本发明属于印染化工技术领域,涉及一种安全环保的印花糊料及其制备方法;其各原料包括海藻酸钠、魔芋粉、羧甲基纤维素、六偏磷酸钠、柠檬酸、桃胶液和去离子水;具体工艺步骤包括桃胶液制备、混合液A制备、混合液B制备、六偏磷酸钠粘稠剂制备和成品制备;本发明采用天然植物胶液‑桃胶液,与取羧甲基纤维素、柠檬酸共同制备混合液A,由海藻酸钠和魔芋粉制备得混合液B和分离出的固体,利用混合液B与六偏磷酸钠进行乳化得六偏磷酸钠粘稠剂,最后与粉碎后的固体、混合液A进行混合、搅拌均匀得印花糊料,该印花糊料增加了桃胶液的使用,与各组分之间的协同作用使得印染花纹轮廓清晰,色泽鲜艳,得色率高,具有良好的稳定性,易于储存。

本发明属于印染化工技术领域,涉及一种安全环保的印花糊料及其制备方法。
背景技术
印花糊料是指加在印花色浆中能起到增稠作用的高分子化合物。在印花过程中,印花糊料主要起着四个方面作用:作为印花色浆的增稠剂,使其具有一定的黏度;作为印花色浆中染料、化学品、助剂和溶剂的分散介质和稀释剂;作为染料的传递剂,起到载体的作用;用作黏着剂。印花糊料作为印花色浆的重要组分,它决定着印花运转性能,染料的表面给色量、花纹轮廓的清晰度、光洁度、手感等。随着印花技术的不断发展,对印花糊料的要求越来越高。市场上出现的印花糊料类型越来越多,主要的印花糊料有海藻类、淀粉和纤维素改性类、改性瓜尔豆胶类、合成增稠剂以及矿物增稠剂等。近年来已研究开发出多种印花糊料,但多数仍普遍存在得色量不足、色牢度不理想、稳定性较差,且制成的印花制品手感粗糙的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的缺点,设计一种安全环保的印花糊料及其制备方法,具有着色量高、染色牢度强和手感好的优点,安全环保。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明涉及的一种安全环保的印花糊料,各原料重量组分为海藻酸钠20-30份、魔芋粉10-20份、羧甲基纤维素30-50份、六偏磷酸钠5-15份、柠檬酸0.5-1份、桃胶液10-15份、去离子水100-120份。
本实施例涉及的安全环保的印花糊料制备方法,其具体工艺步骤如下:
(1)桃胶液制备:选取树龄为3年以上的桃树,在夏季采收桃胶液,此时的桃胶液粘度较高,具体采收方式为:从桃树1.2-1.8米的高度进行切割,或从桃树树杈处进行切割,在切口处不断流出浅黄色透明粘稠液体,用收纳容器进行收集,加入体积百分比浓度为40-50%的乙醇溶液进行搅拌,过滤,去除杂质,得桃胶液备用;
(2)混合液A制备:按重量组分称取羧甲基纤维素、柠檬酸和步骤(2) 中制备的桃胶液,将羧甲基纤维素和柠檬酸粉碎至60-100目,将羧甲基纤维素和柠檬酸加入搅拌器中,以转速为300-400r/min的转速进行搅拌,边搅拌边加入桃胶液,使桃胶液与羧甲基纤维素和柠檬酸充分混合,其中,搅拌温度为30-45 ℃,搅拌时间为5-10min,得混合液A备用;
(3)混合液B制备:按重量组分称取海藻酸钠和魔芋粉,将上述原料粉碎过60-100目筛后加入反应器中,按重量组分称取去离子水同样加入反应器中,加热至50-60℃,搅拌均匀,然后缓慢加入海藻酸钠1-2重量倍的酒石酸,进行反应1-2h,自然降温,待降至15-25℃时出料,静置12-18h,固液分离,得混合液B备用,将分离出来的固体冷冻干燥;
(4)六偏磷酸钠粘稠剂制备:按重量组分称取六偏磷酸钠,与步骤(3) 中制备的混合液B同时加入乳化机中,混合均匀,缓缓升温至40-60℃,在乳化机中加入六偏磷酸钠0.5-1.0重量倍的油相溶剂,油相溶剂由石蜡油和环乙烷组成,石蜡油和环乙烷的重量比为1:1.2,乳化0.5-1.0h,得六偏磷酸钠粘稠剂备用;
