技术领域
本发明涉及一种鞋底的制造方法,特别是用于制造运动鞋鞋底的方法。
背景技术
鞋底的制造,特别是运动鞋鞋底的制造,是一项充分熟知的技术。因此,不仅旨在实现一种经济的制造工艺,而且旨在获得可能对鞋底以及鞋的弹簧和阻尼行为产生良性影响的可能性。在这一点上,使用的材料也具有显著的影响。
在US 2009/0013558 A1中,描述了一种鞋,其中鞋底由不同的塑料材料组成,所述塑料材料与另一种塑料材料连接,其中使用了不同的聚合物材料。在WO 2007/082838 A1中描述了膨胀热塑性聚氨酯(E-TPU)也可有利地用于鞋底。在该文件中还包含该塑料材料的详细信息;在这个范围,对该文件做出了明确的参考。

发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种方法,通过该方法可以以成本有效的方式制造鞋底,并且可以以期望的方式调节弹簧和阻尼行为。因此,鞋底应该可经济地制造并且具有易于调节的弹簧和阻尼特性。
本发明的这种目的的解决方案特征在于所述方法包括以下步骤:
a)挤压塑料软管并将塑料软管送入吹塑模具或注塑塑料坯料,并将塑料坯料送入吹塑模具;
b)将塑料软管或塑料坯料吹塑成鞋底中空体,其中在吹塑过程中将凹槽引入鞋底中空体的相互对立的壁上,使得壁的一部分彼此接触并在相互对立的壁之间形成支撑结构;
c)从吹塑模具中取出吹塑的鞋底中空体;
d)至少部分地,优选则完全地,用塑料体填充吹塑的鞋底中空体,其中通过鞋底中空体中的第一开口添加塑料体。
作为塑料体,特别是球体、椭圆体或圆柱体得到使用。单个塑料体在三个特定方向上的尺寸优选在1 mm和13 mm之间,特别优选在3 mm和6 mm之间。因此,塑料体特别地由泡沫塑料材料组成。
由于优选使用的塑料体的材料是膨胀热塑性聚氨酯(E-TPU)、膨胀热塑性弹性体(E-TPE)(尤其是基于烯烃(E-TPO)的膨胀热塑性弹性体)和/或膨胀聚丙烯(EPP)。
然而,鞋底中空体优选由热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)、热塑性弹性体(TPE)、聚酰胺(PA)和/或橡胶材料组成。

通过吹塑工艺在鞋底中空体的内部产生多个与另一个分开的空腔,然后用相应的塑料体填充也是可能的,然而由于更高的生产要求,这并非优选的。根据具体情况,那些塑料体可以具有不同的物理特性以选择性地影响鞋底的弹簧和阻尼特性。
塑料体的硬度优选地为75至90邵氏A,优选地为80至85邵氏A。它们优选地具有100至300kg/m3的容积密度。
关于用于塑料体的膨胀热塑性聚氨酯(E-TPU),应该提及以下优选使用的塑料体(E-TPU):这种材料是已知的并且用于鞋中。例如可从亨斯迈国际有限公司(HuntsmanInternational LLC)以商品名“Pearl Foam”购买到它,或从巴斯夫股份公司(BASF SE)以商品名“Infinergy”购买到它。关于该材料,明确参考了WO 2005/066250 A1,可以在其中找到该材料的细节,进而可以找到膨胀热塑性聚氨酯及其制备工艺的细节。
此外,关于基于氨基甲酸酯的预先已知的热塑性弹性体明确参考了WO2010/010010A1,其中公开了含有发泡剂的发泡热塑性聚合物共混物,其含有热塑性聚氨酯和苯乙烯聚合物。因此,聚合物共混物可含有至少一种其他热塑性聚合物。作为其他热塑性聚合物,特别是聚酰胺(PA)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)、聚碳酸酯(PC)、聚乙烯(PE)、聚丙烯(PP)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)、纤维素和聚氧乙烯(POM)可分别使用。
因此,根据本发明,在吹塑的鞋底中空体中,通过使用特别是填充到鞋底中空体所形成的空腔中(所述鞋底中空体也可以分别表示为用于球体和椭圆体的预制“笼”)的E-TPU、E-TPE或EPP(例如,以产生非常轻质的鞋底),来使用特别是膨胀塑料泡沫球或椭圆体(最终也是圆柱形体)。
所提到的支撑结构允许鞋底在预期用途的负载下以最佳方式支承脚部。这是必要的,否则布置在鞋底空腔内侧的塑料体可能由于塑料体不与另一塑料体连接而松散布置从而可能对脚部提供不充分的支撑功能。
