背景技术
随着生活品质提高,服装面料趋于差异化、高端化、高品质方向发展,全球超纤市场以服装用海岛超纤皮为高端产品代表。海岛超纤皮不仅具有类似天然皮革的微观结构和外观形态,而且在物理机械性能方面超过天然皮革。传统生产海岛超纤皮的方法一般采用含浸法,在生产过程中,有毒溶剂甲苯的挥发对操作人员的健康和环境影响很大,产品工艺不环保,故大多用于生产鞋用革及沙发革,在其他应用领域受到一定限制。目前也出现一些通过在海岛超纤基布刮涂的方法生产海岛超纤皮,生产出的产品质量稳定,可在运动鞋、沙发、汽车内饰、箱包等生产领域得到广泛应用,但是作为超纤服装皮用于服装生产仍存在悬垂感不足、触感差、透气透湿性差等诸多不足。因此一种绿色环保、节能减排,且悬垂感好、触感优、透气透湿性优异的超纤服装皮的生产方法是非常有必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种会呼吸的环保海岛超纤皮的生产方法,该方法做出的产品绿色环保,生产过程无VOCs排放,且具有悬垂感好、触感优、透气透湿性优异的优势。

(1)选料:采用双面海岛超纤麂皮绒为基材;
(2)制备透气膜:将蓝光聚合成膜液通过凹版印刷附着于具有离型作用的离型载体上,并通过蓝光固化技术将其固化,制备透气膜;
(3)制作海岛超纤底皮:先在印有透气膜的离型载体上通过凹版印刷无溶剂热熔胶粘合材料,然后与步骤(1)基材一起通过压辊压合在一起,24小时后将离型载体与基材分离,制成海岛超纤底皮;
(4)数码直喷:将花型图案通过数码直喷附着于(3)海岛超纤底皮上;
(5)表饰:使用绿色环保无VOCs的聚碳型脂肪族水性聚氨酯表饰剂通过凹版印刷技术对海岛超纤底皮进行表面处理。
优选后,所述步骤(1)中选的双面海岛麂皮绒为:涤纶含量90~95%,氨纶含量5%~10%,克重为250~600g/m2,涤纶丝105D~600D,氨纶丝40D~100D,双面绒高1~5mm。
优选后,所述步骤(2)中蓝光聚合成膜液具体成分为:复合蓝光引发剂(核黄素与二苯基六氟磷酸碘鎓盐),高分子量二官能团聚氨酯丙烯酸酯低聚物,多官能团巯基丙酸酯单体(三羟甲基丙烷三(3-巯基丙酸酯)或季戊四醇四-3-巯基丙酸酯),单官能团单体乙氧基乙氧乙基丙烯酸酯,纳米成孔材料(丝肽、聚乙二醇或纳米氧化锌),助溶剂乙醇。
优选后,所述步骤(2)中制备蓝光聚合成膜液的按重量份配比为:复合蓝光引发剂1~2wt%(其中核黄素与二苯基六氟磷酸碘鎓盐质量百分比为2:1),高分子量二官能团聚氨酯丙烯酸酯低聚物(cps@60°4,000~45,000)70~80wt%,多官能团巯基丙酸酯单体(三羟甲基丙烷三(3-巯基丙酸酯)或季戊四醇四-3-巯基丙酸酯)3~10wt%,单官能团单体乙氧基乙氧乙基丙烯酸酯5~10wt%,纳米成孔材料(丝肽、聚乙二醇或纳米氧化锌)1~5wt%,助溶剂乙醇1~3wt%。
优选后,所述步骤(2)中凹版印刷的具体过程为:选择40~120线的网纹辊,控制车速40~70m/min。
优选后,所述步骤(2)中蓝光固化技术参数为:1000W(200W×5)蓝光LED阵列,辐照距离5cm,辐照时间2~3min。
优选后,所述步骤(2)中离型载体为:厚度为0.8~2丝的PET离型膜。
优选后,所述步骤(3)中热熔胶材料为:湿气固化型热熔胶,模量在2~5MPa。
优选后,所述步骤(4)中水性聚氨酯表饰剂为:聚碳型脂肪族水性聚氨酯,模量在3~6MPa。
由于采用上述技术方案,具有以下有益效果:
1、为解决传统溶剂型PU树脂中有害溶剂(如甲苯、DMF等)挥发对环境以及人员安全的危害以及常规本体型紫外光固化膜透气性差,PET离型膜不耐辐照高温的问题,本发明针对“会呼吸的环保海岛超纤皮产品”对印膜透气性及PET离型膜热敏感性的要求,采用低温蓝光LED辐照固化技术,在确保高效聚合固化的前提下,实现较低辐照温度;同时,选用高分子量二官能团聚氨酯丙烯酸酯低聚物和多官能团巯基丙酸酯单体以及纳米成孔材料相配合,利用材料成孔和交联收缩致孔协同原理,构建印膜孔洞结构,实现蓝光固化印膜的透气性。
2、制作海岛超纤底皮使用无溶剂湿气固化型热熔胶粘合技术,具有无VOCs排放,绿色环保的特点,同时该湿气固化型热熔胶含有大量活性基团,大量活性基团的存在增加了透气膜与基材的结合力,大幅度提高透气膜与基材的剥离牢度。
3、采用数码直喷技术对海岛超纤底皮进行图案处理,风格多样。
4、表饰使用聚碳型脂肪族水性聚氨酯作为表饰剂,一是具有无VOCs排放,绿色环保的特点,二是聚碳型脂肪族水性聚氨酯材料具有优异的耐磨性、耐水性、耐老化性及耐黄变性,进一步提高了海岛超纤皮的使用性能;
具体实施方式
下面结合具体的实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
实施例1
(1)选料:涤纶含量90%,氨纶含量10%,克重为360g/m2,涤纶丝105D,氨纶丝40D,双面绒高3mm;
(2)制备透气膜:
a、蓝光聚合成膜液的制备:首先将复合蓝光引发剂溶于一定量助溶剂乙醇中避光待用;其次将成孔材料溶解或分散在巯基丙酸酯和乙氧基乙氧乙基丙烯酸酯复合单体中;最后将溶解的复合蓝光引发剂加入上述聚合液中,避光超声分散至体系均一。蓝光聚合成膜液的按重量份配比配比见表1

