Abstract
松针酵素、制备方法及降压全营养配方食品和食用方法,所述松针酵素,主要由以下原料制成:松针、松花粉、食用花卉、食用果蔬、复合酶制剂、酵母菌、乳酸菌、水。本发明还公开了所述松针酵素的制备方法。所述降压全营养配方食品,包含以下原料:所述松针酵素以及能量营养源、矿物质营养源、维生素营养源和营养强化源。所述食用方法是将所述松针酵素加热至40~50℃后,再依次加入能量营养源、矿物质营养源、维生素营养源和营养强化源,摇匀并溶解后,即可饮用。本发明松针酵素色香味俱全,营养价值丰富;本发明配方食品能够满足人体需求,且具有降血压血脂的功效;本发明食用方法可有效避免各营养素在储存时的损耗。

技术领域
本发明具体涉及一种松针酵素、制备方法及降压全营养配方食品和食用方法。
背景技术
松针中富含蛋白质、膳食纤维、维生素、矿物质等多种营养物质,还富含纤维素、黄酮、萜类化合物等,特别是,松针经有益菌发酵后,还会产生多种有机酸、酶和其它活性物质等次生代谢产物。
CN105533706A公开了一种油松针酵素及制作方法,其中,油松针酵素由油松针、酵母菌、蜂蜜、水果和水组成,其制作方法包括酵母菌的活化与扩大培养,原料经洁净、沥干、粉碎、发酵后,得油松酵素原液。但是,该技术方案所用材料仅限于油松针、蜂蜜、水果,所用菌种为单一菌种,所得发酵液营养稍有欠缺。
CN105495613A公开了一种具有增强免疫力功能的松针酵素及其制备工艺,其酵素配方的原料按重量百分比分别为:松针50~70%,松球5~10%,柠檬3~8%,猕猴桃2~5%,柑橘5~10%,松枝5~10%。但是,该制备工艺涉及纯天然发酵,自然发酵结果不可控,且容易引进杂菌,破坏酵素的营养或使酵素风味欠佳。
高血压是最常见的慢性病,发病率极高,高血压早期症状表现为头晕、头痛,心悸等,如果不加以重视,则可能导致脑中风、心肌梗死或肾功能衰竭而死,堪称“人类健康杀手”。目前,我国治疗高血压的主要方法是靠高血压药物维持血压稳定,但“是药三分毒”,食用过多的高血压药物会损害人体脏器。因此,用食疗代替药物治疗将会成为必然的趋势。而全营养配方食品是指可作为单一营养来源满足目标人群营养需求的特殊医疗配方食品,其包含人体所需的各类营养素,且搭配均衡,能够满足目标人群每日的营养需求。全营养配方食品通过充分发挥人体自身的修复机能,将身体调养到最佳状态,在改善患者营养状况、促进患者康复、缩短住院时间、节省医疗费等方面发挥了巨大作用。适当的食用具有降压功能的全营养配方食品将有利于辅助降压药物起到一定的降压保健作用。
CN101185506A公开了一种降血压食品及其制备方法,该降血压食品由以下原料组成:全脂豆粉20~40%、花生多肽粉10~20%、奶粉10~20%、麦芽糊精10~25%、粉末油脂10~20%、复合矿物质1~5%、复合维生素0.1~0.8%。但是,其蛋白质来源仅为全脂豆粉,而《中国居民膳食指南(2016)》推荐每天摄入的蛋白质要丰富多样,且还缺乏膳食纤维等能量来源,不能够完全满足人体的日常营养需求。
CN103798596A公开了一种供心脑血管疾病患者食用的全营养配方食品,该全营养配方食品是以燕麦、黑豆、黑芝麻、玉米淀粉为基础原料,添加了麦糠、精氨酸、中药粉、牛磺酸、谷胱甘肽、富硒酵母、富铬酵母、甜菊糖苷等物质。但是,虽然全营养配方食品强化了硒元素、铬元素,但是没有强化对高血压有降压作用的其它微量元素,比如钾、钙等。
因此,亟待找到一种风味俱佳、营养健康的松针酵素,并用其制备色香味俱全、具有降压功效的降压全营养配方食品,从而进一步丰富酵素产品。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,克服现有技术存在的上述缺陷,提供一种色泽金黄鲜亮,香味突出,酸甜适口,营养价值丰富,色泽、风味俱佳,具有一定的降压保健功效的松针酵素。
本发明进一步要解决的技术问题是,克服现有技术存在的上述缺陷,提供一种发酵结果可控、发酵风险低,工艺简单,成本低,适宜于工业化生产的松针酵素的制备方法。
本发明更进一步要解决的技术问题是,克服现有技术存在的上述缺陷,提供一种色香味俱全,具有降压功效,符合高血压患者营养需求的降压全营养配方食品。
本发明再进一步要解决的技术问题是,克服现有技术存在的上述缺陷,提供一种食用简单、营养不被破坏,易于吸收的降压全营养配方食品的食用方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案如下:松针酵素,主要由以下原料制成:松针、松花粉、食用花卉、食用果蔬、复合酶制剂、酵母菌、乳酸菌、水。松针、松花粉原料不仅价格低廉,容易获取,且营养价值高;食用花卉、食用果蔬富含维生素、微量元素、纤维素、果胶、有机酸以及挥发性物质等,它们的加入在增加酵素营养的同时,能够带来不同的风味及口感;复合酶制剂能够破坏植物细胞壁,使营养物质溶出,能增加松针酵素的营养价值。
