Abstract
本发明提供一种车辆照明系统,其能够向用户告知车辆外部的预定区域。当用户接近驱动区域(A2)时,微计算机(13)解锁门锁,并且打开滑动门。照明部(17)照亮地上的驱动区域(A2)和后门的可移动区域(A3)以告知驱动区域和可移动区域。当检测到在停止的车辆(3)的周围存在人时,微计算机(13)使照明部照亮驱动区域(A2)和可移动区域(A3)。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种车辆照明系统。
背景技术
近年来有一种车辆,其中,当具有智能钥匙的用户接近车辆时,门锁机构或车门(负载)被驱动,然后在车辆侧进行诸如自动解锁门锁、打开车门等这样的响应。然而,用户不知道在车辆附近进行这些响应的区域。因此,有时发生意外的响应(包括未出现与意外行为相反的响应的情况。下文同)。例如,当用户无意解锁门锁时,门锁被意外地解锁。相反地,当用户希望解锁门锁时,门锁未被解锁。此外,用户出现在当车门自动打开时用户应该避免的区域中。
发明内容
鉴于前述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种车辆照明系统,其能够控制车辆侧的非预期响应。
根据本发明的一个实施例的车辆照明系统是安装在车辆上的车辆照明系统。该车辆照明系统包括:照明部,该照明部照亮地面上的预定区域并且告知所述预定区域;检测部,该检测部检测在停靠的车辆的周围的接近区域中是否存在人;以及控制部,当所述检测部检测到在所述接近区域中存在人时,该控制部使得所述照明部照亮所述预定区域。
优选地,当所述检测部通过与所述移动终端的无线通信检测到在所述接近区域中存在所述移动终端时,所述检测部判定在所述接近区域中存在人,所述接近区域比所述预定区域广并且包括所述预定区域。
优选地,第一驱动部安装在车辆上,当通过与所述移动终端的无线通信检测到在驱动区域中存在所述移动终端时,所述第一驱动部驱动负载,并且所述预定区域被设定为所述驱动区域的至少一部分。
优选地,所述负载是门锁机构,并且当检测到在所述驱动区域中存在所述移动终端时,所述第一驱动部驱动并且解锁所述门锁机构。
更优选地,所述负载是滑动门的驱动机构,并且当检测到在所述驱动区域中存在所述移动终端时,所述第一驱动部驱动并且打开所述滑动门。
优选地,驱动可移动部的第二驱动部可以安装在车辆上,并且所述预定区域被可以被设定为包括所述可移动部的可移动区域。
所述可移动部可以是后门、用于升降的轨道、平台或台阶。
如上所述,根据本发明,由于能够向用户告知车辆外的预定区域,所以能够控制车辆侧的非预期响应。

具体实施方式
下文中将参考图1至4说明本发明的一个实施例。图1是示出本发明的车辆照明系统的一个实施例的方框图。图1所示的车辆照明系统1安装在车辆3上。如图1所示,车辆照明系统1包括广域通信部11、多个窄域通信部12、微计算机13、门锁机构14、滑动门致动器15、后门致动器16和照明部17。
广域通信部11具有公知的通过使用天线AT1而进行无线通信的通信设备,并且该广域通信部11与智能钥匙2中的广域通信部21进行无线通信,该智能钥匙2是能够由用户携带的移动终端。如图2所示,广域通信部11能够在以车辆3为中心的包括车辆3外部的区域的通信区域(后文中,接近区域)A1中与智能钥匙2通信。接近区域A1是包括驱动区域A和后文提及的可移动区域A3的广的区域。
窄域通信部12具有公知的用于进行无线通信的通信设备,并且与智能钥匙2中的窄域通信部22进行无线通信。窄域通信部12布置在四个侧门中的每个侧门上。此外,如图2所示,窄域通信部12能够在车辆的侧门周围的窄的通信区域(后文中,驱动区域)A2中与智能钥匙2通信。驱动区域A2比接近区域A1窄,并且包括在接近区域A1中。
而且,在本发明的实施例中,窄域通信部12布置在所有的四个侧门中,但是不限于此。取决于车辆,窄域通信部12可以仅布置在驾驶员座椅侧的侧门上,或者可以仅布置在驾驶员座椅侧和乘客座椅侧的侧门上。
微计算机13具有内置CPU、ROM和RAM等,并且控制所有的车辆照明系统。
门锁机构14是用于锁定/解锁车门的机构。微计算机13通过智能钥匙2与窄域通信部12之间的通信,而判定智能钥匙2是否存在于驱动区域A2中。当判定智能钥匙2存在于驱动区域A2中时,微计算机13充当第一驱动部,控制作为负载的车门锁定机构14,并且将门锁解锁。
滑动门致动器15驱动布置在车辆3后侧处的滑动门4以将其打开和闭合。微计算机13通过智能钥匙2与窄域通信部12之间的通信,而判定智能钥匙2是否存在于驱动区域A2中。当判定智能钥匙2存在于驱动区域A2中时,微计算机13充当第一驱动部,控制作为负载的滑动门致动器15,并且打开滑动门4。
后门致动器16驱动作为可移动部的后门5,以打开和闭合后门。当判定由用户进行后门5的打开/闭合操作时,微计算机13充当第二驱动部,控制后门致动器16,并且打开/闭合后门5。可以通过使用智能钥匙2或者通过使用布置在车辆的后门5附近的开关,而进行后门5的打开/闭合操作。
