Abstract

本发明涉及切削工具领域,尤其涉及一种钢件加工用涂层刀片及其制备方法,钢件加工用涂层刀片包括硬质合金基体和涂层;硬质合金基体上的脱β层厚度为5~10μm。该钢件加工用涂层刀片制备方法如下:将Co、TaNb8、(W、Ti)CN和WC与成型剂混合均匀后倒入滚筒式球磨机进行球磨;然后将球磨完的混合物进行压制、烧结制成硬质合金基体刀片;在硬质合金基体刀片涂覆涂层,经喷砂处理后得钢件加工用涂层刀片。本发明提供的钢件加工用涂层刀片制作工艺简单,提高了刀片的耐磨性,可以有效抑制月牙洼磨损并减少积屑瘤的产生。

Description

一种钢件加工用涂层刀片及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及涂层刀片领域,更具体地,涉及一种钢件加工用涂层刀片及其制备方法。
背景技术
在对钢件进行加工切削时,由于切削阻力大,产生的热量多,前刀面处于高温高压状态,会导致刀片的前刀面出现月牙洼磨损,刀尖处产生积屑瘤的情况。月牙洼磨损会影响刀片的耐磨性,降低刀片的使用寿命;积屑瘤的产生会影响刀刃的锋利度和表面光洁度,导致在加工中产生一定的振动,影响工件的表面质量和尺寸精度。现有技术已经公开了在氮气中进行烧结制备,改进硬质合金性能的方法,提高产品耐磨性和抗月牙洼磨损能力。在硬质合金中加氮可以采用不同的方式,如可以采用直接添加TiN、TiCN、TaN等单质氮化物的形式,也可以采用(Ti,W)(C,N)等固溶物的形式,还可以采用在烧结气氛中加入氮气,使其与基体反应加氮。但在烧结过程中含氮相特别容易在未达到烧结温度前就开始分解,产生氮气从而降低合金的致密度,影响使用性能。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术中进行钢件加工时,涂层刀片容易出现月牙洼磨损和积屑瘤的不足,提供一种钢件加工用涂层刀片。该刀片的硬质合金基体上脱β层厚度为5~10μm,固溶体晶粒度细化,刀片的硬度和耐磨性较好,能有效抑制月牙洼磨损并减少积屑瘤的产生。
本发明要解决的另一技术问题是提供所述钢件加工用涂层刀片的制备方法,采用(W、Ti)CN作为硬质合金基体的原材料,在硬质合金基体上涂覆涂层后制成刀片。该制备方法能降低基体上脱β层厚度,且制备工艺简单,所得钢件加工用涂层刀片硬度高,耐磨性好。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案实现:
一种钢件加工用涂层刀片,涂层刀片包括硬质合金基体和涂层,硬质合金基体上脱β层厚度为5~10μm,涂层包括内层和外层,涂层内层材料为MT-TiCN,涂层外层材料为α-Al2O3,涂层内层厚度为7~10μm,涂层外层厚度为4~6μm。
在本发明中,钢件加工用涂层刀片的硬质合金基体上脱β层的厚度较低,能提高硬质合金基体的硬度。
本发明还提供一种所述钢件加工用涂层刀片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.分别称取Co、TaNb8、(W、Ti)CN和WC;
S2.将步骤S1中称好的材料加入成型剂混合均匀后,进行球磨;
S3.将步骤S2中处理好的混合物进行干燥、压制、烧结制成硬质合金基体;
S4.将步骤S3中制备的硬质合金基体经端面、钝化处理后,涂覆涂层,再经喷砂处理后得钢件加工用涂层刀片。
优选地,步骤S1中Co的质量分数为6.8%,TaNb8的质量分数为3%,(W、Ti)CN质量分数为5.1%,余量为WC。
本发明采用(W、Ti)CN材为原材料在硬质合金基体中添加氮元素,改变了传统的加氮方式。在硬质合金基体烧结过程中,形成金属氮化物。在烧结过程中无需添加氮气,减少了含氮相分解,能降低硬质合金基体上脱β层的厚度,提高基体耐磨性。
进一步地,步骤S2中成型剂为聚乙二醇,成型剂用量为原材料质量的2%,球磨时间为15~24小时,球磨介质为酒精。
进一步地,步骤S3中烧结成型过程包括连续烧结,包括正压脱脂,真空烧结、分压烧结、终温烧结和自然冷却五个阶段。
进一步地,正压脱脂阶段工艺为:前30min从25℃匀速升温至180℃,随后30min匀速升温至310℃,随后60min匀速升温至370℃,随后270min匀速升温至380℃,随后120min匀速升温至450℃,随后保温150min;氢气烧结过程中氢气流量为100slm。
本发明通过正压脱脂,消除压制过程中添加的成型剂等物质,提高了硬质合金的纯度。
进一步地,极限真空烧结阶段工艺为:前90min从450℃匀速升温至800℃,随后保温60min,随后90min匀速升温至1200℃,随后保温30min,随后20min匀速升温至1300℃,随后30min匀速升温至1350℃。
进一步地,分压烧结阶段工艺为:将氩气充入烧结炉内,30min内从1350℃匀速升温至1450℃,升温过程中氩气压强为52bar;达到终温1450℃时;
进一步地,终温烧结阶段工艺如下:温度为1450℃,氩气压强为90bar,时间为40min。
进一步地,冷却阶段将硬质合金基体自然降温冷却至120℃。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明通过采用(W、Ti)CN作为原材料,降低硬质合金基体上薄脱β层的厚度,用这种硬质合金基体制作的钢件加工用涂层刀片具有较高的耐磨性。在使用过程中,能抑制月牙洼的磨损及扩大,提高耐磨性,从而提升刀片的整体使用寿命。
本发明通过在制备硬质合金基体中加入(W、Ti)CN可以细化硬质合金基体中固溶体的晶粒度,晶粒度细化能提高耐磨性能及抗月牙洼磨损能力。同时可以抑制积屑瘤的产生,提高刀具刃口的锋利度,保证被加工工件的表面光洁度,提高工作质量。

