The bag feeding assembly 8-2-1 is directly fixed on the cross beams at the front end and the rear end of the rack assembly 8-1-1 through 4 connecting frames 4-7 by bolts, 2 side plates 8-4-9 are connected through bases of adjusting sliding rail assemblies 8-5-8 and locked by bolts, and the cover plate 8-4-1 is directly fixed on the side plates 8-4-9 through screws; the bag feeding motor 8-4-6 drives the driving wheel 8-5-2 to rotate through the driving shaft 8-5-1, the driving wheel 8-5-2 and the driven wheel 8-5-6 arranged on the driven shaft 8-5-7 form a bag feeding transmission system through the bag feeding belt 8-4-2, and the conveying of woven bags is realized; after the bag taking assembly 8-2-3 puts the taken woven bags on the cover plate 8-4-1, the centering cylinder 8-5-4 arranged on the manual adjusting assembly 8-5-10 automatically centers the put woven bags, the bag conveying belt 8-4-2 drags the woven bags, and the woven bags are conveyed to a bag opening station under the action of the bag pressing wheel 8-4-4 to prepare for the action of the next station.
In summary, the present invention provides a fully automatic grasping type bagging machine, which can achieve vertical up-and-down reciprocating motion, grasp small bagged materials, and automatically arrange and stack the small bagged materials, and replaces part of manual production of a bagging production line with grasping type bagging, so as to greatly improve automation degree of the bagging production line, in order to meet the requirements of sanitation and safety of the bagging production line and reduce labor cost and management. The grabbing bagging machine adopts grabbing bagging, is reasonable in structure, reliable in performance and simple and convenient to operate, and can accurately and efficiently grab and bag.
