优选的阴离子表面活性剂是C11-C15烷基苯磺酸钠,C8-C18醇醚硫酸钠和C12-C18烷基硫酸钠。还可以使用的是表面活性剂如在EP-A-328 177(Unilever)中描述的那些,其表现出耐盐析,在EP A 070 074中描述的烷基多糖苷表面活性剂,和烷基单糖苷。
在一些实施方式中,组合物包含C8至C18醇醚硫酸盐作为阴离子表面活性剂。C8-C18醇醚硫酸盐可以衍生自脂肪醇,其中所述脂肪醇的至少80重量%,优选至少82重量%,更优选至少85重量%,最优选至少90重量%是线性的。线性的是指脂肪醇包含碳原子的单一骨架,没有分支。
在一些实施方式中,C8至C18醇醚硫酸盐是组合物中唯一的阴离子表面活性剂。在其他实施方式中,C9至C18烷基苯磺酸盐是组合物中唯一的阴离子表面活性剂。
当组合物包含C8-C18醇醚硫酸盐时,C8-C18醇醚硫酸盐的乙氧基化度通常是1至5的整数。在优选的实施方式中,C8-C18醇醚硫酸盐的乙氧基化度为1、2或3。
在优选的实施方式中,组合物包含月桂醚硫酸钠(也称为十二烷基醚硫酸钠或SLES)作为阴离子表面活性剂。在一些实施方式中,SLES的乙氧基化度是1、2或3。在一些实施方式中,SLES的乙氧基化度是3。在其他实施方式中,SLES的乙氧基化度是2。在另一些实施方式中,SLES的乙氧基化度是1。
两种或更多种阴离子表面活性剂
在一些实施方式中,组合物包含两种或更多种阴离子表面活性剂。组合物可包含C8-C18醇醚硫酸盐和一种或多种另外的阴离子表面活性剂。组合物可包含C9-C18烷基苯磺酸盐和一种或多种另外的阴离子表面活性剂。在一些实施方式中,组合物包含C8-C18醇醚硫酸盐和C9-C18烷基苯磺酸盐。
在一些实施方式中,组合物包含C8-C18醇醚硫酸盐或C9-C18烷基苯磺酸盐,其与组合物中的另外的阴离子表面活性剂(当存在时)的比率为约1:4至4:1。在优选的实施方式中,组合物包含C8-C18醇醚硫酸盐或C9-C18烷基苯磺酸盐,其与组合物中的另外的阴离子表面活性剂(当存在时)的比率为约2:3至7:2。在一些实施方式中,组合物包含C8-C18醇醚硫酸盐或C9-C18烷基苯磺酸盐,其与组合物中的另外的阴离子表面活性剂(当存在时)的比率为约2:3至3:2。在其他实施方式中,组合物包含C8-C18醇醚硫酸盐或C9-C18烷基苯磺酸盐,其与组合物中的另外的阴离子表面活性剂(当存在时)的比率为约5:2至7:2。
在优选的实施方式中,组合物包含月桂醚硫酸钠(SLES)和一种或多种另外的阴离子表面活性剂。在进一步的实施方式中,组合物包含月桂醚硫酸钠(SLES)和十二烷基苯磺酸钠(NaLAS)。
阴离子表面活性剂的量
一种或多种阴离子表面活性剂在组合物中的存在量为15至25重量%。在一些实施方式中,一种或多种阴离子表面活性剂在组合物中的存在量为18至24重量%,优选19至22重量%。
在一些实施方式中,组合物包含18至24重量%的阴离子表面活性剂,其包含8至20重量%的C8-C18醇醚硫酸盐(优选SLES)和4至12重量%的C9-C18烷基苯磺酸盐(优选十二烷基苯磺酸钠)。
本申请的阴离子表面活性剂通常是盐,例如碱金属盐。盐也可以是有机的,例如三乙醇胺(TEA)或单乙醇胺(MEA)的盐。但是,本申请的任何阴离子表面活性剂都可以以酸的形式包含在本发明的组合物中。例如,组合物可包含直链烷基磺酸作为阴离子表面活性剂。
非离子乙氧基化C10格尔伯特醇表面活性剂