(5)成品制备:将步骤(3)分离出来的固体经粉碎,过80-120目筛,放入混合器中,同时加入步骤(2)制备的混合液A和步骤(4)制备的六偏磷酸钠粘稠剂,温度为15-25℃条件下搅拌,使其混合均匀,即得成品安全环保的印花糊料。
本实例使用时,按重量组分称取本发明制得的安全环保印花糊料70-85份、尿素5-10份、防染盐0.5-1.5份、纯碱2.5-4.5份、水100-120份以及所需重量组分的染料,将上述原料搅拌均匀,制成安全环保的印花色浆,最后将色浆按常规印染方式对织物进行印染即可。
本发明与现有技术相比,取得的有益之处为:本发明通过增加天然植物胶液-桃胶液,改善了印花糊料的渗透性,提高了染色牢度,羧甲基纤维素具有良好的粘性、流变性、触变性及拽丝性,桃胶液与取羧甲基纤维素、柠檬酸的协同作用,制备混合液A,用于与六偏磷酸钠粘稠剂的混合,使得表面给色量得到较大的提高;本发明制备的印花糊料增加了桃胶液的使用,安全环保,其各组分成分共同作用,协同增效,各步骤之间相互依赖,使制得的印花糊料,安全性能高,表面给色量得到增强,干摩擦牢度和湿摩擦牢度军达到3级以上,调高了稳定性;配方中的六偏磷酸钠能使水中的钙离子或镁离子进入六偏磷酸钠分子中,变成稳定的可溶性络合物,从而改善了印花糊料的渗透性,提高了染色牢度,从而可以节约染料;桃胶液、海藻酸钠、魔芋粉、羧甲基纤维素、六偏磷酸钠、柠檬酸均安全无毒,易分解,环保性好,各组分之间的协同作用使得印染花纹轮廓清晰,色泽鲜艳,得色率高,具有良好的稳定性,易于储存,应用环境良好。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
本实施例涉及的安全环保的印花糊料,各原料重量组分为海藻酸钠20份、魔芋粉10份、羧甲基纤维素30份、六偏磷酸钠5份、柠檬酸0.5份、桃胶液 10份、去离子水100份。
本实施例涉及的安全环保的印花糊料制备方法,其具体工艺步骤如下:

(5)成品制备:将步骤(3)分离出来的固体经粉碎,过90目筛,放入混合器中,同时加入步骤(2)制备的混合液A和步骤(4)制备的六偏磷酸钠粘稠剂,温度为16℃条件下搅拌,使其混合均匀,即得成品安全环保的印花糊料。
本实例使用时,按重量组分称取本发明制得的安全环保印花糊料70份、尿素5份、防染盐0.5份、纯碱2.5份、水100份以及所需重量组分的染料,例如2-4份的活性艳红KM-8B,将上述原料搅拌均匀,制成安全环保的印花色浆,最后将色浆按常规印染方式对织物进行印染即可。
实施例2:
本实施例涉及的安全环保的印花糊料,各原料重量组分为海藻酸钠25份、魔芋粉15份、羧甲基纤维素40份、六偏磷酸钠10份、柠檬酸0.8份、桃胶液 13份、去离子水110份。
本实施例涉及的安全环保的印花糊料制备方法,其具体工艺步骤如下:
(1)桃胶液制备:选取树龄为5年的桃树,在夏季采收桃胶液,此时的桃胶液粘度较高,具体采收方式为:从桃树1.2-1.8米的高度进行切割,或从桃树树杈处进行切割,在切口处不断流出浅黄色透明粘稠液体,用收纳容器进行收集,加入体积百分比浓度为45%的乙醇溶液进行搅拌,过滤,去除杂质,得桃胶液备用;
(2)混合液A制备:按重量组分称取羧甲基纤维素、柠檬酸和步骤(2) 中制备的桃胶液,将羧甲基纤维素和柠檬酸粉碎至90目,将羧甲基纤维素和柠檬酸加入搅拌器中,以转速为380r/min的转速进行搅拌,边搅拌边加入桃胶液,使桃胶液与羧甲基纤维素和柠檬酸充分混合,其中,搅拌温度为40℃,搅拌时间为8min,得混合液A备用;
(3)混合液B制备:按重量组分称取海藻酸钠和魔芋粉,将上述原料粉碎过90目筛后加入反应器中,按重量组分称取去离子水同样加入反应器中,加热至58℃,搅拌均匀,然后缓慢加入海藻酸钠1.5重量倍的酒石酸,进行反应2h,自然降温,待降至22℃时出料,静置16h,固液分离,得混合液B备用,将分离出来的固体冷冻干燥;
