The working principle and the working process of the invention are as follows:

As shown in fig. 3, in the bag feeding mechanism 3, after the bag opening swing arm 35 sleeves the packaging bag 307 conveyed by the bag taking mechanism 8 on the bag clamping and opening mechanism 302, the bag opening cylinder 303 drives the connecting arm 304 to tightly support the packaging bag 307; the bag opening swing arm 35 continuously swings upwards to leave the packaging bag 307, the bag feeding process is completed, the hopper mechanism 30 discharges materials into the packaging bag 307, and the carrying trolley 7 moves the packaging bag to the bag smoothing station after the materials are discharged.
As shown in fig. 4, the bag smoothing mechanism 4 works according to the following principle: the spring pressing plate 442 is manually adjusted to extend into the frame 441, and the size of the bag opening limited by the elastic bag smoothing mechanism 44 is adjusted by adjusting the size of a gap between the tail end of the spring pressing plate 442 and the frame 441; or the width of the frame 441 is adjusted through the tension adjusting assembly 43 according to different bag openings, so that the size of a gap between the tail end of the spring pressing plate 442 and the frame 441 is adjusted to adapt to the specification of the bag openings; the tail end of the spring pressing plate 442 is convenient to clamp the outer wall of the inner bag after adjustment.
After the space of the frame 441 is adjusted, the lifting cylinder 221 extends downwards, the weight 214 moves upwards, the frame 441 is pushed to move downwards, and the outer bag of the packaging bag is pushed downwards for a certain distance;
the telescopic connecting mechanism 45 extends downwards to push the bag opening combination plate 47 to extend into the inner bag opening, the telescopic connecting mechanism 45 expands outwards to drive the bag opening combination plate 47 to act on the front inner wall and the rear inner wall of the inner bag opening, and the spring pressing plate 442 and the bag opening combination plate 47 jointly open the inner bag opening;

After the frame 441 moves upwards, the outer bag of the packaging bag naturally extends upwards, so that the outer bag can be unfolded in the next procedure conveniently.
When the spring pressing plate 442 and the bag opening combination plate 47 jointly open the opening of the inner bag, the opening of the inner bag is completely closed, air remaining in the material of the inner bag is discharged through the exhaust pipe 46, and the inner bag is prevented from being blown out and cracked due to the fact that the air extrudes the inner bag in the bag smoothing process.
As shown in fig. 5, 6 and 7, the band-binding mechanism 5 works according to the following principle: the packaging bag moves to the position below the bag twisting mechanism 542 from the previous process, namely the packaging bag is moved to a binding belt station by the carrying trolley 7 from a bag smoothing station, the bag twisting cylinder drives the two groups of bag twisting arms 542 to enable the bag twisting arms 5422 to respectively slide forwards and backwards along the base plate 5421 and open, the packaging bag moves into an open space, the closing cylinder controls the closing arm 5232 to be closed, and an inner bag opening is contracted;
then, the bag opening arm 514 is driven by the bag opening cylinder to extend into the space between the outer bag and the inner bag of the packaging bag to open the outer bag; because the tail end of the piston rod of the lifting cylinder 511 is connected with the bag opening mechanism 512, one end of the pulley rope 524 is connected with the weight 525, and the other end of the pulley rope 524 bypasses the pulley 522 and is connected to the bag opening mechanism 512, the lifting cylinder 511 extends downwards, the weight 525 moves upwards, and the bag opening arms 514 are controlled together to stably push the outer bag to move downwards, so that the inner bag is separated from the outer bag. The lifting cylinder 511 and the weight 525 act together to avoid the damage to the packaging bag caused by overlarge acting force when the lifting cylinder 511 is instantly started and stopped.
Subsequently, the bag twisting arm 5422 is closed, the inner bag of the packaging bag is clamped, the rotary motor 541 rotates to drive the bag twisting arm 5422 to control the inner bag to rotate, in the rotating process, the bag twisting arm 5422 resets, the inner bag is gradually wound and thinned, the bag bundling cylinder 531 downwards pushes the bag bundling machine 533 to a bag bundling station, the servo drive 532 controls the bag bundling machine 533, the bag bundling machine discharges a bag bundling wire, the opening of the inner bag is wound tightly, and the bag bundling wire is cut short; the band binding mechanism 53 moves upwards step by step, and resets after finishing multiple times of bag binding.
Then, the lifting mechanism 55 is reset, the lifting cylinder 511 and the weight 525 act together to drive the bag opening mechanism 512 to reset, the outer bag is lifted upwards to the original position, the inner bag opening is fastened, and the outer bag opening moves to the next procedure under the state of being opened.
The belt tying machine 533 is provided with a servo drive 532, the belt tying machine 533 comprises a shell 5331, a reel 5332 and a workbench 5333, the workbench 5333 is arranged above the shell 5331, one end of the workbench 5333 extends out of the shell 5331, the reel 5332 is arranged on the shell 5331 and at the other end of the workbench 5333, the extending end of the workbench 5333 is provided with a groove 5334, a tying wire on the reel 5332 bypasses the servo drive 532 and penetrates out of the groove 5334 downwards, the servo drive 532 controls the tying wire to be wound tightly, an inner bag opening is wound tightly, and the tying wire is cut off.
As shown in fig. 8, 9 and 10, the rancour bag mechanism 6 has the working principle: the last process is a ribbon binding process, the packaging bag with the inner bag mouth screwed up and tied is completed, the carrying trolley 7 conveys the packaging bag to a rancour bag station, two sets of bag opening arms 68 extend into the space between the inner bag mouth and the outer bag mouth of the packaging bag to open the outer bag mouth outwards; the bag opening cylinder 63 extends downwards again, the outer bag is pushed downwards through the telescopic arm 67 and the bag opening arm 68, and the bag twisting mechanism 614 is prevented from being influenced to bend the inner bag opening;
the bag twisting arm 616 relatively slides along the base plate 615 to clamp the inner bag opening of the tightening binding line, and the rotary motor 65 rotates to drive the bag twisting arm 616 to bend the inner bag opening;
rancour bag cylinder 64 pushes rancour bag arm 612 and rancour bag frame 613 to push the inner bag mouth into the outer bag mouth;
the bag opening cylinder 63 contracts upwards to lift the outer bag opening upwards, so that the inner bag opening is completely arranged in the outer bag opening, and the outer bag opening can be sewn conveniently in the next process.
The hemming and sewing mechanism 9 comprises a transition hemming device 91, a sewing machine 92 and a labeling machine 93, and the packaging bag after rancour bags are sealed and labeled.
In the carrying trolley 7 shown in fig. 11, under the action of the swing arm cylinder 709, the bag opening swing arm 705 tightly opens the outer bag of the packaging bag 307, the closing member 711 tightens the inner bag, and then the main frame 701 is pushed by the additional motor, and the guide wheel set 717 moves backwards along the guide shaft 716 to enter the next station.