优选地,所述松针酵素各原料的重量份为:松针5~15份、松花粉4~12份、食用花卉3~9份、食用果蔬20~40份、复合酶制剂2~3份、酵母菌1~3份、乳酸菌1~3份、水30~50份。若某个原料用量过多,则色泽风味过于浓郁,食用口感不佳,若某个原料用量过少,则色泽风味过淡,口感欠缺,在所述比例下发酵产生的酵素,色香味俱佳,适宜日常饮用。
优选地,所述食用花卉为重瓣红玫瑰和/或茉莉等。
优选地,所述食用果蔬为黄精、沙棘、枸杞、柠檬、芹菜、西兰花或胡萝卜等中的一种或几种。
优选地,所述复合酶制剂为β-葡聚糖酶制剂、纤维素酶制剂和果胶酶制剂质量比为1:0.5~1.5:0.5~1.5的混合酶制剂。复合酶制剂比单一酶制剂对酶解原材料效果更佳,本发明人研究发现,在所述比例下的复合酶制剂效果最佳。
本发明进一步解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案如下:松针酵素的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将松针、松花粉、食用花卉和食用果蔬用水洗涤后,沥干,捣碎,加入复合酶制剂和水,进行酶解,粗滤,灭菌,得混合果浆;
(2)在步骤(1)所得混合果浆中,接种酵母菌,静置发酵,得发酵液;
(3)在步骤(2)所得发酵液中,加入乳酸菌,静置发酵,后熟,得松针酵素。
优选地,步骤(1)中,所述酶解的温度为25~35℃,时间为4~8h。酶解的作用是去除食用花卉和食用果蔬的细胞壁,使得原材料中的营养物质能更好的溶出,以便发酵时被发酵菌所利用,以丰富酵素产品的营养。所述酶解的温度不宜过高,否则酶会失活,达不到酶解的效果,酶解4~8h,在保证生产效率的同时,能有效破坏植物细胞壁。
优选地,步骤(1)中,所述粗滤的滤膜孔径为0.8~1.5mm。粗滤的目的是去除分散于果浆中的粗大颗粒或悬浮粒,在所述细度下的果浆颜色较优,质地细腻。
优选地,步骤(1)中,所述灭菌的温度为100~110℃,时间为10~20min。
优选地,步骤(2)中,所述静置发酵的温度为35~45℃,时间为10~25d。在所述温度和时间下发酵,酵母菌的活性更高,所得松针酵素的感官评价最佳。
优选地,步骤(3)中,所述静置发酵的温度为35~40℃,时间为18~22d。在所述温度和时间下发酵,乳酸菌的活性更高,所得松针酵素的感官评价最佳。
优选地,步骤(3)中,所述后熟的时间为50~70d。后熟工艺能使食用果蔬酵素、食用花卉酵素自然的融合在一起,使酵素种类具有多样性、平衡性和易于吸收性的特点,在所述时间内进行后熟存放,所得松针酵素的颜色、风味、口感最佳。
本发明更进一步解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案如下:降压全营养配方食品,包含以下原料:所述松针酵素以及能量营养源、矿物质营养源、维生素营养源和营养强化源。所述松针酵素酸甜可口,具有非常丰富的活性物质,这些成分对降低高血压患者的血压有辅助作用;所述能量营养源主要是为高血压患者提供基本能量,确保能满足一天的营养需求;所述矿物质营养源能为高血压患者提供对控制血压有帮助的钾、钙等;所述维生素营养源能为高血压患者提供人体每日必须的维生素;所述营养强化源不仅能强化高血压患者的每日营养,还能促进机体对松针酵素的吸收。
优选地,所述降压全营养配方食品各原料的重量份为松针酵素66~135份、能量营养源130~200份、矿物质营养源2.5~4.0份、维生素营养源0.06~0.10份和营养强化源0.1~0.4份。高血压病人的饮食特点为高维生素、高纤维素、高钙、低脂肪、低胆固醇、低盐饮食,本发明降压全营养配方食品根据高血压病人的饮食特点,并结合《中国居民膳食指南》中居民膳食营养推荐摄入量,选定了更为合理的各营养素含量,确保高血压患者每日所需要的能量及营养。
优选地,所述能量营养源中,包含以下组分:蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物和膳食纤维。蛋白质的摄入可改善血管弹性及通透性,增加尿钠的排出,起到降低血压的作用;通过在能量营养源中加入脂肪,以保证高血压患者对脂肪的摄入在合理范围内,从而减少脂肪在饮食中的过量摄入;碳水化合物的摄入可为机体提供能量;膳食纤维的摄入可减少消化过程对脂肪的吸收,从而降低血液中胆固醇、甘油三脂的水平,起到防治高血压的作用。