(4)六偏磷酸钠粘稠剂制备:按重量组分称取六偏磷酸钠,与步骤(3) 中制备的混合液B同时加入乳化机中,混合均匀,缓缓升温至55℃,在乳化机中加入六偏磷酸钠0.8重量倍的油相溶剂,油相溶剂由石蜡油和环乙烷组成,石蜡油和环乙烷的重量比为1:1.2,乳化0.8h,得六偏磷酸钠粘稠剂备用;
(5)成品制备:将步骤(3)分离出来的固体经粉碎,过100目筛,放入混合器中,同时加入步骤(2)制备的混合液A和步骤(4)制备的六偏磷酸钠粘稠剂,温度为25℃条件下搅拌,使其混合均匀,即得成品安全环保的印花糊料。
本实例使用时,按重量组分称取本发明制得的安全环保印花糊料80份、尿素8份、防染盐1.0份、纯碱3.0份、水110份以及所需重量组分的染料,例如3份的活性艳红KM-8B,将上述原料搅拌均匀,制成安全环保的印花色浆,最后将色浆按常规印染方式对织物进行印染即可。
实施例3:
本实施例涉及的安全环保的印花糊料,各原料重量组分为海藻酸钠30份、魔芋粉20份、羧甲基纤维素50份、六偏磷酸钠15份、柠檬酸1份、桃胶液15 份、去离子水120份。
本实施例涉及的安全环保的印花糊料制备方法,其具体工艺步骤如下:
(1)桃胶液制备:选取树龄为7年的桃树,在夏季采收桃胶液,此时的桃胶液粘度较高,具体采收方式为:从桃树1.2-1.8米的高度进行切割,或从桃树树杈处进行切割,在切口处不断流出浅黄色透明粘稠液体,用收纳容器进行收集,加入体积百分比浓度为50%的乙醇溶液进行搅拌,过滤,去除杂质,得桃胶液备用;
(2)混合液A制备:按重量组分称取羧甲基纤维素、柠檬酸和步骤(2) 中制备的桃胶液,将羧甲基纤维素和柠檬酸粉碎至100目,将羧甲基纤维素和柠檬酸加入搅拌器中,以转速为400r/min的转速进行搅拌,边搅拌边加入桃胶液,使桃胶液与羧甲基纤维素和柠檬酸充分混合,其中,搅拌温度为45℃,搅拌时间为10min,得混合液A备用;
(3)混合液B制备:按重量组分称取海藻酸钠和魔芋粉,将上述原料粉碎过100目筛后加入反应器中,按重量组分称取去离子水同样加入反应器中,加热至60℃,搅拌均匀,然后缓慢加入海藻酸钠2重量倍的酒石酸,进行反应2h,自然降温,待降至25℃时出料,静置18h,固液分离,得混合液B备用,将分离出来的固体冷冻干燥;
(4)六偏磷酸钠粘稠剂制备:按重量组分称取六偏磷酸钠,与步骤(3) 中制备的混合液B同时加入乳化机中,混合均匀,缓缓升温至60℃,在乳化机中加入六偏磷酸钠1.0重量倍的油相溶剂,油相溶剂由石蜡油和环乙烷组成,石蜡油和环乙烷的重量比为1:1.2,乳化1.0h,得六偏磷酸钠粘稠剂备用;
(5)成品制备:将步骤(3)分离出来的固体经粉碎,过120目筛,放入混合器中,同时加入步骤(2)制备的混合液A和步骤(4)制备的六偏磷酸钠粘稠剂,温度为25℃条件下搅拌,使其混合均匀,即得成品安全环保的印花糊料。
本实例使用时,按重量组分称取本发明制得的安全环保印花糊料85份、尿素10份、防染盐1.5份、纯碱4.5份、水120份以及所需重量组分的染料,例如4份的活性艳红KM-8B,将上述原料搅拌均匀,制成安全环保的印花色浆,最后将色浆按常规印染方式对织物进行印染即可。
对比例1:一种印花糊料
对比例1与实施例2原料配方基本相同,其区别在于:对比例1中未添加桃胶液;
对比例1与实施例2的制备方法相同;
对比例1与实施例2的使用方法相同。
对比例2:一种印花糊料
对比例2与实施例2原料配方相同,其区别在于:对比例2中制备方法的具体步骤为:按重量组分称取上述配方中的原料,将原料粉碎至60-100目,放入混合器中,在常温下搅拌、混合直至完全均匀,得成品印花糊料;
对比例2与实施例2的使用方法相同。
本发明中实施例和对比例中印花糊料测试结果如表1:

