(1) according to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the rosa damascena flower oil, the phaeodactylum tricornutum extract and the oat kernel extract are scientifically formulated, and polyunsaturated fatty acid rich in the phaeodactylum tricornutum extract can keep relative fluidity of cell membranes so as to ensure normal physiological functions of cells, so that high-molecular unbranched linear mucopolysaccharide in the rosa damascena flower oil and the oat kernel extract can better moisturize and lock water and repair the barrier function of skin. In addition, the rosa damascena flower oil is extracted by freezing pretreatment and repeated distillation, so that the content of effective components is higher, and the moisturizing and water locking effects are enhanced. When the taxus asteroides extract and the jonquil extract are added into the composition, the deep moisturizing and long-acting moisturizing of the skin can be achieved by regulating and controlling the expression of filaggrin and caspase-14.
(2) According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the combination of the rosa damascena flower oil, the phaeodactylum tricornutum extract, the oat kernel extract, the acer palmatum leaf extract and the turmeric root extract can remove red blood, resist stimulation, increase vascular tolerance, protect and repair capillary blood vessel cells, further achieve the effect of removing red blood filaments, better inhibit the activities of cyclooxygenase-2, lipoxygenase and nitric oxide synthase, and reduce the generation of inflammation mediating factors.
In conclusion, the composition provided by the invention is scientifically prepared, and anti-allergy repair is performed respectively from three aspects of repairing and strengthening skin barrier, enhancing moisture retention and skin nutrition and inhibiting inflammatory factors, so that the anti-allergy repair effect of the composition is optimal.

To better illustrate the advantages of the present invention, the efficacy test of the compositions of the present invention after addition to skin care products is given below:
1. analysis of skin TEWL values
Test samples: the compositions prepared in examples 1 to 9 of the present invention and comparative examples 1 to 6 were directly added to the base of a conventional cream for cosmetics, and stirred uniformly in an amount of 0.8% of the total mass of the cream.
The test method comprises the following steps: 90 volunteers were selected and randomly divided into 15 groups of 6 persons each, the barrier function of the skin on the flexed side of both forearms was destroyed by using 3% SLS solution, and the cosmetics prepared by using the compositions of examples 1 to 9 and comparative examples 1 to 6 were used after the dermatitis symptom was artificially encountered. The product is used twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. TEWL values were measured using a Tewameter at days 1, 3, 7, and 9 of the test area 6h after the skin was disrupted. The TEWL value of the test site is an important parameter for evaluating the skin barrier function and skin repair after using the product, and the smaller the value, the better the skin barrier and the better the repair.
TABLE 1 analysis of skin TEWL values
As can be seen from the skin TEWL values in Table 1, the cosmetic containing the composition of the present invention has a good skin repairing ability, and after 9 days of use, the change rate of the skin TEWL value by the cosmetic containing the composition of the present invention reaches more than 70%, and the TEWL value approaches to the skin normal state value. Whereas the rate of change of the skin TEWL value was between 29 and 47% when the cosmetic compositions comprising the compositions of comparative examples 1-6 were used. Therefore, when the composition of the invention is combined together in a specific proportion, the composition can lock water and moisturize sensitive skin, can better strengthen the barrier function of the skin, and enables the repairing effect of cosmetics to reach the best.
2. Skin Red pigment assay
Skin red pigment is used to characterize the health of the skin, and the lower the skin red pigment, the healthier the skin. Skin red pigment was measured by a Mexameter instrument and is commonly designated E.M. The test subjects still selected the volunteers in test 1, and the skin areas after damage were measured, and the change of the red pigment obtained in the use examples 1-9 and the products of comparative examples 1-6 is shown in table 2.
TABLE 2 analysis of skin Red pigment
As can be seen from Table 2, when the cosmetic composition of the present invention was used, the decrease rate of skin red pigment was substantially 17% or more after 9 days, which was significantly higher than that of the comparative example, and the skin red pigment value of the test area had a significantly decreased tendency, indicating that the composition of the present invention had a very good effect of improving erythema.
3. The anti-allergy repair efficacy test of the invention
150 volunteers between the ages of 20-45 years were selected and equally divided into 15 groups of 10 volunteers each. The cosmetics prepared from the compositions of examples 1 to 9 and comparative examples 1 to 6 were continuously tried for 1 month, once a day in the morning and evening, and archived by photographing. The photographs on day 0 and day 30 were compared and the anti-allergic repair effect of the above example and comparative example products was evaluated analytically. Wherein, the anti-allergy repairing effect is the improvement effect of removing red blood streak, inhibiting inflammation and fine scales. Specific results are shown in table 3.
TABLE 3 anti-allergic repair efficacy test of the invention
As can be seen from Table 3, the cosmetics of the examples containing the composition of the present invention all had significant effects of removing red blood streak, inhibiting inflammation, and improving fine scales, and the effects were all more than 80%. The anti-allergy repairing effect in the examples is obviously better than that of the cosmetics prepared by the compositions in the comparative examples 1 to 6.
The above embodiments are preferred embodiments of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and any other changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications which do not depart from the spirit and principle of the present invention should be construed as equivalents thereof, and all such changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications are intended to be included in the scope of the present invention.
