Referring to fig. 10, the pocket sewing device 15 includes a pillar 15-3 and an industrial sewing machine 15-1 provided on the pillar 15-3, a pocket holding belt line 15-2 for pressing is provided at one side of the industrial sewing machine 15-1, and the industrial sewing machine 15-1 and the pocket holding belt line 15-2 are provided above the third conveyor 13. In this embodiment, the pouch opening device 15 is positioned adjacent the exit side.
Referring to fig. 13 and 14, the third manipulator 12 comprises a woven bag suction cup assembly and fourth synchronous belts 12-1, the fourth synchronous belts 12-1 are connected with a third guide rail 12-2, a fifth synchronous belt 12-9 is arranged between the two fourth synchronous belts 12-1, the fifth synchronous belts 12-9 are connected with a second transverse moving motor 12-4, the third guide rail 12-2 is fixedly connected with a bearing plate 12-8, a second lifting driving electric cylinder 12-3 is fixedly connected to the bearing plate 12-8, and the woven bag suction cup assembly is slidably connected to the bearing plate 12-8 through a sliding rod 12-5.
Referring to fig. 14, the woven bag sucker assembly includes a sucker mounting plate 12-6, and a plurality of woven bag suckers 12-7 are provided at a lower portion of the sucker mounting plate 12-6. In this embodiment, four woven bag suction cups 12-7 are provided.
In the embodiment, the bag clamping and overturning machine 2 is arranged at the outlet side of the rear end 1 of the bag making machine, and a unit bag 18 is hooked by a first clamping block 2-1 and a second clamping block 2-2, wherein the unit bag 18 has about 40 non-woven bags, and a first air cylinder 2-3 and a second air cylinder 2-4 are symmetrically arranged and are pressed onto a flat plate 2-9 under the combined action of the first air cylinder 2-3 and the second air cylinder 2-4; the first cylinder 2-3 and the second cylinder 2-4 are fixed on the third cylinder 2-7 and the fourth cylinder 2-8 in pairs through the first combination block 2-5 and the second combination block 2-6 respectively, and the fourth cylinder 2-8 and the third cylinder 2-7 are also symmetrically arranged on the flat plate 2-9; the flipping unit moves along the flipping tracks 2-14. The flipping tracks 2-14 of the present invention are arranged in a cam-like manner, as shown in fig. 3, and the cam-like arrangement thereof enables the unit package 18 to be changed from a vertical state to a horizontal state when the flipping unit moves.
In this embodiment, the shafts 2-13 are disposed on the flat plates 2-9 of the turning assembly, and both sides of the shafts 2-13 are disposed, and the shafts 2-13 can connect the support assemblies 2-15 and the turning assembly, so that when the first motor 2-17 pulls the first synchronous belt 2-16, the turning assembly is guided by the contour of the turning track 2-14, and the unit bag 18 is changed from a vertical state to a horizontal state, so as to facilitate the subsequent operations of the first manipulator 4 and the first bundling machine 3.
In the embodiment, the upper clamp plate 4-1 is driven by a fifth cylinder 4-3 and can move up and down, under the action of the fifth cylinder 4-3, the upper clamp plate 4-1 and the lower clamp plate 4-2 are closed to clamp the unit bag 18, and then under the drive of a second motor 4-6, a rack guide rod 4-5 is driven by a gear 4-7 to move forward and backward so as to drive the unit bag 18.
In the embodiment, the bag mouth sucking disc assembly 14-1 can suck the bag mouth of the woven bag 17 open, the bag mouth sucking disc assembly depends on a plurality of upper sucking discs 14-5 and lower sucking discs, the upper sucking discs 14-5 are firstly attached to the woven bag 17 under the action of a sixth air cylinder 14-7, then the upper sucking discs 14-5 suck air to form negative pressure sucking opening bag mouths, and the principle of the lower sucking discs is the same as that of the upper sucking discs 14-5; the upper bag mouth closing pressure lever 14-6 and the upper sucker component 14-4 are arranged side by side, the lowest height of the upper bag mouth closing pressure lever 14-6 is the same as the bottom height of the upper sucker 14-5 of the upper sucker component 14-3, and after bagging, the upper bag mouth closing pressure lever 14-6 can be matched with the lower bag mouth closing pressure lever 14-8 to press the bag mouth; the principle of the lower chuck assembly 14-4 is the same as that of the upper chuck assembly 14-3.