由表1中的实验结果可以看出,使用本发明制备的印花糊料具有较高的表面给色量和脱糊性,手感、干摩擦牢度和湿摩擦牢度级别较高,具有明显的优势;本发明采用天然植物胶液-桃胶液,与取羧甲基纤维素、柠檬酸共同制备混合液A,由海藻酸钠和魔芋粉制备得混合液B和分离出的固体,利用混合液B与六偏磷酸钠进行乳化得六偏磷酸钠粘稠剂,最后与粉碎后的固体、混合液A进行混合、搅拌均匀得印花糊料,该印花糊料增加了桃胶液的使用,安全环保,且从表1中可以看出,各种测试指标有所提高,本发明各组分成分共同作用,协同增效,各步骤之间相互依赖,使制得的印花糊料,安全环保,表面给色量得到增强,干摩擦牢度和湿摩擦牢度军达到3级以上,稳定性得到极大的增强,调高了印花糊料的质量。
上述有关糊料的基本性能及织物印花效果、服用性能的测试方法:
(1)花纹清晰度:花纹清晰度是指在织物上准确呈现花纹的程度,图案越锋利越清晰,采用“五级制”目测法评价花纹清晰度。
(2)表面给色量:用电脑测色配色仪测定织物表面的K/S。
(4)手感:通过“抓、揉、摸、搓”等手感触觉,采用“五级制”主观评级法。
(5)耐皂洗牢度:参照GB/T3921.3—2008《纺织品色牢度试验耐洗色牢度:方法3》。
(6)干摩擦牢度:参照GB/T3920—2008《纺织品色牢度试验耐摩擦色牢度》
(7)湿摩擦牢度:参照GB/T3920—2008《纺织品色牢度试验耐摩擦色牢度》。
上述具体实施方式仅是本发明的具体个案,本发明的专利保护范围包括但不限于上述具体实施方式的产品形态和式样,任何符合本发明权利要求书且任何所属技术领域的普通技术人员对其所做的适当变化或修饰,皆应落入本发明的专利保护范围。
Claims (3)
1.一种安全环保的印花糊料,其特征在于:各原料重量组分为海藻酸钠20-30份、魔芋粉10-20份、羧甲基纤维素30-50份、六偏磷酸钠5-15份、柠檬酸0.5-1份、桃胶液10-15份、去离子水100-120份、酒石酸20-60份、油相溶剂2.5-15份;其具体工艺步骤如下:
(1)桃胶液制备:选取树龄为3年以上的桃树,在夏季采收桃胶液,此时的桃胶液粘度较高,具体采收方式为:从桃树1.2-1.8米的高度进行切割,或从桃树树杈处进行切割,在切口处不断流出浅黄色透明粘稠液体,用收纳容器进行收集,加入体积百分比浓度为40-50%的乙醇溶液进行搅拌,过滤,去除杂质,得桃胶液备用;
(2)混合液A制备:按重量组分称取羧甲基纤维素、柠檬酸和步骤(2)中制备的桃胶液,将羧甲基纤维素和柠檬酸粉碎至60-100目,将羧甲基纤维素和柠檬酸加入搅拌器中,边搅拌边加入桃胶液,使桃胶液与羧甲基纤维素和柠檬酸充分混合,其中,搅拌温度为30-45℃,搅拌时间为5-10min,得混合液A备用;
(3)混合液B制备:按重量组分称取海藻酸钠和魔芋粉,将上述原料粉碎过60-100目筛后加入反应器中,按重量组分称取去离子水同样加入反应器中,加热至50-60℃,搅拌均匀,然后缓慢加入海藻酸钠1-2重量倍的酒石酸,进行反应1-2h,自然降温,待降至15-25℃时出料,静置12-18h,固液分离,得混合液B备用,将分离出来的固体冷冻干燥;
(4)六偏磷酸钠粘稠剂制备:按重量组分称取六偏磷酸钠,与步骤(3)中制备的混合液B同时加入乳化机中,混合均匀,缓缓升温至40-60℃,在乳化机中加入六偏磷酸钠0.5-1.0重量倍的油相溶剂,乳化0.5-1.0h,得六偏磷酸钠粘稠剂备用;
(5)成品制备:将步骤(3)分离出来的固体经粉碎,过80-120目筛,放入混合器中,同时加入步骤(2)制备的混合液A和步骤(4)制备的六偏磷酸钠粘稠剂,温度为15-25℃条件下搅拌,使其混合均匀,即得成品安全环保的印花糊料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的安全环保的印花糊料,其特征在于:所述的步骤(2)中搅拌器以转速为300-400r/min的转速进行搅拌。
3.根据权利要求1所述的安全环保的印花糊料,其特征在于:所述的步骤(4)中油相溶剂由石蜡油和环乙烷组成,石蜡油和环乙烷的重量比为1:1.2。
