Abstract
本发明公开了一种三层一体TPU遮光膜,包括黑色TPU胶膜层和粘合层,所述粘合层位于黑色TPU胶膜层的上下两侧,所述黑色TPU胶膜层和粘合层一体成型。还公开了其生产方法,通过分别混熔、预定型、压延和贴合步骤完成成品。本发明的优点在于:由于将遮光的黑色TPU层与粘合层一体成型,并且粘合层为具有粘结性的聚氨酯,既可以确保遮光性又无需通过胶水粘结加工,需要粘合贴合布面时只需将布面和粘合层贴合后进行加热压烫即可,粘合加工方便,并且三层一体成型的结构可以减少加工的工序,提高效率,一体结构增强了遮光膜的强度。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及遮光膜,特别涉及一种三层一体TPU遮光膜。
背景技术
TPU薄膜具有韧性好、强度高、无味、无毒、可热合加工等特性,广泛应用于汽车工业、医疗卫生、生活用品等领域。现有技术中的TPU加工主要通过熔融原材料、添加助剂并进行压延生产,加工完成后如果要作为产品,还需要进行贴合布面或者面层,而现有技术中的贴合主要采用胶水粘在一起,粘结的强度较低,并且需要用到较多的胶水,环保性较差,且气味较大。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构强度大、环保性好、气味小的三层一体TPU遮光膜。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种三层一体TPU遮光膜,包括黑色TPU胶膜层和粘合层,所述粘合层位于黑色TPU胶膜层的上下两侧,所述黑色TPU胶膜层和粘合层一体成型。
进一步的,所述粘合层的外侧设置有贴合布,所述贴合布与粘合层压烫粘结。
本发明的另一个的目的是提供一种如前所述的三层一体TPU遮光膜生产方法,通过分别混熔、预定型、压延和贴合步骤完成成品;
分别混熔:将作为粘合层的聚氨酯原料和作为黑色TPU胶膜层的TPU粘性胶粒分别混合熔融;
预定型:将熔融后的聚氨酯原料和TPU粘性胶粒通过三个挤出口分别挤出层状堆叠,预定型过程中的温度控制在180-190℃;
压延:将通过压延机压辊对预定型过的原料进行压延成薄膜,压延温度控制在145℃-165℃。
贴合:对压延成的薄膜进行加热,并同时压覆贴合布面,挤压成型形成产品。
采用上述技术方案,由于将遮光的黑色TPU层与粘合层一体成型,并且粘合层为具有粘结性的聚氨酯,既可以确保遮光性又无需通过胶水粘结加工,需要粘合贴合布面时只需将布面和粘合层贴合后进行加热压烫即可,粘合加工方便,并且三层一体成型的结构可以减少加工的工序,提高效率,一体结构增强了遮光膜的强度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。在此需要说明的是,对于这些实施方式的说明用于帮助理解本发明,但并不构成对本发明的限定。此外,下面所描述的本发明各个实施方式中所涉及的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互组合。
实施例1
参看图1,本具体实施方式披露了一种三层一体TPU遮光膜,包括黑色TPU 胶膜层1和粘合层2,所述粘合层2位于黑色TPU胶膜层1的上下两侧,所述黑色TPU胶膜层1和粘合层2一体成型。
可行的,所述粘合层2的外侧设置有贴合布3,所述贴合布3与粘合层2压烫粘结。由于将遮光的黑色TPU层1与粘合层2一体成型,并且粘合层2为具有粘结性的聚氨酯,既可以确保遮光性又无需通过胶水粘结加工,需要粘合贴合布面时只需将布面和粘合层贴合后进行加热压烫即可,粘合加工方便,并且三层一体成型的结构可以减少加工的工序,提高效率,一体结构增强了遮光膜的强度。
实施例2
本具体实施方式提供了一种如实施例1所述的三层一体TPU遮光膜生产方法,通过分别混熔、预定型、压延和贴合步骤完成成品;
分别混熔:将作为粘合层的聚氨酯原料和作为黑色TPU胶膜层的TPU粘性胶粒分别混合熔融;
预定型:将熔融后的聚氨酯原料和TPU粘性胶粒通过三个挤出口分别挤出层状堆叠,预定型过程中的温度控制在180-190℃;
压延:将通过压延机压辊对预定型过的原料进行压延成薄膜,压延温度控制在145℃-165℃。
贴合:对压延成的薄膜进行加热,并同时压覆贴合布面,挤压成型形成产品。

1.一种三层一体TPU遮光膜,其特征在于:包括黑色TPU胶膜层和粘合层,所述粘合层位于黑色TPU胶膜层的上下两侧,所述黑色TPU胶膜层和粘合层一体成型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种三层一体TPU遮光膜,其特征在于:所述粘合层的外侧设置有贴合布,所述贴合布与粘合层压烫粘结。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的三层一体TPU遮光膜生产方法,其特征在于:通过分别混熔、预定型、压延和贴合步骤完成成品;
分别混熔:将作为粘合层的聚氨酯原料和作为黑色TPU胶膜层的TPU粘性胶粒分别混合熔融;
预定型:将熔融后的聚氨酯原料和TPU粘性胶粒通过三个挤出口分别挤出层状堆叠,预定型过程中的温度控制在180-190℃;
压延:将通过压延机压辊对预定型过的原料进行压延成薄膜,压延温度控制在在145℃-165℃;
贴合:对压延成的薄膜进行加热,并同时压覆贴合布面,挤压成型形成产品。