b、将蓝光聚合成膜液通过凹版印刷附着于具有离型作用的PET薄膜上,并通过1000W蓝光LED阵列辐照时间2~3min,制备透气印膜。
(3)制作海岛超纤底皮:在(2)制作的透气膜上通过凹版印刷模量2MPa的无溶剂热熔胶材料,然后与(1)基材一起通过压辊压合在一起,24小时后离型膜与基材分离;
(4)数码直喷:将花型图案通过数码直喷附着于(3)海岛超纤底皮上;
(5)表饰:使用绿色环保无VOCs的模量在3MPa的水性聚氨酯表饰剂通过凹版印刷对(4)基材进行表面处理。
实施例2
与实施例1不同之处在于:
制备透气膜:
a、蓝光聚合成膜液的制备:首先将复合蓝光引发剂溶于一定量助溶剂乙醇中避光待用;其次将成孔材料溶解或分散在巯基丙酸酯和乙氧基乙氧乙基丙烯酸酯复合单体中;最后将溶解的复合蓝光引发剂加入上述聚合液中,避光超声分散至体系均一。蓝光聚合成膜液的按重量份配比配比见表2。

实施例3
与实施例1的不同之处在于:
制备透气膜:
蓝光聚合成膜液的制备:首先将复合蓝光引发剂溶于一定量助溶剂乙醇中避光待用;其次将成孔材料溶解或分散在巯基丙酸酯和乙氧基乙氧乙基丙烯酸酯复合单体中;最后将溶解的复合蓝光引发剂加入上述聚合液中,避光超声分散至体系均一。蓝光聚合成膜液的按重量份配比配比见表3。

上述cps@60°4,000~45,000所表示的意思为,在60摄氏度下,该物质粘度范围在4,000cps~45,000cps之间。

Claims (9)

1.一种会呼吸的环保海岛超纤皮的生产方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)选料:采用双面海岛超纤麂皮绒为基材;
(2)制备透气膜:将蓝光聚合成膜液通过凹版印刷附着于离型载体上,并通过蓝光固化技术将其固化,制备透气膜;蓝光聚合成膜液具体成分为:复合蓝光引发剂,高分子量二官能团聚氨酯丙烯酸酯低聚物,多官能团巯基丙酸酯单体,单官能团单体,纳米成孔材料与助溶剂;其中,所述的单官能团单体为乙氧基乙氧乙基丙烯酸酯;
(3)制作海岛超纤底皮:先在印有透气膜的离型载体上通过凹版印刷无溶剂热熔胶粘合材料,然后与步骤(1)基材一起通过压辊压合在一起,24小时后将离型载体与基材分离,制成海岛超纤底皮;
(4)数码直喷:将花型图案通过数码直喷附着于步骤(3)的海岛超纤底皮上;
(5)表饰:通过使用绿色环保无VOCs的水性聚氨酯表饰剂对海岛超纤底皮进行表面处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种会呼吸的环保海岛超纤皮的生产方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中双面海岛超纤麂皮绒成分为涤纶与氨纶。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种会呼吸的环保海岛超纤皮的生产方法,其特征在于:所述的复合蓝光引发剂为核黄素与二苯基六氟磷酸碘鎓盐,所述的多官能团巯基丙酸酯单体为三羟甲基丙烷三(3-巯基丙酸酯)或季戊四醇四-3-巯基丙酸酯,所述的纳米成孔材料为丝肽、聚乙二醇或纳米氧化锌,所述的助溶剂为乙醇。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种会呼吸的环保海岛超纤皮的生产方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中制备蓝光聚合成膜液的按重量份配比为:复合蓝光引发剂1~2wt%,其中核黄素与二苯基六氟磷酸碘鎓盐质量百分比为2:1;高分子量二官能团聚氨酯丙烯酸酯低聚物70~80wt%;多官能团巯基丙酸酯单体3~10wt%;单官能团单体5~10wt%,纳米成孔材料1~5wt%,助溶剂1~3wt%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种会呼吸的环保海岛超纤皮的生产方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中凹版印刷的具体过程为:选择40~120线的网纹辊,控制车速40~70m/min。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种会呼吸的环保海岛超纤皮的生产方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中蓝光固化技术参数为:1000W蓝光LED阵列,辐照距离5cm,辐照时间2~3min。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种会呼吸的环保海岛超纤皮的生产方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中离型载体为:厚度为0.8~2丝的PET离型膜。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种会呼吸的环保海岛超纤皮的生产方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中热熔胶粘合材料为:湿气固化型热熔胶,模量在2~5MPa。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种会呼吸的环保海岛超纤皮的生产方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)中水性聚氨酯表饰剂为:聚碳型脂肪族水性聚氨酯,模量在3~6MPa。
