Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the frame clamping device 26-2 is composed of a fixed clamping plate 26-2-1, a frame clamping cylinder 26-2-2 and a frame clamping plate 26-2-3, the fixed clamping plate 26-2-1 is arranged on the frame loading frame 23, the frame clamping cylinder 26-2-2 is arranged on the fixed clamping plate 26-2-1, the frame clamping cylinder 26-2-2 is connected with the frame clamping plate 26-2-3, the frame clamping cylinder 26-2-2 controls the frame clamping plate 26-2-3 to move left and right through a piston rod, and when the frame clamping plate 26-2-3 moves leftwards, the outer ring of the frame is not supported, so that the frame clamping device returns to the lower position automatically under the action of gravity, and the frame clamping device is provided in order for matching with a better control frame of the frame pulling device 26-1.
The frame blocking device 5, the said frame blocking device 27 locates on the roller channel 24, is used for blocking the frame that does not finish working. Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, the frame blocking device 27 is composed of a frame blocking cylinder 27-1, the frame blocking plate 27-2 is connected with a block cylinder and extends to the roller, when the frame blocking plate 27-2 extends to the roller, the frame can be kept still because the frame blocking plate 27-2 blocks the left and right movement of the frame, and after the frame blocking plate 27-2 retracts to the roller, the frame can move freely, preferably, two frame blocking devices 27 are respectively arranged at the position of a money outlet and in the middle of two stacks of frames, the position of a frame outlet 29 is used for preventing the frame from leaving the frame mounting mechanism 25 when the frame is not completely mounted, the frame mounting procedure is orderly performed, the frame blocking device 27 in the middle of the two stacks of frames is used for preventing the second stack of frames 31 from rolling to the left and right, and preferably, a fixed wheel is arranged on the frame mounting frame 23 for realizing the movement of the whole frame mounting mechanism 25.
The working principle of the framing mechanism comprises:
firstly, through the matching of the frame pulling and clamping device 26, the frame pulling air cylinders 26-1-5 of the frame pulling device 26-1 brake the frame pulling plates 26-1-3 to move outwards, the front frame pulling plate and the rear frame pulling plate 26-1-3 move downwards simultaneously, meanwhile, the fixed clamping plates 26-2-1 of the frame clamping device also move inwards, the bottommost frame can be separated from the roller channel 24 under the action of gravity, the frame pulling device 26-1 and the frame clamping device brake the second frame immediately, the same work is continued after the first frame is assembled, and the frames are orderly provided for the whole frame assembling machine. After the frame falls onto the roller channel 24, the rollers of the roller channel 24 move forward under the action of the motor 24-3, and the magnetic chain wheels 24-6 of the rollers are connected together through the belt or the gear 24-4, so that the rollers in front continuously rotate to drive the frame to move forward, namely, when the frame reaches the frame loading station, namely, in front of the frame outlet 29, the frame is clamped at the frame loading station due to the action of the frame blocking device 27, and the frame loading mechanism 25 starts to load frames under the condition that four bags are filled on the left side of the four-package probe frame 25-2-3, the bag pushing device 25-2 of the frame pushing mechanism 25 starts to work, and the bag pushing plate 25-2-2 of the bag pushing device 25-2 pushes the four-package fungus bags forward at one time under the action of the bag pushing cylinder 25-2-1 and reaches the package bottom plate 25-3-2 of the frame loading device 25-3; after the package is pushed for three times. Through the cooperation of the pushing device, the falling device and the blocking device of the framing mechanism, four bags of orderly framing can be realized, the working efficiency is greatly improved, meanwhile, the fungus bags are not disordered, four bags of the fungus bags are arranged in a row, twelve bags of the fungus bags are arranged in order, two overlapping frames are arranged on a roller channel, timely replenishment of the frames is realized, the problem that the frames are completely suspended in machines is avoided, the working efficiency is improved, the full automation of framing is realized through the cooperation of the framing mechanism, the frame clamping device and the blocking device, the framing efficiency is greatly improved, the automation degree of machinery is improved, the use is convenient and quick, and the operation is simple and convenient, and really meets the requirements of modern mechanization.