本发明的组合物包含一种或多种乙氧基化度为1-10的非离子乙氧基化C10格尔伯特醇表面活性剂作为次要表面活性剂组分。一种或多种非离子乙氧基化C10格尔伯特表面活性剂用作泡沫促进组分。组合物中乙氧基化度为1至10的非离子乙氧基化C10格尔伯特醇表面活性剂的总重量相对于组合物中阴离子表面活性剂的总量为1:6至1:100的重量比。
格尔伯特醇是已知的并且定义明确的β-烷基化二聚醇。通常,乙氧基化度为1至10的非离子乙氧基化C10格尔伯特醇表面活性剂由式(I)表示:
其中R1是2-丙基庚基,和n表示乙氧基化度并且是1至10的整数。
在一些实施方式中,乙氧基化度为1至10的非离子乙氧基化C10格尔伯特醇表面活性剂的总量基于组合物的总重量以0.15至4重量%的量包含在组合物中。在进一步实施方式中,乙氧基化度为1至10的非离子乙氧基化C10格尔伯特醇表面活性剂的总量基于组合物的总重量为0.4至3.0重量%的量,优选基于组合物的总重量为0.5至2.0重量%的量。
在一些实施方式中,非离子乙氧基化C10格尔伯特醇表面活性剂具有3至10、3至6或3至5的乙氧基化度。
乙氧基化度为3、4或5的C10格尔伯特醇表面活性剂的实例包括来自BASFCorporation的XP-30、XP-40和XP-50。在一些实施方式中,非离子乙氧基化C10格尔伯特醇表面活性剂具有4或5的乙氧基化度。在一些实施方式中,C10格尔伯特醇表面活性剂是乙氧基化度为4的C10格尔伯特醇表面活性剂。
本发明的组合物可包含两种或更多种乙氧基化度为1-10的非离子乙氧基化C10格尔伯特醇表面活性剂。换句话说,组合物可包含两种或更多种非离子乙氧基化C10格尔伯特醇表面活性剂,每种表面活性剂具有1至10的不同乙氧基化度。
当组合物中包含乙氧基化度为1至10的非离子乙氧基化C10格尔伯特醇表面活性剂的混合物时,乙氧基化度为1至10的非离子乙氧基化C10格尔伯特醇表面活性剂的总量在本发明的规定范围内,即,组合物中乙氧基化度为1至10的非离子乙氧基化C10格尔伯特醇表面活性剂的总量相对于组合物中的阴离子表面活性剂的总量为1:6至1:100的重量比。
阴离子表面活性剂与乙氧基化度为1至10的非离子乙氧基化C10格尔伯特醇表面活性剂的比率
组合物中总阴离子表面活性剂与乙氧基化度为1至10的非离子乙氧基化C10格尔伯特醇表面活性剂的重量比通常是6:1至100:1。换句话说,乙氧基化度为1至10的非离子乙氧基化C10格尔伯特醇表面活性剂是次要表面活性剂组分。
在一些实施方式中,组合物中总阴离子表面活性剂与乙氧基化度为1至10的非离子乙氧基化C10格尔伯特醇表面活性剂的重量比是8:1至60:1。在其他实施方式中,组合物中总阴离子表面活性剂与非离子乙氧基化C10格尔伯特醇表面活性剂的重量比是12:1至50:1。
其他表面活性剂
组合物可包含其他表面活性剂。这些包括另外的非离子表面活性剂(除乙氧基化度为1至10的非离子乙氧基化C10格尔伯特醇表面活性剂以外)、阳离子表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂和/或两性离子表面活性剂。
在一些实施方式中,组合物基本上不含或包含至多5重量%的一种或多种两性离子表面活性剂。两性离子表面活性剂的优选实例是C12-C14二甲基氧化胺和椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱(CAPB)。在优选的实施方式中,组合物基本上不含两性离子表面活性剂。在其他实施方式中,组合物任选地包含至多3重量%,优选至多1重量%的两性离子表面活性剂。
在一些实施方式中,组合物包含乙氧基化度为3的SLES和至多3重量%的CAPB。在一些实施方式中,当组合物包含CAPB时,组合物还包含盐,例如氯化钠。