本发明的有益效果如下:
(1)本发明松针酵素产品色泽金黄鲜亮,香味突出,酸甜适口,营养价值丰富,色泽、风味俱佳,具有一定的降压保健功效;本发明方法采用的是人工发酵,其发酵结果可控、发酵风险低;
(2)本发明降压全营养配方食品参照《中国居民膳食指南》中的中国居民膳食营养素参考摄入量以及高血压患者饮食特点来设计各营养素的配比,能够满足人体每日对蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、矿物质、维生素等的需求,且各营养素搭配合理,长期食用不仅能保证营养,还能有效的控制血压,具有降血压血脂的功效;
(3)本发明食用方法是在食用前将各组分混合,可有效避免了各营养素在储存时相互作用而造成的损耗。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明实施例所使用的β-葡聚糖酶制剂、纤维素酶制剂、果胶酶制剂均购于诺维信(中国)生物技术有限公司;本发明实施例所使用的酵母菌购于中科院微生物研究所;本发明实施例所使用的乳酸菌购于中科院微生物研究所;本发明实施例所使用的富硒酵母中的硒含量为2000mg/kg,购于安琪酵母股份有限公司,富铬酵母中的铬含量为2000mg/kg,购于安琪酵母股份有限公司;本发明实施例所使用的化学试剂,如无特殊说明,均通过常规商业途径获得。

松针酵素的制备方法实施例1
(1)按照表1实施例1所述各原料质量,将松针、松花粉、食用花卉和食用果蔬用水洗涤后,沥干,捣碎,加入复合酶制剂和水,在28℃下,进行酶解8h,用孔径为1.5mm的滤膜粗滤,在100℃下,灭菌10min,得混合果浆;
(2)按照表1实施例1所述各原料质量,在步骤(1)所得混合果浆中,接种酵母菌,在38℃下,静置发酵12d,得发酵液;
(3)按照表1实施例1所述各原料质量,在步骤(2)所得发酵液中,加入乳酸菌,在35℃下,静置发酵18d,后熟55d,得松针酵素1。

