Abstract
本发明公开一种高强度阻燃防霉压花墙布,墙布包括基布和PVC膜,基布表面和底面分别贴合一层PVC膜,基布为1000D高强度网布,网布织物密度为9*9根/英寸。PVC膜采用以PVC树脂粉为原料辅以DOP增塑剂、稳定剂、环氧大豆油、纳米钙、钛白粉、防霉剂、新型阻燃剂和不含重金属的化学助剂制成,其工艺具体步骤:压延工艺制备PVC膜;热帖贴合工艺:将PVC面膜、底膜充分预热和加热后,通过贴合压合装置把面膜、网布、底膜三层同时贴合在一起。本发明提供的一种高强度阻燃防霉压花墙布,具有阻燃防霉、防渍功能不足、平整度不佳的优点。

本发明涉及墙布制造技术领域,具体为一种高强度阻燃防霉压花墙布及其生产工艺。
技术背景:
现有技术常规的墙布其阻燃防霉、防渍功能不足、平整度不佳,因此,需要通过基布、面膜和底模配方、制造工艺等方面改进,使产品具有阻燃、防霉、防渍的功能,并可印刷或者压纹等形成各种风格花纹的墙布。
发明内容:
本发明针对现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种高强度阻燃防霉压花墙布及其生产工艺。解决现有技术墙布存在阻燃防霉、防渍功能不足、平整度不佳的缺点。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种高强度阻燃防霉压花墙布,上述墙布包括基布和PVC膜,基布表面和底面分别贴合一层PVC膜,上述基布为1000D高强度网布,网布织物密度为9*9根/英寸,上述PVC膜采用以PVC树脂粉为原料,辅以环保增塑剂DINP、稳定剂、环氧大豆油、纳米钙、钛白粉、防霉剂、阻燃剂和不含重金属的化学助剂加工而成;上述PVC膜由下列重量份的原料加工而成:PVC树脂粉75-85kg,环保增塑剂DINP34-35.5kg,钡锌稳定剂3.1-3.9kg,环氧大豆油2.8-3.5kg,纳米钙17-25kg,钛白粉6-8kg,防霉剂0.2-0.35kg,三氧化二锑和氢氧化铝阻燃剂2.7-3.7kg,化学助剂包括色料0.2-0.35kg。
进一步地,上述PVC膜由下列重量份的原料加工而成:PVC树脂粉80kg,环保增塑剂DINP35.2kg,钡锌稳定剂3.8kg,环氧大豆油3.2kg,纳米钙20kg,钛白粉8kg,防霉剂0.3kg,三氧化二锑和氢氧化铝阻燃剂3.2kg,色料0.3kg。
进一步地,上述三氧化二锑和氢氧化铝阻燃剂中三氧化二锑阻燃剂为1.2㎏,氢氧化铝阻燃剂为2kg。
一种高强度阻燃防霉压花墙布的生产工艺,上述生产工艺四辊压延工艺及热贴贴合制造工艺,其工艺具体步骤如下:
1)压延工艺制备PVC膜:使用压延工艺制备PVC面膜和底膜;
2)热贴贴合工艺:将PVC面膜、底膜充分预热和加热后,通过贴合装置把面膜、网布、底膜三层同时贴合在一起,再经过牵引轮将高温成品布料牵引至压花辊压花,再进入冷却轮组冷却,最后卷取装置收卷。
进一步地,上述热贴贴合工艺中:贴合压力为25-30KG,贴合温度170-180℃,贴合辊速度15-17m/min。
进一步地,上述贴合装置包括贴合主轮和贴合副轮,采用一个橡胶辊和一个钢辊,贴合时通过两支辊之间加压,把PVC膜和网布贴合在一起。
进一步地,上述压延工艺包括步骤如下:筛料→配料→高速搅拌→行星挤出→精炼塑化→过滤→压延→冷却→裁边→卷取。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明提供的一种高强度阻燃防霉压花墙布,具有以下优点:
1、选用1000D高强度网布为基布,采用特殊的编织密度,注重经线与纬线交织、捆绑丝的捆绑角度及布面平整度,增强撕裂强度和剥离强度,克服老产品撕裂强度低,易撕破的缺点。
2、PVC膜的配方中增加防霉剂、新型阻燃剂和各种不含重金属的化学助剂等,产品有极好的拉伸、撕裂强度和剥离负荷,较好的耐用性,产品环保,用于墙纸装饰更有利于人体健康,对于装饰用墙布有很好的防渗水作用。从而克服了以往老产品不够环保、易滋生霉菌、对人体有潜在危害、弄脏后无法清洗等缺点。
3、通过热贴工艺,使产品具有优良的平整性和气密性,同时PVC表面弄脏后可用水擦洗,容易清洁。
4、常规的墙布产品有的是通过印花等工艺完成,需要经过染整环节,环保性不够,现通过制作专门的花纹棍,根据产品墙布所需花型,在产品上表面进行压花处理,使产品用于墙布更美观、环保。