优选地由E-TPU制成的球体、椭圆体和圆柱体显著地影响鞋的阻尼,使得具有填充后空腔的鞋底部分优选地用作鞋底夹层。
鞋底可以通过被称作缝合或胶合的方式与鞋帮(靴腿)连接。
以上描述了作为一个完整构成部分的鞋底的制造。当然,如果仅如所描述的那样制造鞋底的一部分并且根据具体情况与另一鞋底部分连接,也可以采用本发明。
尽管塑料软管的挤出及其在温热状态下立即供应到吹塑模具中是优选的,但是如上所述,可以提供塑料坯料的注塑成型,然后将其供应到吹塑模具。在这种情况下,通常首先进行塑料坯料的注塑工艺;当塑料坯料被转移到吹塑机并且必须在其中吹塑时,它再次被加热,使得它可以变形到鞋底中空体。

具体实施方式
在图1中,示意性地示出了鞋底的制造工艺的起始。挤出机18塑化塑料材料并通过挤出头17输出塑料材料,从而制造出围绕整个圆周封闭的塑料软管2。当塑料材料足够长时,将其放入吹塑模具3中,吹塑模具3由两个半模组成,这两个半模沿双箭头的方向相对移动,然后以已知的方式封闭塑料软管2以进行吹塑。
如已经提到的,可以考虑塑料坯料的注塑成型,然后在吹塑模具3中变形。
通过吹塑工艺,制造出鞋底中空体4(见图2和图3),在其内部提供接收空间。
示意性地示出了第一变形工具13和第二变形工具15。当吹塑模具3的半模关闭时,那些工具13、15沿箭头方向相对移动。通过工具13、15,支撑结构9(见图2至图4)形成在鞋底中空体4中。
提供了多个工具13、15,尽管在图1中仅示出了一对工具13、15。
从图2中可以看出,目前已经制造了许多所提到的支撑结构9,下面将对其进行详细描述。它们的目的是通过鞋底1的表面上的脚部接触区域在所需位置处提供支撑功能,使得在施加穿鞋者的体重时,鞋底1不会以不受控制的方式向侧面弯曲。
从图4中可以清楚地看到支撑结构的细节。这里可以看出,鞋底中空体4包括上壁5和下壁6,上壁5和底壁6在进行吹塑工艺之后以一定距离面向另一个,并且将所述空腔封闭在与另一个之间。通过变形工具13和15,凹槽7和8形成在从图2中可见的那些位置,即通过第一变形工具13形成凹槽7和通过第二变形工具15形成凹槽8。
可以看出,凹槽7具有封闭的端部区域14,而通过第二变形工具15的凹槽8具有开口,第二变形工具15在其轴向端部处设计成针状。该开口的尺寸设计成使得具有封闭端部区域14的凹槽7可以至少部分地进入该开口。
以这种方式制造的支撑结构9分别防止上壁5和底壁6之间在水平方向上的相对运动(在具有所述鞋底1的鞋的预期用途中)。
当完成所描述的鞋底中空体4时,包含在其中的空腔填充有塑料体10。这在图3中示出。为此,将填充喷嘴19插入鞋底中空体4中的开口11中。然后,通过填充喷嘴19,将由膨胀热塑性聚氨酯(E-TPU)制成的球形或椭圆体塑料体10填充到鞋底中空体4中,直到其完全填充塑料体10。关于塑料体10的材料,上面已经给出了相应文献中的提示。
重要的是,塑料体10填充到作松散材料鞋底中空体4的空腔中并且放置在空腔中,彼此不连接。因此,塑料体10相互之间没有任何连接。在填充鞋底中空体4之后,塑料体10真正相互稳定但彼此松散地布置。
以此方式,不仅可以非常有利地影响鞋底及鞋的阻尼行为,制造工艺也很简单,并且可以经济高效地进行。
通过排出空气,即,通过在鞋底中空体的第二开口12处施加真空,可以支撑填充工艺,并且视情况可以在完成后从鞋底中空体4的内部抽空相同的空气(参见开口12处的箭头)。
在完成填充过程之后,可以用塑料体10封闭开口11和12。在此,特别考虑开口的焊接。因此,在鞋底1中形成一个密闭的空腔,该空腔填充有松散布置的塑料体10。
与支撑结构9配合,可以任意地在一定范围内影响鞋底的弹簧和阻尼行为,但是要注意,尽管如此,在具有所述鞋底的鞋子的预期用途中,鞋底的良好稳定性为脚部提供了良好的支撑。
在图2中还示出了所述方法的优选实施例:这里,可以看到U形插入件16,其在吹塑模具3闭合到其腔体中之前插入。通过吹塑工艺,插入件16分别与塑料软管2、鞋底中空体4牢固地连接(焊接)。
插入件16可用于选择性地影响鞋底1的支撑功能。优选地,插入件16用作鞋跟壳,其支撑穿鞋者的脚部,鞋的后部区域中,也就是在鞋跟的区域中配备有所述鞋底。
Claims (15)
1.一种鞋底(1)的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