(1)按照表1实施例2所述各原料质量,将松针、松花粉、食用花卉和食用果蔬用水洗涤后,沥干,捣碎,加入复合酶制剂和水,在35℃下,进行酶解4h,用孔径为1.2mm的滤膜粗滤,在110℃下,灭菌20min,得混合果浆;
(2)按照表1实施例2所述各原料质量,在步骤(1)所得混合果浆中,接种酵母菌,在40℃下,静置发酵20d,得发酵液;
(3)按照表1实施例2所述各原料质量,在步骤(2)所得发酵液中,加入乳酸菌,在35℃下,静置发酵20d,后熟60d,得松针酵素2。
松针酵素的制备方法实施例3
(1)按照表1实施例3所述各原料质量,将松针、松花粉、食用花卉和食用果蔬用水洗涤后,沥干,捣碎,加入复合酶制剂和水,在30℃下,进行酶解6h,用孔径为0.8mm的滤膜粗滤,在105℃下,灭菌15min,得混合果浆;
(2)按照表1实施例3所述各原料质量,在步骤(1)所得混合果浆中,接种酵母菌,在42℃下,静置发酵22d,得发酵液;
(3)按照表1实施例3所述各原料质量,在步骤(2)所得发酵液中,加入乳酸菌,在40℃下,静置发酵22d,后熟70d,得松针酵素3。
对本发明实施例1~3松针酵素在感官,营养元素,毒性,生物学作用方面进行评价。
(1)将本发明实施例1~3松针酵素按照表2的感官评分标准进行感官评价,结果如表3所示。

由表3可知,本发明实施例1~3松针酵素色泽金黄鲜亮,香味突出,酸甜适口,色泽、风味俱佳。
(2)对本发明实施例1~3松针酵素的营养指标和微量元素的含量进行检测,结果分别如表4、5所示。

由表4、5可知,本发明实施例1~3松针酵素含有丰富的营养素。

所述能量营养源的制备方法为:分别按照表6-1实施例1~3所述各原料的质量,先将蛋白质分散于60mL水中,煮沸,得蛋白液,再将碳水化合物溶解于180mL水中,得糖液,然后将蛋白液、脂肪、糖液和膳食纤维混合,在3000r/min下,均质1min,在72℃下,灭菌18s,在进风温度为165℃,进料的速度为8mL/min下,喷雾干燥,即成。

所述矿物质营养源的制备方法为:分别按照表6-2实施例1~3所述各原料的质量,将钙源、磷源、钾源、钠源、镁源、氯源、铁源、碘源、锌源、硒源、铜源、氟源、铬源、锰源和钼源进行混合,并超微粉碎至≤9μm,灭菌,即成。

所述维生素营养源的制备方法为:分别按照表6-3实施例1~3所述各原料的质量,将维生素A源、维生素D源、维生素E源、维生素K源、维生素B1源、维生素B2源、维生素B6源、维生素B12源、泛酸源、叶酸源、维生素C源、烟酸源和生物素源进行混合,并超微粉碎至≤10μm,灭菌,即成。

所述营养强化源的制备方法为:分别按照表6-4实施例1~3所述各原料的质量,将胆碱源、肌醇源、牛磺酸源、左旋肉碱源和核苷酸源进行混合,并超微粉碎至≤8μm,灭菌,即成。
降压全营养配方食品的食用方法实施例1~3
分别按照表6实施例1~3所述各原料的质量,将所述松针酵素加热至45℃后,再依次加入能量营养源、矿物质营养源、维生素营养源和营养强化源,摇匀并溶解后,即可饮用。
将本发明实施例3降压全营养配方食品,通过饲喂动物,评价其降压功效,具体方法如下:
选取雄性自发性高血压大鼠40只,体重230±10g,根据血压兼顾体重随机分为4组,分别为别嘌醇片组(18mg/kg)、降血压全营养配方食品低、中、高剂量组(4.5mL/kg、9mL/kg、18mL/kg),每组10只;另外取10只同源正常血压大鼠作为正常对照组;除正常对照组给予常规饲料外,其余各组分别给予相应剂量的食物,给食体积10mL/kg,连续给食4周,分别于给食前期、给食中期、给食后期检测大鼠的血压,结果如表7所示。