其他成分
有利地,组合物包含包含在组合物中的一种或多种聚合物,例如清洁聚合物、粘度控制聚合物、结构化聚合物和用于颜色和服装护理的聚合物。优选的聚合物包括乙氧基化聚乙烯亚胺(可作为Sokalan HP20获自BASF)和/或聚酯去污聚合物。优选地,洗涤剂液体还包含至少5重量%的乙氧基化聚乙烯亚胺聚合物。最优选地,它还包含至少0.2重量%的聚酯去污聚合物。更优选地,组合物包含至少1重量%的乙氧基化聚乙烯亚胺。
洗涤剂组合物可包含有效量的选自果胶酸裂解酶、蛋白酶、淀粉酶、纤维素酶、脂肪酶、甘露聚糖酶的至少一种酶。
酶稳定剂:
存在于组合物中的任何酶可以使用常规的稳定剂稳定化,例如多元醇,如丙二醇或甘油;糖或糖醇;乳酸;硼酸或硼酸衍生物,例如芳族硼酸酯,或苯基硼酸衍生物,如4-甲酰基苯基硼酸,并且组合物可以如例如WO 92/19709和WO 92/19708中所述配制。
荧光剂:
在组合物中包含荧光剂可以是有利的。通常,这些荧光剂以其碱金属盐的形式提供和使用,例如钠盐。组合物中使用的一种或多种荧光剂的总量通常是0.005至2重量%,更优选0.01至0.5重量%。
荧光剂的优选类别是:二苯乙烯基联苯化合物,如Tinopal(商标)CBS-X,二胺芪二磺酸化合物,如Tinopal DMS pure Xtra、Tinopal 5BMGX和Blankophor(商标)HRH,以及吡唑啉化合物,如Blankophor SN。
优选的荧光剂是:2-(4-苯乙烯基-3-磺基苯基)-2H-萘并(napthol)[1,2-d]三唑钠、4,4'-双{[(4-苯胺基-6-(N-甲基-N-2-羟乙基)氨基-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基)]氨基}芪-2-2'-二磺酸二钠、4,4'-双{[(4-苯胺基-6-吗啉基-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基)]氨基}芪-2-2'-二磺酸二钠以及4,4'-双(2-磺基苯乙烯基)联苯二钠。
漂白催化剂:
组合物可包含重量有效的漂白剂体系。这种系统通常不使用常规的过碳酸盐和漂白活化剂方法。空气漂白催化剂体系是优选的。合适的复合物和用于形成复合物的有机分子(配体)前体可由技术人员例如从WO 98/39098、WO 98/39406、WO 97/48787、WO 00/29537、WO 00/52124和WO00/60045(通过引用并入)获得。优选的催化剂的实例是MeN4Py配体(N,N-双(吡啶-2-基-甲基)-1-,1-双(吡啶-2-基)-1-氨基乙烷)的过渡金属配合物。合适的bispidon催化剂材料及其作用描述于WO02/48301中。可以将漂白催化剂包封以减少在储存期间与液体的其他组分的相互作用。
也可以使用光漂白剂。"光漂白剂"是在暴露于阳光下时形成反应性漂白物质,并且优选地不在反应中永久消耗的任何化学物质。优选的光漂白剂包括单线态氧光漂白剂和自由基光漂白剂。合适的单线态氧光漂白剂可选自水溶性酞菁化合物,特别是金属化酞菁化合物,其中金属是Zn或Al-Z1,其中Z1是卤离子、硫酸根、硝酸根、羧酸根、烷醇根或羟基离子。优选地酞菁具有共价键合至其的1-4个SO3X基团,其中X是碱金属或铵离子。这种化合物描述于WO2005/014769(Ciba)。
当存在时,漂白催化剂通常以约0.0001至约10重量%的含量引入,优选约0.001至约5重量%。
香料
组合物还可以包含香料。将香料包含在洗衣洗涤剂组合物中本身是已知的。
当组合物以非常低的产品剂量水平使用时,有利的是确保香料被有效利用。
