Abstract

本发明实施例提供了一种确定通道时延的方法、定位方法、通信设备和定位设备,用于计算通道时延,以提高定位精度。通信设备基于校准UE或站点的地理信息得到传播时延,通信设备还根据校准UE向天线发射的无线信号计算到达时间,通信设备根据得到的到达时间和传播时延,计算得到通道时延,其中,通道时延和到达时间正相关,且与传播时延负相关。这样,通信设备只要根据校准UE或站点的地理信息即可求得传播时延,从而根据传播时延和到达时间计算出通道时延,并在基于TOA/TDOA机制的定位方法对其它UE的定位过程中,可从到达时间中消去该通道时延,从而提高受通道时延影响的定位机制的定位精度。