a)挤出塑料软管(2)并将塑料软管(2)送入吹塑模具(3)或注塑塑料坯料中,并将所述塑料坯料送入所述吹塑模具(3)中;
b)将所述塑料软管(2)或所述塑料坯料吹塑成鞋底中空体(4),其中在所述吹塑过程中将凹槽(7、8)引入所述鞋底中空体(4)的相互对立的壁(5、6)上,使得所述壁(5、6)的一部分彼此接触并在所述相互对立的壁(5、6)之间形成支撑结构(9);
c)从所述吹塑模具(3)中取出所述吹塑的鞋底中空体(4);
d)至少部分地,优选则完全地,用塑料体(10)填充所述吹塑的鞋底中空体(4),其中通过所述鞋底中空体(4)中的第一开口(11)添加所述塑料体(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,使用塑料体(10)球体、椭圆体或圆柱体。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述单个塑料体(10)在所述三个特定方向上的所述尺寸优选在1 mm和13 mm之间,特别优选在3 mm和6 mm之间。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述塑料体(10)由泡沫塑料材料组成。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述塑料体(10)由膨胀热塑性聚氨酯(E-TPU)、膨胀热塑性弹性体(E-TPE)、特别是基于烯烃(E-TPO)和/或膨胀聚丙烯(EPP)的膨胀热塑性弹性体组成。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述鞋底中空体(4)由所述热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)、热塑性弹性体(TPE)、聚酰胺(PA)和/或橡胶材料组成。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在根据权利要求1的步骤d)之后,进行所述第一开口(11)的密封,特别是焊接。
8.根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在根据权利要求1的步骤d)期间或之后,从所述鞋底中空体(4)中排出空气,特别是通过设置在距所述第一开口(11)一定距离处的第二开口(12)排出。
9.根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述塑料体(10)布置在所述鞋底中空体(4)中,而相互之间不连接。
10.根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述塑料体(10)以整包形式并且优选地在压力下布置在所述鞋底中空体(4)中。
11.根据权利要求1至10中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,通过利用所述第一变形工具(13)将具有封闭端部区域(14)的一个所述凹槽(7)形成到一个所述壁(5)中,并且通过所述第二变形工具(15)将具有开口端部区域(14)的另一个所述凹槽(8)形成到另一个所述壁(6)中来实现所述支撑结构(9)的制造,其中一个所述凹槽(7)的所述封闭端部区域(14)设计成用于进入另一个所述凹槽(8)的所述开口端。
12.根据权利要求1至11中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在关闭所述吹塑模具(3)并进行根据权利要求1的步骤b)之前,将插入件(16)放入所述吹塑模具(3)中,使得在吹塑过程中所述插入件(16)与所述鞋底中空体(4)连接。
13.根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,所述插入件(16)通过注射成型工艺预制。
14.根据权利要求12或13所述的方法,其特征在于,所述插入件(16)具有U形设计。
15.根据权利要求12至14中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述插入件(16)由热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)组成。