下面通过具体实施例,对本发明进行具体说明。
实施例1
一种高强度阻燃防霉压花墙布
本发明提供的一种高强度阻燃防霉压花墙布,一种高强度阻燃防霉压花墙布,墙布包括基布和PVC膜,基布表面和底面分别贴合一层PVC膜,基布为1000D高强度网布,网布织物密度为9*9根/英寸,PVC膜采用以PVC树脂粉为原料,辅以环保增塑剂DINP、稳定剂、环氧大豆油、纳米钙、钛白粉、防霉剂、阻燃剂和不含重金属的化学助剂加工而成;PVC膜由下列重量份的原料加工而成:PVC树脂粉75-85kg,环保增塑剂DINP34-35.5kg,钡锌稳定剂3.1-3.9kg,环氧大豆油2.8-3.5kg,纳米钙17-25kg,钛白粉6-8kg,防霉剂0.2-0.35kg,三氧化二锑和氢氧化铝阻燃剂2.7-3.7kg,化学助剂包括色料0.2-0.35kg。
作为本实施中优选配方,PVC膜由下列重量份的原料加工而成:PVC树脂粉80kg,环保增塑剂DINP35.2kg,钡锌稳定剂3.8kg,环氧大豆油3.2kg,纳米钙20kg,钛白粉8kg,防霉剂0.3kg,三氧化二锑和氢氧化铝阻燃剂3.2kg,色料0.3kg。三氧化二锑和氢氧化铝阻燃剂中三氧化二锑阻燃剂为1.2㎏,氢氧化铝阻燃剂为2kg。
实施例3
一种高强度阻燃防霉压花墙布生产工艺
一种高强度阻燃防霉压花墙布的生产工艺,生产工艺四辊压延工艺及热贴贴合制造工艺,其工艺具体步骤如下:
1)压延工艺制备PVC膜:使用压延工艺制备PVC面膜和底膜;
2)热贴贴合工艺:将PVC面膜、底膜充分预热和加热后,通过贴合装置把面膜、网布、底膜三层同时贴合在一起,再经过牵引轮将高温成品布料牵引至压花辊压花,再进入冷却轮组冷却,最后卷取装置收卷。具体膜贴合工艺请参见表1。
进一步地,热贴贴合工艺中:贴合压力为25-30KG,贴合温度170-180℃,贴合辊速度15-17m/min。

1、拉伸负荷(N/5cm):经向≥800;纬向≥600;
2、撕裂负荷(N):经向≥90,纬向≥80;
3、阻燃性能:B2级;
4、防霉:1级;
5、色牢度:耐酸汗性色牢度≥4级;耐碱汗性色牢度≥4级。

1.一种高强度阻燃防霉压花墙布,其特征在于:所述墙布包括基布和PVC膜,基布表面和底面分别贴合一层PVC膜,所述基布为1000D高强度网布,网布织物密度为9*9根/英寸,所述PVC膜采用以PVC树脂粉为原料,辅以环保增塑剂DINP、稳定剂、环氧大豆油、纳米钙、钛白粉、防霉剂、阻燃剂和不含重金属的化学助剂加工而成;
所述PVC膜由下列重量份的原料加工而成:PVC树脂粉75-85kg,环保增塑剂DINP34-35.5kg,钡锌稳定剂3.1-3.9kg,环氧大豆油2.8-3.5kg,纳米钙17-25kg,钛白粉6-8kg,防霉剂0.2-0.35kg,三氧化二锑和氢氧化铝阻燃剂2.7-3.7kg,化学助剂包括色料0.2-0.35kg。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种高强度阻燃防霉压花墙布,其特征在于:所述PVC膜由下列重量份的原料加工而成:PVC树脂粉80kg,环保增塑剂DINP35.2kg,钡锌稳定剂3.8kg,环氧大豆油3.2kg,纳米钙20kg,钛白粉8kg,防霉剂0.3kg,三氧化二锑和氢氧化铝阻燃剂3.2kg,色料0.3kg。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种高强度阻燃防霉压花墙布,其特征在于:所述三氧化二锑和氢氧化铝阻燃剂中三氧化二锑阻燃剂为1.2㎏,氢氧化铝阻燃剂为2kg。
4.如权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种高强度阻燃防霉压花墙布的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述生产工艺四辊压延工艺及热贴贴合制造工艺,其工艺具体步骤如下:
1)压延工艺制备PVC膜:使用压延工艺制备PVC面膜和底膜;
2)热贴贴合工艺:将PVC面膜、底膜充分预热和加热后,通过贴合装置把面膜、网布、底膜三层同时贴合在一起,再经过牵引轮将高温成品布料牵引至压花辊压花,再进入冷却轮组冷却,最后卷取装置收卷。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种高强度阻燃防霉压花墙布的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述热贴贴合工艺中:贴合压力为25-30KG,贴合温度170-180℃,贴合辊速度15-17m/min。
6.如权利要求4所述的一种高强度阻燃防霉压花墙布的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述贴合装置包括贴合主轮和贴合副轮,采用一个橡胶辊和一个钢辊,贴合时通过两支辊之间加压,把PVC膜和网布贴合在一起。
