Abstract
本发明涉及一种强身抗癌组合物,包括按重量份数计的以下组分:薏苡仁50~500份、黄芥子20~200份、牡蛎10~400份、香菇20~300份、莱菔子40~300份、银耳40~200份、番茄40~200份、山楂20~150份、鸡内金10~80份、大枣10~80份、调色剂0~900份、调味剂0.01~600份。本发明提供的组合物的各组分均来自食品原料,安全有效,其目的是强身抗癌,其协同作用是增加癌症患者食欲、促进骨髓细胞造血,增强免疫力、延缓衰老,提高癌症患者术、化、放疗的耐受力,阻抑癌细胞生长转移,促进癌细胞凋亡。本发明组合物可以根据市场需求调整工艺、辅料加工成不同的食品剂型。

背景技术
随着人口老龄化、环境污染和生活习惯的改变,使全世界癌症发病率呈现上升趋势。现在,每年癌症病人保持在200万人以上,消耗数百亿元医疗费用,仍有约150余万人被夺去宝贵生命。
全世界公认治疗癌症的三大措施包括:手术、化疗和放疗。但这些治疗方法快速耗竭人体,缩短生命,令医疗界揪心,社会寒心,家属痛心。为此,需要开发一种能够预防癌症,或者增强癌症患者对三大治疗耐受力的组合物,具有重要的社会意义和经济价值。
鉴于此,特提出本发明。

优选地,所述甜味剂为蔗糖50~600份和/或纽甜0.01~0.1份。
优选地,所述植物性香料选自芒果、苹果、猕猴桃、香蕉、干姜中的至少一种。
本发明还涉及所述强身抗癌组合物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:将原料组分中的薏苡仁、牡蛎、黄芥子、莱菔子、银耳、山楂、鸡内金、大枣分别在60~100℃下烘焙0.5~4h,然后混合粉碎过筛,得到混合粉;
步骤二:将原料组分中的番茄粉、香菇粉、调色剂和调味剂混合,加入乙醇后搅拌均匀得到膏状物;
步骤三:将所述混合粉和膏状物混合,搅拌均匀后过筛,烘干后得到组合物颗粒。
优选地,所述方法还包括步骤四:将所述组合物颗粒与辅料混合后进行压片,得到组合物压片糖果。
优选地,所述辅料为硬脂酸镁。
优选地,所述辅料在所述压片糖果中的质量含量为0.1%~2%。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明提供的组合物中的各组分具有协同作用,可以根据市场需求,调整工艺和辅料加工成不同食品剂型。该组合物能够增加癌症患者食欲、促进骨髓细胞造血,增强免疫力、延缓衰老,提高癌症患者在手术、化疗、放疗中的耐受力,阻抑癌细胞生长转移,促进癌细胞凋亡,也可强身防癌。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将对本发明的技术方案进行详细的描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所得到的所有其它实施方式,都属于本发明所保护的范围。
本发明实施例涉及一种强身抗癌组合物,包括按重量份数计的以下组分:薏苡仁50~500份、黄芥子20~200份、牡蛎10~400份、香菇20~300份、莱菔子40~300份、银耳40~200份、番茄40~200份、山楂20~150份、鸡内金10~80份、大枣10~80份、调色剂0~900份、调味剂0.01~600份。
在本发明的一个实施例中,香菇和番茄均为干品。在市场上容易采购的商品中,优选香菇为香菇粉,番茄为番茄粉。
在本发明的一个实施例中,调色剂为虾红素。其不仅可以增加产品的色泽,也具有抗氧化的作用。
在本发明的一个实施例中,调味剂选自甜味剂和植物性香料中的至少一种。进一步地,甜味剂为蔗糖50~600份和/或纽甜0.01~0.1份。植物性香料选自芒果、苹果、猕猴桃、香蕉、干姜中的至少一种。上述调味剂能够增加食品甜度和香味,改善口感。
本发明所用原料的生理功效如下:
