本发明涉及“惯性伞齿轮无级变速器”,以往的齿轮无级变速器,都是多个齿轮叠加起来组成的组件,在加工制造组件时,难度大,精度高。这就是以往的“齿轮无级变速器”的最大缺点。
本发明所提出的“惯性伞齿轮无级变速器”就解决了以上缺点,以惯性轮旋转可以储存能量的特点,旋转的惯性力量,带动了伞齿轮组件传动,产生了无级变速的运动,并且零件加工制造简便易行。
本发明所提供的“惯性伞齿轮无级变速器”,其为一种由惯性轮1、伞齿2、轴承孔3、伞齿轮4、伞齿轮轴5、机架轴承孔6、伞齿轮7、伞齿轮8、随从伞齿轮9、随从伞齿轮轴承孔10、伞齿轮轴11、固定螺帽12、伞齿13、伞齿轮14、伞齿轮轴15、机架轴承孔16、机架17、机架18、机架底座19所组成的机构。以下结合附图进一步说明本发明的结构特征及目的。

请看图1、图2、图3所示,其主要是转动机架18上的轴承孔6内的伞齿轮轴5上的伞齿轮4,带动与之咬合的伞齿轮8和伞齿轮7一起旋转,同时带动了在伞齿轮轴5上的伞齿2惯性轮1和在机架17上的轴承孔16内的伞齿轮轴15上的伞齿13和伞齿轮14一起旋转;这时,转动的惯性轮1已经有了旋转能量,通过伞齿2与之咬合的伞齿轮7,对伞齿13伞齿轮14施加了巨大旋转压力,迫使伞齿轮轴15旋转并输出动力。随着转速的增加或减小,这个过程始终是无级变速的运动。
该惯性伞齿轮无级变速器可用于一切变速装置上。

1.本发明所提供的“惯性伞齿轮无级变速器”,其为一种由惯性轮1、伞齿2、轴承孔3、伞齿轮4、伞齿轮轴5、机架轴承孔6、伞齿轮7、伞齿轮8、随从伞齿轮9、随从伞齿轮轴承孔10、伞齿轮轴11、固定螺帽12、伞齿13、伞齿轮14、伞齿轮轴15、机架轴承孔16、机架17、机架18、机架底座19所组成的机构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的惯性伞齿轮无级变速器结合附图图1、图2、图3所示,其主要是转动机架18上的轴承孔6内的伞齿轮轴5上的伞齿轮4,带动与之咬合的伞齿轮8和伞齿轮7一起旋转,同时带动了在伞齿轮轴5上的伞齿2惯性轮1和在机架17上的轴承孔16内的伞齿轮轴15上的伞齿13和伞齿轮14一起旋转;这时,转动的惯性轮1已经有了旋转能量,通过伞齿2与之咬合的伞齿轮7,对伞齿13伞齿轮14施加了巨大旋转压力,迫使伞齿轮轴15旋转并输出动力。随着转速的增加或减小,这个过程始终是无级变速的运动。