由表7可知,与正常对照组比较,给食2周后,全营养配方食品高、中、低剂量大鼠收缩压明显降低,全营养配方食品高、中剂量大鼠舒张压明显降低;给食4周后,全营养配方食品中、高剂量大鼠收缩压明显降低,全营养配方食品高、中、低剂量都能使大鼠舒张压降低;表明本发明实施例3降压全营养配方食品具有降低自发性高血压大鼠血压的作用,且效果为高剂量>中剂量>低剂量,在给食的剂量范围内,给食剂量与降压效果呈正比关系。
Claims (9)
1.一种松针酵素,其特征在于,主要由以下原料制成:松针、松花粉、食用花卉、食用果蔬、复合酶制剂、酵母菌、乳酸菌、水。
2.根据权利要求1所述松针酵素,其特征在于,各原料的重量份为:松针5~15份、松花粉4~12份、食用花卉3~9份、食用果蔬20~40份、复合酶制剂2~3份、酵母菌1~3份、乳酸菌1~3份、水30~50份;所述食用花卉为重瓣红玫瑰和/或茉莉;所述食用果蔬为黄精、沙棘、枸杞、柠檬、芹菜、西兰花或胡萝卜中的一种或几种;所述复合酶制剂为β-葡聚糖酶制剂、纤维素酶制剂和果胶酶制剂质量比为1:0.5~1.5:0.5~1.5的混合酶制剂。
3.一种如权利要求1或2所述松针酵素的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将松针、松花粉、食用花卉和食用果蔬用水洗涤后,沥干,捣碎,加入复合酶制剂和水,进行酶解,粗滤,灭菌,得混合果浆;
(2)在步骤(1)所得混合果浆中,接种酵母菌,静置发酵,得发酵液;
(3)在步骤(2)所得发酵液中,加入乳酸菌,静置发酵,后熟,得松针酵素。
4.根据权利要求3所述松针酵素的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中,所述酶解的温度为25~35℃,时间为4~8h;步骤(1)中,所述粗滤的滤膜孔径为0.8~1.5mm;步骤(1)中,所述灭菌的温度为100~110℃,时间为10~20min;步骤(2)中,所述静置发酵的温度为35~45℃,时间为10~25d;步骤(3)中,所述静置发酵的温度为35~40℃,时间为18~22d;步骤(3)中,所述后熟的时间为50~70d。
5.一种降压全营养配方食品,其特征在于,包含以下原料:权利要求1或2所述松针酵素以及能量营养源、矿物质营养源、维生素营养源和营养强化源。
6.根据权利要求5所述降压全营养配方食品,其特征在于,各原料的重量份为松针酵素66~135份、能量营养源130~200份、矿物质营养源2.5~4.0份、维生素营养源0.06~0.10份和营养强化源0.1~0.4份。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述降压全营养配方食品,其特征在于:所述能量营养源中,包含以下组分:蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物和膳食纤维;所述能量营养源中,各组分的重量份为:蛋白质20~40份、脂肪20~30份、碳水化合物90~120份、膳食纤维3~5份;所述蛋白质为乳清蛋白、大豆蛋白或牛奶蛋白中的一种或几种;所述脂肪为葵花籽油、磷脂、α-亚麻酸或DHA中的一种或几种;所述碳水化合物为麦芽糊精、蔗糖或板栗淀粉中的一种或几种;所述膳食纤维为低聚果糖和/或低聚半乳糖;
所述矿物质营养源中,包含以下组分:钙源、磷源、钾源、钠源、镁源、氯源、铁源、碘源、锌源、硒源、铜源、氟源、铬源、锰源和钼源;所述矿物质营养源中,各组分的重量份为:钙源0.25~0.35份、磷源0.25~0.35份、钾源0.7~0.9份、钠源0.5~0.7份、镁源0.1~0.2份、氯源0.8~1.0份、铁源0.05~0.10份、碘源0.00004~0.00006份、锌源0.004~0.006份、硒源0.00001~0.00003份、铜源0.0003~0.0004份、氟源0.0005~0.0007份、铬源0.00001~0.00002份、锰源0.001~0.002份、钼源0.00003~0.00005份;所述