确保香料被有效利用的特别优选的方式是使用包封的香料。使用包封的香料减少了组合物在其被稀释之前产生的香料蒸气的量。当增加香料浓度以使每次洗涤的香料量保持在合理的高水平时,这是重要的。
甚至更优选的是香料不仅被包封,而且包封的香料还具有沉积助剂,以提高香料沉积和保留在织物上的效率。沉积助剂优选通过共价键、缠结或强吸附连接至包封物,优选通过共价键或缠结。
在包含香料包封物的情况下,有利的是在液体洗涤剂中包含结构化体系以使香料包封物能够在整个液体洗涤剂中稳定悬浮。
另外的任选成分:
组合物可含有一种或多种其他成分。这些成分包括防腐剂(例如杀菌剂)、pH缓冲剂、聚电解质、抗收缩剂、抗皱剂、抗氧化剂、防晒剂、防腐蚀剂、悬垂赋予剂、抗静电剂和熨烫助剂。组合物可还包含着色剂、珠光剂和/或遮光剂,和调色染料(shading dye)。
染料
染料在Color Chemistry Synthesis,Properties and Applications ofOrganic Dyes and Pigments(H Zollinger,Wiley VCH,Zürich,2003)和Industrial DyesChemistry,Properties Applications(K Hunger(ed),Wiley-VCH Weinheim 2003)中描述。
染料可溶于施用介质中,在这种情况下是洗衣洗涤剂液体。
用于液体洗衣洗涤剂的染料优选在可见范围(400-700nm)中的最大吸收处具有大于5000L mol-1cm-1,优选大于10000L mol-1cm-1的消光系数。优选地染料是蓝色或紫色。
优选的染料发色团是偶氮、吖嗪、蒽醌、酞菁和三苯甲烷。
偶氮、蒽醌、酞菁和三苯甲烷染料优选地带有净阴离子电荷或不带电荷。吖嗪染料优选地带有净阴离子或阳离子电荷。
优选的非调色染料选自蓝色染料,最优选带有磺酸盐基团的蒽醌染料和带有磺酸盐基团的三苯甲烷染料。优选的化合物是酸性蓝80、酸性蓝1、酸性蓝3;酸性蓝5、酸性蓝7、酸性蓝9、酸性蓝11、酸性蓝13、酸性蓝15、酸性蓝17、酸性蓝24、酸性蓝34、酸性蓝38、酸性蓝75、酸性蓝83、酸性蓝91、酸性蓝97、酸性蓝93、酸性蓝93:1、酸性蓝97、酸性蓝100、酸性蓝103、酸性蓝104、酸性蓝108、酸性蓝109、酸性蓝110和酸性蓝213。
蓝色或紫色调色染料是最优选的。在洗涤过程的洗涤或漂洗步骤期间,调色染料沉积到织物上,为织物提供可见的色调。在这方面,染料对白色布料赋予蓝色或紫色,色调角为240至345、更优选260至320、最优选270至300。该测试中使用的白色布料是经漂白的、非丝光处理的编织棉片。
调色染料的织物直染性(substantivity)使得未掺水接触沾染(neat contactstaining)更糟糕。
调色染料在WO2005/003274,WO2006/032327(Unilever),WO2006/032397(Unilever),WO2006/045275(Unilever),WO2006/027086(Unilever),WO2008/017570(Unilever),WO2008/141880(Unilever),WO2009/132870(Unilever),WO2009/141173(Unilever),WO2010/099997(Unilever),WO2010/102861(Unilever),WO2010/148624(Unilever),WO2008/087497(P&G),WO2011/011799(P&G),WO2012/054820(P&G),WO2013/142495(P&G)和WO2013/151970(P&G)中讨论。
