本发明涉及一种陶瓷制备方法领域,具体为一种遮光陶瓷制备方法。
背景技术
陶瓷材料具有强度大、硬度高、耐磨和耐腐蚀性好等优良的特性,被广泛的应用于各个领域,如刀具、表壳、模具、手机外壳和各种陶瓷结构件等。近年来,随着人们对装饰品要求的不断提高,陶瓷以其优异的机械性能、金属光泽及环境友好、无毒害无过敏等特点,成为高档装饰领域的新宠,但在较薄的陶瓷制品当中,一般白色陶瓷一旦厚度变薄,陶瓷的透光率则增加,影响了薄片状的陶瓷成品的白度及遮光度。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种遮光陶瓷制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
本发明的目的是通过下述技术方案予以实现:一种遮光陶瓷制备方法,由如下步骤组成:
(1)第一步:配浆,选取适合的陶瓷原料进行浆料的配置;
(2)第二步:制胚,将(1)中配置好的浆料均匀的倒入到陶瓷模具内,并通过高压进行压制成型;
(3)第三步:烧制,将(2)中的陶瓷胚房放入800-1000摄氏度的烧制炉中烧制2-3小时;
(4)第四步:喷砂,将(3)烧制好的陶瓷胚一面进行粗砂喷砂处理;
(5)第五步:丝印,将(4)经过喷砂处理的陶瓷胚的一面通过丝印油墨进行处理;
(6)第六步:涂釉,将(5)丝印过后的陶瓷胚丝印面上涂上一层薄釉;
(7)第七步:回炉,将(6)涂过釉的陶瓷胚放入500-700摄氏度的炉
内,烧制0.5-1小时;
(8)第八步:冷却,将(7)回炉后的陶瓷胚取出放入冷却室内冷却,冷却温度从600摄氏度逐渐降低到30-50摄氏度,然后保温30分钟,即得遮光陶瓷;
(9)第九步:成品,将(8)冷却的遮光陶瓷放在放置架上0.5-1小时,即可装箱运输。
在本发明一个较佳的实施例中,所述第一步(1)中浆液通过搅拌机进行均匀搅拌。
在本发明一个较佳的实施例中,所述第二步(2)中的陶瓷模具为方形,圆形或其他形状。
在本发明一个较佳的实施例中,所述第四步(4)中喷砂所用的砂的颗粒大小为1-3mm。
本发明的有益效果是:该一种遮光陶瓷制备方法,解决了现有技术中薄陶瓷透光严重,影响使用的问题,同时本发明实施简单,适应各个区域。

本发明的实施例包括:
一种遮光陶瓷制备方法,由如下步骤组成:

(5)第五步:丝印,将(4)经过喷砂处理的陶瓷胚的一面通过丝印油墨进行处理;
(6)第六步:涂釉,将(5)丝印过后的陶瓷胚丝印面上涂上一层薄釉;
(7)第七步:回炉,将(6)涂过釉的陶瓷胚放入500-700摄氏度的炉内,烧制0.5-1小时;
(8)第八步:冷却,将(7)回炉后的陶瓷胚取出放入冷却室内冷却,冷却温度从600摄氏度逐渐降低到30-50摄氏度,然后保温30分钟,即得遮光陶瓷;
(9)第九步:成品,将(8)冷却的遮光陶瓷放在放置架上0.5-1小时,即可装箱运输。

1.一种遮光陶瓷制备方法,其特征在于,由如下步骤组成:
(1)第一步:配浆,选取适合的陶瓷原料进行浆料的配置;
(2)第二步:制胚,将(1)中配置好的浆料均匀的倒入到陶瓷模具内,并通过高压进行压制成型;
(3)第三步:烧制,将(2)中的陶瓷胚房放入800-1000摄氏度的烧制炉中烧制2-3小时;
(4)第四步:喷砂,将(3)烧制好的陶瓷胚一面进行粗砂喷砂处理;
(5)第五步:丝印,将(4)经过喷砂处理的陶瓷胚的一面通过丝印油墨进行处理;
(6)第六步:涂釉,将(5)丝印过后的陶瓷胚丝印面上涂上一层薄釉;
(7)第七步:回炉,将(6)涂过釉的陶瓷胚放入500-700摄氏度的炉内,烧制0.5-1小时;
(8)第八步:冷却,将(7)回炉后的陶瓷胚取出放入冷却室内冷却,冷却温度从600摄氏度逐渐降低到30-50摄氏度,然后保温30分钟,即得遮光陶瓷;
