The working principle of the invention is as follows:

The bag taking sucker 8-3-8 is driven by the bag taking air cylinder assembly 8-3-6 to lift the sucked bag to a proper position, the swing assembly 8-3-7 swings the horizontal bag by a certain angle and is in butt joint matching with the bag pulling claw 8-3-10, and seamless butt joint of the bag is realized. After the bag is clamped by the bag pulling claws 8-3-10, the bag is directly pulled to the bag sending station from the bag taking station, and then the bag is put down after the pulling claws are released. The bag feeding assembly 8-2-1 is directly fixed on the cross beams at the front end and the rear end of the rack assembly 8-1-1 through 4 connecting frames 4-7 by bolts, 2 side plates 8-4-9 are connected through bases of adjusting sliding rail assemblies 8-5-8 and locked by bolts, and the cover plate 8-4-1 is directly fixed on the side plates 8-4-9 through screws; the bag feeding motor 8-4-6 drives the driving wheel 8-5-2 to rotate through the driving shaft 8-5-1, the driving wheel 8-5-2 and the driven wheel 8-5-6 arranged on the driven shaft 8-5-7 form a bag feeding transmission system through the bag feeding belt 8-4-2, and the conveying of woven bags is realized; after the bag taking assembly 8-2-3 puts the taken woven bags on the cover plate 8-4-1, the centering cylinder 8-5-4 arranged on the manual adjusting assembly 8-5-10 automatically centers the put woven bags, the bag conveying belt 8-4-2 drags the woven bags, and the woven bags are conveyed to a bag opening station under the action of the bag pressing wheel 8-4-4 to prepare for the action of the next station.
In summary, the present invention provides a fully automatic grasping type bagging machine, which can achieve vertical up-and-down reciprocating motion, grasp small bagged materials, and automatically arrange and stack the small bagged materials, and replaces part of manual production of a bagging production line with grasping type bagging, so as to greatly improve automation degree of the bagging production line, in order to meet the requirements of sanitation and safety of the bagging production line and reduce labor cost and management. The grabbing bagging machine adopts grabbing bagging, is reasonable in structure, reliable in performance and simple and convenient to operate, and can accurately and efficiently grab and bag.

1. A grabbing type bagging machine is characterized by comprising a rectangular coordinate moving part, a material arranging part, a vacuum suction gripper part, a bag opening and clamping fixing part, a laminated opening bag changing trolley part and a traction seam bag conveying part, wherein the rectangular coordinate moving part is arranged above the material arranging part and the bag opening and clamping fixing part; the laminated bag clamping and changing trolley part comprises a movable trolley, a laminating device is arranged on the movable trolley, and clamping devices are arranged on two sides of the laminating device; the laminating device comprises a vertical moving mechanism and a folding plate connecting device, wherein the folding plate connecting device is arranged on the vertical moving mechanism, and the vertical moving mechanism drives the folding plate connecting device to move up and down.

The grasping type bagging machine according to claim 1, wherein the rectangular coordinate moving means comprises a traverse means and a longitudinal moving means, the longitudinal moving means is provided on the traverse means, the vacuum sucking gripper is provided at a lower end of the longitudinal moving means, the traverse means drives the longitudinal moving means and the vacuum sucking gripper to move horizontally and transversely, and the longitudinal moving means drives the vacuum sucking gripper to move vertically and longitudinally.

The grasping type bagging machine according to claim 1, wherein the vacuum suction grasping part comprises a grasping support, a grasping cylinder, a cylinder support and a plurality of sucker mounting plates, the grasping support is provided with a linear guide rail, the plurality of sucker mounting plates are arranged on the linear guide rail and can move along the linear guide rail, each sucker mounting plate is provided with a vacuum sucker, and two ends of the grasping cylinder are connected with the two outermost sucker mounting plates on the linear guide rail through the cylinder support; vacuum chuck forms the matrix sucking disc through a plurality of sucking disc mounting panels and arranges, snatchs the cylinder shrink and drives vacuum chuck through the sucking disc mounting panel, along linear guide shrink, makes the material shrink range of snatching, and it is littleer to shrink to than the empty size in the braided bag, puts into the braided bag more easily.

The grasping type bagging machine according to claim 1, wherein the vertical moving mechanism comprises a fixed frame and a motor, the fixed frame is arranged on the moving trolley, the fixed frame comprises two fixed columns, the fixed columns are distributed on two sides of a conveying passage on the moving trolley, a plurality of driving belt wheels are distributed at the upper ends and the lower ends of the two fixed columns, the plurality of driving belt wheels are distributed on the two fixed columns, still be equipped with driving pulley on one of them fixed column, the motor is connected with driving pulley, and driving pulley passes through the hold-in range and is connected with a plurality of driving pulley, and the hold-in range of connecting between the driving pulley on two fixed columns passes from the transfer passage below of travelling car, and the upper surface of hold-in range forms a spill, including the transfer passage parcel that will move the dolly, folding fishplate bar device sets up on the hold-in range, and the motor passes through the hold-in range and drives folding fishplate bar device and reciprocate.

The grasping type bagging machine according to claim 4, wherein the folding joint plate device comprises two sets of symmetrically distributed fixed clamping blocks, the two sets of fixed clamping blocks are symmetrically distributed on two vertical section parts of the concave shape of the synchronous belt respectively, the motor drives the two sets of fixed clamping blocks to slide vertically and synchronously through the synchronous belt, a folding joint plate and a folding cylinder are arranged on each set of fixed clamping blocks, the folding cylinder is hinged with the folding joint plate through a connecting lever, and the folding cylinder drives the folding joint plate to rotate.
6. The grasping type bagging machine according to claim 1, wherein the clamping device comprises two clamping cylinders which are arranged in an opposite inclined manner, and a piston rod of each clamping cylinder is provided with a bag clamping block.
7. The grasping type bagging machine according to claim 1, wherein a conveying belt is arranged on the conveying passage of the moving trolley, a driving wheel and a driven wheel are respectively connected to two ends of the conveying belt, and the driving wheel is connected with a conveying motor.

The grasping type bagging machine according to claim 1, wherein the traction bag-sewing conveying component comprises a front guide mechanism, an automatic bag-sewing mechanism and a guide belt conveyor, the front guide mechanism and the automatic bag-sewing mechanism are sequentially distributed along the conveying direction of the guide belt conveyor, the input end of the front guide mechanism is in butt joint with the output end of the laminated bag-clamping bag-changing trolley component, and the output end of the front guide mechanism is in butt joint with the input end of the automatic bag-sewing mechanism.

The grasping type bagging machine according to claim 1, further comprising a bag covering and storing component, wherein an output end of the bag covering and storing component is butted with one end of the bag supporting and clamping fixing component, the bag covering and storing component comprises a rack component, an opening bag component, a positioning blocking device, a bag covering mechanism, a bag conveying component, a bag storing component and a bag taking component, the bag storing component is arranged on one side of the bag conveying component, the bag taking component is arranged above the bag storing component and the bag conveying component, an input end of the bag taking component is butted with the bag storing component, an output end of the bag taking component is butted with an input end of the bag conveying component, the opening bag component and the positioning blocking device are arranged on an output end of the bag conveying component, and the bag covering mechanism is butted with an output end of the bag conveying component.