照明部17将诸如激光这样的可视光照射(投射)在车辆外部的地面上,并且照亮预定区域。在本发明的实施例中,将图2中所示的地面上的上述驱动区域A2(=预定区域)设定为预定区域。同时,不需要将预定区域与驱动区域A2匹配。预定区域仅须被设定为驱动区域A2的至少一部分。例如,预定区域可以被设定为是比驱动区域A2稍小的区域。
此外,在本发明的实施例中,将图2所示的车辆3中的地面上的后门5的可移动区域A3设定为预定区域。同时,不需要确切地将预定区域与可移动区域A3相匹配。预定区域可以包括可移动区域A3。例如,预定区域可以设定为是比可移动区域A3稍大的区域。
照明部17照射诸如激光这样的具有方向性以及高收敛度的光,并且照明部17照亮设定为预定区域的驱动区域A2、可移动区域A3和其它区域,以将它们区分。此外,如果投射器用作照明部17,则能够在地面上照射图像或符号。此处,如图3所示,图3所示的用于禁止进入的标记和图4所示的诸如“自动打开”这样的符号等能够被投射在可移动区域A3中,以警告用户不要进入可移动区域A3。
接着,将参考图5说明具有上述结构的车辆照明系统1的操作。例如,当车辆停止时,微计算机13开始图5的照明处理。
在照明处理中,微计算机13充当检测部,并且通过与广域通信部11和智能钥匙2通信,来检测用户处于车辆3附近并且进入接近区域A1(步骤S1)。当检测到进入(步骤S1中为是)时,微计算机13充当控制部,控制照明部17,照亮驱动区域A2和可移动区域A3(步骤S2),并且结束处理。此外,考虑在当车辆3的点火开关开启时例如关闭照明。
根据本发明的实施例,照明部17照亮地面上的驱动区域A2和可移动区域A3,从而告知用户驱动区域A2和可移动区域A3。当微计算机13通过与智能钥匙2通信而检测到用户处于停靠的车辆3周围并且进入接近区域A1时,利用照明部17照亮驱动区域A2和可移动区域A3。
从而,能够向用户告知车辆外部的驱动区域A2和可移动区域A3。从而能够控制车辆侧的非预期的响应。此外,通过告知用户驱动区域A2,当用户处于车辆周围时用户能够了解车门被锁定的区域。近年来,已经报道了在用户加油时车辆或车辆中的贵重物品被盗的事件。这是因为用户靠近车辆时门锁定被解除。如上所述,通过告知用户驱动区域A2,用户能够掌握车门的锁定和解锁,从而还能够防盗。
此外,通过告知驱动区域A2,随着用户接近车辆用户能够得知距离滑动门多远滑动门会打开。
此外,通过告知可移动区域A3,用户能够了解用户不需要躲避突然打开和关闭的后门5的区域。
而且,由于照明部17照射可见光,所以即使在白天也能够告知驱动区域A2和可移动区域A3。
根据本发明的实施例,微计算机13通过与智能钥匙2无线通信,而在智能钥匙2存在于接近区域A1中时检测到人。从而,能够容易地检测到拥有智能钥匙2的特定人员。
而且,根据本发明的实施例,后门5的可移动区域A3由照明部17照亮,但是不限于此。可以用照明部17照亮等待区域,在该等待区域中,用户应站在被设定为预定区域的可移动区域A3的外部。
此外,根据上述实施例,说明作为可移动部的后门5作为一个实例,但是不限于此。例如,在未来,当自动驾驶计程车变得流行时,可以在计程车上安装在停止在目的地之后当检测到乘客时自动打开侧门的功能。在该情况下,侧门是可移动部。当检测到乘客时,在打开侧门前,侧门的可移动区域被照明部照亮并告知,然后可以打开侧门。
此外,可移动部仅需要是安装在车辆上的且可移动的对象。其可以是用于升降轮椅的轨道、用于将行李上下移动的平台、可移动楼梯(台阶)等。
另外,根据上述实施例,车辆照明系统1通过与智能钥匙2通信来检测人存在于车辆3附近,但是不限于此。例如,通过使用诸如光传感器或摄像机这样的成像单元,可以进行人存在于车辆周围的检测。
而且,本发明不限于以上实施例。即,本领域技术人员能够在不偏离本发明的范围的情况下,根据传统已知知识进行各种修改。
Claims (7)
1.一种安装在车辆上的车辆照明系统,包括:
照明部,该照明部照亮地面上的预定区域,并且告知所述预定区域;
检测部,该检测部检测在停靠的所述车辆的周围的接近区域中人的存在;以及
控制部,当所述检测部检测到在所述接近区域中存在人时,该控制部使所述照明部照亮所述预定区域。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆照明系统,其中,当所述检测部通过与移动终端的无线通信检测到在所述接近区域中存在所述移动终端时,所述检测部判定在所述接近区域中存在人,所述接近区域比所述预定区域更广,并且所述接近区域包括所述预定区域。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的车辆照明系统,其中,第一驱动部安装在所述车辆上,当通过与所述移动终端的无线通信检测到在驱动区域中存在所述移动终端时,所述第一驱动部驱动负载,并且
所述预定区域被设定为所述驱动区域的至少一部分。
4.根据权利要求3所述的车辆照明系统,其中,所述负载是门锁机构,并且
当检测到在所述驱动区域中存在所述移动终端时,所述第一驱动部驱动并且解锁所述门锁机构。
