Abstract

本发明涉及一种耐蒸煮无溶剂粘合剂,其包含异氰酸酯组分和固化剂组分。本发明所述粘合剂环保,不含有溶剂,同时粘度低,涂布性能好。其中,加入环氧树脂、蓖麻油以及一定量的聚醚三元醇,使得粘合剂的粘接性能、耐蒸煮性能与涂布性能的同步提升。所述耐蒸煮无溶剂粘合剂可适用于食品包装、药品包装领域。

一种耐蒸煮无溶剂粘合剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐蒸煮无溶剂粘合剂,本发明所述的耐蒸煮无溶剂粘合剂可适用于食品包装、药品包装领域。
背景技术
目前,在软包装复合领域,广泛采用的是无溶剂粘合剂,虽然不存在溶剂挥发造成的污染问题,但是,相较于溶剂型粘合剂,由于不含溶剂因而其粘度较大,涂布性能较差,实际生产过程中容易造成外观缺陷及质量问题。因此,为了提高无溶剂型粘合剂的涂布性能,现有技术中通常选择较低粘度的树脂作为原料。然而,粘度较低的树脂,其分子量较小,因此,其粘接强度特别是初粘力很低。
因此,如何保证无溶剂粘合剂的粘接性能、耐蒸煮性能与涂布性能的同步提升,是亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
为了实现无溶剂粘合剂在粘接性能、耐蒸煮性能与涂布性能的同步提升,本发明提供了一种耐蒸煮无溶剂粘合剂,其粘度低、涂布性能好,同时,低温固化速度快、粘接强度高,并且耐高温蒸煮,可适用于食品包装、药品包装领域。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案实现:
一种耐蒸煮无溶剂粘合剂,其特征在于,由异氰酸酯组分和固化剂通过质量比1:1配合得到,
所述异氰酸酯组分包括以下重量份的原料:
异氰酸酯 80-120
聚醚多元醇 20-40
蓖麻油 5-10
所述固化剂组分包括以下重量份的原料:
进一步的,所述的耐蒸煮无溶剂粘合剂,其特征在于:所述聚醚多元醇通过聚醚二元醇与聚醚三元醇通过一定质量比配合得到,优选通过聚醚二元醇与聚醚三元醇以质量配比2:1-5:1得到。
进一步的,所述的耐蒸煮无溶剂粘合剂,其特征在于:所述异氰酸酯选自甲苯二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷-4,4’-二异氰酸酯、多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯、异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯中的一种或几种。
进一步的,所述的耐蒸煮无溶剂粘合剂,其特征在于:所述醇胺类化合物选自二乙醇胺、甲基二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺中的一种或几种。
进一步的,所述的耐蒸煮无溶剂粘合剂,其特征在于:所述聚醚多元醇的数均分子量为400-3000。
本发明还提供了一种耐蒸煮无溶剂粘合剂的制备方法。
进一步的,所述的耐蒸煮无溶剂粘合剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取原料;
(2)异氰酸酯组分的制备:
将聚醚多元醇、蓖麻油在0.09-0.1MPa、110-120℃下除水1-2小时,降温至40-50℃,氮气保护,加入异氰酸酯并在70-75℃下反应3-4小时,得异氰酸酯组分;
(3)固化剂组分的制备:
将聚醚多元醇、蓖麻油、醇胺类化合物在0.09-0.1MPa、110-120℃下除水1-2小时,降温至75-80℃,氮气保护,加入环氧树脂,反应1-2小时后,降至室温,得到固化剂组分。
本发明还提供所述的耐蒸煮无溶剂粘合剂在食品包装或医药包装中的用途。
本发明的有益效果在于:
(1)本发明所述粘合剂环保,不含有有机溶剂,同时粘度低,异氰酸酯组分的粘度在2000-5000MPa·s范围内,固化剂组分粘度在800-2000MPa·s范围内,保证了优异的涂布性能。
(2)本发明通过添加蓖麻油以及特定比例的聚醚二元醇与聚醚三元醇复配使用,实现对聚合物体系交联程度的控制,进而实现在固化前粘度较低的前提下,较快的提升粘合剂的初粘力。同时,对交联程度的控制,也提高了粘合剂的耐蒸煮性能。
(3)本发明添加入环氧树脂组分,通过聚氨酯分子链与环氧树脂分子链之间形成的互穿网络,提高了粘合剂的耐蒸煮性能。
具体实施方式
样品性能评价测试方法:
剥离强度评价:将粘合剂在离型膜上形成胶带后,按照《GB/T 2790-1995胶黏剂180°剥离强度测试方法挠性材料对刚性材料》中,双面胶粘带与不锈钢板180°剥离强度的测试方法,评价粘合剂的剥离强度。
耐蒸煮性能评价:将上述粘合剂形成的胶带,在135℃蒸煮1小时后,再按照《GB/T2790-1995胶黏剂180°剥离强度测试方法挠性材料对刚性材料》中,双面胶粘带与不锈钢板180°剥离强度的测试方法,评价粘合剂的耐蒸煮性能。
实施例1
一种耐蒸煮无溶剂粘合剂的制备方法如下:
(1)称取原料:
异氰酸酯组分包括以下重量份的原料:
异氰酸酯 120
聚醚多元醇 30
蓖麻油 10
固化剂组分包括以下重量份的原料:
其中,聚醚多元醇中聚醚二元醇与聚醚三元醇的质量配比2:1。
(2)异氰酸酯组分的制备:
将聚醚多元醇、蓖麻油在0.09MPa、110下除水1小时,降温至40℃,氮气保护,加入异氰酸酯并在75℃下反应3小时,得异氰酸酯组分。
(3)固化剂组分的制备:
将聚醚多元醇、蓖麻油、醇胺类化合物在0.09MPa、110℃下除水1小时,降温至75℃,氮气保护,加入环氧树脂,反应1小时后,降至室温,得到固化剂组分。
实施例2-5
制备方法过程与实施例1相同,原料的用量如表1所示。
比较例1-3
制备方法过程与实施例1相同,原料的用量如表1所示。

