s2, mixing and quickly stirring the glycerol, the 1, 3-propylene glycol, the sodium chloride, the bacteriostatic agent and the deionized water uniformly, and continuously adding and stirring the hydrolyzed vegetable protein to be mixed and homogenized to obtain a mixture B;