薏苡仁:【功效成分】富含薏苡仁酯、薏苡内酯、多种氨基酸和钙、镁、铁、锌等。【作用】(1)抗肿瘤:抑制肿瘤细胞增殖和转移,抑制肿瘤血管生长,诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡,放疗增敏、增效减毒。(2)镇痛、增强免疫。
牡蛎:【功效成分】贝壳含90%以上的碳酸钙、磷酸钙及硫酸钙,并含镁、铝、硅、锌及氧化铁等。【药理作用】(1)增强免疫,抑制肿瘤细胞生长、增殖,抑制癌细胞活力,诱导癌细胞凋亡。(2)抗氧化,保护内皮细胞、降低毛细血管通透性、调血脂、抗凝血、抗血栓、抗动脉硬化。(3)促进骨成熟,降血糖,抗溃疡作用,抗白细胞下降,促进皮肤新陈代谢,分解黑色素等作用。
黄芥子:【功效成分】富含正癸醇、环己烯、蛇床子素、黄酮、强心苷等成分。【作用】(1)有较强的抗癌作用,能抑制胃癌、肝癌、乳腺癌、宫颈癌、白血病细胞增生,促进癌细胞凋亡。(2)有解热、镇静、镇痛、抗炎作用。
莱菔子:【功效】消食除胀、降气化痰。【作用】(1)抗肿瘤、解毒抗菌、抗氧化的作用,对肝癌、乳腺癌、肺癌、食道癌、前胃癌有明显的阻断作用。莱菔子素能抑制致癌源被激活,促进致癌物排泄,降低癌细胞活性,控制细胞恶性增长。(2)使肿瘤细胞生长周期阻滞,诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡,抑制肿瘤转移,调节免疫,抗紫外线损伤。(3)促进胃肠蠕动,帮助消化。
香菇:是世界第二大食用菌,味道鲜美,香气沁人,营养丰富。【营养成分】富含蛋白、维生素B群、铁、钾、维生素等。【作用】(1)香菇多糖能增强细胞免疫能力,从而抑制癌细胞的生长。(2)香菇含有六大酶类的40多种酶,可以纠正人体酶缺乏症。(3)香菇中的脂肪所含脂肪酸,对人体降低血脂有益。
银耳:【功效成分】含17种氨基酸,其中脯氨酸含量最大。含胡罗卜素维生素A、E、铁、硒、硫胺素等。【作用】(1)提高肝脏解毒能力,保护肝功能,增强机体抗肿瘤的免疫力,增强肿瘤患者对放疗、化疗的耐受力。(2)有强精补肾、润肠益胃、强心和血、壮身提神、美容嫩肤、延年益寿之功效。
番茄:【营养成分】富含番茄红素、类黄酮、果酸、维生素C、B族维生素、微量元素。【药理作用】(1)番茄红素是一种胡萝卜素,抗氧化能力是维生素E的10倍左右,可以清除人体内导致衰老和疾病的自由基,减少胰腺癌、直肠癌、喉癌、口腔癌、乳腺癌等癌症的发病危险,阻止前列腺的癌变进程。(2)富含维生素C,可以增强血管柔韧性,制止牙龈出血,增强抗癌能力。(3)番茄类黄酮有保护肝脏、营养心肌、降低血压、降血脂、增加冠脉血流量作用。(4)番茄素还具有生津止渴、健胃消食的作用,番茄还含有苹果酸和柠檬酸等有机酸,有增加胃液酸度,帮助消化,调整胃肠功能、利尿通便的作用。(5)富含维生素A,促进骨骼钙化,对牙齿组织的形成起重要作用。
山楂:【功效】健脾开胃、消食化滞。【作用】(1)助消化,增加胃消化酶分泌,改善癌肿病人消化功能。(2)抗缺氧、抗血小板聚集和抗血栓;(3)有温和、缓慢而持久的利尿作用,促进机体有害物质的排泄和调味的作用。
鸡内金:【功能】健胃消食。【作用】(1)促进胃液胃酸分泌提高消化能力,促进胃排空。(2)抑制肿瘤细胞,加速放射性物质的排泄。
大枣:【功效】补中益气,养血安神。【作用】(1)抗肿瘤,抑制肿瘤生长,抑制率61%;(2)促进蛋白合成、造血、增加体重、增强肌力、解毒作用。(3)降压、拮抗5-羟色胺和组胺引起的Ⅰ型变态反应。
本发明中,配方中的各原料组分具有协同强身抗癌作用,具体如下:
1.番茄、香菇、黄芥子、萝卜籽、鸡内金、牡蛎、大枣能够抑制癌细胞生长和转移,促进癌细胞凋亡。
2.薏苡仁、香菇、银耳、番茄、牡蛎、大枣能够提高机体抗病能力,增加对手术、放疗和化疗的耐受力;
3.薏苡仁、番茄、香菇、银耳、牡蛎、虾红素等具有抗氧化、抗衰老的作用,增强机体免疫;