实施例2-3、比较例1-3所使用的聚醚多元醇中,聚醚二元醇与聚醚三元醇的质量配比依次为2:1、5:1、2:1、未使用聚醚三元醇、未使用聚醚三元醇。
蒸煮前后的剥离强度如表2所示。

1.一种耐蒸煮无溶剂粘合剂,其特征在于,由异氰酸酯组分和固化剂通过质量比1:1配合得到,所述异氰酸酯组分包括以下重量份的原料:
异氰酸酯 80-120
聚醚多元醇 20-40
蓖麻油 5-10
所述固化剂组分包括以下重量份的原料:
2.如权利要求1所述的耐蒸煮无溶剂粘合剂,其特征在于:所述聚醚多元醇通过聚醚二元醇与聚醚三元醇通过一定质量比配合得到,优选通过聚醚二元醇与聚醚三元醇以质量配比2:1-5:1得到。
3.如权利要求1-2任一项所述的耐蒸煮无溶剂粘合剂,其特征在于:所述异氰酸酯选自甲苯二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷-4,4’-二异氰酸酯、多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯、异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯中的一种或几种。
4.如权利要求1-3任一项所述的耐蒸煮无溶剂粘合剂,其特征在于:所述醇胺类化合物选自二乙醇胺、甲基二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺中的一种或几种。
5.如权利要求1-4任一项所述的耐蒸煮无溶剂粘合剂,其特征在于:所述聚醚多元醇的数均分子量为400-3000。
6.如权利要求1-5任一项所述的耐蒸煮无溶剂粘合剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取原料;
(2)异氰酸酯组分的制备:
将聚醚多元醇、蓖麻油在0.09-0.1MPa、110-120℃下除水1-2小时,降温至40-50℃,氮气保护,加入异氰酸酯并在70-75℃下反应3-4小时,得异氰酸酯组分;
(3)固化剂组分的制备:
将聚醚多元醇、蓖麻油、醇胺类化合物在0.09-0.1MPa、110-120℃下除水1-2小时,降温至75-80℃,氮气保护,加入环氧树脂,反应1-2小时后,降至室温,得到固化剂组分。
7.权利要求1-6任一项所述的耐蒸煮无溶剂粘合剂在食品包装或医药包装中的用途。