实施例1
本实施例提供一种钢件加工用涂层刀片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.分别称取Co、TaNb8、(W、Ti)CN和WC,其中Co的质量分数为6.8%,TaNb8的质量分数为3%,(W、Ti)CN质量分数为5.1%,余量为WC;
S2.将步骤S1中称好的原材料与聚乙二醇混合,聚乙二醇的用量为原材料质量的2%,倒入滚筒式球磨机进行球磨,球磨时间为24小时,球磨介质为酒精;
S3.将步骤S2中处理好的混合物进行干燥、压制、烧结制成硬质合金基体刀片,烧结过程如下:将物料放入氢气气氛的烧结炉中,前30min从25℃匀速升温至180℃,随后30min匀速升温至310℃,随后60min匀速升温至370℃,随后270min匀速升温至380℃,随后120min匀速升温至450℃,随后保温150min,上述烧结过程中氢气流量为100slm;随后抽出烧结炉内气体至真空状态,90min从450℃匀速升温至800℃,随后保温60min,随后90min匀速升温至1200℃,随后保温30min,随后20min匀速升温至1300℃,随后30min匀速升温至1350℃;然后向烧结炉内注入氩气至氩气压强为52bar,随后30min内从1350℃匀速升温至1450℃;温度达到1450℃后,往炉内充入氩气至压强为90bar,并保温40min;随后自然冷却至120℃;烧结后,硬质合金基体上脱β层厚度为5μm;
S4.将步骤S3中制备的硬质合金基体经端面、钝化处理后,涂覆CVD涂层,涂层包括内层和外层,内层厚度为10μm,材质为MT-TiCN,外层厚度为6μm,材质为Al2O3,再经喷砂处理后得钢件加工用涂层刀片。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种钢件加工用涂层刀片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.分别称取Co、TaNb8、(W、Ti)CN和WC,其中Co的质量分数为6.8%,TaNb8的质量分数为3%,(W、Ti)CN质量分数为5.1%,余量为WC;
S2.将步骤S1中称好的原材料与聚乙二醇混合,聚乙二醇的用量为原材料质量的2%,倒入滚筒式球磨机进行球磨,球磨时间为15小时,球磨介质为酒精;

S4.将步骤S3中制备的硬质合金基体经端面、钝化处理后,涂覆CVD涂层,涂层包括内层和外层,内层厚度为7μm,材质为MT-TiCN,外层厚度为4μm,材质为Al2O3,再经喷砂处理后得钢件加工用涂层刀片。
将实施例1~2制备的钢件加工用涂层刀片和现有钢件加工用涂层刀片(基体中未加入(W、Ti)CN,脱β层的厚度为15μm)进行切削测试。测试材质为45#钢,硬度HB180,切削参数为:切削速度Vc=240m/min,进给量Fn=0.2mm/r,切深量Ap=1.5mm。测试结果如表1所示,表1中的内容为测试刀片的磨损量VB(mm)。

通过对上述实验数据分析可知,与现有刀片相比,在切削工艺参数和切削时间相同的情况下,本发明制备的钢件加工用涂层刀片的磨损值少,耐磨性有所提高。
同时,结合附图可以看出,在本发明制备的钢件加工用涂层刀片在切削测试过程中,刀片的前刀面和后刀面磨损程度小,具有明显的抗月牙洼磨损和降低积屑瘤产生的能力。
结合附图中硬质合金基体金相照片的对比可以看出,与现有的钢件加工用涂层刀片相比,实施例1中加入(W、Ti)CN后,硬质合金基体内的固溶体粒度细化效果明显。

1.一种钢件加工用涂层刀片,包括硬质合金基体和涂层,其特征在于,所述硬质合金基体上设有厚度为5~10μm的脱β层;所述涂层包括内层和外层,所述涂层内层材料为MT-TiCN,厚度为7~10μm;所述涂层外层材料为α-AL2O3,厚度为4~6μm。
2.一种权利要求1所述的钢件加工用涂层刀片制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
S1.分别称取Co、TaNb8、(W、Ti)CN和WC;
S2.将步骤S1中称好的材料加入成型剂混合均匀后,进行球磨;
S3.将步骤S2中处理好的混合物进行干燥、压制、烧结制成硬质合金基体;
S4.将步骤S3中制备的硬质合金基体经端面、钝化处理后,涂覆涂层,再经喷砂处理后得钢件加工用涂层刀片。
3.如权利要求2所述的钢件加工用刀片制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S1中所述Co的质量分数为6.8%,TaNb8的质量分数为3%,(W、Ti)CN质量分数为5.1%,余量为WC。
4.如权利要求2所述的钢件加工用刀片制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S2中成型剂为聚乙二醇,成型剂用量为原材料质量的2%。
