Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of externally applied medicaments for dairy cow breasts, in particular to a film coating agent for preventing and treating dairy cow mastitis and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The cow mastitis is one of the diseases with high cow incidence and large harm loss, the incidence rate of the cow mastitis in China is 20-70%, the cow mastitis accounts for 21-23% of the total incidence rate of the cow, and a large amount of economic loss is caused every year. Among the factors causing the mastitis of the dairy cows, biological factors account for a large proportion, and pathogenic bacteria such as escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus, streptococcus and the like easily pass through the breasts of the dairy cows due to the characteristics of the dairy cows in breeding industry to cause the mastitis of the dairy cows. At present, antibiotics are generally used for treating cow mastitis in China, but the treatment effect is not ideal along with the increase of the drug resistance of the antibiotics, and in addition, the long-term use of a large amount of antibiotics is easy to generate drug resistance of the antibiotics and also easy to form drug residues.
