本发明涉及食品加工技术领域,公开了一种即食富硒杂粮冲调粉及其制备方法,该即食富硒杂粮冲调粉按质量份数包括:富硒玉米10~30份、富硒花生10~20份、富硒葛根粉5~20份、燕麦粉5~15份、富硒黑米5~15份、虫草1~10份、红枣1~5份。本发明的实现了一种即食富硒杂粮冲调粉,可以用80℃以上水冲服,食用方便快捷,而且营养丰富。

本发明涉及食品加工技术领域,特别涉及一种即食富硒杂粮冲调粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
硒是人体必需的微量元素,对许多慢性疾病有预防和调节的作用,我国大多数长寿地区均是富硒地带。日常饮食中,合理搭配富硒食品,不仅可以补充营养,更有益于养生。目前市面上富硒食品大多为单品,例如:富硒大米、富硒玉米和富硒花生等,即使单独或混在一起食用这些富硒食品,也需要煮熟后再食用。为适应上班族快节奏的生活,如何实现一种即食富硒杂粮冲调粉是目前亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明提出一种即食富硒杂粮冲调粉及其制备方法,解决现有技术中无法搭配营养均衡且能即食的富硒杂粮的问题。
本发明的一种即食富硒杂粮冲调粉,按质量份数包括:富硒玉米10~30份、富硒花生10~20份、富硒葛根粉5~20份、燕麦粉5~15份、富硒黑米5~15份、虫草1~10份、红枣1~5份。
其中,所述富硒玉米20份、富硒花生15份、富硒葛根粉12份、燕麦粉10份、富硒黑米13份、虫草6份、红枣3份。
本发明还提供了一种即食富硒杂粮冲调粉制备方法,包括步骤:
S1:将富硒玉米、富硒花生、富硒黑米、虫草和红枣混合磨粉;
S2:将步骤S1中磨制的粉料放入温度为110~160℃的锅中翻炒2~4分钟后放凉;
S3:将富硒葛根粉和燕麦粉加入放凉后的混合粉料中混合均匀,以形成杂粮粉;
S4:将杂粮粉放入温度为50~60℃的锅中翻炒3~6分钟后放凉,以得到即食富硒杂粮冲调粉。
其中,所述步骤S1中磨制的粉料颗粒大小为30~35目。
本发明实现了一种即食富硒杂粮冲调粉,可以用80℃以上水冲服,食用方便快捷,而且营养丰富。

本发明的即食富硒杂粮冲调粉,按质量份数包括:富硒玉米10~30份、富硒花生10~20份、富硒葛根粉5~20份、燕麦粉5~15份、富硒黑米5~15份、虫草1~10份、红枣1~5份。
富硒玉米粉:健脾胃、利尿;
富硒花生:理气、补血;
富硒葛根粉:降脂降糖、增加肝脏解毒能力;
燕麦:清肠、降压、预防心脑血管疾病;
富硒黑米:滋阴补肾、明目暖肝;
虫草:具有调节免疫、抗肿瘤抗疲劳等作用;
红枣:养血安神、调节口感。
本发明还提供了一种上述即食富硒杂粮冲调粉制备方法,包括:
步骤S1,将富硒玉米、富硒花生、富硒黑米、虫草和红枣混合磨粉。
步骤S2,将步骤S1中磨制的粉料放入温度为110~160℃的锅中翻炒2~4分钟后放凉。翻炒尽量去除混合粉料中所含的水分,同时达到炒香的目的。
步骤S3,将富硒葛根粉和燕麦粉加入放凉后的混合粉料中混合均匀,以形成杂粮粉。
步骤S4,将杂粮粉放入温度为50~60℃的锅中翻炒3~6分钟后放凉,以得到即食富硒杂粮冲调粉。在50~60℃低温翻炒保证燕麦营养不流失,而且进一步去除杂粮粉中的水分。
可见本发明实现了一种即食富硒杂粮冲调粉,可以用80℃以上水冲服,食用方便快捷,而且营养丰富。
步骤S1中磨制的粉料颗粒大小为30~35目,食用时口感细腻,且更容易消化。
实施例1
富硒玉米20份、富硒花生15份、富硒葛根粉12份、燕麦粉10份、富硒黑米13份、虫草6份、红枣3份。
实施例2
富硒玉米15份、富硒花生20份、富硒葛根粉8份、燕麦粉15份、富硒黑米9份、虫草8份、红枣2份。
实施例3
富硒玉米28份、富硒花生12份、富硒葛根粉18份、燕麦粉6份、富硒黑米15份、虫草4份、红枣5份。

1.一种即食富硒杂粮冲调粉,其特征在于,按质量份数包括:富硒玉米10~30份、富硒花生10~20份、富硒葛根粉5~20份、燕麦粉5~15份、富硒黑米5~15份、虫草1~10份、红枣1~5份。
2.如权利要求1所述的即食富硒杂粮冲调粉,其特征在于,所述富硒玉米20份、富硒花生15份、富硒葛根粉12份、燕麦粉10份、富硒黑米13份、虫草6份、红枣3份。
3.一种如权利要求1或2的即食富硒杂粮冲调粉制备方法,其特征在于,包括步骤:
S1:将富硒玉米、富硒花生、富硒黑米、虫草和红枣混合磨粉;
S2:将步骤S1中磨制的粉料放入温度为110~160℃的锅中翻炒2~4分钟后放凉;
S3:将富硒葛根粉和燕麦粉加入放凉后的混合粉料中混合均匀,以形成杂粮粉;
S4:将杂粮粉放入温度为50~60℃的锅中翻炒3~6分钟后放凉,以得到即食富硒杂粮冲调粉。
4.如权利要求3所述的即食富硒杂粮冲调粉制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1中磨制的粉料颗粒大小为30~35目。