4.香菇、山楂、萝卜籽、番茄、鸡内金、大枣具有助消化、促造血的作用;
本发明还涉及该强身抗癌组合物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:将原料组分中的薏苡仁、牡蛎、黄芥子、莱菔子、银耳、山楂、鸡内金、大枣分别在60~100℃下烘焙0.5~4h,然后混合粉碎过筛,得到混合粉;
步骤二:将原料组分中的番茄粉、香菇粉、调色剂和调味剂混合,加入乙醇后搅拌均匀得到膏状物;
步骤三:将步骤一得到的混合粉和步骤二得到的膏状物混合,搅拌均匀后过筛,烘干后得到组合物颗粒。
为了方便服用,该方法还包括步骤四:将组合物颗粒与辅料混合后进行压片,得到组合物压片糖果。
在本发明的一个实施例中,辅料可以为硬脂酸镁,在压片糖果中的质量含量为0.1%~2%。
本发明基本配方所制作的剂型不局限于上述压片糖果,可以根据市场需求,调整工艺和辅料制作成饮料、固体饮料、口服液、糖果、饼干等食品剂型,并可依据剂型的需要添加相应的辅料。
本发明适宜人群:
1、适宜中老年强身防癌。
2、适宜癌症患者术、化、放疗的辅助性食疗。
本发明不适宜人群:儿童、身体强壮者。
本发明服用方法及用量:作为预防用途时,每天服用一次,每次咀嚼1~3片;作为食疗用途时,每天服用3~4次,每次咀嚼2~3片。
实施例1
一种强身抗癌组合物压片糖果的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:备料:称取薏苡仁30份、牡蛎20份、香菇粉80份、黄芥子100份、莱菔子60份、银耳100份、番茄粉60份、山楂40份、鸡内金30份、大枣肉20份、虾红素30份、蔗糖70份、纽甜0.01份、苹果香料0.01份,分别放置于5~15℃的环境中库存;
步骤二:制粉:将备料中的薏苡仁、牡蛎、黄芥子、莱菔子、银耳、山楂、鸡内金、大枣肉分别置于烤箱中,在80℃下烘焙2小时,干燥后混合,放入振动式超微粉细胞破壁机粉碎,然后过100目筛,制成混合粉。
步骤三:制粒:
(1)将备料中的香菇粉、虾红素、蔗糖、纽甜、苹果香料和步骤二制成的混合粉混合,搅拌均匀得到混合物;
(2)向步骤(1)制备的混合物中加入乙醇作为湿润剂,继续搅拌15分钟制出软材,在制粒机上过16目筛,得到湿颗粒;
(3)该湿颗粒经微波熟化、干燥、灭菌后进行整粒过筛分级,得到强身抗癌组合物的颗粒。
步骤四:制作压片糖果:将步骤三得到的强身抗癌组合物的颗粒与辅料硬脂酸镁混合均匀,用压片机压制成压片糖果,即制作出强身抗癌组合物的压片糖果。硬脂酸镁在压片糖果中的质量含量为1%。
步骤五:分装保存:将步骤四制作的强身抗癌组合物的压片糖果,采用食品包装级PTP铝箔片剂泡罩进行包装,检验合格后进行二次包装,贴标签装箱,入库5~15℃保存。
实施例2
一种强身抗癌组合物压片糖果的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:备料:称取薏苡仁60份、牡蛎60份、香菇粉120份、黄芥子200份、莱菔子200份、银耳220份、番茄粉180份、山楂120份、鸡内金70份、大枣肉60份、虾红素60份、蔗糖300份、纽甜0.06份、苹果香料0.04份,分别放置于5~15℃的环境中库存;
其它过程同实施例1。
实施例3
一种强身抗癌组合物压片糖果的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:备料:称取薏苡仁40份、牡蛎40份、香菇粉150份、黄芥子120份、莱菔子120份、银耳160份、番茄粉45份、山楂100份、鸡内金50份、大枣肉40份、蔗糖50份、纽甜0.03份、苹果香料0.02份,分别放置于5~15℃的环境中库存;
其它过程同实施例1。