In the embodiment, the bag opening component 14-2 can open the bag opening into a square shape, and the bag opening edge can be buckled by the bag opening buckling plate 14-12 to prevent the woven bag 17 from deviating during filling; when the bag mouth of the woven bag 17 is sucked and opened by the upper sucking disc 14-5 and the lower sucking disc, the two bag mouth supporting plates 14-10 in the invention rotate under the action of the air cylinder, one part of the two bag mouth supporting plates enters the woven bag 17 to expand the bag mouth, so that the unit bag 18 can be conveniently pushed in, and the bag mouth buckle plate 14-12 is used for reversely folding the expanded bag mouth of the woven bag 17 to prevent the bag mouth from being deviated due to friction when the unit bag 18 is put in.
In the embodiment, the second manipulator 8 comprises a first lifting driving electric cylinder 8-3 and a first transverse moving motor 8-7, and can drive the whole second manipulator 8 to move and rotate in multiple directions; the second manipulator 8 mainly combines and stacks a plurality of unit packages 18 orderly according to a set combination mode, and places the unit packages on the package platform 9.
In the embodiment, after the woven bag 17 is filled into the unit bag 18, the bag opening closing pressure rod in the bag opening device 14 presses the bag opening, the third conveying belt 13 conveys the woven bag 17 forwards, and the bag opening clamping belt line 15-2 in the bag opening sewing device 15 further presses the bag opening of the woven bag 17 tightly; moving the woven bag 17 to a position below a stitch of an industrial sewing machine 15-1, and sewing the woven bag 17 to be solid by the industrial sewing machine 15-1; the entire bag-sewing device 15 can be adjusted in height on the support 15-3 to match the center height of different woven bags 17.
In this embodiment, the woven bags 17 placed in the woven bag storage device 11 are sucked up by the third manipulator 12 and conveyed to the third conveyor belt 13, so that the woven bags 17 are conveyed from the third conveyor belt 13 through the bag opening sewing device 15 and finally discharged by the fourth conveyor belt 16.
In the embodiment, the principle of the woven bag sucker component 12-6 is the same as that of the upper sucker component 14-3 and the lower sucker component 14-4.
For the specific implementation steps of the present invention, reference is made to fig. 1 to 14, which are described in detail herein; firstly, the rear end 1 of the bag making machine pushes out the non-woven bag, the non-woven bag is divided into a certain number of unbound unit bags 18 by a counting and separating device, and then, the overturning component of the bag clamping and overturning machine 2 clamps the unbound unit bags 18 along the overturning tracks 2-14; in the process, the unit bag 18 is clamped firstly, then the movement is carried out along the overturning tracks 2-14, and after the movement is finished, the overturning assembly is reset and retreated; the first mechanical arm 4 clamps the unit package 18 to pass through the first bundling machine 3, the first bundling machine 3 bundles the unbounded unit packages 18, after the unit packages are bundled, the unit packages 18 pass through the second bundling machine 6 along the first conveying belt 5, and the first bundling machine 3 and the second bundling machine 6 are vertically arranged, so that the bundling belts are in a cross shape twice, and the bundling firmness of the unit packages is ensured; then the unit package 18 is pushed onto the second conveyer belt 7, specifically pushed by an air cylinder arranged behind the second binding machine 6, the unit package 18 is sent to the lower part of the second manipulator 7 by the second conveyer belt 7, the second manipulator 7 grabs the unit package 18, and a plurality of unit packages 18 are combined and stacked orderly according to a set combination mode; meanwhile, the woven bags 17 which are arranged on the other side and placed in the woven bag storage device 11 are sucked up by a third manipulator 12 and placed on a third conveying belt 13, a bag opening device 14 pulls open and expands the bag openings of the woven bags 17, then a bag pushing device 10 pushes the unit bags 18 which are orderly stacked on the packaging platform 9 into the woven bags 17 with the opened bag openings, then the bag openings are compressed, and the operation is repeated until the woven bags 17 are filled; after the woven bag 17 is packaged, the bag opening device 14 is reset, the bag opening sewing device 15 further flattens the bag opening of the woven bag 17, the third conveying belt 13 conveys the woven bag 17 with the unit bag to the bag opening sewing device 15, and then the woven bag 17 with the bag opening sealed is conveyed to the fourth conveying belt 16 to complete the whole packaging treatment process; the system has high automation degree, and the packaging processing efficiency is greatly improved.
