粘度、提高胶水中各树脂的相容性、提高耐热性能的作用;甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯,重量比15%,主要起到聚合、降低聚合物粘度、提高相容性,增加粘结力;N-乙烯基己内酰胺重量比5%,主要起到聚合、降低聚合物粘度、提高相容性,增加粘结力;N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮重量比5%,主要起到聚合、降低聚合物粘度、提高相容性,增加粘结力;1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮,重量比2%,主要作为紫外光固化体系的高效光引发剂;2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基-二苯基氧化膦,重量比2%,主要作为紫外光固化体系的高效光引发剂;填料,如OB-1重量比0.05%、对苯醌重量比0.45%、四甲基苯醌重量比0.5%、钛白粉重量比1%、硅灰重量比1%、氧化铝粉沫重量比2%,使体系粘度储存稳定。

甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯,重量比5-35%;
丙烯酸异冰片酯,重量比15-45%;
N-乙烯基己内酰胺,重量比5-40%;
N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮,重量比5-40%;
1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮,重量比1-10%;
2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基-二苯基氧化膦,重量比1-10%;
荧光粉、稳定剂及填料,重量比0.1-10.0%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种UV光固化胶粘剂,其特征在于,所述荧光粉、稳定剂及填料为OB-1、对苯醌、四甲基苯醌、钛白粉、硅灰、氧化铝粉沫。