上述实施例仅为表述清楚所作的举例,而并非对本发明基本配方配比的限定,可以在基本配方配比范围内做出更多的配比变化,由此引申出配比的变化均属于本发明创造权利要求的保护范围之中。
小鼠抗癌试验
取16只C57小鼠,皮下接种H22肝癌细胞,随机分成模型组和本发明组。本发明组采用压片糖果折合剂量灌胃,模型组采用生理盐水灌胃。两周后均取出皮下肿瘤称重,模型组平均肿瘤重4.3g,本发明组平均肿瘤重3.8g,提示本发明提供的组合物对H22肝癌细胞有抑制作用。
本发明组合物水煎提取液在体外对人肝癌HepG2细胞、人胃癌SGC-7901细胞、人卵巢癌COC1细胞有抗增生、促凋亡作用。
典型案例
案例1:杨某某,男,79岁,农民。2016年确诊为胃癌晚期,因广泛转移无法手术,采用生物治疗1个月后放弃治疗,回家服本发明压片糖果,每天4次,每次3片,并准备后事。结果患者带癌生存两年,体重较发现癌症时增加7公斤,身体、精神状况良好,体检转移病灶明显缩小。病人及家属非常高兴,说甜药片能治大病。
案例2:郭某某,女,50岁。2016年10月进行乳腺癌手术,2017年10月体检显示已广泛转移,进行放疗3个疗程后,病人消瘦、纳差,失去生存信心。后经介绍开始服本发明压片糖果,每天4次,每次2片,感到食欲增加,有力气锻炼身体,至今病人体重增加3公斤,又充满生存的信心。
案例3:陈某某,男,59岁。2017年10月患前列腺癌作手术,术后坚持服本发明压片糖果进行食疗。到现在病人同健康人一样,正常生活、上班。

Claims (10)
1.一种强身抗癌组合物,其特征在于,包括按重量份数计的以下组分:薏苡仁50~500份、黄芥子20~200份、牡蛎10~400份、香菇20~300份、莱菔子40~300份、银耳40~200份、番茄40~200份、山楂20~150份、鸡内金10~80份、大枣10~80份、调色剂0~900份、调味剂0.01~600份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的强身抗癌组合物,其特征在于,所述番茄为番茄粉,所述香菇为香菇粉。
3.根据权利要求1所述的强身抗癌组合物,其特征在于,所述调色剂为虾红素。
4.根据权利要求1所述的强身抗癌组合物,其特征在于,所述调味剂选自甜味剂和植物性香料中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求4所述的强身抗癌组合物,其特征在于,所述甜味剂为蔗糖50~600份和/或纽甜0.01~0.1份。
6.根据权利要求4所述的强身抗癌组合物,其特征在于,所述植物性香料选自芒果、苹果、猕猴桃、香蕉、干姜中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1至6任一项所述强身抗癌组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:将原料组分中的薏苡仁、牡蛎、黄芥子、莱菔子、银耳、山楂、鸡内金、大枣分别在60~100℃下烘焙0.5~4h,然后混合粉碎过筛,得到混合粉;
步骤二:将原料组分中的番茄粉、香菇粉、调色剂和调味剂混合,加入乙醇后搅拌均匀得到膏状物;
步骤三:将所述混合粉和膏状物混合,搅拌均匀后过筛,烘干后得到组合物颗粒。
8.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括步骤四:将所述组合物颗粒与辅料混合后进行压片,得到组合物压片糖果。
9.根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述辅料为硬脂酸镁。
10.根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述辅料在所述压片糖果中的质量含量为0.1%~2%。
