Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine preparations, and in particular relates to an agilawood compound traditional Chinese medicine composition as well as a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
With the continuous development of modern science and technology, various electronic products are changing day by day, and many people can use products such as computers, televisions, mobile phones and the like in daily life and work, so that when watching the computers, the televisions or the mobile phones for a long time with full attention, the eye blinking frequency is reduced, the tear secretion is correspondingly reduced, and meanwhile, the blinking screen strongly stimulates the eyes, and the eyes can also cause dryness, discomfort, serious symptoms and even pain. Excessive eye use can cause vision loss, and is accompanied by symptoms such as easy fatigue of visual objects, soreness and discomfort of eyes and the like. Meanwhile, due to the continuous development of the industry, the living environment and the air of people are polluted to a certain extent, and the eyes are easily inflamed due to the fact that people sometimes pay attention to sanitation and the like. Therefore, the eye drops with the efficacies of relieving eyestrain, preventing and treating dry eyes, resisting bacteria and diminishing inflammation and the like become daily standby medicines for people.
The eye drops for relieving eye dryness sold in the market at present mainly comprise polyvinyl alcohol, can be used as a lubricant for improving eye dryness, but cannot play the roles of relieving eye fatigue, resisting bacteria and diminishing inflammation. Some eye drops contain preservatives, and damage to corneal epithelium is easily caused by long-term use, resulting in xerophthalmia. Eye drops used to treat eye infections often contain antibiotics, are susceptible to bacterial infections, and can cause blindness due to glaucoma with abuse. The use of ophthalmic solutions containing steroids over extended periods of time can result in increased intraocular pressure. Moreover, most of the eye drops have certain irritation and have certain side effect on eyes after long-term use.
Compared with eye drops containing western medicine components, the eye drops containing Chinese herbal medicine components have higher safety. However, the Chinese herbal medicine eye drops sold in the market at present have poor curative effects on relieving eye fatigue, preventing and treating dry eyes, resisting bacteria and diminishing inflammation. Therefore, there is still a need for a Chinese herbal medicine eye drop which has better curative effect and no irritation.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention provides an agilawood compound traditional Chinese medicine composition, and a preparation method and application thereof. The traditional Chinese medicine composition adopts proper raw material proportions, perfectly combines the effects of the components, fully exerts the effects of the traditional Chinese medicine components, can relieve eye fatigue, prevent and treat eye diseases, has the effects of resisting bacteria, diminishing inflammation and the like, has no stimulation to eyes, has elegant fragrance and makes people delightful.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides the following technical solutions:
the invention provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition which comprises an agilawood extract, a cassia seed extract, a honeysuckle extract and a mulberry leaf extract.
Agilawood: has pungent and bitter taste and mild nature, has effects of activating qi-flowing, relieving pain, warming middle energizer, relieving vomit, and receiving qi and relieving asthma, and can be used for treating chest and abdomen distention, pain, stomach cold, emesis, singultus, deficiency of the kidney, asthma, etc. The Chinese eaglewood decoction has different degrees of inhibition effects on tubercle bacillus, shigella flexneri and typhoid bacillus of human bodies; the main components of the lignum Aquilariae Resinatum, namely sesquiterpene and 2- (2-phenylethyl) chromone, have bacteriostatic effects of inhibiting Staphylococcus aureus, Candida albicans, agricultural pathogenic bacteria, etc., and the 2- (2-phenylethyl) chromone has antiallergic effects of different degrees.
Cassia seed: is dry mature seed of Cassia tora or Cassia tora L.of Leguminosae, which is named for its eyesight improving effect, and is bitter, sweet, salty and slightly cold in nature. Enter liver, kidney and large intestine meridians. Clear liver and improve vision, moisten intestines and relax bowels. Can be used for treating conjunctival congestion, photophobia, lacrimation, headache, vertigo, dim eyesight, and constipation.
Honeysuckle flower: is cold in nature and sweet in taste, enters lung, heart and stomach meridians, and has the effects of clearing away heat and toxic materials and resisting inflammation. Honeysuckle is well known for its wide medicinal value since ancient times. The efficacy of the traditional Chinese medicine is mainly to clear away heat and toxic materials and mainly treat epidemic febrile disease, fever, heat toxin, bloody dysentery, carbuncle, cellulitis, furuncle and the like. Modern researches prove that the honeysuckle contains pharmacological active ingredients such as chlorogenic acid and luteolin glycoside, has strong inhibitory effect on various pathogenic bacteria such as hemolytic streptococcus and staphylococcus aureus and upper respiratory infection pathogenic viruses, and can enhance immunity, resist early pregnancy, protect liver, resist tumor, diminish inflammation, relieve fever, stop bleeding (blood coagulation), inhibit intestinal absorption of cholesterol and the like, and has very wide clinical application.
Mulberry leaf: bitter and cold, entering liver meridian, has the action of pacifying and descending liver yang, so it can be used to treat liver yang hyperactivity, headache and vertigo; disperse wind-heat, clear liver fire, nourish yin, cool blood and improve vision.
