本发明的目的在于提供一种阻燃性抗菌羊绒混纺线,该羊绒混纺线通过将羊毛纤维、棉纤维和银纤维进行混纺制备,使其具有羊毛纤维、棉纤维和银纤维的性能,同时通过对羊毛纤维和棉纤维进行阻燃抗菌改性,使得羊毛纤维和棉纤维均具有阻燃抗菌性能,而银纤维本身具有抗菌和阻燃性,使得混纺后的羊绒线具有较高的阻燃和抗菌性能。

一种阻燃性抗菌羊绒混纺线,包括羊毛纤维、棉纤维和金属纤维丝;羊绒混纺线首先是将羊毛纤维和棉纤维进行改性处理,然后将改性后的羊毛纤维和棉纤维与金属纤维丝进行混合纺织,得到具有阻燃抗菌性能的羊绒混纺线;

羊毛纤维进行预处理的具体过程如下:
第一步,制备改性蛋白酶溶液:将壳聚糖加入反应容器中,向容器中加入冰醋酸溶液升温至50℃搅拌溶解,再向其中加入氢氧化钠溶液调节溶液的酸度至中性,然后加入碱性蛋白酶Esperase 8.0L搅拌混合均匀,再恒温逐滴加入戊二醛溶液,搅拌反应6-8h,得到改性蛋白酶溶液;其中1g壳聚糖中加入15-20mL的冰醋酸溶液;氢氧化钠溶液的浓度为0.1mol/L;壳聚糖与碱性蛋白酶Esperase 8.0L的质量比为1:1.3-1.5,每克壳聚糖中加入浓度为25%的戊二醛0.01-0.02mol;
第二步,羊毛纤维的预处理:常温条件下,将羊毛纤维在改性蛋白酶溶液中浸泡10-12h,晾干后在清水中漂洗处理除去没有反应完全的改性蛋白酶溶液;改性后的羊毛纤维渗透力强,便于后续改性处理;
棉纤维和预处理的羊毛纤维同时进行阻燃抗菌改性,具体改性过程如下:

第二步,将阻燃抗菌溶液加热至70-80℃,然后加入棉纤维和预处理的羊毛纤维,浸泡5-7h后捞出风干,得到阻燃抗菌棉纤维和羊毛纤维;
其中金属纤维丝为银纤维,不仅能够抗菌并且能够提高羊绒混纺线的韧性,使得羊绒混纺线不易拉断。

Claims (5)

1.一种阻燃性抗菌羊绒混纺线,其特征在于,包括羊毛纤维、棉纤维和金属纤维丝;羊绒混纺线首先是将羊毛纤维和棉纤维进行改性处理,然后将改性后的羊毛纤维和棉纤维与金属纤维丝进行混合纺织,得到具有阻燃抗菌性能的羊绒混纺线;
羊毛纤维首先进行预处理,然后和棉纤维同时进行阻燃抗菌改性;
羊毛纤维进行预处理的具体过程如下:
第一步,制备改性蛋白酶溶液:将壳聚糖加入反应容器中,向容器中加入冰醋酸溶液升温至50℃搅拌溶解,再向其中加入浓度为0.1mo l/L氢氧化钠溶液调节溶液的酸度至中性,然后加入碱性蛋白酶搅拌混合均匀,再恒温逐滴加入戊二醛溶液,搅拌反应6-8h,得到改性蛋白酶溶液;
第二步,羊毛纤维的预处理:常温条件下,将羊毛纤维在改性蛋白酶溶液中浸泡10-12h,晾干后在清水中漂洗处理除去没有反应完全的改性蛋白酶溶液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃性抗菌羊绒混纺线,其特征在于,每克壳聚糖中加入15-20mL的冰醋酸溶液,壳聚糖与碱性蛋白酶的质量比为1:1.3-1.5,每克壳聚糖中加入浓度为25%的戊二醛0.01-0.02mo l。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃性抗菌羊绒混纺线,其特征在于,棉纤维和预处理的羊毛纤维同时进行阻燃抗菌改性,具体改性过程如下:
第一步,阻燃抗菌溶剂的配置:向己二酸溶液中加入二氧化硅溶胶,搅拌混合均匀后加入纳米氢氧化镁和纳米二氧化钛,搅拌混合得到阻燃抗菌溶液;
第二步,将阻燃抗菌溶液加热至70-80℃,然后加入棉纤维和预处理的羊毛纤维,浸泡5-7h后捞出风干,得到阻燃抗菌棉纤维和羊毛纤维。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种阻燃性抗菌羊绒混纺线,其特征在于,阻燃抗菌溶液中各组份的重量份数为:己二酸溶液100份、二氧化硅溶胶12-15份、纳米氢氧化镁17-19份、纳米二氧化钛8-11份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃性抗菌羊绒混纺线,其特征在于,金属纤维丝为银纤维丝。
