Abstract

本发明涉及一种多功能水性脱模剂,该脱模剂是由下述重量份的原料经反应釜搅拌均匀而制得:洗洁精700~900份、水80~150份、大豆油200~340份、白油100~200份、乳化剂10~16份、疏水透气膜8~17份。本发明环保节能无污染,成本低,同时性能良好,可有效改善混凝土外观质量,提速工期进度,适用范围广。

一种多功能水性脱模剂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种脱模剂,尤其涉及一种多功能水性脱模剂。
背景技术
近年来,随着高铁、地铁等基建工程日益增多,大量采用构件的建设也随之加大,特别是成型美观、实用、方便施工的构件的需求量越来越大,构件的生产压力也随之加大,如何快速地完成构件的生产是混凝土行业关键。脱模剂作为构件的辅料,早在八十年代前已经广泛用于混凝土行业,直至发展到现在,虽然混凝土脱模剂市场上产品非常多,但用于构件生产的国产脱模剂一直没有真正意义上替代国外进口的脱模剂,其原因在于:产品良莠不齐,只有极少量的优异脱模剂真正意义层面上大幅度降低了混凝土浇注过程中构件与钢模的粘连及混凝土外观质量的改善等,大部分脱模剂存在构件与模具的粘连,造成拆模困难,混凝土构件外观破损,劳动强度加大,生产效率低,清理模具困难。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种性能优良、成本低的多功能水性脱模剂。
为解决上述问题,本发明所述的一种多功能水性脱模剂,其特征在于:该脱模剂是由下述重量份的原料经反应釜搅拌均匀而制得:洗洁精700~900份、水80~150份、大豆油200~340份、白油100~200份、乳化剂10~16份、疏水透气膜8~17份。
所述乳化剂是指OP-10、司盘60、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯非离子表面活性剂按照2:1:1的质量比混合均匀而成的混合物。
所述疏水透气膜是指水乳性聚氨酯与水性环氧树脂按照5:1质量比混合均匀而成的混合物。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
1、本发明中添加疏水透气膜,一是可加强脱模剂的排泡消泡功能;二是使混凝土构件表面具有一定的防水、防Cl-、抗紫外线的性能且具有透气可呼吸。
2、本发明产品性能稳定,可长期储存、不分层、不变质。
3、本发明经测试,性能良好,可有效改善混凝土外观质量,提速工期进度,适用范围广。

4、本发明原材料易得、配方合理且易于加工,环保节能无污染,成本低,易于实现工业化生产。
具体实施方式
实施例1一种多功能水性脱模剂,该脱模剂是由下述重量份(kg)的原料经反应釜搅拌均匀而制得:洗洁精700份、水100份、大豆油300份、白油100份、乳化剂10份、疏水透气膜8份。
实施例2一种多功能水性脱模剂,该脱模剂是由下述重量份(kg)的原料经反应釜搅拌均匀而制得:洗洁精900份、水150份、大豆油300份、白油200份、乳化剂16份、疏水透气膜17份。
实施例3一种多功能水性脱模剂,该脱模剂是由下述重量份(kg)的原料经反应釜搅拌均匀而制得:洗洁精750份、水90份、大豆油200份、白油200份、乳化剂12份、疏水透气膜15份。
实施例4一种多功能水性脱模剂,该脱模剂是由下述重量份(kg)的原料经反应釜搅拌均匀而制得:洗洁精800份、水120份、大豆油320份、白油140份、乳化剂14份、疏水透气膜14份。
实施例5一种多功能水性脱模剂,该脱模剂是由下述重量份(kg)的原料经反应釜搅拌均匀而制得:洗洁精850份、水130份、大豆油280份、白油200份、乳化剂16份、疏水透气膜16份。
实施例6一种多功能水性脱模剂,该脱模剂是由下述重量份(kg)的原料经反应釜搅拌均匀而制得:洗洁精800份、水110份、大豆油260份、白油190份、乳化剂15份、疏水透气膜10份。
实施例7一种多功能水性脱模剂,该脱模剂是由下述重量份(kg)的原料经反应釜搅拌均匀而制得:洗洁精900份、水130份、大豆油340份、白油100份、乳化剂14份、疏水透气膜12份。
实施例8一种多功能水性脱模剂,该脱模剂是由下述重量份(kg)的原料经反应釜搅拌均匀而制得:洗洁精700份、水80份、大豆油270份、白油150份、乳化剂11份、疏水透气膜9份。
上述实施例1~8中,乳化剂是指OP-10、司盘60、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯非离子表面活性剂按照2:1:1的质量比(kg/kg)混合均匀而成的混合物。
疏水透气膜是指水乳性聚氨酯与水性环氧树脂按照5:1质量比(kg/kg)混合均匀而成的混合物。