可以使用调色染料的混合物。
调色染色发色团最优选选自单偶氮、双偶氮和吖嗪。
单偶氮染料优选含有杂环,并最优选噻吩染料。单偶氮染料优选烷氧基化并且优选在pH=7时不带电荷或带阴离子电荷。烷氧基化噻吩染料在WO2013/142495和WO2008/087497中讨论。噻吩染料的优选实例如下所示:
双偶氮染料优选为磺化双偶氮染料。磺化双偶氮化合物的优选实例是直接紫7,直接紫9,直接紫11,直接紫26,直接紫31,直接紫35,直接紫40,直接紫41,直接紫51,直接紫66,直接紫99及其烷氧基化形式。
烷氧基化双偶氮染料在WO2012/054058和WO2010/151906中讨论。
烷氧基化双偶氮染料的实例是:
吖嗪染料优选选自磺化吩嗪染料和阳离子吩嗪染料。优选的实例是酸性蓝98,酸性紫50,CAS号为72749-80-5的染料,酸性蓝59,以及选自以下的吩嗪染料:
其中:
X3选自:-H;-F;-CH3;-C2H5;-OCH3;和-OC2H5;
X4选自:-H;-CH3;-C2H5;-OCH3;和-OC2H5;
Y2选自:-OH;-OCH2CH2OH;-CH(OH)CH2OH;-OC(O)CH3;和C(O)OCH3。
调色染料以0.0001至0.1重量%的范围存在于液体组合物中。取决于调色染料的性质,存在取决于调色染料的效力的优选范围,所述调色染料的效力取决于类别和任何特定类别内的具体效力。如上所述,调色染料是蓝色或紫色调色染料。
助洗剂和螯合剂
洗涤剂组合物还可任选地含有有机洗涤助洗剂或螯合剂材料。实例包括碱金属、柠檬酸盐、琥珀酸盐、丙二酸盐、羧甲基琥珀酸盐、羧酸盐、多羧酸盐和聚乙酰基羧酸盐。具体实例包括氧基二琥珀酸、苯六甲酸、苯多羧酸和柠檬酸的钠盐、钾盐和锂盐。其他实例是DEQUESTTM,由Italmatch Chemicals销售的有机膦酸盐型螯合剂,和烷基羟基膦酸盐。
其他合适的有机助洗剂包括已知具有助洗剂性质的较高分子量聚合物和共聚物。例如,这些材料包括合适的聚丙烯酸、聚马来酸和聚丙烯酸/马来酸共聚物及其盐,例如由BASF以商品名SOKALANTM销售的那些。
如果使用,有机助洗剂材料可占组合物的约0.5%至20重量%,优选1重量%至10重量%。优选的助洗剂含量小于组合物的10重量%,优选小于5重量%。优选的螯合剂是HEDP(1-羟基亚乙基-1,1-二膦酸),例如作为Dequest 2010销售。同样适合的,但由于它产生较差的清洁效果而较不优选的是2066(二亚乙基三胺五亚甲基膦酸或DTPMP七钠)。
缓冲剂
一些缓冲剂的存在对于pH控制是优选的;优选的缓冲剂是MEA和TEA。如果存在,它们优选以1至15重量%的含量用于组合物中。
外部结构化剂
通过使用在组合物内形成结构化网络的一种或多种材料,可以改变组合物的流变性。合适的结构化剂包括氢化蓖麻油、结构化聚合物、微纤维纤维素和天然基结构化剂,例如柑橘果肉纤维。特别优选柑橘果肉纤维,特别是如果组合物中包含脂肪酶。
视觉提示物
组合物可包含不溶于组合物中的固体材料的视觉提示物。优选的视觉提示物是由聚合物膜形成,并且可能包含如果暴露于碱性液体则可能不稳定的功能性成分的层状提示物。酶和漂白催化剂是这些成分的实例。还有香料,特别是微包封的香料。
包装和加料
优选地液体以多剂量塑料包装供应,其具有顶部或底部封闭。可以将加料量器作为盖子的一部分或作为集成系统与包装一起提供。
现在将参考以下非限制性实施例进一步描述本发明。
实施例