钙源为磷酸三钙、葡萄糖酸钙或乳酸钙中的一种或几种;所述磷源为磷酸二氢钾;所述钾源为柠檬酸钾、葡萄糖酸钾或氯化钾中的一种或几种;所述钠源为柠檬酸钠和/或葡萄糖酸钠;所述镁源为硫酸镁和/或葡萄糖酸镁;所述氯源为氯化钾和/或氯化钙;所述铁源为焦磷酸铁、葡萄糖酸亚铁或琥珀酸亚铁中的一种或几种;所述碘源为碘化钾;所述锌源为柠檬酸锌、乳酸锌或葡萄糖酸锌中的一种或几种;所述硒源为亚硒酸钠和/或富硒酵母;所述铜源为葡萄糖酸铜和/或硫酸铜;所述氟源为氟化钠和/或氟化铵;所述铬源为富铬酵母和/或氯化铬;所述锰源为葡萄糖酸锰;所述钼源为钼酸钠;
所述维生素营养源中,包含以下组分:维生素A源、维生素D源、维生素E源、维生素K源、维生素B1源、维生素B2源、维生素B6源、维生素B12源、泛酸源、叶酸源、维生素C源、烟酸源和生物素源;所述维生素营养源中,各组分的重量份为:维生素A源0.0002~0.0004份、维生素D源 0.0000003~0.0000005份、维生素E源0.0005~0.0006份、维生素K源0.00003~0.00004份、维生素B1源0.0004~0.0006份、维生素B2源0.0004~0.0006份、维生素B6源0.0005~0.0006份、维生素B12源0.0000009~0.0000010份、泛酸源0.001~0.003份、叶酸源0.0001~0.0002份、维生素C源0.06~0.08份、烟酸源0.004~0.007份、生物素源0.00001~0.00002份;所述维生素A源为醋酸视黄酯和/或β-胡萝卜素;所述维生素D源为胆钙化醇;所述维生素E源为dl-α-生育酚和/或维生素E琥珀酸钙;所述维生素K源为植物甲萘醌;所述维生素B1源为盐酸硫胺素和/或硝酸硫胺素;所述维生素B2源为核黄素;所述维生素B6源为盐酸吡哆醇;所述维生素B12源为氰钴胺;所述泛酸源为D-泛酸钙;所述叶酸源为叶酸;所述维生素C源为抗坏血酸和/或抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯;所述烟酸源为烟酰胺;所述生物素源为D-生物素;
所述营养强化源中,包含以下组分:胆碱源、肌醇源、牛磺酸源、左旋肉碱源和核苷酸源;所述营养强化源中,各组分的重量份为:胆碱源0.1~0.2份、肌醇源0.03~0.04份、牛磺酸源0.01~0.03份、左旋肉碱源0.01~0.02份、核苷酸源0.01~0.02份;所述胆碱源为酒石酸氢胆碱;所述肌醇源为肌醇;所述牛磺酸源为牛磺酸;所述左旋肉碱源为左旋肉碱酒石酸盐;所述核苷酸源为腺嘌呤核苷酸、胞嘧啶核苷酸、尿嘧啶核苷酸、鸟嘌呤核苷酸或次黄嘌呤核苷酸中的一种或几种。
8.根据权利要求7所述降压全营养配方食品,其特征在于:所述能量营养源的制备方法为:先将蛋白质分散于水中,煮沸,得蛋白液,再将碳水化合物溶解于水中,得糖液,然后将蛋白液、脂肪、糖液和膳食纤维混合,均质,灭菌,喷雾干燥,即成;所述均质的速度为2000~4000r/min,时间为0.5~1.5min;所述灭菌的温度为70~75℃,时间为15~20s;所述喷雾干燥的进风温度为160~170℃,进料的速度为6~10mL/min;
所述矿物质营养源的制备方法为:将钙源、磷源、钾源、钠源、镁源、氯源、铁源、碘源、锌源、硒源、铜源、氟源、铬源、锰源和钼源进行混合,并超微粉碎,灭菌,即成;所述超微粉碎至≤10μm;
所述维生素营养源的制备方法为:将维生素A源、维生素D源、维生素E源、维生素K源、维生素B1源、维生素B2源、维生素B6源、维生素B12源、泛酸源、叶酸源、维生素C源、烟酸源和生物素源进行混合,并超微粉碎,灭菌,即成;所述超微粉碎至≤10μm;
所述营养强化源的制备方法为:将胆碱源、肌醇源、牛磺酸源、左旋肉碱源和核苷酸源进行混合,并超微粉碎,灭菌,即成;所述超微粉碎至≤10μm。
9.一种如权利要求5~8之一所述降压全营养配方食品的食用方法,其特征在于:将所述松针酵素加热至40~50℃后,再依次加入能量营养源、矿物质营养源、维生素营养源和营养强化源,摇匀并溶解后,即可饮用。