液体洗衣洗涤剂,其包含约20重量%的阴离子表面活性剂和约1重量%的乙氧基化度为4的非离子乙氧基化C10格尔伯特醇表面活性剂,在起泡试验中与含有约20重量%的阴离子表面活性剂的对照液体洗衣洗涤剂(没有非离子乙氧基化C10格尔伯特醇表面活性剂)进行比较。包含非离子乙氧基化C10格尔伯特醇表面活性剂的液体洗衣洗涤剂具有比对照洗涤剂组合物约10%更大的起泡体积。
起泡试验通过在固定体积的水中加入固定量的洗衣洗涤剂组合物并在刻度容器中倒置混合物来进行。试验进行三次,取平均起泡体积。
Claims (11)
1.一种液体洗衣组合物,其包含:
(i)一种或多种阴离子表面活性剂;和
(ii)乙氧基化度为1至10的非离子乙氧基化C10格尔伯特醇表面活性剂;
其中所述组合物中的阴离子表面活性剂的总量为总组合物的15至25重量%,并且阴离子表面活性剂与所述非离子乙氧基化C10格尔伯特醇表面活性剂的总量的重量比为6:1至100:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液体洗衣组合物,其中所述非离子乙氧基化C10格尔伯特醇表面活性剂选自乙氧基化度为3、4或5的非离子乙氧基化C10格尔伯特醇表面活性剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的液体洗衣组合物,其中所述非离子乙氧基化C10格尔伯特醇表面活性剂是选自乙氧基化度为3、4和5的C10格尔伯特醇表面活性剂的不同乙氧基化C10格尔伯特醇表面活性剂的混合物。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的液体洗衣组合物,其中所述非离子乙氧基化C10格尔伯特醇表面活性剂具有4或5的乙氧基化度。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的液体洗衣组合物,其中所述组合物基于所述组合物的总重量包含0.4至3.0重量%的所述乙氧基化度为1至10的非离子乙氧基化C10格尔伯特醇表面活性剂。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的液体洗衣组合物,其中所述组合物基于所述组合物的总重量包含16至24重量%的烷基苯磺酸盐和/或醇醚硫酸盐。
7.根据权利要求6所述的液体洗衣组合物,其中所述组合物包含18至24重量%的月桂醚硫酸钠(SLES)和/或十二烷基苯磺酸钠(NaLAS)。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的液体洗衣组合物,其中阴离子表面活性剂与所述非离子乙氧基化C10格尔伯特醇表面活性剂的总量的重量比为10:1至100:1。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的液体洗衣组合物,其中所述组合物还包含选自以下的一种或多种另外的组分:乙氧基化聚乙烯亚胺聚合物;聚酯去污聚合物;一种或多种酶;酶稳定剂;荧光剂;漂白催化剂;和香料。
10.根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的液体洗衣洗涤剂组合物用于洗涤纺织品的用途。
11.液体洗衣洗涤剂组合物用于洗涤纺织品的用途,所述液体洗衣洗涤剂组合物包含乙氧基化度为1至10的非离子乙氧基化C10格尔伯特醇表面活性剂,其中与具有相当含量的阴离子表面活性剂且基本上没有乙氧基化度为1至10的非离子乙氧基化C10格尔伯特醇表面活性剂的组合物相比,在主洗步骤期间提供增加的泡沫。
